  • In this paper, we apply NHPP model example to s/w process in order to get to know s/w reliability. The test is constructed by a test zig of commercial product loaded real embedded system s/w. It is established to s/w reliability prediction and estimation of real-time embedded system s/w. It is computed the prediction value of cumulative failures, the failure intensity, the reliability and the estimation value of MTTF, Failure Rate. To the more realization of high reliability in the real-time embedded system s/w, if the embedded system s/w is ensured to the test coverage and constructed to stable s/w process & operating system, we can improve the performance and the reliability characteristic of the real-time embedded system s/w.

  • There are some variations in quiescent supply current or TTL SSIs. Thus, some variations in quiescent supply current of logic circuits made of TTL SSIs will be generated. The variations make it difficult to apply supply current test methods to tests of TTL circuits. In this paper, in order to examine the applicability to R circuits, fault coverages of a supply current test method for open faults in some ISCAS-85 benchmark circuits are evaluated, Which are made of TTL LS-type SSIs. The experimental results shows that if SSIs are used for implementation having the variation of quiescent supply current within 1%, supply current test methods are applicable for the tests.

  • In this paper, we propose a test pattern generation algorithm on the basis of the identification of undetectable faults for Speed-Independent(SI) asynchronous control circuits. The proposed methodology generates tests from the specification of a target circuit, which describes the behavior of the circuit in the form of Signal Transition Graph (STG). The proposed identification method uses only topological information of a target circuit and reachability information of a fault-free circuit, which is generated in the form of Binary Decision Diagram(BDD) during pre-processing. Experimental results show that high fault coverage over single input stuck-at fault model is obtained for several synthesized SI circuits and the use of the identification process as a preprocessing decreases execution time of the proposed test generation with negligible costs.

  • As the function of digital products gets diverse and complex, more than 30~40% job of software developing and testing group within its development cycle, concentrates on the software testing[1]. To cope with consumers'quickly changing needs, development cycle time gets short, and the number of model and test items increase steadily This is why automating software basic function and UI(User Interface) verification is needed [4][5][6]. This paper draws many strength and weakness defines Input/Output through integrating mobile phone, DVDP, PDA, and Black-Box (Intrusive (mobile) or Non-Intrusive(DVDP, PDA)) testing systematically, which brought above the 64% average of automation rate, and ensure 80% of test coverage [4][5][6].

  • SVLBI (Space Very Long Baseline Interferometry) has some important potential applications in geodesy and geodynamics, for which one of the most difficult tasks is to precisely determine the orbit of SVLBI satellite. This paper studies several technologies which possibly will be able to determine the orbit of space VLBI satellite. And then, according to the sorts and characteristicsof satellite and the requirements for geodetic study and the geometry of GNSS (GPS, GALILEO) satellite to track the space VLBI satellite, the six Keplerian elements of SVLBI satellite (TEST-SVLBI) are determined. A program is designed to analyze the coverage area of the space of different heights by the stations of the network, with which the tracking network of TEST-SVLBI is designed. The efficiency of tracking TEST-SVLBI by the network is studied, and the results are presented.

  • 지난 수년간 유럽을 중심으로 Carbonate의 PSD (Particle Size Distribution)가 도공지 의 백색도, 불투명도, Coverage등에 미치는 영향에 대하여 많은 연구가 진행되어 왔다. 현재 국내의 Coating Pigment System 역시 Carbonate 위주로 구성되어 있으나, 입자 분포에 따른 실증적 연구가 선진국에 비하여 부족한 상태이다. 본 연구는 최근 유럽에서 사용 중인 Narrow PSD Carbonate가 도공지 품질에 미치는 영향을 검토한 것으로서, 특히 Multiple Coating에서의 도공층 구조변화와 그에 따른 백지물성 및 인쇄적성의 변화를 연구한 것이다. 실험의 Case는 Broad PSD CaC03와 Narrow PSD CaC03를 비 교하였 다 .. Color F Formulation은 Pre Color에서 #1 Clay 30 p따t와 각각 CaC03 70 p따t를 사용하였다. 그리고 바인더와 첨가제는 동일하게 사용하였다 .. Top color Formulation 또한 동일하 게 사용하였다. 코팅방식은 speed 450rrνmin, pre rod coating, top blade coating 방식 으로 CLC (Cy lindrical Laboratory Coater)를 사용하여 코팅하였다. 백지품질은 백색도, 평활도 ,광택도, 거칠음도, Bum Out Test와 Coverage( SEM 사 진 Z -direction) 등을 측정하였다. 인쇄품질은 인쇄 광택도, 인쇄 Picking strength와 2 도 인쇄 농도를 측정하였다. 백색도는 Narrow PSD CaC03를 사용한 것이 Broad PSD CaC03를 사용한 것 대비 약1% 우수하였다. 이것은 Narrow PSD CaC03를 사용한 것이 filter cake이 많이 open 되 어 있어 dewatering이 빠르고, Wet void volume이 증가되 어 부동화점 의 농도가 낮 아져 원지 층으로 침 투되 는 pigment가 작고 표층에 잔류하는 pigment와 void volume의 증가로 인해 기공층이 증가한 것으로 판단된다. 그리고, 백지광택도, 거칠음도 등 또한 Narrow PSD CaC03를 사용한 것이 우수하였 다. 이는 Pre color에서 coverage의 개선으로 top color층의 도공량 uniformity가 개선 된 이유라고 생각한다. 그러나 인쇄품질은 백지와 비교하여 차이가 없었다. 이것은 top 칼라 Formulation이 동일하고, 인쇄시 잉크흡수 거동은 top color 층에 주로 영향을 받기 때문이라고 판단 된다. 향후에는 인쇄품질의 향상을 위하여 Case 2의 CaC03 100% 사용가능성 및 Pre Color 는 Case 2로 고정하고, Top칼라를 변경하는 방법을 또한 생각할 필요가 있다고 판단된다.

In-situ phosphorus doping effect on epitaxial growth of $Si_{1-x}Ge_{x}$ film with high ge fraction (고농도 ge fraction을 갖는 $Si_{1-x}Ge_{x}$ 막의 epitaxial growth에 대한 in-situ phosphorus doping 효과)

  • We studied phosphorus doping effect on the epitaxial growth of $Si_{1-x}Ge_{x}$ film with high Ge fraction on Si substates at 550.deg. C by LPCVD. In a low $Ph_{3}$ partial pressure region such as below 1.25 mPa, the phosphorus dopant concentration increased linearly with increasing $PH_{3}$ partial pressure while the deposition rate and the Ge fraction were constant. In a higher $PH_{3}$ partial pressure region, the phosphorus dopant concentration and the deposition rate decreased, while the Ge fraction slightly increased. The deposition arate and the Ge fraction increased with increasing $GeH_{4}$ partial pressure while the phophours dopant concentration decreased. But the increasing rate of Ge fraction with incrasing $PH_{3}$ partial pressure was reduced at a high $GeH_{4}$ partial pressure. According to test results, it suggests that high surface coverage of phosphorus atoms suppress both the $SiH_{4}$ adsorption/reasction and the $GeH_{4}$ adsorption/reaction on the surfaces, and the effect is more stronger on $SiH_{4}$ than on $GeH_{4}$. In a higher $PH_{3}$ partial pressure region, the epitaxial growth is largely controlled by surface coverage effect of phosphorus atoms. The phosphorus surface coverage was slimited at a high $GeH_{4}$ partial pressure because adsorbed Ge atoms effectively suppresses the adsorption of phosphorus atoms.

How Healthy is the Health related Informations brocated by TV News? (TV 뉴스에 보도된 건강관련 정보의 건강성과 해독성)

  • Television news programs are becoming significant source of health information. This study aims at investigating the current state of health coverage of the prime time news program in Korea. Data were collected from KBS 9 0'clock news in the period of thirteen months. from December 1. 1998. to November 1. 1999. The data were analyzed using content analysis method. and the reliability degree was 99.7% according to the Holsti's inter-coder reliability test. The current research classified 489 health related news items into 49 sub-categories and five health categories through content analysis. Some of the basic results of this study are as follows. 1. The frequency according to health category, health maintenance promotion(57.3%) topped followed by disease prevention(23.2%), disease treatment(14.9%), life ethics(4.0%), and growth development(0.6%). 2. According to human developmental age. for the most part(80.1 %) is applicable to the entire range of human developmental age. 3. Health maintennance promotion category take top of health category by the rate of 57.3% and contain 20 sub-categories. 4. News items in the life ethics category, which had six sub-categories. occupied only four percent of the total health related news. News in the growth development category included two sub categories and occupied 0.6% of the total news items. 5. In disease prevention and disease treatment category, infectious disease(33.2%) showed the highest percentage according to the WHO's international disease classification system. Disease prevention occupied 23.2% and contained eleven sub-categories while disease treatment occupied 14.9% and included ten sub-categories. Television news coverage on health showed a wide variety of selection in terms that they are reporting various issues. This study, however, found that some news items were confusing and failing in presenting scientific evidences. It is suggested that the television coverage on health could be beneficial to most of viewers in receiving important health information and guidelines, only if they are utilizing their own sound discretion in consuming those news.

  • Influenza vaccination in adolescents is crucial to prevent the influenza expansion. The aim of this study was to investigate the difference of personal factors and parental factors affected influenza vaccination coverage. Study data on 12-18 years old adolescents and their parents were obtained from the 6th Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Rao-Scott Chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression were used for the analysis. The percentage of influenza vaccination coverage in adolescents was low (26.2%). The personal factors influencing influenza vaccination were age, discomfort within two weeks, history of pneumonia, and wearing safety belt in adolescents, and the parental factors were age and influenza vaccination. In order to increase the influenza vaccination coverage for adolescents, media and healthcare professionals should provide education to adolescents and their parents about influenza vaccination.

Shear Performance Evaluation of Composite Thermal Insulation with Quasi-Non-Combustible according to Adhesive Type (부착 유형에 따른 준불연 복합단열판 전단성능평가)

  • The purpose of this research is to obtain experimental data for developing a structural design of an external insulation system by evaluating the shear performance of a composite insulation system according to the adhesive type. The shear performance of the composite insulation system was experimentally evaluated by considering a simultaneous placement method, full and spot/edge coverage using adhesive mortar. As a result of the test, the shear strength of simultaneous placement and full coverage method was almost similar, the spot/edge coverage method was about 80% of them. Also, the simultaneous placement method is considered to be constructively advantageous when applied as an external insulation system to a high-rise building compared to using an adhesive mortar.
