Magnetic field and Electric field of High Temperature Superconducting magnet are very important to analysis of superconducting magnet. The maximum perpendicular magnetic field was applied to the outermost pancake windings. The critical current of all the magnet windings is limited by the critical current of the outermost pancake windings. The E-J relation was used to determine the critical current, and an evolution s trategy was adopted for the optimization of gap length between each pancake windins. The results of calculations show that the critical current and the central magnetic field and uniformity increased by 82.6% and 31.6% and 50.8%, respectively, for a magnet consisting of ten pancake windings. This paper did an analysis the cause of increase the critical current and central magnetic field and uniformity in no gap and optimal gap model.
A numerical study was conducted to determine the effects of high temperature air, including equivalent ratio on flow field, temperature, evaporation, and overall temperature distribution in gas turbine combustor. A sector model of a typical wall jet can combustor, featuring introduction of primary air and dilution air via wall jet, was used in calculations. Flow field and temperature distribution were analyzed. Operating conditions such as inlet temperature and overall equivalent ratio were varied from 373 to 1300 K, and from 0.3 to 0.6, respectively, while any other operating conditions were fixed. The RNG ${\kappa}-{\varepsilon}$ model and eddy breakup model were used for turbulence and combustion model respectively. It was found that the increase with the inlet air temperature, velocity in the combustor is accelerated and evaporation of liquid fuel is not affected in primary zone, high temperature inlet air enhances the evaporation and improves overall temperature distribution factor.
Thermally stimulated currents have been obtained from five kinds of polymer electrets. The peak current (I$_{m}$) and the peak temperature (T$_{m}$) of the TSC, particularly at PET thermoelectret, were found to depend on the forming field and the forming temperature. From these experimental results, the TSC spectra can be easily explained by the consideration of the disorientation of dipoles related with glass transition temperature. The obtained results can suggest that the forming field and the forming temperature plays an essential role for charge stability in PET thermoelectrets.ets.

In this paper, we have evaluated temperature, electric field, Pressure dependency and dielectric properties of EPDM XLPE and EPDM/XLPE\`s interface. Temperature dependency of EPDM had great influence with dielectric properties, but pressure and applied voltage of EPDM had no effect on dielectric properties. Dielectric properties of XLPE were influenced by not only temperature but also pressure and applied voltage. We knowed that dielectric properties of EPDM/XLPE were trended toward tendency of those of EPDM

Magnetoresistance changes of NiFe thin films were investigated as a function of deposition temperature. DC magnetron sputtering was employed to fabricate Ta/NiFe(t)/Ta thin films on Si(001) substrates with in-situ field or with no-field. The thickness(t) of NiFe films was a range of 4 to 15nm. Substrate temperature was a range of 30 to 400$^{\circ}C$. MR measurement was carried out as a function of angle $\theta$, between external field and current direction. MR ratio increased with increasing substrate temperature, also, max. MR ratio was observed in samples deposited at 300$^{\circ}C$. With increasing upto 400$^{\circ}C$, MR ratio was rapidly decreased in the case of thinner NiFe films. In non-field deposited NiFe films, both angle $\theta$=0, 90。, there was no significant change in MR curves. However, MR curves of in-situ field deposited NiFe films were different in both angles $\theta$=0 and 90。
Buckling and free vibration behavior of a laminated cylindrical panel exposed to non-uniform thermal load is addressed in the present study. The approach comprises of three portions, in the first portion, heat transfer analysis is carried out to compute the non-uniform temperature fields, whereas second portion consists of static analysis wherein stress fields due to thermal load is obtained, and the last portion consists of buckling and prestressed modal analyzes to capture the critical buckling temperature as well as first five natural frequencies and associated mode shapes. Finite element is used to perform the numerical investigation. The detailed parametric study is carried out to analyze the effect of nature of temperature variation across the panel, laminate sequence and structural boundary constraints on the buckling and free vibration behavior. The relation between the buckling temperature of the panel under uniform temperature field and non-uniform temperature field is established using magnification factor. Among four cases considered in this study for position of heat sources, highest magnification factor is observed at the forefront curved edge of the panel where heat source is placed. It is also observed that thermal buckling strength and buckling mode shapes are highly sensitive to nature of temperature field and the effect is significant for the above-mentioned temperature field. Furthermore, it is also observed that the panel with antisymmetric laminate has better buckling strength. Free vibration frequencies and the associated mode shapes are significantly influenced by the non-uniform temperature variations.

The smoke filling process for the atrium space containing a fire source is simulated using two types of deterministic fire modus: Zone model and Field model. The zone mode used is the CFAST(version 1.6) mode developed at the Building and Fire Research laboratories, NIST in the USA. The lied model is a self-developed fire field model based on Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD) theories. This article is focused on finding out the smoke movement and temperature distribution in atrium space which is cubic in shape. A computational procedure for predicting velocity and temperature distribution in fro-induced flow is based on the solution, in finite volume method and non-staggered grid system, of 3-dimensional equations for the conservation of mass, momentum, energy, species and so forth. The fire model i. e. Zone model and Field model predicted similar results for Ire clear height and the smoke layer temperature.
A poled lead zirconate titanate (PZT) cube specimen that is switched by an electric field at room temperature is subject to temperature increase. Changes in polarization and thermal expansion coefficients are measured during temperature rise. The measured data are analyzed to obtain changes in pyroelectric coefficient and strain during temperature change. Empirical formulae are developed using linear or quadratic curve fitting to the data. The nonlinear behavior of the materials during temperature increase is predicted using the developed formulae. It is shown that the calculation results can be compared successfully with the measured values, which proves the accuracy and reliability of the developed formulae for the nonlinear behavior of the materials during temperature changes.
This study presents a real-time method that uses Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (LAS) to measure exhaust gas temperatures in turbulent flow fields. It was possible to measure temperature by passing a laser beam through the exhaust gas in a grid pattern, and obtain a temperature distribution image through time series analysis at 0.1 second intervals. Temperature image resolution has been improved with CT reconstruction algorithms. Estimating maximum temperature values and locations enabled 2D temperature analysis, surpassing single-point methods like thermocouples. The accuracy of LAS measurements was evaluated by comparison with thermocouple measurements. This approach will contribute to automotive technology and environmental protection by providing reliable temperature data for interpreting turbulent temperature distributions.

The control of magnetization by an electric field at room temperature remains as one of great challenges in materials science. Multiferroics, in which magnetism and ferroelectricity coexist and couple to each other, could be the most plausible candidate to realize this long-sought capability. While recent intensive research on the multiferroics has made significant progress in sensitive, magnetic control of electric polarization, the electrical control of magnetization, the converse effect, has been observed only in a limited range far below room temperature. Here we demonstrate at room temperature the control of both electric polarization by a magnetic field and magnetization by an electric field in a multiferroic hexaferrite. The electric polarization rapidly increases in a magnetic field as low as 5 mT and the magnetoelectric susceptibility reaches up to 3200 ps/m, the highest value in single phase materials. The magnetization is also modulated up to 0.34 mB per formula unit in an electric field of 1.14 MV/m. Furthermore, this compound allows nonvolatile, magnetoelectric reading- and writing-operations entirely at room temperature. Four different magnetic/electric field writing conditions generate repeatable, distinct M versus E curves without dissipation, offering an unprecedented opportunity for a multi-bit memory or a spintronic device applications.
