  • Recent advances in digital purchase platforms allow consumer to easy to access online purchase, but the online purchase systems often occurs a negative situations such as service failure. When customer experiences negative service, they want to communicate with the company online chatting service. But not much is known about how customers online chatting service's contextual cues effectiveness. So, the current research seeks to examine the effects of type of online chatting service interface and company market status on customers' perception of service quality and satisfaction with online chatting services. The results of two studies show that, when customer experienced negative online service, they expected to a high status (vs a low status) company had offered better service. but their service request are not met, customers perceive better service quality if served by a low status (vs high status) company represented by a logo (vs. an emoji). These findings will help marketing practitioners strategically how design their chatting service interface according to the their status when they communicate with customer who experienced negative service.

  • Recently, Korea is promoting cooperation with various countries, centering on ASEAN countries, with the aim of exporting Korean smart cities for the globalization of smart cities. The purpose of this study is to select excellent smart city technologies through analysis of smart city technologies owned by domestic companies and company status, and to prepare a plan for revitalization of companies with smart city technologies. Through prior research, the implications were derived through research on the existing smart city. Next, established a smart city policy analysis and smart city technology classification criteria through Korea and Overseas smart city policy and Korea smart city technology status DB. And the big data of smart city technology possessed by Korea companies and a plan for selecting a smart city export technology was prepared through analysis by region and company. As a result, to activate the technology possessed by Korea companies and to export overseas, it seems to need financial support and tax incentives that secure a pathway to export specialized smart technologies of SMEs, along with citizen participation and institutional supplementation. The smart city technology fields with the highest utilization in Korea were traffic, green energy, e-government, crime prevention, and construction, and the service types were platform, IoT, AI, big data, and GIS/GPS. These technologies are expected to contribute to building a platform for overseas smart city technology exports.

  • The molten carbonate fuel cell(MCFC) has been under Intensive development for the last decade as a second generation fuel cell. The advantages of the MCFC over the phophoric acid fuel cell are higher efficiency, its ability to accept CO and $H_2$ as a fuel, lower material costs, and high operating temperature making internal reforming possible. These features, along with low atmospheric emissions, will open up a significant market as an attractive means of developing highly efficient power plant. This article reviews a status of the MCFC research and development, a principle of the MCFC, and cell and stack technology including the status of electrodes, matrices and electrolytes. Several technical difficulties which must be resolved to be commercialized art mainly focused.

  • BIM could be used for integrating project information through life cycle of building facilities. Also it could improve the accuracy and work efficiency through data interoperability with other disciplines. However, these benefits from adopting BIM could not be attained easily in real project cases. In order to make the most use of BIM and get the maximum benefits from it, the environments such as standards, guidelines and the related technologies are also could be supported. Therefore many countries are developing or already developed the technology roadmap for BIM. In this study, we tried to analyze the BIM technology status and develop the strategy for improve usability of BIM in Korea.

  • Amid the growing importance and urgency of smartening in the Korean maritime logistics industry, this study conducted a survey on the status of Korea's maritime trade technology. Korea is on par with developed countries internationally, but in order to lead the digitalization of the future era, additional developments should be explored by reviewing current conditions. In particular, it is necessary to draw policy implications for smart shipping in Korea, which is a three-sided sea. This study derived technical implications by comparing the number of patent applications and the applicant for domestic and foreign patents related to the major technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In addition, it was intended to investigate and present the status of Korea's maritime trade technology through the analysis of smart shipping-related emotions and the analysis of positive and negative scores of companies related to sentiment analysis.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate oral health status according to use of oral care products in the adult population and determine methods for improving oral health status. Methods: The date of 'The fifth korean national health and nutrition examination survey 2011' was analyzed for this study. The questionnaire was measured regarding oral care products, Oral health status and socio-economic characteristics. For statistical analysis, the Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 19.0 for Windows was used. We determined frequencies, percentage and determining statistical significance using multiple regression analysis. Results: General characteristics and oral care products showed differences in DMFT associated with residence, gender, age, education, dental floss, etc(waterpic, hi-tech toothbrush, denture care products), in FS-T associated with residence, gender, age, income level, education, health insurance, dental floss, Interdental brush, etc, in T-health associated with residence, age, education, health insurance, Interdental brush, etc. Conclusion: In conclusion, in order to promote oral health status of the adult have to suitable selection and accurate usage of oral care products. Education and program in oral care products for the adult should be needed.

  • Defense Systems Test Center in ADD supports increasingly various missile test requirements such as higher altitude event, multi target operation and low-altitude, high velocity target tracking. In this paper, we have proposed the development of instrumentation radar tracking status simulator based on virtual reality. This simulator can predict the tracking status and risk of failure using several modeling algorithms. It consists of target model, radar model, environment model and several algorithms includes the multipath interference effects. Simulation results show that the predict tracking status and signal are similar to the test results of the live flight test. This simulator predicts and analyze all of the status and critical parameters such as the optimal site location, servo response, optimal flight trajectory, LOS(Line of Sight). This simulator provides the mission plan with a powerful M&S tool to rehearse and analyze instrumentation tracking radar measurement plan for live flight test at DSTC(Defense Systems Test Center).

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between systemic diseases and denture wear status in elderly. The subjects of this study were 4,340 seniors aged 65 or older who conducted screenings and health surveys using the National Health and Nutrition Survey data during the sixth period (2013, 2014 and 2015). Methods: For the general characteristics and denture wear status according to general systemic diseases, complex sample frequency analysis and cross-analysis were performed. After controlling the general characteristics, complex sample logistic regression analysis was performed to determine the relationship between systemic diseases and denture wear status. Statistical software was used for SPSS (SPSS 23.0 for Windows, SPSS Inc, USA). Significance level was considered as 0.05. Results: A multisample logistic regression analysis was performed to determine the relationship between systemic diseases and denture wear status. The results showed that the dentured state had a significant effect on dyslipidemia and diabetes. Conclusion: Dyslipidemia and diabetes, which are related to denture wearing condition, need to be prevented and treated with regular checkups. In addition, based on the results of the study, it is thought that the elderly need denture prosthetic treatment after tooth extraction. In addition, it can be used as basic data for oral health business plan that can maintain and manage oral health.

  • The purpose of the study is to investigate the influence of demographic factors (age and job status), level of ICT skills possessed by respondents and ICT use on task performances of library personnel. The study employed correlation design. Thirteen public universities were purposely selected while total enumeration was adopted to study 248 library personnel made up of librarians and library officers in public university libraries in South-west, Nigeria. Data was collected by questionnaire. The study established significant positive correlation between age, job status, ICT skills and task performance. Also, Anova test found significant joint influence of age, job status, ICT skills and ICT use on task performances of respondents. The study further indicated that age, job status, ICT skills possessed by respondents and ICT use had relative significant influence on task performances of respondents. It is therefore recommended that, library personnel must leverage their demographics positively to bring about positive disposition to their jobs while all categories of staff must ensure they possessed the requisite ICT skills that will ginger ICT use for effective task performance.
