This paper analyzes factors affecting the debt maturity structure of enterprises listed on the Vietnam stock market. The panel data of research sample includes 549 non-financial listed enterprises on the Vietnam stock market from 2009 to 2019. The Generalized Least Square (GLS) tool is employed to address econometric issues and to improve the accuracy of the regression coefficients. In this research, debt maturity structure is the dependent variable. Capital structures, fixed assets, liquidity, firm size, asset maturity, profitability, corporate income tax, gross domestic product, inflation rate, credit growth scale are independent variables in the study. The model results show, that among the factors affecting the structure of debt maturity, the capital structure, asset structure, and firm size have the highest estimation coefficients, which shows that capital structure, asset structure, and firm size plays an important role in the decision-making process of debt maturity structure. The empirical results show that there are differences in the impact of these factors on the debt maturity structures in state-owned enterprises and non-state enterprises listed on the Vietnam stock market. The findings of this article are useful for business administrators, helping business managers make the right financial decisions to determine the target debt maturity structure in enterprises.

According to the growing importance of science and technology policy, investment in research and development (R&D) has been increased. In this context, a patent as one of outcome of firm's systematic R&D investment is the way to hold a dominant position in companies' technology competitiveness and also to protect technology right. This study attempts to find the effects of input resources and intellectual property production activity on company value. It conducted empirical analysis based on 238 KOSDAQ-listed and medium-sized firms. Using the previous research, this study configurated research variables about activity of patent production, company value, and input of resources. Through these variables, it aims to know the effect of input of resources and activity of patent production on company value. First, the result of regression analysis shows that R&D cost has the positive effect on a patent production and sales promotion cost positively affects on the registration of the trademark. Second, the output of regression analysis indicates that a patent has the positive effect on company value but a trademark has not. With regard to the input of resources, R&D cost has the influence on company value but sales promotion cost has not. This study attempts to find the effectiveness of company's intellectual property registration on its value and suggests a way that the systematic R&D investment contributes the growth of company value.

The life management technology becomes important as the failure risk of the aged power transformers increases. Asset management technology, therefore, has been developed to evaluate the remaining life and build replacement strategies of power transformers, which enables an optimal investment decisions based on reliability and economic feasibility. The remaining life assessment technology uses data related to such as installation, operation, maintenance, refurbishment, and disposed history of power transformers. The optimal investment decision additionally uses data related to failure and social costs. To develop the asset management technology in power transformers, it is important to find deterioration parameters directly indicating degradation of power transformers. In this study, 110,000 DGA data during the past 35 years have been analyzed in order to find the deterioration parameters related to the degradation of power transformers. The alarm rates of combustible gases ($H_2$, $C_2H_2$, $C_2H_4$, $CH_4$, $C_2H_6$), TCG CO, and $CO_2$ were analyzed as deterioration parameters. The origin of the gas was discussed in connection with discharge, overheating and insulation aging.

In recent, a rapid growth of the air tourism and leisure industry and the massive amount of investing plan by the national government, the local authorities have drawn new investment of new market entrance companies and increasing investment of current companies which have been diversified their business area. Whereas, few research literature on the asset structure formation which is the base of investment activity has been studied. In this study, we suggest the results of the impact of the asset structure to the managerial outcomes by the analysis of the asset structure of air transport industry, the sea transport industry, and the ground passenger transport industry that have been representing of the air tourism and leisure industry. As results of this study, we suggest the reference point of future invest direction and the way of improving effectiveness of air tourism and leisure industry.

Infrastructure asset management can be defined as the long term and cost effective management strategy to meet the required service level. In most developed countries, the major motivations of the introduction of asset management are increment in number of assets, extension of maintenance field, accounting approaches of public facilities, performance-based FM(Facility Management), limitations of public funds and public-private partnership, life cycle cost approach, and the development of information technology. This paper discusses the strategic and stepwise methods of introducing infrastructure asset management. Strategic approaches are suggested to develop the practical methods of condition and value assessment of assets, and long-term capital investment plan for optimized decision making(ODM). Required systematic processes are analyzed in terms of resource and technical limitations and detailed implementation plan for each development phases are suggested.

The government policy had placed new construction as the kernel of the investment in the road department. This had been shifted, however, since the government's budget of the road department reached its peak in 2000, new construction had came to a downsizing phase while the maintenance increased gradually. Considering this recent trend, the necessity of a new paradigm in the road policy had came to a fore, in order to prove the justification of increase in the maintenance budget as well as successfully fulfill the user's needs in the service quality. The developed countries that had intensively constructed social infrastructure in 1950-60s are enjoying a great achievement by applying the asset management concept in coping with the deterioration of the public facilities. This research suggests the basic framework in establishing "Korean Road Asset Management System" designed to efficiently manage the national road. The main feature of this system is to absorb economic analysis course into the current pavement management system, in order to form not only long-lasting but also preventive road management policy.

국도는 사회간접자본 중 하나로서 지속적으로 관리되어야 그 기능을 발휘할 수 있는 국가의 중요한 자산이다. 지금까지는 국도를 포장관리시스템이라는 체계로 관리하여왔다. 이 포장관리시스템은 시설물유지관리차원에서 사회기반시설을 관리하는 것으로서 주로 관리자 관점에서 공학적 판단을 기준으로 최소의 비용으로 공용수명을 최대화하는 모델이다. 그러나 경제발전으로 국민의 소득수준이 올라감에 따라 기본적인 욕구가 해결되어 이제는 납세자로서 국민의 동의는 국가의 정책을 결정하는데 중요한 변수로 작용하기 시작했다. 따라서 사용자 관점의 평가는 이러한 요구의 수준을 측정할 수 있는 중요한 척도가 되었으며 이에 기반한 LoS(Level of Service, 서비스 수준)라는 지수를 시설물 자산관리에 활용하려는 여러 가지 시도가 있다. 이 논문에서는 기존 국도포장관리시스템의 정보모델과 KTAM-40(Korea Total Asset Management-40)이라는 자산관리 정보모델을 비교하여 LoS의 필요성과 도로포장자산관리에서 LoS가 사용자 관점을 반영하는 방식을 조명해 이의 장점을 밝히고자 한다.

Changes in document delivery service environment such as spread of web-based research information communication and direct communication between users and information providers have considerable effects on document delivery service institutes. Swift advances in information technology have allowed users to receive information on their desktops via web. Web-based document delivery makes the massive scale of reproduction and distribution possible so it needs to protect the copyright holders' rights. This study identifies the current trends and issues of document delivery service environment and reviews electronic document delivery services of foreign countries. Also this study introduces the domestic electronic document delivery service, e-DDS, and evaluates the copyright issues for the service.

The wooden cultural assets have the characteristics such as the fast spread of flame and leading to total destruction. Therefore, there is a need for a system for early countermeasure of recognized problem, along with the technological response for accurately recognizing the situation, for the prevention and early suppression of fire. To utilize such technology for detecting the situation through the latest ubiquitous technology and for a quick response to suppress fire, the ubiquitous sensor network (USN) technology, flame detector, image sensor, USN-based cultural asset disaster prevention management application case and malfunction identification system realization were examined in this study and the study result was presented focusing on the flame detector malfunction identification system for the ubiquitous-type cultural asset disaster prevention system.

현재 제조업에서 설비 라인 증축 및 최적화를 위해서는 공정 분석과 설비 시스템 테스트가 요구되며, 많은 시간과 비용이 소요된다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해, 가상의 설비모델을 이용해 설비검증과 라인 테스트를 수행할 수 있는 다양한 CPS(Cyber Physical System)가 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 설비 이해관계자 사이의 상호운용성을 확보하기 위해 독일의 Industry 4.0에서 제안한 표준 설비 명세인 AAS(Asset Administration Shell)를 활용한 CPS 구현을 제안한다. SMT(Surface Mounting Technology) 라인 중 Screen Printer를 대상으로, 총 3개의 서브 모델(Sub model)과 17개의 속성(Property)을 AAS 명세하고 이를 이용한 CPS를 구현하는 사례연구를 수행했다. 제안 방법은 표준명세를 활용한 제조 분야 CPS 구현에 적용될 수 있다.
