  • In modern society, the amount of information has been significantly increased according to the development of IT convergence technology. That leads to develop information obtaining and searching technologies from lots of data. However, they don't seem to have been actually effective for users' health care and promotion not only for limitations of Web-based information and but for lack of personalization. Health information support services have been generally developed in a format of inputting data on bio-information acquired into the computer for the existing network-based transmission. In this paper, a life habits disease system that uses the existing medical data and Framingham risk factor(FRS) performs neural network is proposed. Based on the proposed system, it is possible to provide the fundamental data and guideline to doctors for recognizing the life habits disease diagnosis of patients and that represents increases in the welfare of patients.

  • Advances in technologies about 3D (three-dimensional) printing and smart factory related issues will have the effect of reducing the cost of building a smart factory and making various types of service available. Manufacturers and service providers of small assets work with outside experts to provide small amounts of customized ordering services. If customers have to disclose their private information to subscribe to a new service, they may be reluctant to use it and the availability of developed technology may cause slow progress. We propose a new protocol for customized order service for smart factory. The proposed approach is designed to meet requirements of security and based on smart contract in IoT convergence network. We analyzed the requirements of the proposed approach which provided anonymity, privacy, fairness, and non-repudiation. We compared it with closely related studies to show originality and differences.

  • The advent of deep learning technologies has led to the development of various medical applications, making healthcare services more convenient and effective. Among these applications, heart rate estimation is considered a vital method for assessing an individual's health. Traditional methods, such as photoplethysmography through smart watches, have been widely used but are invasive and require additional hardware. Recent advancements allow for contactless heart rate estimation through facial image analysis, providing a more hygienic and convenient approach. In this paper, we propose a lightweight methodology capable of accurately estimating heart rate in mobile environments, using a specialized 2-channel network structure based on 2D convolution. Our method considers both subtle facial movements and color changes resulting from blood flow and muscle contractions. The approach comprises two major components: an Encoder for analyzing image features and a regression layer for evaluating Blood Volume Pulse. By incorporating both features simultaneously our methodology delivers more accurate results even in computing environments with limited resources. The proposed approach is expected to offer a more efficient way to monitor heart rate without invasive technology, particularly well-suited for mobile devices.

  • The quality of medical care can be defined as four types such as effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, and scientific-technical quality. For the management of scientific-technical aspects, medical institutions annually disseminate the latest knowledge in the form of conservative education. However, there is an obvious limit to the fact that the latest knowledge is distributed quickly enough to the clinical site with only one-time conservative education. If intelligent information processing technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence are applied to the medical field, they can overcome the limitations of having to conduct research with only a small amount of information. In this paper, we construct databases on which the existing medicine prescription adaptations can be extended. To do this, we collect, store, manage, and analyze information related to oriental medicine at domestic and abroad Journals. We design a processing and analysis technique for oriental medicine evidence research data for the construction of a database of oriental medicine prescription extended adaption. Results can be used as a basic content of evidence-based medicine prescription information in the oriental medicine-related decision support services.
