Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the factor affecting adjustment of freshmen nursing students to college life. Method: The data were collected from questionnaires filled out by 265 nursing students six schools from all parts of the country from May 19 to June 4, 2010. Data was analyzed by the SPSS (frequency, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis) program. Results: A positive correlation was found for college adjustment with psychological well-being, coping and mother attachment. The strongest predictor of college adjustment was an psychological well-being. In addition psychological well-being, coping, and contact frequency for interview with professor accounted for 39.2% of variance in college adjustment. Conclusion: The results of this study suggest that development of psychological well-being and coping in nursing students is important to college adjustment. Further research in improving psychological well-being and coping is warranted.

In order to protect the environment, using light material is becoming more and more attractive within the automobile industry. Aluminum alloys are the best and lightest metallic materials used in the automotive, electron, and aerospace industries. Al alloy and SGARC were joined by cold metal transfer (CMT) welding, using AlSiMn4 as a filler. Results showed that dissimilar metals from the Al 6000 series/SGARC could be successfully joined by CMT under proper processing parameters. The micro-hardness value of 125Hv was obtained at an interface.

Color is an important subject of interest for cognitive developmental stages of children and it also correlate to emotional and physical development. Children can acquire concept of color by 'play'. Color play can be experienced to children through diversity activity and theses activities contain creative craft art activity. The color-paly with art activity for kids can be called 'kids color-design play'. Recently, indoor playgrounds are rapidly grow-up because parent's concern degree that about play activity get higher. The indoor playground being enlargement and it contains various paly contents. Color-design play is also enacted animatedly in kids indoor playground. The great part of color-design plays are enacted through program that needs teaching. On the other hand, color-design play facility that children can play spontaneously is not composed sufficiently. Therefore this study aim at design proposal of 'Kids color-design playground apparatus' in indoor playground.

본 연구에서는 모니터링 정보의 생성, 처리, 분산 및 표현에 수반되는 사양을 정형화된 주석으로 표현하여 구현이 함께 이루어질 수 있는 하나의 자동 코드 생성 알고리즘을 제안하는데 있다. 일반적인 패러다임은 언어 및 사양 독립적이지만, 제안되는 패러다임은 모니터링 지향 프로그래밍 영역에 속하는 것으로 하나의 프로타입 형태의 모니터링 지향 환경이 구현되고 제안된다. 입력으로 하나의 공식을 취하는 프로그램을 제공하는 방식으로 모니터링 지향 프로그래밍 환경에 대한 새로운 로직을 추가하고 미리 정의된 서식으로 출력이 이루어지도록 하는데 있다.

As a new medium for knowledge diffusion, E-Journal is expected to be a general type of scholarly communication. However, the techno - economic problems have hindered the advancement of the E-Journal. For the technical aspects, there are problems such as the standardization of document format, automatization of the document preparation, forward and backward link between documents. Also there are necessities for the support of the information infrastructure of digital library and information superhighway. For the economic domain, reengineering of total publishing cycle is considered and the new paradigm of peer review is analyzed. We pointed out that the main difficulties in the diffusion of E-Journal are on the promotion of service and technological advance, not the price and marketing strategy.

본 연구는 광범위한 공간에서(공공장소에서) 불특정 사용자를 대상으로 가능한 정보수집 방법을 제시하고, 수집된 정보의 활용 방안을 제안하기 위해 진행되었다. 연구 내용은 첫번째, 서비스 환경 변화로 인해 공공 디스플레이 서비스 개발요소 도출을 위해 연구사례 및 문헌을 통해 공공장소에서 활용 가능한 사용자 정보수집 기법을 선정하고 고찰한다. 두번째, 선정된 기법을 서비스 개발에 적용하기 위한 정보 수집시 고려해야 하는 특성 및 속성 변수를 정의하고, 이를 중심으로 공공디스플레이 서비스 개발을 위한 사용자 정보 수집 방법을 제안 하였다. 네번째 제안된 방법을 활용하여 서비스 내용과 방법(제공/조작방식).

This paper presents recovering of missing vibration data of a bridge transmitted from wireless sensors. Kalman filter algorithm is adopted to reconstruct the missing data analytically. Validity of the analytical approach is examined through a field experiment of a bridge. Observations demonstrate that, even a part of recovered acceleration responses is underestimated in comparison with those responses taken from cabled sensors, dominant frequencies taken from the reconstructed data are comparable with those from cabled sensors.

Cattail (Typha L.) was used as a raw material for producing both bio-ethanol and pulp for papermaking at the same time. Pretreatments of cattail stems and leaves with acid ($H_2SO_4$) and alkali (NaOH) in three different addition levels were studied before soda pulping. The acid pretreatment gave reducing sugar of 15.2% of initial weight, but alkali pretreatment close to 1%. Soda pulping of the pretreated cattail gave 3% reduction in pulp yield and less bonding properties in paper; however, refining of the pulp from the pretreated cattail with alkali restored their fiber bondings up to that of the pulp from no-pretreated cattail at equivalent freeness.

기술간 산업간 융합 현상은 R&D 범위의 복잡성을 가중시켰고, 국가나 지역 단위의 시장이 아닌 지구 단위의 시장경쟁을 첨예화시킴으로써 과거의 폐쇄적 R&D 시스템의 한계를 여실하게 드러내는 계기가 되었다. 즉, 시장 규모의 글로벌화, 제품개발 주기의 단축, 지식체화 인력의 유동성 증가를 극복하기 위해서는 기존의 폐쇄형 R&D 방법이 아닌, 다양한 지식자원을 활용함과 동시에 R&D 활동 전후방에 위치한 모든 주체들이 참여하는 개방화된 R&D 방법을 도입할 때 비로소 새로운 가치를 창출할 수 있게 될 것이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 R&D 변화의 추세, 개방형 R&D의 개념 및 필요성을 살펴본 후 '융합기술 R&D를 위한 개방형 혁신 시스템 도입 방향'을 제언하고자 한다.

주거환경의 변화는 주거공간을 구성하고 있는 제품을 더 이상 독립된 구조가 아닌 서로 네트워크로 연결된 하나의 제품 및 서비스로 인식될 필요성을 나타내고 있다. 따라서, 제품 및 서비스 컨셉 도출을 위한 사용자 조사 단계에서 사용자의 행위 관찰 시, 관찰의 범위가 기존의 개별 제품을 사용하는 환경 중심에서 전체 제품을 사용하는 환경으로 확장 될 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 주거공간에서 제품 사용의 관찰범위를 개별제품사용환경과 전체제품사용환경으로 분류하여 각각의 관찰범위에서의 사용자 행위 분석 데이터가 어떠한 차이를 갖는지 관찰법(Ethnography)을 이용한 사례연구를 통해 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 추후 주거환경을 구성하는 제품 및 서비스 개발 시 목적에 적합한 관찰범위를 선택하는데 있어 도움이 될 것이며, 기반이 되는 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
