There are several kinds of tungsten carbide(WC) such as light bulbs, metal cutting tools, drill bits, mining tools, military ordinance, high speed tool steels, chemicals/catalysts, wear resistance parts, jet engine turbine blades, etc.. These days it has been widely studied for the recycling technologies of the used tungsten carbide(WC) from view points of economy and efficiency. In this paper, open/registered patents of US, JP, EP, and KR and SCI Journal related to recycling technologies of the used Tungsten Carbide(WC) between 1969-2011 were reviewed. Patents and papers were collected using key-words searching and filtered by filtering criteria. The trends of the patents and papers was analyzed by the years, countries, companies, and technologies.

In these days the industrial management are characterized by mass production. Mass production which is not possible without the rationalization in the process of production and the efficient scale of management needs development of technical administration. The object of this study is set up on the rationalization in the process of production. And this rationalization is a means to the aim of industrial management. So as to realize the rationalization in the process of production, we should think on plan of production and the line of balancing in processes of work. The line of balancing is considered as one of very valuable administration methods. The line of balancing that controls capacities and loads so that processes of work might balance in each other makes away with happenings of idleness and stagnation during the process of work As a natural consequence it follows (1) shortening in the period of Production, (2) more efficient, (3) removing the lots of tine and matter, (4) more efficient using in elements for production. Therefore, through the labour productivity and the efficiency of the process of production increased by these effects, the line of balancing was intended to curtail the basic cost. Though the previously said line of balancing could be applied to production, it should not be said that we can completely balance in each lines of work. In other words it is impossible that the line of balancing is completely executed in every lines of work. For that reason, we should arrange the level of balancing in lines. Nowaday, in our country, it is true that the line of balancing is hardly executed at manufacturing industries. Therefore if we execute and apply the line of balancing to manufacturing industries and the larger field as well , we could curtail the basic cost, through which we could reinforce not only the international competative power but increase the labour productivity. As a result, by these effects, we would rationalize the industrial management.

The cellular rubber products for industrial purpose have been applied in many fields such as auto-motive parts, ship-building, machinery, sports goods, diving suit or interior housings etc. The purpose of this dissertation is to study the physical properties of celluar rubber products particulary for those elastomers such as EPDM, CR and NBR with heat resistance property, weather proofness, and oil resistance characteristics respectively, aiming at improving their quality, and renovating the manufacturing know-how which is beyond our technical power at the present time in Korea. In order to meet this requirement an ideal recipe is being shown for the three elastomers, and also a practical recipe which is easily available in terms of compounding ingredients in domestic market has set up as shown in Table 1. for the investigation of vulcanization characteristics by means of Rheometer. The optimum Mooney viscosity of compounded rubber was found to be approximately $ML_{1+4}(100^{\circ}C)$ $30\sim45$. Excess mustication makes a dispersion of ingredients worse, consequently it causes deformation of shapes and heterogenous cell distribution. In other words the articles are rejected because of its insufficient workmanship. The results of physical properties of the products are indicated in Table 3. It has shown that the quality meet requirement when tested in accordance with ASTM D572, 573 and D 395. The test results o CR/IR blends in terms of hardness, volume change by blowing, tensile strength and elongation have been shown.

The effects of surface color and morphology on the mar behaviors of urethane-acrylate coated surfaces were examined. The superiority of mar resistance was observed in the order of white, red and black-colored samples. This can be explained by a contrast effect. In other words, in case of black colored sample, it takes place the defuse reflection of the incident light on the damaged region where mar damage exerts, leading to whitening phenomenon. Therefore, the damaged region is easily recognized by contrasting the black background. On the other hand, it is difficult for the white-colored sample to perceive the mar-damaged area by the white background acting as protecting coloration. As the gloss of urethane-acrylate coated surface increases, it is observed that there is an increase in the number of carbonyl (-C=O) function group, amount of ethylene and silica. The enhancements of surface rigidity by adding the silica particles and formation of carbonyl function groups by the surface oxidation lead to the increase in mar resistance, while the increase of polyethylene wax is responsible for the improved gloss and smooth-faced surface. Based on the above findings, technical approaches leading the improvement of mar resistance of the urethane-acrylate coated surface are discussed.

This writing, focused on by Tarkovsky and by Song, Il-gon, examines moments of sage which is what Eliade described as 'hierophanic time'. These productions, which can be seen as movies that seek after the truth, show important paradoxical ideas and expressions in those moments. This is because symbolic messages from unrealistic and out of ordinary images are specifically shown. If they had to be compared, through the film by Tarkovsky, the technical civilization of contemporary society in an apocalyptic view is criticized and saved, or the prophetic will to not give up the desire for salvation is shown. In the process, the short shots which forces to show hierophanic time not only diversely visualized the author's ideological self-consciousness towards the conversion of the new world, but it also fulfills the metahistorical meanings mentioned by Eliade. However, in the film by Song, Il-gon, the realistic personal sufferings of three women is specifically shown first in extreme. They overcome their unsolvable problems through mysterious rituals and belief in miracles. In the scenes that include hierophanic time, there are many cases that cover Christian faith and the meaning of salvation. In other words, we can say that hierophanic time in , are related to conviction which led to moments of miracles in order to overcome reality. Therefore, even though there is a difference in the way authors use hierophanic time, the scenes that show it in the two movies display individuality of mythical imaginations disclosed by Eliade. This is because the general hope for reproduction, or meaningful symbols related to the ideal conversion of affairs are revealed.

Objectives : This paper looks at the history of East Asian acupuncture and moxibustion in the context of the general orientations of craft and art. It is understood that acupuncture and moxibustion was the ultimate integration of reason and craft in which text and experience mutually influenced each other throughout its development. In Joseon, the pursuit of integration between the body and the order of the Heaven and Earth was particularly prominent. Methods : As in the words of Zhunagzi(莊子), the state in which something that deeply touches the mind manifests in the hands has been understood as the ultimate state in modern and ancient art. Starting here, I examined the possibility that Korean acupuncture and art has evolved from such foundations step by step. Major acupuncture and moxibustion texts were examined historically, starting with "Shenyingjing(神應經)", leading to "Junggan-Shenyingjing (重刊神應經)", "Chimgu-Gyeongheombang(鍼灸經驗方)", "Chijongjinam(治腫指南)", "Chijongjinam-Joseonchambon治腫指南朝鮮?本", "Chimgutaegilpyeonjip(鍼灸擇日編集)", "Chimgu-Myeonggam(鍼灸明鑑)". Introductions and main contents of the texts were analyzed and presented appropriately. Results : East Asian acupuncture and moxibustion has developed based on the study of pathways that correspond to Shen, of the accordance and harmony between body and the order of Heaven and Earth together with theoretical refinement, technical development, and acceptance of new discoveries. In the perspective of craft, this was motivated by artistic passions such as '得於心 應於手' and '醫者意也'. In the case of refined acupuncture methods, due to their difficulty in education and transmission there has been some fluctuation. Conclusions : Korea, China, and Japan share a largely similar philosophical and cultural basis. Reason and craft, text and experience mutually influenced each other while the core of refined acupuncture was widely shared. However, a certain bifurcation point could be detected.

Folklife archival science(folklife: Folklore is generally used in Engish-speaking countries but it has a strong meaning as remnants of former times. That's why I am useing the term-folklife instead of folklore in this paper. I think folklife is more appropriate term for expressing studies on daily life culture and also my intention to unite the both word in this paper) is a new academic movement, I propose, which is intended on convergence of advantage of folklife and archival science. In other words, taking advantage of the two branches of study(folklife, archival science), it becomes a practical studies which systematically organize records, preservations and application on living culture in any community. It demonstrate deeply on archiving and archive and It conducts a probe into records, preservations and applications. It is a method of technical study in order to record communities like village, rural society and modern city. In the mean time, there is no well defined and established methodology for archival science and for folk-area or community archiving. And therefore, It needs a research methodology in a folklife. In the other hand, there is a lack of a theoretical basis, methodological strategy and clear vision over folklife and field survey or method of survey. Therefore, converging advatage of the two studies(folklife, archival science), we can combine professionalism of community archiving and methodological strategy together.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the space planning of the Senior Center which was supplied recently in apartment complex, to activate the spaces suitable for the changes and needs of the elderly and to explore the complex functions as a community space where intergenerational exchanges are possible. In other words, we sought implications for the physical plan of the district as a community base space and searched for improvement plan. Methods: The survey was conducted by five large private sectors of construction, and 10 of them were built after 2010 in an urban area(Seoul). Literature review, data analysis, field survey and interview were used for the research method. Results: As a result, it was difficult to meet the demands of various elderly people in the space planning, program and operation mode at the current level. In particular, the Baby Boomer generation as an active silver generation will not use the Senior Center. Therefore, based on the results of the survey, we propose some of the following about the Senior Center in apartment complex. First, it is necessary to change the term "the Senior Center" as defined in Article 55-2 of the "Regulations on Housing Construction Standards, etc.". Second, the criteria for setting up the elderly complex space should be presented specifically. Third, it is necessary to secure financial resources in operation and management. Finally, it is necessary to support the residents' organization for community revitalization. Implication: Through the amendment of the laws, it will be possible for various generations to have opportunities to interact by activating the existing community spaces for seniors. It will also contribute to improving the community of apartment complexes.

This study evaluates the social value orientation, well-being of the elderly and care needs of elderly that elderly care services are identified and seeks future service development directions through a desire survey. As of October 2019, 1,501 elderly living alone who used basic care services for the single elderly households for more than 3 months were sampled, and frequency analysis, technical statistical analysis, t-test, and variance analysis were conducted. The survey found that social value orientation averages 90.93, and the sense of well-being of the elderly is 71.29 points. As a result of the analysis of variance and post-hoc analysis, the well-being of the elderly was statistically significant in groups well aware of their social value orientation. In addition, key words such as "loneliness", "lonely Death", and "safety" were derived for concerns that may arise when the service is discontinued. Based on the results of this study, it could be used as basic data to explore the development direction of the new "elderly care services" and to establish a care system for senior citizens in preparation.

Purpose - The recent franchise industry is rapidly developing. Some franchisees have a low barriers to entry and competition among companies is intensifying. In this dynamic competitive environment, companies need to focus on customer preferences, quality, and technical interfaces to gain competitive advantage. As a result, companies are required to measure the performance of service values in order to provide differentiated services from competitors. In the franchise industry, customer experience marketing of service values will enable companies to create new businesses. Franchise firms should explore a variety of services to increase service value and reduce failures. Research design, data, methodology - The questionnaire of this study was based on the previous research. Surveys were conducted on panels of online surveys. Surveys were conducted on the panel who had visited the restaurant franchise within the past month. The survey was conducted for about 7 days from February 13, 2019 to February 19, 2019. Total 300 samples, 293 were used in the analysis except for seven unfair questionnaires. Results - The findings of this study are as follows: Emotional, monetary, and reputation values have positive effects on cognitive and affective attitudes. Quality value and behavioral value did not effect cognitive attitude and affective attitude significantly. In addition, affective attitude has positive effect on loyalty, but cognitive attitude did not significant effect on loyalty. Conclusions - First, food-service franchise company should develop a service that enables customers to use the store conveniently. We need to develop a comfortable environment for our customers and provide intangible services. Second, food-service franchise company should provide a reasonable price service. Food-service franchise company needs to sell a high quality menu at a reasonable price to generate profits. Third, food-service franchise companies need to strategically respond to their reputation. In other words, food-service franchise company needs to constantly monitor the reputation of its customers and respond appropriately to market conditions. Fourth, food-service franchise company needs to develop a service method capable of emotional interaction with customers. Food-service franchise firms need to develop ongoing service methods and educate their staff.
