Full system of turnkey deliberation committee in 2010 was abolished and permanent Deliberation committee was introduced. So far, ordering organization selected the best method suitable for the design and comprehensive evaluation method in the turnkey bid construction. Comprehensive evaluation method have bid price design score coordination, weighted basis, the best design approach fixed amount, five successful bidder decision method in addition. Design deliberation branch committee in the successful bidder decision way configured and operated branch members of special design consultation committee, But main agent changed from committee deliberation pull system to permanent committee deliberation, as well as and The lobby burden was not improved. This similar to the past at the portion of the design deliberation and the way of the design deliberation in the turnkey bid construction. Therefore it is necessary to improve the design deliberation system. In other words, design score and technology competition should be adapted to determine a successful bid. This study suggested the operating system of the design deliberation, the decision method problems of the successful bidder and ways to improve the design deliberation.

Objectives : Because of emphasizing a side of preventive medicine in the oriental medicine, an interest in Doinqigong(導引氣功: Physical and breathing exercise) has been elated recently. But, it has a limited sphere of application in the present south korea. Therefore we would like to bring out its sphere of application and detailed method in the oriental medicine classics. Method : We have researched theories and methods of Doinqigong in the Junghwaeujeon(中華醫典: Oriental medicine classic collections) DB according to below the procedure. (1) Making a related words list: We have used existing study of Doinqigong to make a list. It has been connected with Doinqigong. It includes not only technical terms, but also general terms. (2) Searching sentences: We have searched sentence that contain terms related with Doinqigong in the Junghwaeujeon DB. (3) Analysis of related sentences: We have searched and classified sentence by theory and method. Result : Results & Conclusion : (1) The total number of oriental medicine classics connected with Doinqigong is twelve. (2) The methods of Doinqigong have classified into three large groups: They are the Doinqigong for preservationing of good health, the Doinqigong for curing disease and the Doinqigong for internal organs and channels. (3) The number of Doinqigong for preservationing of good health in the seven oriental medicine classics is about ten. For example, the Okeumhi(五禽戱: Five animal's dance), the Paldangeum(八段錦: Eight motions of qigong) and so on. The number of oriental medicine classics connected with Doinqigong for curing disease is seven. They contain internal diseases, surgical diseases, diseases of five sensory organs and various diseases in the order of their frequency. The Doinqigong for internal organs and channels is only the Yookjageul(六字訣: Six sound's treatment).

Tin has been widely used to solder, tin plated steel, bronze alloy, sputtering target for transparent electrode and chemical additives. It has been widely reported to the recycling technologies for tin scraps because of the scarcity and economic efficiency of the reserve. This study was analyzed by using open/registered patents KR, US, CN, JP and EP related to recycling technologies for processing scrap, sludges, waste fluid for plating process and spent alloy containing tin in between 1970 and 2013. Patents were collected using key-words searching and filtered by filtering criteria. The trends of the patents were analyzed by year, country, appliant and technology.

There are generated the hundreds of tons of waste electric wire per year due to replace for increase transmission capacity and/or replacement of old electric wire by Korea's national power grid and/or private industrial factories. Recently, the wire recycling technologies studied extensively in terms of effieiency by of economic aspects and environment aspects. In this paper, the patents and papers for the recycling technologies of spent electric wire were collected and analyzed. The range of search was limited in the open patents of USA (US), European Union (EP), Japan (JP), Korea (KR) and SCI journals from 1975 to 2011. Patents and journals were collected using key-words searching and filtered by filtering criteria. The trends of the patents and journals were analyzed by the years, countries, companies, and technologies.

As a result of New media that affects the marketing system, it is appeared a new marketing system called Market Platform in terms of market governance of trading. Market Platform is a new marketing system for ideal market system through the community structure from a hierarchy structure. It is determined that Market Platform as the role of adjustment of each side of market, buyer and seller, developed an existing marketing system. In this study, to target the Market Platform has recently emerged as the center of the market management in the new media environment. This study investigates what characteristics and impact of infrastructure of Market Platform will affect the cognitive impact on both buyers and sellers to clarify the impact on the self efficacy of the shopping process. Through this investigation, modeling for the impact that new media environment will attract Market Platform will be developed from the investigation of attractiveness of mobile market platform environment. Changes in the technical media environment gave the characteristics of the customer in the market platform, so consumers could involve not only consumed, but also manufactured. Thus, it is possible to increase the attractiveness if market must be able to not only for the convenience of shopping, but also make people to enjoy the experience of value co-creation. In other words, the new media, as a result of affecting the marketing system, mobile market platform is organized around the market of communication base. Network centrality, visible openness, ubiquitous multiplexity, 3 properties of new media increase the market self-efficacy of their customers. Therefore, the structure of market platform that enhance self-efficacy has higher attractiveness.

This study was conducted to evaluate the quantitative and qualitative aspects of Korean websites related to nutrition education. A total of 30 websites were ultimately selected through 4 major Internet search engines, including Naver, Yahoo, Daum, and Nate, using several key words (i.e., nutrition education, dietary life education, nutrition information, nutrition management, etc.). A systematic review was conducted for each of the selected websites based on the American Library Association (ALA) website checklist and a data abstract form that was adapted from a previous study. Approximately two thirds of the websites were established between 2002 and 2005, and 46.6% were administrated by public health centers or schools/colleges. The most frequently targeted group was the generally healthy population (30.0%). Among the various topics of nutrition information provided, “balanced diet” was the topic most often provided by the websites. Also, an increasing trend for utilizing multimedia tools was observed; however, little technical support or instruction was provided by the websites. Only 50.0% and 63.3% of the sites clearly stated their operators and sources of provided information, respectively. Overall, the purposes of sites were clearly stated, and were not overshadowed by advertising. And most features of design, stability, and content were found to be appropriate, but several aspects, such as establishing a help/FAQ menu, regularly updating nutrition information, and converting provided information into a database for easier search and update, needed improvement. In addition, active operational strategies are greatly needed to encourage the application of materials found on sites into real educational settings.

The Next generation network may describe one integrated network by IP (Internet Protocol) convergence and combining various access technologies. The IP version 6 (IPv6) becomes fundamental protocol and the terminal offered various services is having mobility, multihoming, and intelligent as well as smaller. In this convergence network, which integrate mobile network, broad cast network, and Internet as well as PSTN, can provide all of the service. In this context, we will briefly present that the end node should be required ubiquitous computing and networking. That is to say that we must guarantee the end node in any time, my place, my where, and offer continuously services to the node. As like this, Service Mobility is given if a user can obtain subscribed and personalized services consistently even if connected to a foreign network service provider. In other words, Service mobility allows users to maintain access to their services even while moving or changing devices and network service providers. In this paper, we have to refer technical consideration items to make the service mobility framework.

The annual requirement of domestic waste photoresist stripper solution is about 1 trillion won level (50,000 tons) depends entirely on imports for its supplies. Nevertheless, there waste strippers which contain the impurities have been recycled or incinerated to a low level of recycle. These days the recycling technologies of the waste stripper solution has been widely studied from the view points of economy and efficiency. In this paper, the recycling technologies on patent of the waste stripper solution were analyzed. The range of search was limited within the open patents of USA (US), European Union (EP), Japan (JP), and Korea (KR) up to september, 2007. Patents have been collected using key-words searching and filtered by filtering criteria. The trends of the patents was analyzed by the years, countries, companies, and technologies.

Directional words like 'ascending(升, sheng)', 'descending(降, jiang)', 'floating(浮, fu)', 'sinking(沈, chen) are technical terminologies of Oriental Medicine to express the directions of material medica functioning-at the phase of Qi-superiorly, inferiorly, exteriorly, and interiorly in human body, and are constituting one of the major principles in prescribing medicines. Lacking the objective methodology to measure or, at least determine Qi, However, we can not expect to secure meaningful data to verify those directional terms. This problematic situation caused chaotic discrepancy between theory and practice of Oriental Medicine. Thus, adopting the method of dynamic meditation 'Hanalmomjit' of Lux Vitae meditation society, by which various state of Qi-sensational movements can be expressed, we compared its moves with the directional terms of traditional canons in Oriental Medicine. In this thesis, the experiment of expressing materia medica via 'Hanalmomjit' is resulted out and compared with the terms, confirmed to have a certain meaningfulness. The new method showed these results below: Herba Menthae, described to have the disposition of ascending and floating, showed 60% of ascending movements in 'Hanalmomjit' experiment. Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, described to have the disposition of descending and sinking, showed 50% of descending movements. Radix Glycyrrhizae, described to have plain disposition, showed 60% of central movements. Rhizoma Atractylodis and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, described to have the disposition of ascending and floating, showed also ascending movements. Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis, described to have the disposition of descending and sinking, showed also descending movements. In conclusion, qi-sensational movement of 'Hanalmomjit' for materia medica showed sufficient relations described in classics, proving itself to be useful method for objective demonstration of material medica.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of coach confidence on member satisfaction and perceived performance in throwers. The participants were 198 throwers who were competed in the 40th National Athletics Championship. To analyze the data, multiple regression was performed using SPSS 18.0 ver Windows. The results showed that coach confidence of throwers affected significantly on the athlete satisfaction(p<0.05). In other words, the subfactor of coach confidence such as integrity, ability, consistency, sacrifice, and openness affected the subfactor of player satisfaction such as technical analysis, teaching ability, and coaching qualification. And also, coach confidence of throwers affected significantly on the perceived performance(p<0.05). The subfactor of coach confidence such as integrity, ability, consistency, sacrifice, and openness affected the subfactor of player satisfaction such as victory will and skill exhibition. It was concluded that the coach confidence of throwers may affect player satisfaction and perceived performance.
