지방자치단체의 홍수피해 응급복구 과정에서의 기술자원 활용방안 (Utilization of Technical Resources in the Emergency Recovery Process of Flood Damage of Local Governments)

  • 본 연구에서는 홍수발생시 재해응급복구에 관한 장비조합의 적정성을 판단하고, 장비운용의 전문성을 가지고 있는 건설실무 인력자원을 활용하여 경제적이고 신속한 재해응급복구가 이루어질 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. 홍수피해복구 과정에 대한 절차와 방법을 조사하여, 현행 대처과정에 대한 이해를 정리하였고 이에 대한 법적근거를 조사 분석하였다. 지금까지는 장비자원과 전문건설실무자원에 대한 효과적인 응급복구장비 투입과정에 대한 연구가 부족하여 응급복구시 비용의 과다지출 및 응급복구 지체상황이 발생하였다. 이에 따라 장비자원과 기술자원을 효과적으로 응급복구과정에 투입하여 개선된 경험적 사례를 정리하고 이론적 근거를 조사, 분석하여 향후 효과적인 홍수피해 응급복구가 지방자치단체에 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 복구장비의 응급복구투입에 따른 우선순위를 결정하고, 필요한 장비가 효율적으로 활용되도록 재해지역의 이동거리와 연관성을 분석하여 활용방안을 제시하였으며, 이러한 전문 인력이 자치단체 산하의 지역자율방재단에서 적절한 기능을 할 수 있는 새로운 방안을 제시하였다.

  • 화력발전소 석탄재는 2010년을 기준으로 약 850만톤, 연탄재는 약 74만톤 배출된다. 이는 대량 재활용되지 않아 경제적, 환경적으로 부담이 되고 있는 실정이므로, 석탄 연소부산물의 자원화기술개발이 시급하다. 석탄 연소부산물을 균질하게 가공하는 분쇄 및 선별 등의 자원처리기술을 적용하고, 석탄 연소부산물의 품질을 관리하여, 비소성 그린시멘트인 지오폴리머의 원료로 재활용하고자 본 연구에서는 석탄 연소부산물의 지오폴리머 원료화 기술에 대한 특허와 논문을 분석하였다. 분석범위는 1979년 ~ 2013년까지의 미국, 유럽연합, 일본, 한국의 등록/공개된 특허와 SCI 논문으로 제한하였다. 특허와 논문은 키워드를 사용하여 수집하였으며, 기술의 정의에 의해 필터링하였다. 특허와 논문의 동향은 연도, 국가, 기업, 기술 등에 따라 분석하여 고찰하였다.

숯 합지 및 내첨지의 가스흡착 성능 (Charcoal Application to Paper and Analysis of Gas Absorption Capability)

  • The charcoal has been used not only as fuel but also as human health care material since it was used. Charcoal's performances were generally investigated in aspects of energy efficiency and caloric values. This study was conducted in order to increase charcoal's application area and to develop functional paper. Five types of charcoal were used on a basis of gas absorption properties from previous study. Handsheets were made by two methods by internal loading and surface spray on interlayer. Strength properties of internal loading and interlayer spray handsheets were decreased as the charcoal loading increased. Ethylene gas absorption property was higher in both of oak's black charcoal and white charcoal than others. In terms of strength, 5-10% charcoal loading was efficient. Above 10% loading, a rate of strength decrease was higher than that of ethylene gas absorption rate. Formaldehyde absorption property was higher at both of oak's black charcoal and mixed charcoal than others. However, to guarantee enough charcoal loading should be higher than 95 $g/m^2$ for sufficient formaldehyde absorption.

골판지의 와프 현상발생에 대한 원지 특성의 영향 (Effect of Base Paper Properties on Warp of Corrugated Board)

  • Basically corrugated board is composed of three layers of different basis weight and stock composition. Warp is well-known for one of the most important problems of corrugated board production. Warp is caused by difference of hygro-expansibility of linears between top and bottom. This research was performed to evaluate the effect of paper properties on the warp of corrugated board. To evaluate warp, dynamic expansion properties of paper was tested using DPM(dynamic penetration measuring system). The effects of sizing, stock composition and wet-pressing on dynamic expansion properties were also evaluated. Commercial base papers showed different dynamic expansion property depending on stock composition and papermaking operation. Sizing treatment decreased and wet-pressing increased the amount of dynamic expansion. To reduce warp of corrugated board, management of dynamic expansion of base papers should be controlled by manipulating moisture, heat and tension, using a variety of adjustments available on the corrugator.

골판지 접착 불량에 대한 전분과 원지 특성의 영향 (Effect of Starch and Base Paper Properties an Adhesion Problem of Corrugated Board)

  • Starch is widely used as an adhesive material in the paper and corrugated board industry. The adhesion problem of corrugated board is categorized by two main parts called zipper board and white glue line. The object of this research is to investigate the factors affecting the adhesion problem by the gelatinization of various starch solutions and dynamic penetration properties measurements of various commercial base paper and handsheets. Flow property of starch solution is affected by sodium hydroxide addition and reaction level. Absorption property of commercial base papers and handsheets is affected by sizing and stock composition. Optimum bonding between top/bottom liners and corrugated medium is accomplished by acceptable flow viscosity of mixed starch solution and proper adsorption characteristic of base paper.

천연염료를 이용한 한지염색에 관한 연구(IV) - 정향나무를 중심으로 - (Studies on the Dyeing of Hanji by Natural Dye-stuffs(IV) - With a focus on the clove tree -)

  • The objective of this study was to find in what color Hanji(Korean hand-made paper) is dyed when it is dyed with a pigment extracted from clove tree using different kinds of mordant, and how the paper is discolored and variety of strength under the condition of accelerated aging test. The results of this experiment are as follows. The Hanji dyed with aluminum acetate mordant was colored yellowish brown at pH 4.82, discoloration after aging was as much as a slight difference of color was recognized, and the decrease of strength after aging test was small. Thus, the method using aluminum acetate mordant was usable in coloring Hanji. The second most useful Hanji dyeing moth of was using distilled water and ferrous sulfate mordant, which dyed Hanji light brown at pH 6.03. However, when pigment was extracted using distilled water and copper sulfate mordant was used, discoloration was satisfactory but strength decreased too much and pale brown was obtained. Thus, this method was not usable.
