The purpose of this study is to establish the rainwater Utilization for the housing complex through the using rainwater, infiltration and detention. This study focused on the following items. 1) Legal basic conditions for the rainwater utilization in Germany 2) Case study on the rainwater management with examples. As the results of this study, it is necessary to implement these rainwater management system in laws, legal norms and technical regulation.

최근 전기설비의 안전성 확보와 인체감전보호를 위해 저압차단기 관련 국제표준 부합화 및 이에 근거한 관련 전기설비기술기준이 제 개정되었다. 저압차단기의 용도에 따른 안전과 특성기준을 구체화하여 설계, 시공 및 검사 등에 필요한 전기설비기술기준의 판단기준 제 개정 현황을 소개하고자 한다.

In accordance with adoption of new convention for the control of ship's ballast water at the diplomatic conference held in London Feb, 2004, every country has to regulate the ballast water and deposit matters. When this Resolution comes into effect in 2009, all vessels engaged in international voyage must have ballast water control program, ballast water records, equipments which are suitable to the standard of exchange and performance for the ballast water. This study estimates objectively their performances, merits and demerits of the ballast water treatment technique and exchanging techniques for safe operation of ships. It is desirable to design an equipment to control the ballast water using the brush-type vacuum suction nonstop reverse cleaning system to overcome the clogging phenomenon and the direct disc filtering to maximize filtering area for the optimum process considering biological availabilities. It will be expected to protect against marine pollution and to maintain clean sea if it is secured to develop new ballast water treatment techniques. And it will also be expected to cope with the Resolution and each regulation of the developed countries from the ballast water.

The flexible pedestrian legform impactor(Flex-PLI) consisting of a flexible femur and tibia will be tested for pedestrian protection by global technical regulation(GTR) within the next couple of years as a replacement for the existing transport research laboratory(TRL) legform impactor. In this study, a computer aided engineering(CAE) model was used to perform the effect analysis of each injury with regard to the changes in tolerance factors with the baseline results without tolerance. The tolerance factors were the height of impactor from ground reference line, initial velocity of impactor and rotation of impactor.

D-STATCON using the multilevel voltage source inverters is presented for voltage regulation and reactive power compensation in distribution system. This cascade M-level inverter consists of (M-1)/2 single phase full bridge inverter(FBI). This multilevel inverter is a natural fit to the flexible ac transmission systems(FACTS) including STATCON, SVC, series compensation and phase shifting, It can solve the problems of conventional transformer-based multipulse inverters and multilevel diode-clamped inverters. From the simulation results, the superiority of D-STATCON with cascade multilevel inverter is shown for high power application.

In recent years, WorldSID dummy has been continuously developed and investigated to be a better represent biolfidelic ATD as well as a device for replacement of the current existing EuroSID-2. In Korea, the side impact accident is one of the major severe accidents in terms of numbers of accidents and fatality. Since 2003, 50kph 90degree side crash test has been initiated as a safety standard with EuroSID-1 at the first stage and also same time 55kph impact speed test has been conducted as a part of KNCAP program. Currently only EuroSID-2 is accepted as a regulatory tool for vehicle certification and KNCAP. In order to make use of WorldSID of KNCAP in the distant futuer the tests with WorldSID is conducted experimentally.

Recently, it is becoming the big issue internationally where the safety problem of the industrial product including the foodstuffs. The way is able to construct the trust of the consumer that the external specialized agency independently operating confirms what production process of the product keep a standard or a technical regulation. This is conformity assessment. In the many countries, agencies entrusted government authority do conformity assessment. Specially, 'certification' in one form of conformity assessment process is operating a certification system at the government and the non-government body in Korea. Also non-government certification is fixed by trusted system from consumer. He has to prepare a competitive power in liberalization time, so need the countermeasure urgently. This study purpose that develops strategy so as to activating of non-government certification system in gist of the origination called 'self-control.' I present activation strategies using SWOT/AHP analysis.

2001년 4월 이후 유럽연합지역에서는 유.무선통신기기 인증 지침(R&TTE Directive: 1999/5/EC)이 발효됨에 따라 유럽연합과 개별회원국 간에는 1980년 후반 이후 유럽연합의 합의 정책의 목표였던 ‘새롭고도 광범위한 접근방식’에 의한 유.무선 통신기기의 기술 규제 운영체제가 정립되게 되었다. 이하에서는 무선통신기기 부분을 중심으로 유럽연합과 개별 회원국인 영국의 사례를 살펴봄으로써 국내 무선통신기기 기술규제체제의 정립에 기여하는 것을 목적으로 삼는다.

It is general opinion that the future mobile multimedia networks will use different standards and a prospective solution to this problem will be software defined radio (SDR) techniques. SDR provides the flexibility to support multiple air interfaces and signal processing functions at the same time. Especially, digital signal processors and FPGAs are widely used for implementation of these adaptive and flexible functions of a baseband modem for SDR applications. Also, it is known that the modulation schemes of OCQPSK (Orthogonal Complex QPSK) and HPSK (Hybrid PSK) are used for IMT-2000 services of cdma2000 and WCDMA, respectively. Thus, in this paper, we design and implement an OCQPSK / HPSK modem using a DSP chip of Texas Instrument's TMS320C6701. One modulation scheme is operated by adaptive selection between the two schemes and 5 physical traffic channels differentiated by orthogonal codes are implemented in one DSP chip and each channel has 1Mbps data rates and 8Mcps chip rates.

최근 빈번한 국제적 지진 발생과 더불어 우리나라에 있어서도 경각심이 조성되어 지진 재해에 대한 법적 대응이 강화되고 있다. 지진 발생시 통신서비스의 긴박성을 인식하여 자연재해대책법상 전기통신기본법에 의한 통신설비가 내진대책 시설의 부류로 지난 2007년 1월 개정 당시 추가되었다. 이에 따라 세부 설치 기준에 대하여는 관계 부처 소관의 해당 법령에서 수립하도록 하고 있다. 이러한 배경 하에 본 논문에서는 통신설비 시설상에 적용하여야 할 내진설계 및 검증을 위한 법적 규격인 기술기준안 수립에 토대가 되는 세부 연구 내용을 소개한다. 먼저 통신설비의 적용 대상 범위를 제시하고 각 설비 그룹 및 분류별로 적용될 내진설계 및 검증 방식을 설명한다. 여기에서 활용할 외국 규격기술에 대하여 언급한다. 아울러 지진 현상과 관련하여 실제 시설상의 여러 가지 고려 대상이 되는 요소들에 대한 기준 요구내용을 제시하였다.
