Hyperpolarized (HP) carbon-13 (¹³C) MRI represents an innovative approach for noninvasive, real-time assessment of dynamic metabolic flux, with potential integration into routine clinical MRI. The use of [1-¹³C]pyruvate as a probe and its conversion to [1-¹³C]lactate constitute an extensively explored metabolic pathway. This review comprehensively outlines the establishment of HP ¹³C-MRI, covering multidisciplinary team collaboration, hardware prerequisites, probe preparation, hyperpolarization techniques, imaging acquisition, and data analysis. This article discusses the clinical applications of HP ¹³C-MRI across various anatomical domains, including the brain, heart, skeletal muscle, breast, liver, kidney, pancreas, and prostate. Each section highlights the specific applications and findings pertinent to these regions, emphasizing the potential versatility of HP ¹³C-MRI in diverse clinical contexts. This review serves as a comprehensive update, bridging technical aspects with clinical applications and offering insights into the ongoing advancements in HP ¹³C-MRI.

스마트공항은 ICT 신기술을 공항에 적용하여 공항 이용자인 여객 입장에서는 편리하고 안전한 서비스를 제공받고, 공항 운영자 입장에서는 공항 시스템의 효율적인 관리를 위하여 추진하는 미래 공항 서비스로써 적용 범위는 랜드 사이드, 터미널, 에어 사이드 등 공항의 전반적인 분야를 포함한다. 본 논문에서는 스마트공항 실현을 위한 다양한 범위 중에서 여객 편의성을 제공하는 터미널의 공항 프로세스에 대한 기술적 해결방안에 대해 제안한다. 공항 프로세스를 스마트화하기 위해서는 웹 또는 모바일 체크인, 셀프 체크인/태깅/백드롭/보딩 등 셀프 서비스가 강화되어야 하며, 자동출입국, 스마트 보안검색, AI기반 수화물 자동검색 등의 기술이 적용되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 스마트 공항과 스마트 프로세스에 대한 개념을 설명하고, 기술적 고려사항에 대해 제언하고자 한다.

최근, 무선 통신 기술을 활용하여 스마트팜 환경을 개선하고자 하는 연구가 지속되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 노지 스마트팜 환경에서 발생하는 문제점에 대해 소개하고, 이들을 해결하기 위한 통신 기술적 고려사항을 다루고자 했다. 노지 스마트팜 환경에 적용하기 위한 후보 기술로 LoRa, Sigfox, NB-IoT, WiFi를 선정했고, 현재 사용되고 있는 국내 스마트팜 기술의 문제점 및 방향성을 기반으로 설치 비용, 통신 범위, 데이터 전송 속도, 배터리 수명, 가격 등을 고려하여 각각의 후보 기술을 분석하여, 최종적으로 LoRa 기술이 가장 적합한 것으로 판단했다. 자세한 기술적 분석을 위해 본 논문에서는 LoRa의 물리 계층과 Medium Access Control (MAC) 계층 기술, 그리고 보안에 대해 소개하였고, 특히 물리 계층의 변조기법, MAC 계층에서의 Class (Class A, B, C) 기반 프로토콜 동작 방법, 그리고 LoRa 버전별 보안 아키텍처에 대해 기술했다.

This paper presents an improved fuzzy logic-based adaptive PWM technique. A fuzzy logic- based adaptive PWM technique determines the optimal output voltage vector which takes into account both direction of back-emf and direction of current error vector. This technique has a simple structure and a good level of stability, but it has disadvantages. The longer sampling period, the larger current error. Because there is no considerations of the current error magnitude of each phases. The proposed method improves the control performance by selecting the optimum switching pattern in which the magnitudes of current errors are considered introducing space vector concept. Simulation results using Matlab/Simulink show that the proposed control method reduces current error keeping the merit of previous one.

This paper's objective is to provide insights about the problems and expansion strategies of electronic trade. Korean small and medium-sized firms have adopted the Internet since the end of 1990s in order to reshape their competitiveness, and it is now being utilized as a major export marketing instrument to develop new customers, save export transaction costs ad facilitate new work processes. However, at present, the use of the internet in the field of trading is limited to the collection of market information, owing to legal, technical and institutional restraints between countries. In addition to that, because firms have the difficulties in making the trade contract through the e-trade system, the negative recognition on its' utility has been spreaded gradually between companies. This is one of the barriers to block the expansion of e-Trade between Korean firms. Therefore, this paper points out the problems of e-trade in the environmental, institutional and strategic view and provides many considerations for establishing the expansion strategy of e-trade by the Korean government and trade supporting institutions.

Facial palsy has a broad clinical presentation and the effects on psychosocial interaction and facial functions can be devastating. Pediatric facial palsy, in particular, introduces unique familial and technical considerations as anatomy, future growth potential, and patient participation influence treatment planning. Though some etiologies of pediatric facial palsy are self-limiting, congenital and long-standing facial palsies pose difficult challenges that require a combination of surgical, adjunctive, and rehabilitative techniques to achieve facial reanimation. Given the spectrum of ages and symptom severity, as well as the various surgical options available for facial palsy, a tailored approach needs to be developed for each child to restore facial balance and function. Here, we review the etiologies, workup, and treatment of pediatric facial palsy and present our novel algorithmic approach to treatment.

In this paper, the technology innovation for software firms are discussed. Through the literature study, the concepts about this issue and the environment and activity of software firm's the technology innovation related are described. The survey paper was developed for searching the obstacles, policy considerations, and performance of this issue etc. Also questionnaire sheet was made for identifying the relations on technology innovation activities and performance. The degree of understanding about the need of technology innovation were very high according to the analysis result from the response based on the 103 software firms. Among this survey the other results are described as follows; the motivation of technology innovation, the necessity and implementation, the duration acquired for innovation result, the favorite support program as for innovation policy, obstacles for innovation implementation, the reason for innovation collaboration etc. Finally, it is verified statistically that the performance of technology innovation be affected by the employment of external professional technician, research and development, the technical education.

The coronal approach is a versatile surgical technique. This method becomes particulary useful for exposure and internal fixation of midfacial fractures and the harvest of calvarial bone graft to manage the complex facial bone fractures. The rectrospective clinical study on the use of this technique in 10 patients was performed. The result shows that this technique provides the excellent exposure of fractures site, the ability to reduce the fragment accurately and good cosmetic results in incision area. We discussed with literatures review that anatomy, technique, indications, and potential complications of the coronal approach.

비전리방사선에 대한 방호의 관점에서 현재의 검출 및 측정기술을 검토하였다. 특히 전파와 자외선을 중심으로 노출계측량, 측정기기 및 측정 시 고려사항을 설명하였다. 전파장에 대해서는 실제 파원별로 출력밀도의 수준을 요약하여 실무에 참고가 되게 하였다. 대체로 비 전리방사선의 측정에는 아직 큰 오차가 있으므로 늘어나는 비 전리방사선원과 이로 인한 유해한 건강영향에 대한 대중의 관심을 고려하면 비 전리방사선 측정기술의 개발수요는 크다.

최근 들어 비즈니스 환경의 변화로 인하여 비즈니스 프로세스 관리(BPM)라고 하는 경영관리기법이 주목을 받게 되었다. 그러나 다양한 업무환경에 따른 적합한 BPM을 도입하는 것에 대한 적절한 지침이 제시되어 있지 않다. 본 연구는 BPM에 요구되는 기능적인 사항과 기술적인 사항들을 분류하고 정의하여 기능적 및 기술적 체계를 제시한다. 또한 이러한 체계를 기반으로 BPM 평가방안을 제시한다. 제시된 평가방안은 4가지 BPM의 유형별로 다른 중요도를 반영하여 BPM을 평가할 수 있도록 하였다. 본 연구는 BPM을 도입하고자 하는 기업의 주요한 지침으로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
