  • Korean government, port and logistics companies have given a lot of their efforts to exchange electronic documents between themselves and their partners. As the results of them, Korean EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) standards were made by Korean EDIFACT committee and the standards have been used by companies and governmental organizations in Korea. However, Korean port and logistics EDI system is based on YAN(Value Added Network) and one VAN company has monopolistic right to relay EDI documents to Korean HOMAF(Ministry of Maritime Affairs & Fisheries) and Customs Service. Therefore it leads to a lot of problems such as inconvenient software, expensive transmission fee, insufficient improvement of business process and the difficulty of connection with the in-house systems of user companies. For solving these problems, this study is aimed to progress for XML and XML-based electronic commerce framework. This paper shows a optimal XML/EDl method using XML/EDl, BizTalk Framework, ebXML Framework. Fer improving extant problems in port and logistics industry, this paper proposed XML/EDl system based on system architectural level, support technical level, business infrastructure level.

Advanced Procedure and Computing System for Standardization of IEC Terminologies (선진화된 IEC 기술용어 표준화 구축절차 및 전산시스템)

  • Through the correspondence works with international electrotechnical vocabulary(IEV) in the smart grid field and power information technology field, we analyzed cases for discussion of terms and definitions in the IEV and then proposed an advanced procedure and computing system for standardization of International Electronical Committee(IEC) terminologies. The standardization procedure consists of processes for existing terminology, new terminology and correspondent terminology which have different structures. An example of the standardization work of correspondent terminology is given. The standardization computing system are based on the process for terminology extraction, terminology verification and terminology management which could provide the Wikipedia type terminology search function. In order to prevent that there exist multiple terminologies in IEV, the database search system is needed to be developed. We proposed the 'IEV_Term_Search' program which is the database search system. Terminology standardization of different technical committees(TC) and completion of the IEV to promote cooperation between TC 1 and the TCs must be followed by revision and standardization using the standardization computing system.

Influence of Microstructure on Reference Target on Ultrasonic Backscattering (기준표적상의 미세구조가 초음파 후방산란에 미치는 영향)

  • This paper is based on our comments and proposed amendments to the documents, Annex A, Phantom for determining Maximum Depth of Penetration, and Annex B, Local Dynamic Range Using Acoustical Test Objects 87/400/CDV. IEC 61391-2 Ed. 1.0 200X, prepared by IEC technical Committee 87; Ultrasonics. The documents are concerned with the influence of microstructure of reference target material on the ultrasonic backscattering. Previous works on the attenuation due to backreflection and backscattering of reference target materials are reviewed. The drawback to the use of ungraded stainless steel and metallic materials without microstructural data such as, crystal structure, basic acoustic data of sound velocity and attenuation, grain size, roughness and elastic constants has been discussed. The analysis suggested that the insightful conclusion can be made by differentiating the influence arising from target size and microstructure on the backscattering measurements. The microstructural parameters are associated with physical, geometrical, acoustical and mechanical origins of variation with frequency. Further clarification of such a diverse source mechanisms for ultrasonic backscattering would make the target material and its application for medical diagnosis and therapy simpler and more reliable.

Bio-vector Generation Framework for Smart Healthcare

  • In this paper, by managing the biometric data is changed with the passage of time, a systematic and scientifically propose a framework to increase the bio-vector generation efficiency of the smart health care. Increasing the development of human life as a medicine and has emerged smart health care according to this. Organic and efficient health management becomes possible to generate a vector when the biological domain to the wireless communication infrastructure based on the measurement of the health status and to take action in accordance with the change of the physical condition. In this paper, we propose a framework to create a bio-vector that contains information about the current state of health of the person. In the proposed framework, Bio vectors may be generated by collecting the biometric data such as blood pressure, pulse, body weight. Biometric data is the raw data from the bio-vector. The scope of the primary data can be set to active. As the collecting biometric data from multiple items of the bio-recognition vectors may increase. The resulting bio-vector is used as a measure to determine the current health of the person. Bio-vector generating the proposed framework, it can aid in the efficiency and systemic health of healthcare for the individual.

  • In this paper, the biometric data is transmitted in real time from the IoT environment is runoff, forgery, alteration, prevention of the factors that can be generated from a denial-of-service in advance, and the security strategy for the biometric data to protect the biometric data secure from security threats offer. The convenience of living in our surroundings to life with the development of ubiquitous computing and smart devices are available in real-time. And is also increasing interest in the IOT. IOT environment is giving the convenience of life. However, security threats to privacy also are exposed for 24 hours. This paper examines the security threats to biological data to be transmitted in real time from IOT environment. The technology for such security requirements and security technology according to the analysis of the threat. And with respect to the biometric data transmitted in real time on the IoT environment proposes a security strategy to ensure the stability against security threats and described with respect to its efficiency.

  • As the state of the art in recent years Laser-Arc Hybrid welding is tried actively because of its various economical and technical advantages. In this study, melting tendencies according to the variation of laser-arc distance are investigated in case of YAG laser-TIG Hybrid welding process of AH32 ship structural steel. Nd-YAG laser with a laser beam power of 3KW is used and varied laser-arc distance 0mm to 10mm with fixing the TIG current as l00A. There is certain distance between laser and TIG elecrode to improve welding heat input and also increase the penetration.

A Study on the Effect of the Overload Ratio on the Fatigue Crack Growth Retardation (과대하중비가 균열성장지연에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • A growing fatigue crack is known to be retarded on application of an overload cycle. The retardation may be characterized by the total number of cycles involved during retardation and the retarded crack length. The overload ratio plays an important role to influence the retardation behavior. The objective of the present investigation is to study the effect of different overload ratio on the retardation behavior. For DENT(double edge notched tension) specimens and ESET(eccentrically-loaded single edge crack tension) specimens, fatigue crack growth tests are conducted under cyclic constant-amplitude loading including a single tensile overloading with different overload ratios. The proposed crack retardation model predicts crack growth retardation due to a single tensile overloading. The predictions are put into comparison with the experimental results to confirm the reliability of this model.

  • Turkey owns a very important cultural and historical heritage that bears the traces of thousands of years of culture and civilization. It is an inevitable duty to carry these treasuries to the future generations. In this paper, structural safety assessment and strengthening stages of one of these important historical heritages namely Amasya Taşhan was investigated in details as a case study. For this purpose, the detailed architectural projects of the structure with the information of all load carrying and structural elements were prepared. Then, the structural dynamic analyses were performed by using SAP2000. The internal forces obtained from the dynamic analyses determined the weak regions. By obtaining the information from dynamic analyses, the method of state of the art technique of application of the structure that needs structural strengthening was selected. The last step is the application of these precautions to the whole structure. At the end of this study, this study not also contains several strengthening techniques that is used in one masonry structure together but also provides a useful reference to the practicing engineers.

  • 현재의 e-비즈니스 환경은 단순히 웹사이트를 구축 및 운용하는 차원을 넘어, 시간이 지남에 따라 급격한 진화 과정을 거치고 있다. 진화의 초점으로 떠오르고 있는 웹서비스 중 SAML(Security Assertions Markup Language)은 사용자 인증 정보 교환에 관한 프레임워크로 OASIS XML 보안 서비스 기술 위원회(OASIS XML-Security Service Technical Committee)에서 표준화 작업을 진행하고 있다. SAML은 S2ML(Security Services Markup Language)의 원리와 구조를 재사용해서 S2ML의 이점을 공유 하고 Single Sign-On, 인증 서비스, B2B Transaction, Sessioning같은 기능을 가진다. 그로 인해 다양한 정책기반의 산업에서 보안 시스템, 자바 어플리케이션 서버, XML 메시징 프레임워크와 오퍼레이팅 플랫폼사이에 인증, 승인과 함께 프로필 정보를 교환하기 위해 사용된다. 본 논문에서는 SAML의 범위와 목적 그리고 유즈케이스 모델과 시나리오를 통해 기본 구조와 쓰임새에 대해서 알아본다.

A study on the Improvement of Work Environment System of interior Architecture (실내건축 업역의 업무환경 제도 개선에 관한 연구)

  • The study Is Intended to investigate and analyze the system and practice that have been applied to Interior Architecture, comparing with a number of similar foreign cases, in an attempt to seek the way toward its development as well as to come up with the solution for enhancing the competitiveness, thereby making a recommendation on how to create the desirable work environment of Interior Architecture down the road. The conclusion and recommendation we have made is highlighted as follow. Among the practical or procedural challenges in the process of improving work environment of Interior Architecture, development of current national technical qualification system in a way of further detailing the categories of Ki-sul-sa(highest engineer grade) or Ki-neung-jang(highest technician grade) as part of measures aimed at gradual approaching for improvement of design fees and rates or supervision fees will be very crucial, that calls for close coordination with the Ministry of Labor and Human Resources Development Service of Korea. In a bid to upgrade the Interior Architecture to become the part of knowledge-based industry, amendment to Korean Standard Industrial Classification along with Standard Classification of Occupations and Academic Classification will be essential, and moreover with the attitude of reflection and self-improvement, the endeavors to be able to deal with the revision of existing laws and regulations in a consistent way and manner, by forming a joint committee among the three Interior Architecture-related organizations(KOSID, ICC, KlID), will be more than important.
