The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of peer mentoring activity in elementary school. For this study, an experimental group was conducted for peer mentoring activity in science class. The mentoring team was organized by mento-mentee team according to the scores of science process skill and achievement. The objects of this study were the sixth grade of both an experimental group (28 students) and a control group (27 students) located in Incheon. The results of this study were as follows. First, the experimental group was shown more significant effect for improvement of science process skills than the control group (p<.05). As the result of analysis by groups, both of mento and mentee showed significant effect for improvement of science process skills. Second, the peer mentoring activity showed more significant effect for improvement of achievement (p<.05). As the result of analysis by groups, mentee showed significant effect for improvement achievement. But mento group didn't show significant effect. Third, the peer mentoring activity showed the effect for positive changes of scientific attitude. If matching the mentoring object effectively and conducting the classes applying peer mentoring activity based on the results of this study, it's expected to draw student' improvement of science academic, achievement and positive changes of scientific attitude.

본 연구의 목적은 신규간호사의 전문적 성장을 지원하기 위한 멘토링 프로그램을 개발하고 효과를 확인하고자 시행하였다. 멘토링 프로그램은 연구팀과 전문위원회에 의해 49명의 신규간호사를 대상으로 3개월간의 시안 프로그램 적용 후 전문상담과 워크샵을 통해 개발되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 멘티에서 멘토링 프로그램 만족도 평균은 4.31점으로 멘토인 경력간호사 3.77점보다 높았다. 가장 높은 점수는 '멘토링 프로그램의 필요성'이었고, 가장 낮은 점수는 '멘토링 프로그램 기간 및 회의횟수'였다. 추가로 멘토링 기간 연장에 대한 의견을 반영하여 최종 6개월로 변경하였다. 따라서 추후 멘토링 프로그램 효과의 지속적인 양적, 질적 연구를 통해 프로그램 보완이 필요하며, 본 연구결과로 간호 인력의 확보 및 유지를 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것을 기대한다.

고등학생이 대학입학 전 본인의 관심분야의 전공수업을 첨단장비를 통해 미리 학습할 수 있는 고교-대학 연계 멘토링 프로그램이 대학에 개설되고 있다. 본 연구는 2013년도 경험을 분석한 기존 연구를 발전시켜 멘토링 프로그램을 추가하였고, 이를 활용하여 팀별로 학습할 수 있는 학습 프로그램 개발을 통해 2차년도 교육에 참여한 경험을 연구하였다. 실습 중심의 멘토링을 통해 고교생이 직접 실습 과제를 해결하고 결과물을 만들 수 있도록 유도하였다. 연구 결과, 1차 프로그램은 강의 진행에 관련된 부분과 관심도 증대 부분에서, 2차 프로그램은 체계적인 강의 진행과 일정 그리고 지식 발전의 향상과 추천 정도 영역에서 만족이 높았다. 팀 내에서 멘티들이 상호작용을 하고, 멘토들과 교류하며 함께 성장하는 것이 팀러닝이라고 평가하였다. 본 연구는 고교-대학 교육 프로그램의 지속적인 연구를 통해 고교생들에게 알맞는 프로그램을 개발하는데 큰 의의가 있었다.

This paper deals with the introduction of capstone design project by team activities in Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering, Korea Maritime University. This course is referred to as Creative Engineering Design for spring semester of 4th-year undergraduates. The course focuses on creative thinking and cooperative mind to students by learning engineering design skills, realizing their idea through design project and recognizing practicality of their systems. The intent of the course is to provide a true "capstone" experience, where students can combine their skills to achieve the successful completion of a project. This paper describes class process and evaluation method, and cooperative works with mentees and industrial mentors connected through Hanium network for IT mentoring activities.

본 연구는 중등 예비음악교사들을 대상으로 동료멘토링을 활용하여 Bandura의 사회학습이론의 자기효능감 요인들 즉, 상황경험, 간접경험, 언어적/사회적 설득, 감성적/생리학적 상태의 향상과 동료멘토링 인식에 관한 연구이다. 이를 위해 멘토와 멘티로 구성된 팀활동과 멘티의 수업시연 및 동료평가를 실시하였으며, 교사로서의 자기효능감 향상에 대한 결과를 확인하기 위해 인터뷰와 성찰저널을 세부적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과 교사로서의 자기효능감 요인들이 향상된 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 동료멘토링의 인식에 대한 결과 분석에서 멘티의 경우 멘토들의 조언을 통해 상호작용과 소통을 통해 다양한 도움을 받을 수 있었다는 긍정적인 변화를 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 향후 예비음악교사들의 교사로서의 자기효능감 향상을 위해 다양한 교수법을 활용한 교육실습 및 실무경험의 기회가 요구되는 것으로 분석되었다.

The school system of fisheries high school was proper to specialist objective school system in order to training for expert human resource development.Training a field of human resources development from fisheries high school is fallow; fisheries production, seamen's training, ship engine and refrigerator, marine electronic telecommunication and information, fisheries foods production and fisheries foods production and distribution, fishery fisheries self-management, marine distribution, management and conservation of marine environment, safety and marine prevention of disasters, apparatus of marine development, under water area development.A new department opening and each department was revised toward to department name and department character. The unit-lesson hour of curriculum according to specialist objective school system of fisheries and marine highschool was revised. professional subject 98 unit-lesson hour(52%), normality subject 90 unit-lesson hour(48%), and educational activity of professional subject 10unit-lesson hour, total training activity 10 unit-lesson hour. And the special objective school system need to revise curriculum of 208 total unit-lesson hour.

최근 대학에서는 다양한 형태의 창업친화적 학사제도를 활성화하기 위해 정규 창업교과 및 비교과 활동을 적극적으로 개발하고 적용시켜 나가고 있다. 아울러 정부에서도'학생 창업유망팀 300(U-300)'과 같은 다양한 체험형 창업교육 프로그램을 마련하여 전국 대학의 창업 동아리를 대상으로 창업멘토링 등 전문적인 창업교육을 지원하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 창업멘토링 등을 중심으로 한 체험형 창업프로그램 참가자를 대상으로 참여동기, 창업멘토링 기능, 멘토 역량이 창업교육만족도 및 창업의지에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검증하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 창업교육프로그램에 대한 교육 참여동기와 멘토역량은 창업교육만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 둘째, 참여동기와 멘토링 기능은 창업의지에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구결과는 현재 양적으로 확대되어지고 있는 대학 내 창업교육을 보다 효과적으로 추진하기 위해서 체험적 교수방법의 확대와 창업멘토링 등 창업교육의 질적 효과 창출에 대한 다양한 제고가 필요함을 시사하고 있으며, 향후 창업멘토링을 수행하는 창업멘토의 전문역량 강화를 위한 정책적 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것이라고 판단된다.

본 연구는 또래도우미 활동수업이 멘티의 학업성취도에 미치는 영향 및 과학에 대한 인식을 알아보고자 하였다. 실험집단은 중학교 1학년 40명이며 또래도우미는 성적이 상위 20% 이상의 학생 및 멘티는 성적이 하위 15% 이하 학생으로 구성하였다. 또래도우미 활동수업은 8주간 23차시에 걸쳐 진행하였으며 교사의 본시 수업내용 전개가 끝난 후 15~30분 동안 실시하였다. 또래도우미 활동은 멘티가 수업내용을 정리하면서 이해하기 어려운 부분을 또래도우미에게 질문하고 도움을 포함하고 있다. 그 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 또래도우미 활동수업이 전통적인 강의식 수업보다 멘티의 과학 학업성취도 향상에 통계적으로 유의미하였다(p<.01). 반면에 또래도우미의 학업성취도는 유의미한 효과는 나타나지 않았다(p>.05). 둘째, 또래도우미 활동수업에 참가한 학생들은 과학은 어렵고 외우는 것이 많은 힘든 과목에서 실험을 많이 하는 재미있는 과목이라는 긍정적 인식 변화가 관찰되었으며 또래도우미 활동 수업에 참가하면서 또래도우미와 멘토가 친해지는 계기가 되었다고 하였다. 셋째, 또래도우미와 멘티 모두 또래도우미 활동 수업에 대한 만족도는 높은 것으로 조사되었다(p<.01). 넷째, 멘티의 적극적인 태도 및 또래도우미와 멘티의 친밀도가 높을수록 멘티의 학업성취도가 향상되었다. 따라서 또래도우미 활동수업 시 또래도우미와 멘티의 친밀도를 고려하여 모둠을 구성하면 멘티의 학업성취도 향상 및 과학에 대한 인식은 긍정적으로 유도할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The Korean government has focused on universities or colleges as the main targets of its startup policy since the 2010s. However, the performance is not so good, with a low survival rate. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors that underpin the success of student startups. First, through a review of the literature, this study compared the success factors of student startups with those of venture startups, which means the general startup sector, as well as youth startups, also a focus of startup policy targeting youngsters outside universities or colleges. Second, we analyzed case studies of startup companies connected University H. The literature review showed that the main target of student startups is the employment of university students. There is a lack of studies on success factors; existing studies only emphasize the entrepreneurship of students. The results of case studies showed several factors of success similar to those of general venture startups: founders, business model and resources including team, and mentoring.

기업환경이 불확실해지고 복잡화되고 있는 상황에서 구성원들의 협력적이고 긍정적인 상호작용을 이끌어갈 리더십이 필수적이다. 즉, 구성원들이 자발적 리더십을 통해 의견을 공유하고 업무를 진행할 경우 불확실한 도전에 보다 효과적으로 대응하고, 목표하는 경영성과에 가까워진다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 최근에 이슈가 되고 있는 공유리더십의 중요성을 밝히고자 한다. 공유리더십이 팀효능감과 팀조직시민행동, 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고자 한다. 부산 내 팀조직에서 근무하는 구성원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 공유리더십이 팀효능감에 미치는 영향은 각각 계획과 조직화 0.202(C.R.=2.853), 문제해결 0.463(C.R.=5.620), 지원과 배려 0.237(C.R.=3.326), 개발과 멘토링 0.366(C.R.=5.132)으로 설정된 가설과 같이 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 팀효능감이 팀조직시민행동과 이직의도에 미치는 영향은 각각 0.545(C.R.=5.895), -0.143(C.R.=-0.817)로 팀효능감은 팀조직시민행동에 정(+)의 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났지만 팀효능감은 이직의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.
