  • 2.32-inch $320{\times}350$ TFT-LCD with high resolution (206PPI) for advanced mobile phones could be successfully developed. The compact pixel design based on PMOS SLS technique is used to achieve this high resolution. Gate driver and part of data driver are integrated onto the glass substrate. High brightness (170cd) and contrast ratio (400:1) were obtained with very low flickering and crosstalk levels.

간호학 임상실습에서 디자인씽킹 기반 팀 프로젝트 학습 설계 및 적용효과 (A Design and Effect of Design Thinking-Based Team Project Learning in Nursing Clinical Practice)

  • 본 연구는 디자인씽킹 기반 팀 프로젝트 학습이 간호대학생의 공감력 및 문제해결의 적극성에 미치는 효과를 검증하고 팀 프로젝트 학습 참여경험을 분석하였다. 연구설계는 단일집단 전후설계에 의한 원시실험연구로 대상자는 N대학교 간호학과 4학년 간호관리학실습 교과목 수강자 64명이었다. 디자인씽킹 기반의 팀 프로젝트 학습은 2주간의 임상실습 중 매주 5일, 1일 1시간 30분, 총 10회기를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 22.0을 사용하여 paired t-test, Pearson's correlation coefficients로 분석하였으며, 팀 프로젝트 학습 참여경험은 내용분석을 하였다. 연구결과 디자인씽킹 기반 팀 프로젝트 학습 전과 후 대상자의 공감력(t=-2.94, p=.005)과 문제해결의 적극성(t=-6.23, p<.001)은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 공감력과 문제해결의 적극성 간에는 유의한 양의 상관관계(r=.634, p<.001)가 있었다. 팀 학습 참여경험은 디자인씽킹, 공감, 문제해결능력, 비판적사고의 4개 주제로 범주화 되었다. 연구결과 디자인씽킹 기반 팀 프로젝트 학습은 고객의 욕구를 찾고, 정의하고, 문제의 해결안을 창출하는 과정에서 다양한 이해관계자 간 협업을 통해 문제에 대한 몰입도를 높이고 공감력을 발휘하는데 효과적인 교수학습 방법임을 알 수 있었다.

항공사 객실승무원 팀제에서의 LMX와 TMX가 팀유효성과 팀성과에 미치는 영향연구 (The Influence of LMX and TMX on team effectiveness and team performance in Airline cabin crew team)

  • 본 연구는 항공사 객실서비스 향상, 효율적인 승무원 관리를 위한 팀제 운영에 기초자료를 제공할 목적으로 항공사 객실승무원 팀제에서의 LMX(팀장과 팀원의 교환관계)와 TMX(팀과 팀원의 교환관계)의 정도에 따른 팀 유효성 및 팀성과와의 영향관계를 검증하였다. 분석결과 LMX와 TMX는 팀유효성 및 팀성과에 모두 영향관계가 있음이 검증되어 가설은 모두 채택되었다. 이러한 결과로 객실승무원들은 팀장 및 팀원들 간의 교환관계의 질이 높을수록 팀몰입, 팀만족이 높아지고 이러한 팀유효성이 높을수록 팀성과가 높아진다는 결론을 도출해냈다. 즉 객실승무원 팀제는 교환관계의 질을 높인다면 서비스품질 향상을 도모할 수 있는 필수불가결한 제도이지만 반대로 교환관계의 질이 낮은 상태로 운영된다면 역효과의 결과가 나타날 가능성이 있다. 따라서 항공사에서는 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 객실승무원 팀제운영 시 팀장 및 팀원들 간의 양질의 교환관계를 형성, 유지할 수 있는 구체적인 방안을 수립해야 할 것이다.

Conceptual Clothing Design Process Using Cooperative Learning Strategies: Senior Clothing Design Class

  • This paper identified the source of inspiration to cooperatively design a fashion collection from US undergraduate clothing design students and addressed how to implement team-based learning strategy to conceptual clothing design in class. Data was collected from the total of 51 students in a senior clothing design course at a large 4-year university in the US. The assigned project for this class was to develop a group collection under a same theme. Each student worked with his/her team member(s) to create an outfit and the entire class worked as a group to create a cohesive collection. The study showed that the sources of inspiration for the themes/concepts came from 11categories: historic era/old Hollywood glamour, shape/line/structure/architectural, fairy tales movies, nature/abstract, circus/mysterious, occasion/place, object, designer/artist, futuristic, culture, and various movies. To implement cooperative learning strategies in the clothing design class, a total of five class presentation/discussion sessions were held for theme/concept decision, fabric decision, design decision, test garment evaluation and design modification, and final products. Throughout the design process, team-based learning strategy promoted students' engagement and participation and inspired their critical thinking skills for making decisions within a team.

  • Nowadays, GIS, as multi-discipline information system, is closely linked with GPS application in conjunction with GIS-T or Logistics GIS. With this R&D trend. CPS/GIS application system for AVL is newly developed in this study. This AVL is designed and implemented by using pure Java computing technology towards com ing Car-equipped wireless Internet PC age, and main features of Java are included at this system: Platform independence, Multi-thread processing, and Object-oriented paradigm. While, because core modules of this AVL are based on GIS spatial engine, unlike other commercial AVLs, large spatial database problem handling digital image/spatial information and attribute information and direct access problem of GIS data is easily dealt with. this system can directly access external database by using JDBC: MS Access for desktop version and Oracle for W/S version. Finally, it is thought that Java-based AVL, one of CPS/CIS applications, can be easily extended into other prospective GIS applications: Land surveyor supporting system, Flight tracking system, 3D facility management system with CPS, and so forth.

간호학생의 팀기반 시뮬레이션 학습경험 (Nursing Student's Experiences in Team Based Simulation Learning)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore nursing students experiences in team based simulation learning. This study was based on a phenomenological research methodology. Methods: Fourteen nursing students participated in this study. The students gave in depth interviews and wrote reflective journals after participating in a team based simulation learning program, which was provided at C University in Gwangju for 8 weeks, 2011. These data were analyzed using Van Kaam's method. Results: 21 sub-themes and 9 themes were elicited from 55 significant statements. They were classified into 3 categories such as : 'First exposed to lessons on how Burden', 'the enjoyment of team based simulation learning', 'expansion of the clinical competence'. Conclusion: Teaching and learning strategy that combines a variety of simulation training to nursing students to develop critical skills to improve their care to give and take advantage of simulation training supplement is advised.

팀기반 학습을 적용한 분만간호 시뮬레이션 실습교육이 간호대학생의 간호지식, 자기효능감과 임상수행능력에 미치는 효과 (Effect of Practical Delivery-nursing Simulation Education on Team-based Learning on the Nursing Knowledge, Self-efficacy, and Clinical Competence of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose: To identify the effects of delivery-nursing simulation education using team-based learning on the delivery nursing knowledge, self-efficacy, and clinical competence of nursing students. Methods: The study used a nonequivalent, control group, quasi-experimental design. The team-based learning was applied to the experimental group, while the individual learning was applied to the control group. Data were collected from October 12 to December 7, 2016, and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 22.0 program. Results: Comparison between the experimental and control group showed no significant difference in delivery-nursing knowledge (t=-0.33, p=.741) or self-efficacy (t=-0.65, p=.515). However, a significant difference (t=-2.09, p=.048) in the nursing-skills aspect of clinical competence was found between the experimental and control groups after the practical simulation education. Conclusion: Delivery-nursing simulation education using team-based learning was more effective in improving the nursing-skills aspect of nursing competence than was delivery-nursing simulation education based on individual learning.

Identification of HYIpro-3-1 Metabolites, a Novel Anti-Inflammatory Compound, in Human Liver Microsomes by Quadrupole-Orbitrap High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry

  • HYIpro-3-1 is an adjuvant for preventing or treating inflammatory growth diseases. In this study, we identified the metabolic pathway of HYIpro-3-1 in human liver microsomes (HLMs) by quadrupole-orbitrap high-resolution mass spectrometry (HR-MS) and characterized the major human cytochrome P450 (CYP). Ten metabolites were identified, including one O-demethylation (M1), two O-demethylation and monohydroxylation (M2 and M3), and seven monohydroxylation metabolites (M4-M10). Based on the HR-MS2 spectra, the metabolites are divided into two groups of monohydroxylated metabolites according to the hydroxylation position. We verified that HYIpro-3-1 is metabolized by CYP in HLMs, CYP2B6 is mainly involved in O-demethylation, and various CYPs are involved in the monohydroxylation of HYIpro-3-1.
