A Study on the Evaluation of Team Effectiveness in University Libraries (대학도서관 팀제의 유효성 평가에 관한 연구)

  • According to the changing of user and service environment, one of countermeasures that introduction of team-based organization is increasing gradually in the university library. This study was conducted to suggest the efficient ways of assessing team effectiveness which is increasing gradually in the university library. The finding indicated that assessment of team effectiveness was shown large differences according to the working level and individual's working duration. In addition, activated communication and capacity of team-based organization were the most effectible factors on the team effectiveness. So that, for maximizing the team effectiveness, this study might be applicable to any strategy which seek to activate communication methods(within - and between team) those are directly effecting on purpose setting, conflict resolution and suggest suitable team-based organization model for University library's characteristic and purpose through improving on the capacity of team system.

  • This study is a research to compare efficiency of new cooling system (chiller, pre-cooler) to that of the conventional system at the hydrogen refueling station (HRS). This study includes contents for thermodynamic comparison of cooling system for HRS and comparison of pros and cons of its components. So It is to establish design concept of cooling system of HRS supplying with fuel cell electric vehicle (FCEV). HRS is charging high pressure H2 (700 bar) to FCEV. However cooling system is need to prevent temperature rise in tank. This cooling system consists of pre-cooler and chiller system.

  • The RF signal is distorted since the cross-talk noise from adjacent tracks and ISI(Inter Symbol Interference) is also incresed as recording density is increased. These cross-talk noise and ISI are main reason of reading error for the embossed pits on the disc. In this study we suggest a new coding method, spaced modulation technique and a detection technique for the spaced modulation. We report the result shows detection performance is improved when we use the suggested spaced modulation code and the detection technique instead of conventional modulation code.

  • 환경오염으로 인한 각종 질병 및 증후군 등의 발생으로 가정용 산업용에서 환경관련 기술들이 다양한 분야로 확대되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 양이온 및 음이온 양쪽이온을 최대한 발생시키며, 오존 발생량은 억제하고 소비전력을 절감하고자 Ag-Pd 전극을 적용한 세라믹스 클러스터를 개발하였다. Ag-Pd 전극과 매칭되는 세라믹스 조성을 개발한 후 적층공정 기술을 이용하여 후막형 클러스터를 제조하였다. 전극 패턴모양, 전극간 방전간격 및 전극 보호층의 두께에 따른 음이온 발생량을 측정하여 최적화를 위한 실험을 진행하였으며, 음이온 발생량 100만개이상, 오존발생량 0.6ppb인 특성을 확인하였다.

  • The magnetic field generated by the feeding line of a wireless power transfer system induces voltage on the rail of a railway system. The induced voltage of the rail can have a bad influence on the track circuit and on safety. This paper simulated three feeding lines to study the relation between the feeding lines and the induced voltage of the rail; it also proposed magnetic field distribution of the feeding line to reduce the induced voltage.

  • This paper presents the overall measurement system for on-line test of super-speed maglev train. The super-speed maglev train is composed of vehicle, propulsion, power, and so on. In order to evaluate and diagnose for sub-system, we made overall measurement system. Just like the other measurement system, it is designed to distributed type. The hardware is consist of SCXI, PXI, Terminal, UPS, and so forth. It is installed on a train, control room, power room and track to collect lots of signals. The software controls hardware system, monitors main data such as inverter current, converter voltage. Using the measurement system, we evaluated a lot of performances for vehicle, track, and so forth. Through the developed system have improved reliability and safety for super-speed maglev train.

  • This paper introduces LnCP(Living Network Control Protocol)-based home network system and proposes high level message which is utilized between LnCP Home network Server and User Control Point. LnCP is very optimized protocol for digital home appliances. Then proposed system and implementation of these ideas are presented.

  • This paper describes our ongoing Korean-Chinese machine translation system, which is based on verb patterns. A verb pattern consists of a source language pattern part for analysis and a target language pattern part for generation. Knowledge description on lexical level makes it easy to achieve accurate analyses and natural, correct generation. These features are very important and effective in machine translation between languages with quite different linguistic structures including Korean and Chinese. We performed a preliminary evaluation of our current system and reported the result in the paper.
