AI 융합교육 역량 강화를 위한 교사의 교육요구도 분석 (Analyzing Teachers' Educational Needs to Strengthen AI Convergence Education Capabilities)

  • 학교 현장에서는 사회의 패러다임을 바꾸는 AI를 접목한 AI 융합교육을 권장하고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 AI, AI 융합교육에 대한 용어의 혼재를 최소화하기 위해 용어를 정의하고, AI 융합교육을 수행하는 관점에서 교사의 교육요구도를 분석하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 목적 달성을 위해 전문가 19명의 의견 수렴, 교육대학원의 AI 융합전공에 재학 중인 중등 교사 125명을 대상으로 자기기입식 설문을 진행하였다. 분석 결과, 전문가들은 AI 융합교육을 AI 기반교육이나 활용교육이 아닌 문제 해결의 방법론으로 정의하였다. 교사의 교육요구도 분석에서는 AI와 빅데이터'가 1 순위이며, 'AI 융합교육 방법론', 'AI 활용 학습 실제'등의 순이었다. 본 연구는 AI와 관련된 다양한 용어가 혼재하는 가운데 전문가의 의견을 수렴하여 용어를 정의하였고, 현직 교사의 AI 융합교육에 대한 교육 방향성을 제시했다는 데 의의가 있다.

고교 융합형 '과학' 교과서에 대한 학생들의 의견 (High School Students' Opinions about Fusing 'Science' Textbook)

  • This study was conducted using the phenomenological research method to collect and analyze high school students' opinions about fusing "science" textbook that reflect the 2009 Revised Curriculum. Ninety six students were chosen to be participants from 32 high schools that selected by city and province. The data collection was carried by individual interviews and group discussions. The results are as follow; students' opinions were summarized to 50 themes, and then classified to 9 theme clusters and 2 categories. Students' opinions were divided into a positive position - "it is good because interesting material associated with life", "the structure of textbook is good", "teachers' efforts make class interesting", and "it will help in career choices"- and negative position - "the content is difficult to understand", "the configuration is complex", "I have less interest about it because it doesn't related College Scholastic Ability Test", "teacher's explanation is insufficient", and "it is not associated with career choice"-. The living-related material and story-telling configuration received good reviews from students. On the other hand, the configuration of topics makes many concepts to use, so students have difficulty understanding the content and pointed out the lack of teachers' explanations about unfamiliar areas. In order to solve the difficulties, variety teaching material for fusing "science" will be developed.

중등 교사와 학생의 환경 교육 교재에 대한 의견 분석 (Secondary Teachers' and Students' Opinion on Environmental Education Textbooks)

  • This study was designed to make valuable suggestions for the development of environmental education(EE) teaching materials through teachers' and students' opinions. In the summer of 2005, an opinionnaire was sent to 1,749 secondary school EE teachers and 270 teachers of them answered. One hundred and six middle school students and 196 high school students in Kyunggi area were also participated in this survey. The opinionnaire in this study was based on the six standards, fairness and accuracy, depth, emphasis on skill building, action orientation, instructional soundness, and usability, developed by NAAEE(1998). Most teachers were totally dependent on textbooks in their teaching EE. They evaluated current EE textbooks most positively in the perspective of 'fairness and accuracy', whereas they evaluated them most negatively in the perspective of 'usability'. The problems of EE textbooks were differently recognized by teachers and students. The lack of contents stimulating students' interest was considered as the most serious problem of EE textbooks by students. Simultaneously, it was considered as the least serious problem of EE textbooks by teachers. Both EE teachers and students expect the future EE textbooks would consist of proper contents to reflect EE characteristics.

부산광역시 초등학교 양호교사의 학교구강보건에 대한 태도와 의견 (Attitudes and Opinions about School Oral Health Care among Health Teachers of Elementary School in Busan)

  • Objectives : Because elementary school children are sensitive and prevalent to dental caries, oral health care program for the elementary school children (ESOHCP) should be met the first priority for the national oral health care program. This study was performed to proposed the guidelines for executing the efficient ESOHCP through the evaluation of present oral health care and education status based on the attitudes and opinions of health teachers. Methods : Subjects were 181 health teachers those are a part of the total 273 elementary school health teachers in Busan. From April to June 2001, questionnaire survey on the teacher's attitude and opinion, present status of oral health care and education in their own school was done. Data was analyzed by $\chi^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA using SAS (ver 6.21) program. Results : Mean age of the teachers was 40 years (24~58 years) and mean scale of the subject school was 32 classes (5~58 classes). Above 90% of them agreed with the necessity and importance of ESOHCP, but actual level of concerning was lower. They gained the informations about oral health mainly from media (33%), PC net (26%), academic society (25%), and more used internet (p=0.012) in younger generation. Though most of them (96%) had a specified school dentist, only 58% had the experience of periodic oral health examinations in their own school. The major experienced ESOHCP was fluoride brushing and contest to choose the best healthy teeth. Oral health education given by the teachers was not professional but their own. About half (42%) of the teachers had never taken education during last one year. Major education materials were VTR tape (79%), teeth model (64%), CD (55%), booklet (50%), etc., and the teachers' preference was also VTR tape (43%) and CD (41%). When they need education materials, they frequently request to dentist's association (36%), academic society (35%), but rarely to dental clinics or dentists (6%). They prefer that two times (46%) of annual oral health education, with the contents of regular brushing (53%), but lower regular visit to clinics (13%). The interest to oral health care (p=0.016) increased with teacher's age. And, they agreed regular students education in case of higher interest(p=0.044). Intention about join in the model school program was decreased with scale of school (p=0.002). Conclusions : This result showed that the present status of ESOHCP is still insufficient. It considered that the health teachers' interest and role is most important for the maintenance and success of ESOHCP. The professional and efficient education program would be focused on the health teachers to induce drive on ESOHCP.

사용자 중심 디자인 기반 교실 공간 설계 (A Classroom Space Design based on User Centered Design)

  • This study aims to design educational space that will respond to changing educational curriculum and creative educational activities. The study was conducted with user centered design method in which students and teachers who actually use space participate directly in space design, moving away from the one-sided approach by experts. The design of educational space, which is the subject of this study, was carried out by the opinions of users and the opinions of users were collected through the descriptive and mapping measure forms by analyzing previous researches and actual space cases on user centered design. Based on the opinions collected by the survey form, total four spaces, Type A, two Type B, and Type C, were designed. The fact that the user directly commented on the space plan to be used and actually participated in the space design would be helpful for users' deep interest in the results of this study and students' academic improvement.

남자유아교사에 대한 교사와 학부모의 인식 비교 (A Comparative Study on Parents' and Female Teachers' Perceptions of Male Teachers in Early Childhood Education and Care Centers)

  • This was a comparative study, focusing on the perceptions of male teachers in early childhood educational settings on the part of both parents and female teachers at such institutions. The results of the research are as follows. First, regarding the question of whether it is necessary or not to employ qualified male teachers in early childhood education institutes, both the female teachers and the parents responded positively in general. Second, when analyzing the perceptions of the role of male teachers, both teachers and parents believed that male teachers would be able to help children to develop their potential. Third, the female teachers indicated that they believed that the male teachers may need to develop a stronger sense of vocation, fairness, and sincerity when engaging in early childhood education. According to the parents, female teachers generally show greater affection and magnanimity towards children. Fourth, when examining the female teachers' perceptions of the male teachers' teaching capabilities, the findings indicated that their opinions were generally that the capabilities of male teachers depend on their training and educational level. Fifth, when examining the parent's perceptions of the male teacher's teaching capabilities, the results revealed that those parents who have experience of male teachers gave higher ratings regarding their capabilities than those parents who had no previous experience of male teachers. Finally, it was observed that, when comparing the teacher group with the parent-group, the teacher-group assessed the male teachers' teaching abilities higher than the parent-group did.

학문과 학자가 요구하는 초등학교 수준의 물리분야 기본개념과 교과와 교사가 인지하고 표현하는 기본개념의 일치도 연구 (The Differences between Physicists' Expectations and Teachers' Representations about the Primary Physics Concepts in Elementary Schools)

  • The purpose of this study was the identifying differences between physicists' expectations and teachers' representations about the primary physics concepts in elementary schools. For this, the material subjects analyzed were the 7th curriculum, the textbooks of elementary school and the texts using at the department of physics in many universities. The primary physics concepts extracted from the texts were to be fundamental and basic. Also, they were restricted to the domain of dynamics. And besides, the human subjects were physicists, professors and students majoring physics of the graduate school, researchers of institutes or laboratories and elementary school teachers. At the result of this study showed the scholars and teachers have the different opinions.

충남 영양(교)사의 학교급식지원센터 운영 필요성에 대한 인식 분석 (Analysis of Nutrition Teachers' Awareness of Necessity for an Operating School Meal Support Center in Chungnam)

  • Objectives: We investigated the operation needs of school meal support centers (SMSC) in Chungnam-do based on analysis of nutrition teachers' perception of them. Methods: The Chungnam government established the first SMSC in 2012. Thirteen SMSCs are currently being operated in Chungnam-do. To analyze the results quantitatively, we investigated nutrition teachers opinions regarding the necessity for SMSCs as a dependent variable and derived the independent variables based on the causal relationships with dependent variables using the ordered logit model. Those independent variables included region, school type, number of students, attitude regarding free meal policy, satisfaction with school meal policy, and preference for local food. Results: Briefly, teachers in the region in which the SMSC was located more strongly supported the SMSC. In addition, teachers in public schools with a smaller number of students believed that having a SMSC is more beneficial, and that other variables also affected the necessity for SMSCs. Moreover, nutrition teachers preferred local foods rather than organic foods because of the unstable supply of organic foods. Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, it was recommended that the local government implement the policy consistently. Moreover, it was recommended that the government operate the SMSC more efficiently, enhance the roles of the SMSC as the local organization responsible for student nutritional planing and expand the coverage of agricultural products.

교사 관찰.추천제를 활용한 영재교육 대상자 선발방식에 대한 부산지역 초등학교 학부모의 인식과 태도 (Parents' Recognitions and Attitudes on Identification of Gifted Students Using Observation and Nomination by Teachers in Busan)

  • 본 연구는 영재교육대상자 선발에 활용되는 교사 관찰 추천제에 대한 학부모의 인식과 태도를 조사한 것이다. 초등학교 자녀를 둔 부산지역 학부모를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 관찰 추천제에 대한 의견차와 월수입에 따른 집단 간 차이를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 변화된 선발방식에 대해 응답자의 약 80%의 학부모가 인지하고 있었으며, 관찰 추천제에 대해 긍정적으로 생각하는 학부모(긍정집단)가 40.5%, 부정적으로 생각하는 학부모(부정집단)가 32.3%, 아직 판단을 내리지 않은 학부모(미판단집단)가 27.2%로 나타났다. 둘째, 영재교육 대상자로 학생을 관찰하고 추천할 적임자로 영재교육관련 연수를 이수한 교사에 대해 응답 학부모들의 공감대가 높았다. 그러나, 관찰 추천제에 대한 의견차와 월수입에 따라 적임자는 누구인가와 적임자에 대한 신뢰수준은 어떠한가에 대해 각 집단 간 유의한 차이를 나타내었다. 셋째, 정부의 사교육대책 일환으로 실시하는 관찰 추천제의 도입에 따른 향후 사교육비 지출은 긍정집단에서는 현재보다 감소할 것이라는 응답이 다소 많은 반면, 부정집단과 미판단집단에서는 증가할 것이라는 응답이 훨씬 많았다. 본 연구결과는 교육현장에서 관찰 추천에 의한 영재교육 대상자 선발방식의 성공적인 안착을 위한 시사점을 제공하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

CIPP 모형 기반 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격연수(양성과정) 진단 및 개선 방안 연구 (Diagnosis and Improvements Plan Study of CIPP Model-based Vocational Competency Development Training Teacher Qualification Training (Training Course))

  • 직업능력개발훈련교사는 직업능력개발훈련교사 양성을 위한 훈련과정을 수료하는 등 대통령령으로 정하는 기준을 갖추어 고용노동부 장관으로부터 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격증을 발급받아야 한다. 이에 국내 유일의 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격연수를 담당하고, 노동시장에 양산하는 역할을 수행하는 H대학교의 교육성과는 직업능력개발훈련에 많은 영향을 미친다고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 CIPP모형에 기초하여 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격연수 교육운영의 실태분석을 통한 문제점을 파악하고, 나아가 자격연수 교육의 개선방안을 제시하는데 목적을 두고 진행하였다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 직업능력개발훈련교사 양성교육 이수자를 대상으로 교직훈련과정에 대한 현황을 파악하고, 개선방안을 도출하기 위한 설문조사를 실시하고 173부의 결과를 활용하였으며, 설문결과에 대한 세부현황 파악과 심층 분석을 위해 8인의 교육 대상자를 선정하여 인터뷰를 병행하였다. 연구결과 상황요인에서 교육과정의 목표, 교육자원 등에서 긍정적인 답변이 도출되었다. 반면 학습자와 사회적 요구를 반영한 교육과정에 대한 부정적 의견이 있었다. 투입요인에서는 교육목표와 훈련요구 항목에서 긍정의견이 도출되었으나 학습자들의 교육목표 성취여부는 부정적 의견이 많았다. 또한 온라인콘텐츠 교육의 부정적 의견이 많았다. 과정요인에서는 수업관련 부분, 학습자 출결관리, 기관지원 등에서 긍정평가가 높았으나, 자격연수 종합평가에 대해 부정의견이 도출되었으며 학습기간 부족에 따른 학습자 부담이 주요 원인으로 나타났다. 산출요인에서는 교육과정의 현업적용가능성에서 산업직종별 교육훈련을 담당하는 훈련교사들에게 교육학 및 직업훈련 운영과 관련된 학습이 편성된 자격연수에 긍정적인 의견이 도출되었다. 그러나 학습 성취도에서 교육수준 대비 학습시간과 학습 집중도문제, 교수자의 커뮤니케이션 등 부정적 의견도 있었다. 연구결과를 기초로 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격연수 교육운영의 개선 방안을 제언하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업능력개발훈련교사 자격연수 평일과정 연수일정의 탄력적 운영이 요구된다. 둘째, 수요자 중심의 온라인 교육과정 개선을 강구할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 지방거주 교육이수자들의 자격연수 접근성을 모색할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 자격연수 합격자들에 대한 사전 교육지원이 진행될 필요가 있다. 마지막으로 자격연수 수료자에 대한 사후 관리가 필요하다.
