To investigate the change of taste sensitivity which follows after treatment for xerostomia, from September, 2006 to July, 2007, we categorized the patients, who were diagnosed as xerostomia in Oral Medicine, College of Dentistry, Busan National University, as subject group and from September, 2007 to December. The patients who were not diagnosed as systemic disease were categorized as control group. The results were as follows ; 1. Taste threshold comparison showed the differences at tongue lateral, tongue tip, circumvallate papilla between subject and control. 2. Taste threshold comparison showed no difference in male between subject and control. 3. Taste threshold comparison showed decrease in whole tongue except soft palate in female. 4. Taste threshold comparison showed no difference between first and second visit, but there was a tendency to change in circumvallate papilla.

Romanticism factors in fashion since the 1990s is more about feminine softness and grace, and suggests the image of a fantastic cute and lovable girl with dreams. This study examined romanticism in literature focusing on the 19th century, which is considered the time of romanticism, and examined romanticism in men's fashion since the 1990s based on the newly found characteristics of romanticism. Romanticism in men's fashion since the 1990s can be divided into three categories of individual sensitivity pursuing romanticism, romanticism with a desire to aspire, and resistance inclined romanticism. First, individual sensitivity pursuing romanticism is the type that places importance on expression of emotions based on the values on individuals, and was expressed as either romanticism with sexual charm or as romanticism with an extremely feminine taste. Second, romanticism with a desire to aspire was the most prominent romanticism fashion type in men's fashion since the 1990s and it can be divided into four categories of aspiration of nature and time, aspiration of the past and romanticism, aspiration of childhood and aspiration of new exotic cultures. Third, resistance inclined romanticism was expressed as romanticism that is inclined to resist against materialism and romanticism that resists against youth culture.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations between sensory processing and sleep disturbances and to investigate the effect of sensory processing on sleep disorder in preschool children with developmental disorder. This study was conducted for 110 children with developmental disorder in developmental clinic and rehabilitation hospital in Gwang Ju from June to August, 2017. The final 109 data were analyzed. Sensory processing and Sleep disturbances were measured using the Shortened sensory profile(SSP) and Korean-the Children's Sleep Habits Questionnaire(K-CSHQ). Statistical analysis was performed using descriptive analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. Children with developmental disorder had problems with sensory processing and sleep habits. Sensory processing was related to sleep habit and most important factors of sensory processing influencing sleep was taste/olfactory sensitivity, auditory filtering. Conclusion: In order to help children with developmental disorder with sleep problem, it is necessary to consider the sensory processing especially taste/olfactory sensitivity, auditory filtering.

Background: This study was undertaken to evaluate how gender differences affect the sensory processing by the Adolescent/Adult Sensory Profile(ASP) which evaluates the behavioral responses of adults to everyday sensory experiences. Methods: The study period lasted one month which was June 2009, and the study subjects were 325(three hundred twenty five) people who were healthy and reside in Chungcheong province including Daejeon. Detailed information about the study was explained to the study group and the ASP questionnaires were drawn up by them personally. Results: On average, the study group scores similarly in low registration, sensation seeking, sensory sensitivity, and sensation avoiding. According to the sensory processing abilities by gender, the group obtained scores indicating performance similar to most people in low registration, sensation seeking, and sensory sensitivity, except for sensation avoiding. Furthermore, in the taste/smell processing of "I only eat familiar foods", sensation avoiding score was higher in females than males, and in the activity level of "I find time to get away from my busy life and spend time by myself", males' sensation avoiding scored higher than females. Conclusion: In the study of differences of sensory processing abilities of adults by gender using the ASP, gender differences were revealed in the category of sensation avoiding.

High quality-oriented consumers, new rationalism and concept-oriented consumption followed by high sensitivity fashion market are embossing the importance of fashion M.D. This study has a purpose to make practical and general approach to consumers' taste, trend receptivity, the propensity to consume, and how they are practically connected with market strategy. As a results of this study, First niche market, targeting a new consumer group, is embossed as consumers have new fashion lifestyle. Second, we need a strategy to fractionize fashion by developing concepts suitable for consumers' each scene, not by following radical trends for mature consumers. Third, to satisfy consumers' propensity to originally, we need to establish the identity of Korean original goods which can compete with world-famous brands.

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether there were any changes in taste sensitivity with recurrent aphthous ulceration. Nintyseven subjects(25 males and 72 females) were included for the study and they were categorized into 2 groups(recurrent aphthous ulceration 27 persons, control 70 persons), recurrent aphthous ulceration group was investigated in the department of Oral Medicine, College of Dentistry, Pusan National University from April, 2005 to August, 2006 and control group was investigated in the clinic at Incheon city from June, 2006 to August, 2006. The electrical taste thresholds were measured using an electrogustometer of the 4 different sites(tongue tip, tongue lateral, circumvallate papilla and soft palate) in oral cavity. The results were as follows ; 1. The electrical taste threshold showed significant lower in the RAU group. 2. The electrical taste threshold showed significant lower in female group, and showed significant lower except soft palate in male group of the RAU group. 3. The electrical taste threshold showed a tendency to increase in all site of the multiple RAU group, but there were no significant differences. 4. The electrical taste threshold showed a tendency to increase in tongue lateral of the acute RAU group, and showed a tendency to increase in tongue tip, circumvallate papilla, soft palate of the chronic RAU group. 5. After treatment, electrical taste threshold was significant increase than initial visit in the RAU group. 6. After treatment, NAS showed a tendency to decrease in the RAU group.

In order to provide basic data for food processors and to improve eating habits and healthy diets, four primary tastes and hot taste threshold of Koreans, physio-chemical properties of foods and food preference were investigated. The results of this study were as follows; 1. The recognition threshold concentration of four primary tastes was 0.016 % of salt, 0.245${\sim}$0.249 % of sweet, 0.004${\sim}$0.008 % of sour and 0.008${\sim}$0.012 % of bitter. Threshold concentration of hot taste was 170,000${\sim}$600,000 Scoville Heat Unit(S.H.U.) 2. The most acceptable tastes were 0.3 % saltiness in 0.375 % broth(at $60^{\circ}C$), 6 % sweetness in 2 % instant coffee(at $60^{\circ}C$) and 19.3 sugar-acid ratio(16.8 brix/0.8736 % citric acid) in 100 % valencia orange juice(at $20^{\circ}C$). 3. The salt concentrations of soup were 1.127 % in average. S. H. U. (scale of hot taste) of soybean sprout soup and spinach bean paste soup ranged between 12,500 and 47,500 equivalent to oleoresin capsicum content of 1.990${\sim}$5.911 (mg %). 4. 'Jigae' (Korean style stew) was the most favorable food and it was revealed that the father influences the formation of his children's eating habits.

Space given at home, furniture is an important condition to determine its size. As a method for satisfying outer and functional human needs, ever changing, shaped form has also been developed. Modern people tend to decorate the beautiful living space to the needs of the beauty and space of living. In order to satisfy these requirements, the development of furniture to suit the taste of modern people is required. In this study, we add together the design and contemporary design of traditional Korean and use of raw wood can feel the natural and applied to furniture retro design. It is possible to have a motif characteristic of Hanok traditional to suggest a design where you can feel the sensitivity with retro in the direction of the current design change is large and diverse, and in harmony with the living space of modern it is an object that you study the production lighting and storage furniture with the complexity of the traditional and modern.

This study is carried out to find out Chinese cabbage price sensitivity of consumer. Even though Chinese cabbage is the most important vegetable in our country, the price fluctuation continues to be changed ever year. However, there was no price criteria which is low, high, optimum price level for stabilization policies. In this paper, we investigated urban consumer price sensitivity by using the price sensitivity measurement(PSM), and then suggest to farmer and policy maker the results. The purchasing attribute Chinese cabbage of consumer will be provided to farmer. Optimal willingness to pay price of Chinese cabbage was analyzed between 1,991~2,018 won per head. If the consumer price were formated that price range, the costs will be able to satisfied both producers and consumers. The consumer's acceptable price range was from lower price (PMC) 1,472 won to the upper limit price of 2,714 won (PME). So when the market price researched above 2,714 won, import should be considered. The most important attribute when purchasing was a taste of cabbage, and he most suitable size was 3kg per head.

The recognition thresholds of sucrose, NaCl, citrate, caffeine, and MSG solution were determined and the effects of MSG on four basic tastes were also investigated by the sensory evaluation. The recognition threshold of sucrose was 0.451%, NaCl 0.01%, caffeine 0.005%, citrate 0.004%, and MSG 0.033%. When MSG was added to 10% sucrose solution, the intensity of sweetness significantly decreased by 0.8% MSG. The sweetness of sucrose indicated the decreasing tendency according to the addition of MSG. When MSG was mixed with NaCl solution, the intensity of saltiness significantly increased. With an addition of MSG to the citrate solution, sourness was suppressed. The bitterness increased slightly in a caffeine solution when mixed with MSG.
