Malicious codes have been widely documented and detected in information security breach occurrences of Microsoft Windows platform. Legacy information security systems are particularly vulnerable to breaches, due to Window kernel-based malicious codes, that penetrate existing protection and remain undetected. To date there has not been enough quality study into and information sharing about Windows kernel and inner code mechanisms, and this is the core reason for the success of these codes into entering systems and remaining undetected. This paper focus on classification and formalization of type target and mechanism of various Windows kernel-based attacks, and will present suggestions for effective response methodologies in the categories of, "Kernel memory protection", "Process & driver protection" and "File system & registry protection". An effective Windows kernel protection system will be presented through the collection and analysis of Windows kernel and inside mechanisms, and through suggestions for the implementation methodologies of unreleased and new Windows kernel protection skill. Results presented in this paper will explain that the suggested system be highly effective and has more accurate for intrusion detection ratios, then the current legacy security systems (i.e., virus vaccines and Windows IPS, etc) intrusion detection ratios. So, It is expected that the suggested system provides a good solution to prevent IT infrastructure from complicated and intelligent Windows kernel attacks.
Objective: Direct current cardioversion for atrial fibrillation could be associated with the risk of thromboembolic events. Anticoagulation therapy with warfarin (INR 2.0-3.0) is recommended 3 weeks before and 4 weeks after cardioversion to reduce the risk of thromboembolism. This study evaluated warfarin therapy in pharmacist-managed anticoagulant services (ACS). Methods: This retrospective study was performed in 106 patients with atrial fibrillation from 2012 to 2013. The primary efficacy endpoint was the composite of stroke, transient ischemic attack, myocardial infarction, and cardiovascular death. The primary safety measure was major bleeding. To evaluate the peri-procedural effects of warfarin treatment, we studied whether target INR was maintained, as well as the maintenance period of the therapeutic range. Quality of treatment was measured by time in therapeutic range (TTR) by using the Rosendaal method. Results: There were no thromboembolic events, but TEE examination at time of cardioversion showed a left atrial thrombus in three patients (2.8%). Bleeding complications after cardioversion occurred in 2 patients (1.9%). The average INR value at the time of cardioversion was $2.59{\pm}0.8$, and was within the therapeutic range in 83 patients (78%). Analysis of the patients in whom the value was within the therapeutic range twice consecutively showed that the ratio of TTR was 80% and the therapeutic range was maintained in 67 patients (63%) for an average of 4.90 weeks prior to cardioversion. Similarly, 76 patients (72%) had a stable INR within the therapeutic range for an average of 5.70 weeks and a mean TTR of 83%. Conclusion: Pharmacists significantly contributed to appropriate warfarin treatment with close monitoring during cardioversion. Likewise, active pharmacist monitoring and systemic management should be considered to reduce thromboembolism and bleeding complications in the peri-cardioversion period.
A comprehensive quality survey for heavy metals, organophosphorous and organochlorine residual pesticides, and coplanar PCBs in samples such as water, sediments and soils as well as spiders has been implemented. The samples were undertaken at nine stream sites and their vicinity in August 2006, representing different surrounding environments. The levels of PCBs were expressed as concentrations and WHO-TEFs. Among 12 coplanar PCBs as target compounds in this study, 2,3', 4,4', 5-PentaCB (IUPAC # 118) was the congener with the highest concentration. The total concentrations and TEF values of coplanar PCBs in Siheung stream sediment (heavy industrial complex site located in Ansan city) were 3915.50 pg/g and 0.8366 pg-TEQ/g on a dry weight basis, respectively. Such levels were around 40 times higher compared to sediment from Gapyung stream (green site located in the upper of Myunggi mountain). It is probably due to the direct input of PCBs trom PCBs treatment materials. Organophosphorous (EPN, dementon-s-methyl, diazinon, parathion, and phenthoate) and organochlorine (alpha-BHC, aldrin, 4,4'-DDT, 4,4'-DDE, endosulfan alpha and etc.) pesticides were not detected above 5 ppb of detection limits. The concentrations of Cu and Cd in water and sediment samples from Siheung stream were 44.11 and $0.17ug/m\ell$ and $713.42{\mu}g/g$ and $3.73{\mu}g/g$, respectively, which contained $20\sim40$ times higher concentrations than those from Gapyung stream. In addition to the water and sediment samples, the levels of heavy metals in spider from designated sampling sites were also determined. Heavy metals in spider collected near Siheung stream was appeared to be equivalent and/or a little higher levels with respect to other spiders. Furthermore, the ratio of relative heavy metals (Cu, Cd, and Pb) in spider from each stream site showed a correlation as similar as that of heavy metals in soil samples.

This study examined concrete characteristics depending on the replacement ratio of recycled fine aggregates, which suits the KS F 2573 concrete recycled aggregate standard. As physical properties, slump, air content, changes in the elapse of time and compressive strength were studied in order to provide basic data for activation of recycled fine aggregate recycling. As a result of experimenting recycled fine aggregate concrete, the increase in the replacement ratio of recycled aggregates led to the increase in slump and air content. Also, when the replacement ratio of recycled fine aggregates was 30%, it was judged that there was no problem with constructability. When the replacement ratio was 30%, recycled fine aggregate concrete had a similar tendency to natural aggregate concrete at a compressive strength of 24MPa. When the replacement ratio was 30%, at a target strength of 24MPa, recycled fine aggregate concrete had the same physical characteristics as natural aggregate concrete. This means that a replacement ratio of 30% is appropriate for replacement of recycled fine aggregates. In future, there will be a need to improve the quality of recycled fine aggregates for activating the use of recycled fine aggregates and further research will have to evaluate physical properties of recycled fine aggregate concrete using improved recycled fine aggregates.

In this paper, to increase the use of industrial byproducts for $CO_2$ reduction and to improve construction performance, it was manufactured that $CO_2$ reduction type quaternary component high fluidity concrete (QC-HFC) with Reduced cement usage by more than 80% and its quality and hydration characteristics were evaluated. QC-HFC was found to satisfy the target performance, and the flow and mechanical properties were similar to those of conventional concrete. The drying shrinkage of QC-HFC decreased about twice compared with the conventional blend, and the hydration heat decreased about 36%. As a result, it can be concluded that the amount of cracks can be reduced by reducing temperature stress due to hydration heat reduction effect and reducing deformation due to relatively small temperature difference between inside and outside. Also, As a result of the simulation of the mass structure, the temperature cracking index of QC-HFC is 1.1 or more, and the cracking probability is reduced by about 35%, so that the crack due to temperature can be reduced.

In this study, we developed an analogy-generating strategy and applied this to a 7th grade science-gifted class. The types of analogies they generated, verbal interactions and analogy-generating patterns, and perceptions of five groups on the analogy-generating strategy were examined. The analyses of the results revealed that there was a higher proportion of the elaborated analogies in terms of quality generated by science-gifted students individually in the analogy-generating strategy than in general analogy-generating activity. After having small group activities, most small groups generated the elaborated analogies. The frequencies and percentages of verbal interactions of each sub-stage were found to be slightly different. Analogy-generating patterns in small groups were categorized into three types; selecting in-depth source, selecting inclusive source, and selecting surficial source. The elaborating patterns of mapping between a target concept and analogies were different among the types. Science-gifted students positively perceived in terms of its values and attitudes toward the analogy-generating strategy, and they responded that the analogy-generating strategy was helpful in generating more elaborated analogies and fostering creative thinking. Therefore the analogy-generating strategy is expected to generate positive impact on the creativity of science-gifted students.

The main purpose of rate control is to achieve the highest video quality when bandwidth or storage capacity is limited. For this purpose, we need a rate control algorithm which is adaptively controlled by the motion information of sequences, scene change, buffer capacity and time-varing bandwitdh channels. A rate-control method in the encoder requires the accurate estimation of target bit for each frame and the low end-to-end delay for transmitting video data by intelligent selection of encoding parameters. In this paper, we suggest three kinds of linear relation in the encoder to satisfy the characteristics of rate control. The first relation is that between the percentage of zero quantized transformed coefficients(p) and coded bits. Second relation is that between the PSNR of encoded frame and its Quantization parameter(QP). Finally, we can find out a linear approximation between QP and p. According to the experimental analysis, the proposed method results in an efficient rate control in terms of the bit estimation, the buffer capacity, and PSNR compared with the existing rate control in the H.264 JM 9.3.
Without a solid marketing system in placed, the fashion industry cannot flourish on out-standing design or technology alone. Even though the significance of collecting and analyzing information, merchandising, and retail distribution is recognized, these functions are not firmly rooted or prevalent in our industry. In contrast, Italy which possesses similar demographic traits such as the lack of natural resources and other physical factors has succeed-ed in globalizing its fashion market by responding swiftly and exercising flexiblity to its constantly changing consumer demand. This in turn has earned Italy the competitive edge in the global fashion arena. Italy's unique management skills and operation know-how, along with successful market strategies come into play in bringing competitiveness to Italy's fashion market. Firstly, smaller companies with ability to adopt swiftly to the ever changing market. Secondly, fashion friendly social environment. Thirdly, niche marketing through highly specialized system and differentiation. Fourthly, timeless innovation through intense corporate competition. Lastly, establishment of foundations to support the industry through diverse networking. The alone building blocks have formed a basis for erecting an unparalleled market with a reputation for excellence in design and quality in the global fashion world. This study has examined how Italy's fashion industry has evolved from an underdeveloped textile business into a cutting edge fashion in-dustry. Italy's unique business processes and practices were studied to come up with a collection and merchandising ideas in a niche market. By selecting this venue we are able to continuously grow and develop in a market with diverse consumer needs. To analyze the Italian fashion market, data from 3 institutions were utilized, namely, CIT-ER which has provided consumer trends and sales analysis, SITA,a data service provided statistics from the textile and apparel businesses, and NBI has also furnished valuable data. Italian consumer preference, buying behavior, consumer profile, retail channels and other related data from the above institutions has formed a backbone for market segmentation and target markets, and as a result, we were able to zero in on the type of consumer, produce, pricing and retail channels for our womenswear. Going forward the direction is to elevate product image and pretige, and create syn-ergy between related industries, and at the same note, in order to develop internationally recognized brands such as Max Mara and Benetton. Certain elements such as the specialization of the fashion industry, alon-g with fashion-related data base and systems support, and most importantly experts with acute fashion sense and capacity to analyze pertinent data are in need. I firmly believe that we can achieve Italy's level in the fashion market with support from the government and unrelenting effort within the industry itself, and hope that this report can prove to be useful.
Multiplex ligation dependent probe amplification (MLPA) is a PCR-based method to detect gene dosage. Since its introduction, MLPA has been used to test a large number of genes for major deletions or duplications. Genetic testing, as a diagnostic tool for genetic disease, has been used primarily to identify point mutations, including base substitutions and small insertions/deletions, using PCR and sequence analysis. However, it is difficult to identify large deletions or duplications using routine PCR- gel based assays, especially in heterozygotes. The MLPA is a more feasible method for identification of gene dosage than another routine PCR-based methods, and better able to detect deleterious deletions or duplications. In addition to detection of gene dosage, MLPA can be applied to identify methylation patterns of target genes, aneuploidy during prenatal diagnoses, and large deletions or duplications that may be associated with various cancers. The MLPA method offers numerous advantages, as it requires only a small amount of template DNA, is applicable to a wide variety of applications, and is high-throughput. On the other hand, this method suffers from disadvantages including the possibility of false positive results affected by template DNA quality, difficulties identifying SNPs located in probe sequences, and analytical complications in quantitative aspects.
