애플리케이션 개발을 위한 대상업무 도출 방법에 관한 연구 (A Study on Elicitation Method of Target Businesses for Application Development)

  • 대상업무란 업무용 애플리케이션의 구현에 사용되는 구체적이고 상세한 관리대상의 업무를 말한다. 대상업무 도출 방법은 다양하게 존재하지만, 대부분 많은 경험을 요구하고 시간이 많이 소요될 뿐 아니라 절차가 명확하게 제시되지 않아 초보자가 대상업무들을 도출할 때 많은 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 주어진 업무명세서로부터 대상업무들을 절차적으로 도출할 수 있는 방법을 제안한다. 그리고 사례로서 가상의 업무명세서를 사용하였으며, 학부생과 대학원생 및 업체 직원들을 대상으로 주어진 업무명세서에 대하여 본 연구에서 제안한 방법을 적용시켰다. 그리고 각자의 수행 방법에 대하여 설문하고 신뢰도를 분석한 결과, 전반적으로 신뢰성 있는 결과를 얻었다. 이로 인해 본 연구에서 제시한 방법은 현장에서도 사용할 수 있을 뿐 아니라 초보자도 용이하게 사용할 수 있음이 확인되었다.

East and West Meet in Africa: Effects on Clothing and Textile Businesses in Kenya's Liberalized Economy

  • Liberalization may be described as the opening up of the economy to the outside world by relaxing government trade and economic policy restrictions to allow imports. In Kenya, this took place in the early 1990s and it had negative and positive effects on businesses manufacturing and retailing clothing and textiles. This case study narrates what has happened over the last 20 years to businesses in Nairobi, Kenya dealing in clothing and textiles. Some of the original businesses have closed down and been replaced by new ones. More small scale Kenyan businesses have been started dealing in clothing imports from the East and West selling both new and second hand clothes. There has been increased employment in the small scale clothing and textiles sector in garment making and retailing. All in all, liberalization has forced large and medium scale textile manufacture to change strategy so that they target selling to the export market more than to the local market.

5인이상 제조업에서 설문조사를 통한 작업환경측정 대상 사업장의 규모 추정 (Estimating the Number of Target Workplaces for Work Environment Monitoring using Survey Data among Manufacturing Businesses with More than Five Employees in 2016)

  • Objectives: This study aimed to estimate the number and proportion of target workplaces for work environment monitoring and evaluate the implementation rate of work environment monitoring. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor between March and May 2017 among 96,295 manufacturing businesses with more than five employees. The response rate was 17.8%. Estimates of the number and proportion of target workplaces for work environment monitoring were calculated as follows: number of workplaces where work environment monitoring was performed in 2016 + exposure rate based on the questionnaire * number of workplaces where work environment monitoring was not conducted. Results: Of the 150,655 total manufacturing businesses with more than five employees, 63,146 are estimated to be subject to work environment monitoring, which accounted for 41.9% of the workplaces. It is estimated that 73.3% of the target workplaces performed work environment monitoring. The number of workers exposed to hazardous substances is estimated to be about 0.7~1.2 million. Conclusions: Information on the distribution of workplaces subject to work environment monitoring and the rate of implementation can be used as baseline information for management and evaluation of the effectiveness of the work environment monitoring system.

의복 생산용 바디 개발을 위한 기초 연구 (A Basic Study on the Product Development of Dress Forms)

  • The purposes of this study are to examine clothing businesses which are using dress forms and grasp the problems in apparel manufacturing process, to verify the size and shape of the dress forms for uniformity, to ascertain the uniformity between the dress forms being sold today and the somatotype of the target consumers. The following results were obtained. First, most of the clothing businesses used the existing dress forms in the company. The dress forms didn't reflect the somatotype of the current consumers. And the users satisfaction was below the average. Second, the size and shape of the dress forms being sold today had lack of uniformity between themselves. Third, the dress forms didn't reflect the shape characteristics as well as the size of the target consumers. Consequently, The dress forms need to have the following. First, It is necessary that the dress forms have various functions in a dress form in the future. Second, to get high satisfaction of clothing fit, we need to build up the data base of the consumers somatotype. The data base have to consist of not only circumference but also width, thickness, angle of the current consumers. Last, the further studies of the dress forms need to meet the clothing businesses demand.

제주 농촌지역의 에너지사업 유무에 따른 경관색채 분석 연구 (A Study on the Landscape Color Analysis of the Energy Industry in Jeju Rural Area)

  • The objective of this study is to propose a color plan for rural villages that seeks harmony between natural and artificial environments in consideration of the fact that as new and renewable energy businesses increase drastically, problems of landscape color occur in rural areas. To this end, the current color conditions over the target regions are examined in context of energy businesses; a land simulation is developed; a survey on the preferences is conducted with the result analyzed; and finally, a color plan for villages where energy businesses and non-energy businesses are conducted. For the survey, 40 photos including simulation photos and original photos of villages were used: the photos before and after the simulation was applied were shown to village residents. The validity of the selected colors was then evaluated accordingly. The survey was conducted among 15 residents in villages where energy businesses were conducted and 15 in villages where non-energy businesses were conducted. As new and renewable energy methods such as solar energy panels are utilized over rural villages in the future, selecting artificial environmental colors that can better represent the region's identity and that are in harmony with natural environments will be an important factor in community center or housing remodeling projects, local community development projects, and so forth. It is expected that the present study can be utilized as the basis for village color plans that seek to consider actual local conditions based on objective data rather than selecting colors uniformly or based on subjective judgment.

  • To respond to global warming and climate change, Korean Government has implemented the GHG Target Management, which leads to a voluntary reduction in greenhouse gases from large businesses. Korean universities have put efforts on reducing GHG emissions and energy consumptions in the campuses, however, because of various activities and its characteristic of non-profit organization, establishing a long-term plan for reducing greenhouse gases is necessary. In this research, the Seoul National University's energy usage is analyzed and applicable technologies for reducing GHG emissions are extracted. Hence, three scenarios for performing the GHG Target Management are established. Proposed scenario is available for GHG Target Management and it would be expected to support decision- makings for reducing GHG emissions.

벤처.중소기업의 외국인지분이 배당수익률에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 (The Effect of Foreign Investment on Dividend Yield Ratio of KOSDAQ Firms)

  • 외국인 투자의 증가가 국내기업의 배당에 미치는 영향에 대하여 선행연구에서 상이한 결과들을 제시하고 있는데 이는 실증분석의 방법에서 배당을 측정하는 변수로 상이한 변수들이 사용되었으며, 분석 방법론 측면에서 외국인투자와 배당수준 간의 인과관계의 방향을 통제하지 않았다는 것이다. 본 연구에서는 기존문헌들이 가지는 한계점을 최대한 보완하여 코스닥시장 신규상장기업을 대상으로 하여 외국인 투자와 배당수준간의 인과관계의 방향성 문제를 극복하고 배당수익률을 종속변수로 하여 분석함으로써 앞에서 제기한 우려에 대한 답을 제시하고자 하였다. 먼저 전체표본을 사용하는 경우, 배당수익률은 외국인투자와 유의한 관계를 보이지 않았으며 이와 같은 결과는 기존 문헌의 연구결과와 유사한 것이다. 그리고 외국인투자가 발생하기 이전에 배당금을 지급했던 표본기업을 대상으로 한 패널분석에서도 외국인 투자가 배당수익률에 유의하게 영향을 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 외국인 투자자들이 배당을 지급하는 기업에 대한 선호현상으로 인하여 외국인투자는 배당수준에 영향을 미치지 않았음을 보여주는 결과이다. 그러나 외국인 투자가 발생하기 이전에 배당을 지급했던 기업을 제외한 표본에 대한 패널분석결과에 의하면 외국인투자는 배당수준 변수 즉 배당수익률이 유의하게 정의 관계에 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 배당을 지급하는 기업에 대한 외국인 투자자의 선호현상을 통제하는 경우, 외국인 투자자들이 국내 코스닥기업에 배당수준에 대하여 유의한 영향을 미친다는 결과를 보여주는 것이다. 특히 기존의 연구에서 유의하게 나타나지 않았던 배당수익률이 외국인의 배당지급 기업에 대한 선호현상을 통제하였을 때 유의하게 나타난 본 연구의 결과는 상당히 의미가 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 이는 외국인지분이 증가 할수록 전체이익 중 배당액이 차지하는 비중이 증가하고 시기총액대비 현금배당이 증가함을 의미함으로 외국인투자자가 단기적 이익에 집착하여 고배당을 유도한다는 주장이 성립하는 것으로 볼 수 있다.

외식업체의 유통경로상 관계특성과 만족에 관한 경로모형 연구 (Relational Characteristics and Satisfaction of Foodservice Businesses in Association to Distribution Channels)

  • Foodservice industry and distribution business could make mutual prpgress when they join forces in responding to environmental uncertainty in an efficient manner. The purpose of this study was to examine the relational characteristics of domestic food service businesses and distribution firms in conjunction with the distribution channels and ensuing conflicts between them, to present possible alternatives on and how they should communicate with each other to achieve a satisfactory result. The relational characteristics and ensuing conflicts of food service businesses and distribution firms appeared to be significantly characterized by incongruities of target, role and perception. The types of relational characteristics that were triggered by the disagreement of roles and perception combined to decrease the intensity of the relational commitment. A satisfactory transactional relationship served to ease their conflicts caused by perceptual disagreement, and the soos of conflicts that were rooted in the discord of roles and of perception that increased the degree of relational commitment. As for relational performance, relational commitment, satisfaction with distribution channel and satisfaction with suppliers allowed them to maintain their relationship on a long-term basis.

인터넷 기반 CITIS 참조모델시스템 개발 (Development of CITIS Reference Model System on Internet)

  • In this paper we present the development of CITIS(Contractor Integrated Technical Information Service) reference model system which can be utilized for electronic commerce among enterprises. For the physical analysis target model, we selected switching system businesses of Korea Telecom. From analysis of life-cycle business process and data, we derived CITIS reference model containing CITIS To-Be model and CITIS scenario. Derived CITIS reference model is generalized so that it can be used not only for switching system businesses but other business areas regarding CITIS implementation. On the base of the derived CITIS reference model, We also developed CITIS information management system and CITIS-support workflow system as CITIS reference model system. Developed CITIS reference model system supports information and business process sharing among enterprises on internet and it does make a contribution to expansion of CITIS which is moving from conceptual research towards real implementation phase.

산업환경 변화와 기업의 대응전략 : 우리나라 타일산업 1986~1990 (Changes in The Industry Environment and Strategic Changes of Businesses : The Korean Tile Industry 1986~1990)

  • An an exploratory attempt, this study examines the patterns of strategic changes of the firms and changes in strategic group structure in response to environmental changes of the industry. Empirical analyses of 39 firms in the Korean tile industry for the period of 1986-1990 reveals that :1) environmental changes had different impacts on attractiveness of different product/market segments :2) the relatively large firms in less attractive product/market segments were more likely to change their domains :3) according to their specific target product/market segments, the firms tended to strengthen different resource capabilities which were identified as key success factorss to compete in each target segment : and 4) these differences in strategic changes of the firms resulted in the changes in strategic group structure during the same period. Implications and the limitations of this study are finally discussed.
