Nowadays, there is called energy saving, that it is accomplished with a lot study and application development as according to demand of all around world. It is using to network device of wire or wireless such as internet, lan, plc, and zigbee and that we should be accomplished to study about method that spending a little cost to fatal error in control system that be expected of frequent occurrence on network, and that have method to do construction a little bit tried out. Also, in that such a embedded system with network function case, there is important thing that it is remote management to network node and control methods to trust because firmware upgrade have the advantage of more than the other device. In this paper, we have verified through a result of experiment for efficient remote management and control method as previously stated in this paper, that it is area of the PLC for sensor node and doing management to relay, and implementation of the LACC which is core part of the ESS, and in order to get a result to trust from doing analysis of capacity and test.

To analyze the applications of all types of mechanical systems, general purpose analysis programs have been developed and commercialized. However, it is customary to develop and use customized programs even though they sometimes require more work than a general purpose program. A customized program is simplified to adapt to a particular application from the beginning, is designed for small computers, and developed with hardware-in-the-loop in mind so it can be applied effectively. By adding design knowledge and bundling know-how to an analysis program, analysis time can be reduced. And because an analysis has to work in conjunction with other analysis programs, a proprietary program that the user can easily modify can be useful. In this thesis, a multi-body dynamics analysis system is presented using one of the most useful programming techniques, object-oriented concept. The object-oriented concept defines a problem from the physical world as an abstract object, an abstract model. The object becomes encapsulated with the data and method. Simulation is performed using the object's interface. It is then possible for the user and the developer to modify and upgrade the program without having particular knowledge of the analysis program. The method presented in this thesis has the following advantages. Since the mechanical components of the multi-body system converts independent modeling into a class, the modification, exchange, distribution, and reuse of elements are increased. It becomes easier to employ a new analysis method and interface with other S/W and H/W systems. To employ a new analysis method, there is no need to modify elements of the main solver and the Library. In addition, information can be communicated to each object through messaging. It makes the modeling of new elements easier using inheritance. When developing a S/W for the computer simulation of physical system, it is reasonable to use object-oriented modeling. Also, for multi-body dynamics analysis, it is possible to develop a solver that is user-oriented.

The KSTAR (Korea Superconducting Tokamak Advanced Research) tokamak is a nuclear fusion experimental device for a long pulse/steady-state plasma operation, adopting fully superconducting magnets. In accordance with completion of the basic design of the torus vacuum vessel and the enclosing cryostat, the vacuum pumping and gas fueling basic design has been developed to fulfil the physics requirements. The ultra-high vacuum pumping and sophisticated gas fueling system of the machine is essential to achieve such roles for optimized plasma performance and operation. Recently the vacuum exhaust system using dedicated pumping ports for the vacuum vessel and cryostat has been modified to meet more reliable and successful performance of the KSTAR[Fig. 1].In order to achieve the required base pressure of 5 x 10-9 torr, the total impurity load to the vessel internal is limited to ~5 x 10-5 torr-1/x, while the cryostat base pressure is kept as ~5 x 105 torr to mitigate the thermal load applied to the superconducting magnets. Each KSTAR fueling system will be separately capable of fueling gas at a rate of 50 torr-1/x, consistent with the given pumping throughput. In order to initiate a plasma discharge in KSTAR, the vacuum vessel is filled to a gas pressure of few 10-6 to few 10-4 torr, and additional gas injection is required to maintain and increase the plasma density during the course of the discharge period.
With the emergence of digital TV broadcasting, various channels are provided to a TV audience. But it is getting hard for the audience to find his or her preferred TV programs due to the huge number of TV channels. In order to mitigate the difficulty, TV broadcasting companies provide an electronic program guide (EPG), which is a digital guide to scheduled broadcast TV programs. However, it results in the information overload problem and the time-consuming problem since the number of TV channels and programs is gradually on the increase. In this paper, we design and develop a channel filtering system, which recommends a small number of channels by filtering TV channels based on the watching pattern of the TV audience. The channel filtering system does not require the replacement or upgrade of existing TV or set-top box. In addition, it increases usability by skipping the channels that broadcast the audience's non-preferred TV programs while the TV audience presses the channel up/down button.

Defense industries which require high reliability need an optimized quality management system with well-planned implementation. And the government should examine the overall status of defense industries, then establish practical policies with a proper support plan in required areas to upgrade the quality management level of manufacturers. Thus, DTaQ developed the model for 2 years from 2014, which specialized in quality management level analysis for defense industries. And a survey has been undertaken with that model by DTaQ and Korea Research Center in 2016. The surveyed companies randomly sampled among those which have more than 30 employees and delivery history over past 3 years, and finally 106 defense industries were selected. This paper present survey method and indexes for survey of defense industry quality management level. The survey was conducted in the order of planning, data collection and data processing, and the validity and reliability of the data were verified to increase objectivity of survey results. The survey contents mainly consist of system quality and management quality. System quality includes Product Development Management, Production Operation Management, supply chain quality management, Safety & Environment Management and Reliability Management, on the other hand, management quality includes Strategic Leadership, Human Resource Management, Customer Market Management and Information & Knowledge Management. Thus this proposes the current overall quality management status of the 106 defense industries and shows level differences by company sizes and manufacturing sectors based on the result of survey. Specifically, this paper enables to track the areas which need prompt government support with the policy directions to make quality management level higher. Therefore, it is expected that this can be used as reference data in establishing quality policies for military supplies in the future.

The traditional small educational multi-joint robots were developed on firmware. In these system's case, we cann't give a chance to educate good practices due on executing just robot's simple movements. But it may be possible for RTOS to control the elaborate movement of the robot with assembling each part on firmware. With this RTOS, we can enhance the efficiency of robot's movements, but too difficult to use the education as increasing the complexity of robot system. To solve the problem, we apply with Design pattern and Refactoring for the Education. Applying robot's design with Design pattern and Refactoring. There may be easily understand what and how to design RTOS for any level ones. We may easily change/upgrade RTOS for new system with this approach. This paper mentions to design RTOS with Design patterns and to apply RTOS's source code with Refactoring.

Most of the terminologies used in medical domain is not intended to be applied directly in clinical setting but is developed to integrate the terms by defining the reference terminology or concept relations between the terms. Therefore, it is needed to develop the subsets of the terminology which classify categories properly for the purpose of use and extract and organize terms with high utility based on the classified categories in order to utilize the clinical terms conveniently as well as efficiently. Moreover, it is also necessary to develop and upgrade the terminology constantly to meet user's new demand by changing or correcting the system. This study has developed a mapping tool that allows accurate expression and interpretation of clinical terms used for medical records in electronic medical records system and can furthermore secure semantic interoperability among the terms used in the medical information model and generate common terms as well. The system is designed to execute both 1:1 and N:M mapping between the concepts of terms at a time and search for and compare various terms at a time, too. Also, in order to enhance work consistency and work reliability between the task performers, it allows work in parallel and the observation of work processes. Since it is developed with Java, it adds new terms in the form of plug-in to be used. It also reinforce database access security with Remote Method Invocation (RMI). This research still has tasks to be done such as complementing and refining and also establishing management procedures for registered data. However, it will be effectively used to reduce the time and expenses to generate terms in each of the medical institutions and improve the quality of medicine by providing consistent concepts and representative terms for the terminologies used for medical records and inducing proper selection of the terms according to their meaning.
It seems required to determine what might affect the technological innovation activities of manufacturing companies and what kind of role they could play for them to carry out technological innovation activities in an effective way. The objective of the present study is thus to conduct a depth empirical analysis of the structural relations among business environment, technological innovation activities and performance of manufacturing companies. From the analysis, following outcomes could be drawn: First, with regard to the relationship between business environment and technological innovation activities of manufacturing companies, it has become clear that the external environment is a factor that can influence technological innovation activities such as management of technical property, technological innovation system as well as technical network, while it exercises no impact upon adaptation of manufacturers to new technologies. The internal environment, on the other hand, turns out to have influence on such overall factors of technological innovation activities as management of technical property, technological innovation system, adaptation to new technologies and technical network; and Second, as for the relationship between technological innovation activities and their performance, it has been obvious that management of technical property and technological innovation system, both factors of technological innovation activities, affect the performance of product development and financial achievements of manufacturing companies. Their adaptation to new technologies will also affect their performance of product development as well as financial achievements. These findings suggest that it is important for manufacturing companies to set up an operating system that may be able to upgrade the practical applicability of their technological development activities in an attempt to promote performance of their technological innovation activities.

The current PC-based desktop environment is being converted into server-based virtual desktop environment due to security, mobility, and low upgrade cost. In this paper, a desktop virtualization system is implemented using an open source-based cloud computing platform and hypervisor. The implemented system is applied to the virtualziation of computer in university. In order to reduce the image transfer time, we propose a solution using HDFS. In addition, an image management structure needed for desktop virtualization is designed and implemented, and applied to a real computer lab which accommodates 30 PCs. The performance of the proposed system is evaluated in various aspects including implementation cost, power saving rate, reduction rate of license cost, and management cost. The experimental results showed that the proposed system considerably reduced the image transfer time for desktop service.

Intelligent Character Recognition System for Account Payable (ICRS AP) Automation represents the process of capturing text from scanned invoices and extracting the key fields from invoices and storing the captured fields into properly structured document format. ICRS plays a very critical role in invoice data streamlining, we are interested in data like Vendor Name, Purchase Order Number, Due Date, Total Amount, Payee Name, etc. As companies attempt to cut costs and upgrade their processes, accounts payable (A/P) is an example of a paper-intensive procedure. Invoice processing is a possible candidate for digitization. Most of the companies dealing with an enormous number of invoices, these manual invoice matching procedures start to show their limitations. Receiving a paper invoice and matching it to a purchase order (PO) and general ledger (GL) code can be difficult for businesses. Lack of automation leads to more serious company issues such as accruals for financial close, excessive labor costs, and a lack of insight into corporate expenditures. The proposed system offers tighter control on their invoice processing to make a better and more appropriate decision. AP automation solutions provide tighter controls, quicker clearances, smart payments, and real-time access to transactional data, allowing financial managers to make better and wiser decisions for the bottom line of their organizations. An Intelligent Character Recognition System for AP Automation is a process of extricating fields like Vendor Name, Purchase Order Number, Due Date, Total Amount, Payee Name, etc. based on their x-axis and y-axis position coordinates.
