In nowdays many dental CAD/CAM system were developed. Among those only Cerec and Celay were used globally as clinical application. Celay is a machinable ceramic system that is capable of milling inlays, onlays, and veneers from prefabricated industrial ceramic blocks(Vita Celay Blanks). The advatages of Celay are to simplify the manufactures and to save the processing time. For esthetics In-Ceram Alumina bridges were introduced into maxillary anterior restoration. They have a high strength, a high translucency and an excellent marginal adapation. But the laboratory processes are very difficult and complicated. So the construction of In-Ceram Alumina bridge combined with celay system was desgined. The patient is a 28 year old age male. The chief complain is missing of maxillary left central incisor. He wants to restore anterior bridge for esthetically. The Alumina bridge framework was constructed easily by celay system. Glass ilfiltration was occurred. After that, vitadura-${\alpha}$porcelain build up was occurred by conventional method. The translucency of In-Ceram Alumina 3 unit bridge revealed to be superior to that of porcelain fused to metal bridge. So we report it with clincal case and literature reviews.

A novel distributed compress-and-forward (CF) system based on multi-relay network is presented. In this system, as the direct link between the source and destination is invalid due to some reasons, such as the limited power, special working environment, or even economic factors, relays are employed to receive analog signals and carry on distributed compressed encoding. Subsequently, the digital signals are transmitted to the destination via wireless channel. Moreover, a theoretical analysis for the system is provided by utilizing the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) theory and Shannon channel capacity theory, and the rate-distortion function as well as the connection between the transmission rate and the channel capacity are constructed. In addition, an optimal signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) -based power allocation method is proposed to maximize the quantization SNR under the limited total power. Simulation result shows that the proposed CF system outperforms the amplify-and-forward (AF) system versus the SNR performance.

Objectives: In this paper, two cases which showed the meaningful results on the patients' chief complaints were analyzed. The patients were treated with the Mahwang-Haengin-Gamcho-seokgo-tang herbal medication based on Shanghanlun disease pattern identification diagnostic system. Methods: The patients were diagnosed based on Shanghanlun, disease pattern identification diagnostic system. In case 1, the change of menstruation cycle was noted and pre-menstrual discomforts were measured with Menstrual Distress Questionnaire(MDQ). In case 2, Quality of life questionnaire for adult Korean asthmatics (QLQAKA) was used to estimate the quality of the patient's life. Results: All the symptoms were improved after the Mahwang-Haengin-Gamcho-seokgotang treatment. In case 1, the menstruation cycle decreased to 30 days average. MDQ score decreased 143 to 103. In case 2, the change of the QLQAKA score as 1.647 average point is considered as a meaningful improvement. Conclusion: With great difference to a 'Symptom-Medicine' diagnostic system, the disease pattern identification diagnostic system seeks the pathologic pattern through the patient's whole life. More studies and multiple cases based on the diagnostic system are needed to prove this possibility later.

Though, these days there are increasing many patient of insomnia, there was not considered literatual study on insomnia. So, the result of consideration about cause and process of insomnia from thirty kinds of literatures, are as follows. 1. Early literature like Huangjaenankyung(黃帝內經), Sanghanron(傷寒論) reffered to insomnia as accompanying symptom. on the other hand, Myung(明), Chung(淸)'s literatures reffered to that as chief symptom or distinguished chief symptom from accompanying symptom. 2. There were tendency of deductive expanding of various masters and tendency of induction of simple theory that was based on Huangjaenankyung(黃帝內經). 3. Huangjaenankyung(黃帝內經) showed basic process of the sleep disorder that 'exhausting of Yin and excess of Yang (陰盡陽盛)', protecting energy does not invade Yin portion(陽氣不入於陰). And Huangjaenankyung(黃帝內經) showed cause of insomnia that deficiency of vital energy and blood, imbalanced of spleen and stomach, a fever as a invasion in the outside, lung system's disease. This became a basic cause and process of the sleep disorder in ancient period. 4. Sanghanron(傷寒論) occurred to insomnia as accompanying symptom in progress, remedy of a fever invaded outside, Kumkyeyoriak showed as origination in weakness, fatique, various diseases. Out of that, there is a significance in description of insomnia from some disease like histery or neurosis. 5. Jaebyungwonhuron(諸病源候論), Chunkumbang(千金方), Kukbangseo(局方書.) occured to a fire of heart(心慤) and a deficiency of heart and gall bladder(心膽虛) in defails. Insomnia is caused by agony of seven emotion, delivering of a child, are similar to insomnia is caused by psychologic disorders. Injaesanghanyusu(仁劑傷寒類書) occured to exhausting of Yin and excess of Yang (陰盡陽盛), imbalanced of stomach(胃不和) invasion of coldness(傷寒) are brought a conclusion of assumption of sap(津液耗損) brought about unreturn of yin energy. 6. Manbyunghuechum(萬病回春) in Myung period (明代) made much of portion of phlegm's influence about spiritual function. Kyungakjunsu(景岳全書) valued much of treatment divided according to excess and deficiency. Junginmaekchi(證因脈治) occurred to concept of pyorihesil(表裏虛實), Dongyibokam(東醫寶鑑) synthesised various theories. 7. Hyuljungron(血證論), Byunjungkimun(辨證奇聞), Suksilbirok(石室秘錄) made much of surprisemeni(驚恐) Consideration(思慮), liver's dryness(肝燥) is caused by liver's weakness(肝虛), imbalance of haert -kidney(心腎不交), seven emotion(七情). Especially, ftyujungchijae(類證治載) said that heart, liver, gall-bladder, kidney, surprisment, consideration baought to a conclusion of inbalance of Yang and Yin (陽不交陰). There is a tendency in literature mostly that literature showed separation of insomnia as a chief symptom. 8. These days there are increasing many patient of insomnia. So, it is needed to study about insomnia as a psychologic disease. Saying in conclusion, it is needed that we have to recognize in modern style based on ancient style of cause and process of insomnia. It is regarded to study about insomnia definitely and experimently.

The goal of this study was to describe dental consultation of pediatric inpatients to the department of pediatric dentistry at Yonsei University Severance Hospital. 391 dental consultations at Yonsei University Severance Hospital referred to pediatric dentistry in the year 2012 were included in this study. Consultations were categorized according to patients' gender, age, chief complaint, referred department and diagnosis. 288 patients (166 males and 122 females) with an average age of 5.9 were referred to the Department of Pediatric Dentistry. 129 cases (33.1%) from Department of Rehabilitation Medicine, 80 cases (20.5%) from Pediatric Hematology- Oncology, 51 cases (13.0%) from Pediatric Cardiology, and 44 cases (11.3%) from Pediatric Neurology. Chief complaints were ranked from oral examination (39.7%), dental caries (14.0%), pre-operative evaluation (12.8%) and others (33.5%); including oral pain, trauma, tooth mobility, orthodontic treatment, self-injury, fabrication of obturator and etc. Dental consultations should be encouraged as dental care and treatment could affect the control of systemic diseases of admitted patients. Pediatric inpatients have been referred to pediatric dentistry for not only comprehensive oral exam but also various chief complaints. The most frequent dental diagnosis made and treatment performed were dental caries and non-invasive/preventive care respectively.

The Korean halibut farming industry suffer from price instability and demand decrease due to various environmental and social issues. It is urgent to predict the appropriate amount of halibut production. However, it is not easy for employments working in the halibut farming industry to handle statistical tools in order to perform the prediction. In this paper, we implemented a Excel-based regression analysis tool that allows users to get a regression analysis result by just entering historical data in a sheet. Our tool will reduce workloads of employments working in the halibut farming industry by enabling them to perform a regression analysis with Excel on-the-fly. This study expect that by using the tool the halibut farming industry cope actively with the real-time change in the industry.

This clinical case reports the effect of Chilgi-tang, a kind of traditional Korean herbal medicine, on $3^{rd}$ degree AV block patients also known as complete heart block. Complete heart block caused by degeneration of electrical conduction system of heart may result in weakness, dizziness, syncope, etc. Two clinical cases reported herein are diagnosed as $3^{rd}$ degree AV block caused by psychological stress with chief complaints of syncope and dyspnea respectively. The chief complains of cases cured remarkably after Chilgi-tang medication. In one case, $3^{rd}$ degree AV block was disappeared. In conclusion, we suggest that Chilgi-tang can be a potential treatment for complete heart block due to psychological stress.

This study examines the background of the PDL(Personal Digital Library) as well as a conceptual understanding of the PDL in knowledge-based society. Recent case studies are also included. The chief concepts of the PDL are Systems(Digital Library, Knowledge Management System, Internet Portal Site), Models of knowledge, and personalization. The findings in this study are as follows. \circled1 We must find the meaning in the change of a society environment in which the personalization happens. \circled2 The contents must not be restricted. \circled3 The system is to satisfy requirements of the individual. \circled4 The GNU General Public License is a system development method for the PDL.

We made a study on real-time determination method for relative position using the laser-measured distance data between satellites. We numerically performed the determination of relative position in accordance with extended Kalman filter algorithm using the vectors obtained through nonlinear equation of relative motion, laser simulator for distance measurement, and attitude determination of chief satellite. Because the spherical parameters of relative distance and direction are used, there occur some changes in precision depending on changes in relative distance when determining the relative position. As a result of simulation, it was possible to determine the relative position with several millimeter-level errors at a distance of 10 km, and sub-millimeter level errors at a distance of 1 km. In addition, we performed the determination of relative position assuming the case that global positioning system data was not received for long hours to see the impact of determination of chief satellite orbit on the determination of relative position. The determination of precise relative position at a long distance carried out in this study can be used for scientific mission using the satellite formation flying.

Neuroblastoma is the most common extracranial solid tumor of childhood which presents various clinical symptoms depending on the primary and metastatic sites. However, it has been rarely reported that sudden onset of blindness was the chief complaint of neuroblastoma. A four years old boy was admitted to the Yeungnam University Hospital with the chief complaint of a sudden onset of blindness due to a distant metastasis of abdominal neuroblastoma to the sphenoid sinus. On admission, both side pupils were dilated without light reflex, fundoscopy showed pale optic disk, electroretinogram was subnormal and visual evoked potential showed no response. The liver was palpable in $3{\frac{1}{2}}$ finger breadth from the right costal margin and adult fist sized mass was palpable in the right flank. Skull X-ray showed destructed sphenoid bone and clinoid process and brain CT scan showed tumor mass in the sphenoid sinus and left orbit. Ultrasonogram and CT scan of the abdomen showed large tumor masses around the right kidney and para-aortic and retropancreatic lymph node. IVP showed displaced right calyceal system with preserved contour. Left supraclavicular lymph node which appeared after admission was biopsied and it showed poorly differentiated neuroblasts. He was treated according to the multiagent chemotherapy schedule for stage IV neuroblastoma patient of children's cancer study group. Abdominal tumor masses and sphenoid sinus mass were markedly reduced after 2 courses of the combination chemotherapy of cyclophosphamide, vincristine, DTIC, adriamycin and VM-26. Eventhough the blindness was not improved, the patient has been in good clinical condition.
