An Intelligent Developer Replenish System for Automatic Film Processor (자동 현상기의 지능화된 보충시스템 개발)

  • An intelligent developer replenish system was developed for automatic film processor. The system detects the gray level of a developed film and determines the amount of the developer to be added to the system. Using the film darkness detection system, it was found that the film darkness is inversely proportional to the amount of light exposure, that the developer retrograde after developing certain number of films without replenishment and the number is dependent upon the parts of the body, and that the developer does not retrograde when 30 ml of developer is added after each chest film processing. The use of this system resulted in a decrease in the amount of developer by 40%.

  • The practical lith developer is a hydroquinone solution of moderate alkalinity and low free-sulfite ion concentration with potassium bromide as the restraining agent. In the study on composition of ilth developer to promote high sensitivity, high contrast and long term preservation or use, a new composition of lith developer, namely PK lith developer, was developed and of was found that PK lith developer was superior to the lith developer which was commercially available in terms of contrast, speed and preservation. This paper also describes studies on the addition of hdydrazine to PK lith developer, which have led to further improvements in the system.

  • Nowadays, many organizations more increasingly show their interests in developing informations systems through not only in-house development but outsourcing. Selecting a proper information system developer, however, is not easy task partly due to the absence of evaluation criteria pertinent to explain the pros and cons of information system developers considered. Further, much care should be taken of choosing an appropriate decision method applicable to semi-structured or strategical decision making problems such as selection of information system developer even though evaluation criteria are well provided. The purpose of this paper is to provide for the selection process, ranging from identification of problem structure to solution method, of information system developer with the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).

  • In this paper, we have proposed Architecture Development methodology which can connect both operational view and system view. The Functional Architecture can connect both user and developer, and it is located between Activity analysis and System analysis. We suggest the new architecture methodology using the Functional Architecture and it provides effect to analyze the connection between user(military) and developer(enterprise) in Defence R&D and the new Architecture with the feedback analyze activity on a point of system view and the new architecture make the functional architecture.

  • Using an optical 3D scanning device to collect data from a diffused reflection surface is very difficult. To solve this problem, there are many applications including a spray-type developer and silicon molds. However, using a developer can cause chemical reactions between objects and particles of the developer and uneven surfaces on the object. To overcome these problems, we suggest an electrostatic powder coating method for even coating of particles onto surfaces for collecting 3D shape data. We have developed an automatic, electrostatic powder-coating machine and performed three different experiments to compare this system with a laser interferometer and a T-scan 3D scanner. As a result, we could ascertain the various characteristics of this new method, including good sensitivity for the various surface states of the bare surface, developer, and electrostatic powder coating. Finally, we verified the outstanding scanning performance and were able to demonstrate that this method achieves quality than traditional methods.

  • A novel class of hyperbranched polyesters, HPpEP and HPmEP, were prepared via a facile one-pot polymerization of a phloroglucinol (as a $B_3$ monomer) with a phthaloyl dichloride (as an $A_2$ monomer) for replacing a problematic BPA developer in thermal printing system. The resulting polymers, HPpEP and HPmEP, had highly branched structures and met well the requirements for high performance developer materials such as colorlessness, easy and inexpensive synthesis, high thermal stability, etc. In addition, these polymers exhibited an efficient reaction with leuco dyes (ODB-2) for a coloring process by releasing protons from linear and terminal phenol groups of polymers when heated.

  • In this paper, we suggest an XML Development Support(XDS) System as a good developing tool to solve the problems that related with the database integration, increased to the developing terms and costs when the developing of XML programming base on the web server. XDS System is designed for the purpose of easily coding the XML program, of simply changing the programming structure and of completely maintaining the program environment. According to the predefined policy, XDS System provides necessary informations such as tables, columns, or relational keys from Database for developer. The developer step by step selects or sets what he needs. And XDS System creates an XML Tree with the result of selected information. The XML Tree includes all information of making an XML Schema and some XML Stylesheet. XDS System creates an XML Schema for all clients and creates many XML Stylesheets for each client using the XML Tree.

  • The recent control system has been changed into the type of PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) control. Up to now, systematic approach of PLC programming or control logic design is not suggested. In this study, the design process of the control logic is systematized and concrete process in each step is suggested. This systematized approach lead developer to be convenient to implement control system. When some error is occurred in the system, this approach enable the developer to analyze the reason of error rapidly and the system is amended according to systematic information of the analysis. The example of control system implementation following this approach is introduced.

  • The developer and user of weapon system must define the requirements of weapon system for the satisfaction of stakeholders and complexity of modern weapons in the developing process of weapon system. The perfect requirements reduce risks of the developing system in the initial step. It is not only economy of time and money but also good for the project of developing system. But, the perfect requirement is very difficult because of contradictions between the user and the developer, and limited conditions.   • According to increasing requirements in embedded systems. embedded software has been more complicated then before. a optimum software is difficult in embedded system. software developer make a difficult optimum software. this paper suggests a software profiling tool with which a software developer can easily profiling the embedded system software in cross-development environments. the suggested tool is designed based on host/target architecture. this tool insert program source for make profiling log to target program. a target program executed in target system. a target system communicate profiling log to host system. this tool in host system analyze profiling log data. and make a XML of profiling log and a profiling report. a profiling report is graphic viewer based GUI. a target system in this tool needs a few computing power. and XSLT can conversion of profile log XML to other format data. and suggested tool based on eclipse plug-in, therefore developer can use operates in eclipse.
