중소기업에서의 공급사슬 위험관리를 위한 패러다임 전환에 관한 연구 (A Study on Paradigm Shift of Supply Chain Risk Management for SMEs)

  • It is very important the collaboration and risk management of supply chain between the parent company and its partners in the supply chain risk management(SCRM). It was known that the SCRM approach is very different between a large enterprise and a small and medium-sized enterprise. This paper deals with the suggestion about SCRM structure for a small and medium-sized enterprise. This SCRM structure consist of risk identification, risk assessment, and risk mitigation. We expect that this SCRM structure promote the collaboration between a parent company and its partners to alleviate the supply chain risk.

  • The increased adoption of open source security management in supply chains is gaining worldwide attention. In particular, as security and threatening situations, such as solar winds, Kaseya ransomware, and Log4j vulnerability, are becoming more common in supply chains using software (SW)-defined networks, SW bills of materials (SBOMs) for SW products should be prepared to protect major countries like the United States. An SBOM provides SW component information and is expected to become required for SW supply chain management. We focus on SW supply chain management policies and SBOM trends in major countries and private organizations worldwide for safe SW use and determine the current status of Korea and ETRI's open source SW supply chain management trends.

A Fully Digital Controlled Fly-back Single Stage Power Supply Unit for the Wireless Dimming System of LED Lightings

  • This paper presents a fully digital controlled power supply unit for the wireless controlled dimmable LED lighting system. The proposed power supply designed using a fly-back converter, which is directly controlled by a microprocessor. Although the proposed circuit does not sense the AC input current and has not AC input voltage feed-forward, it can achieve a high power factor. The proposed power supply directly regulates the output power for LED loads using the PWM and PFM control of the fly-back converter without additional regulator. For a wireless remote control function, the Zigbee modem is equipped in the proposed power supply. A prototype set-up has been built and tested. Through the experiment with a prototype set-up, the usefulness of the proposed power supply is verified.

수소차량용 연료공급 파이프의 동적 안정성 해석 (Stability of Dynamic Behavior of Fuel Supply Pipe for Hydrogen Fueled Vehicle)

  • The fuel supply pipe connected to the hydrogen fueled vehicle hydrogen tank is very complicated. Therefore, the fixed portion of the pipe should be determined according to the external vibration. In particular, in order to avoid the resonance frequency range of the hydrogen fueled vehicle, it is necessary to examine the vibration characteristics of the fuel supply pipe and the stress concentration generation part for each frequency. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to understand the resonance potential for the natural frequency of the fuel supply pipe for hydrogen fueled vehicles and the excitation force(vibration of the motor etc.) applied to the external excitation frequency range(1-40Hz). Vibration characteristics were analyzed using the finite element method(FEM) to secure basic data for future seismic vibration tests of fuel supply pipes and to evaluate the safety of fuel supply pipe system.

  • This paper presents a survey of floating power supply based on bootstrap operation for three-level voltage-source inverters. The floating power supply for upper switches is achieved by the bootstrap capacitor charged during on-time of the switch underneath. Hence, a large number of bulky isolated DC/DC power supplies for each gate driver are reduced. The Pspice simulation results show the behavior of bootstrap devices and the performance of bootstrap capacitor voltage.

  • In this paper, we consider a multi-factor, multi-cause decision making problem of supply chain. And we show how to measure the operational efficiency of the components in supply chain and also how to improve the efficiency of each component and whole supply chain. As a methodology, the data envelopment analysis (DEA) is adopted to measure the efficiency by considering weight factors such as flexibility, information sharing, logistics level, etc. The proposed algorithm allows whole supply chain to have the improved efficiency rate.

  • This paper reviews the general concept and application area of Supply Chain Management (SCM). Then, the general concept, function, modeling methodology, and operation methodology of Supply Chain Simulation are also reviewed. SCM software solutions and their modules developed by popular IT companies are introduced and compared. The role of simulation in SCM is emphasized as a strategic decision making solution for modeling and analyzing dynamics of a supply chain. Several stand-alone supply chain simulators are introduced and compared.

The Cost Impact of Information Delay in a Supply Chain

  • In this paper, the impact of information sharing, possibly with some delay, on costs in a simple supply chain in which there are two participants, a single retailer and a single manufacturer, is considered. When participants in the supply chain do not use fully integrated EDI, some delay associated with information sharing is inevitable. A mathematical model that allows us to quantify the cost incurred by the manufacturer in the supply chain under information sharing, possibly with some delay, vs. no information sharing is presented. From this model, some managerial implications are gleaned.

  • An auxiliary switching power supply is designed for the control circuit of a machine integrated with frequency variation based on TOP249Y in this paper. And experiments have been conducted to verify that this power supply can function well even with fluctuating inputs, indicating the validity of this switching power supply and it can be applied to supply some other electrical equipments.
