This paper is about to develop a system to monitor speed droop rate characteristic of turbine governor for electric power plant. High quality electricity can be obtained, and so electricity supplier get more profit through it. Developed system presents basis of judgement of unusual system and proper maintenance time for the governor and power plant.

This paper contains the design specification and detail design for a seaborne towing winch system. We analyze operating condition of the system and decide the design specification for the towing winch system, and also perform a detail design for the subsystem such as hydraulic winch system, control equipment and power supplier at the full scale development. The performance of designed towing winch is established by load tests and sea trial tests.

In this paper, we present new application for the auction method which has been based on one-chip microprocessors. We develop the portable wired terminal for market blocker. And, using that, the recommended price of products is able to push into and show the information of action status. Through our research, using EAS(Electronic Auction System), we can prevent supplier from blocker's rigging the market, because anyone who have a qualification for the action blocker is able to participate in action.

This paper refer to the trade-off between delivery frequency and amount between supplier and discountstores. Discountstores prefer frequent delivery of small amount because of limited storage space, while suppliers prefer less frequent delivery of large amount in order to save transportation cost In this paper we propose a heuristic algorithm to determine the amount of order and the delivery frequency which decreases the expected length of stockout. We also evaluate various order policies for vendor managed inventory system using simulation with real data.

This study considers the design of life test sampling inspection plans by attributes for failure rate level qualification at selected confidence level. The lifetime distribution of products is assumed to be exponential. MIL-STD-690C and KS C 6032 standards provide this procedures. But these procedures have some questions to apply in the field. The cost of test and confidence level($1-{\beta}$ risk) are the problem between supplier and user. So, we suggest that the optimal life test sampling inspection plans using expected cost model considering product cost, capability, environmental test cost, etc.

This paper deals with the problem of determining the buyer's economic lot sizing policy for exponentially deteriorating products under trade credit. Assuming that the supplier's credit terms are already known and the length of delay is a function of the buyer's order size, we formulate the mathematical model and the solution algorithm is developed based on the properties of an optimal solution.

This paper considers a two-product three-facility production planning model, where facility 1 produces product 1 to satisfy its own market requirements and supplies input to facility 2, and facility 2 requires another input from facility 3 (outside supplier). The objective is to determine the optimal production amount in each period in order to satisfy the dynamic demands on time, which minimizes the total cost of production and storage. The set-up cost is incurred jointly from the multi-facility operations.

본 연구는 제조자(공급자)와 중간분배자로 구성된 공급사슬에서 시간에 따라 일정률로 퇴화하는 퇴화성 제품을 다루는 중간분배자의 신뢰성있는 재고보충정책을 분석하였다. 문제 분석을 위하여 제조자는 고객의 수요를 증대시키기 위한 수단으로 중간분배자로부터의 제품대금에 대하여 일정기간 동안 신용거래를 허용한다는 가정과 함께 수송량에 따라 할인되는 수송비를 고려하여 모형을 수립하였고, 중간분배자의 경제적 재고보충정책을 결정하기 위한 해법을 개발하였다.
