대학생의 라이프스타일과 주거만족도, 미래주거환경선호도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Life Style and Housing Satisfaction, Future-housing environment preferences among the College Students)

  • The purpose of this study was to research the college students' life styles, housing satisfaction and future-housing environment preferences according to demographic variables. So the eventual purpose is to offer basic data of future-housing development. This study has a subject of 512 college students living in Jeonbuk province. In this statistical analysis, SPSS 11.5 for Windows program. The results of this research were as follows; The college students' life style showed higher in the self-confidence-directed and the home-directed types. And the college students' housing satisfaction showed higher in housing equipments. The life style and housing satisfaction were significant difference according to major, their parents' academic career, fathers' occupation, average incomes, type of house. The college students' future-housing preference showed higher in housing equipments and environment. And the significant difference according to gender, school year, major, mothers' occupation, and type of house in the college students' future-housing environment preference. College students' life style, housing satisfaction, and future-housing environment preference have a significant correlation one another. Housing satisfaction variables had positive correlations with life style and future-housing environment preference. Partially, negative correlation was showed between life style and future-housing environment preference. As a conclusion, college students' life style and housing satisfaction constituted important characteristics which could affect future-housing environment preference directly. These results should be provide fundamental information for the new generation's future-housing development.

노년기 남성의 의복디자인 선호도 및 치수적합에 대한 만족도에 관한 연구 (A Study of Clothing Design Preference & Satisfaction with the Fit of Ready-to-Wear Clothing for Older Men)

  • The purpose of this study were to investigate clothing design preference (style, color, fabric print, kinds of fabrics) & satisfaction with the fit of ready-to-wear clothing for older Men. For this study, the questionnaires were administered to 650 older men in seoul from June to August, 1998. Employing a sample of 504 data were analyzed by mean, frequency and percent. With respect to clothing design preference, they prefer suit the style of outdoor clothing on going-out. On distinguish clothing into formal wear & casual wear, the color preference due to seasons has difference in spring clothing. Regarding the degree of fabric pattern preference, nonpattern single color fabric has occupied in formal wear, pattern in casual wear. Regarding the degree of fabric preference, they take a serious view of shape preservation in formal wear, utility (washing, sweat absorption) in causal wear. Suit has the lowest satisfaction in the fit of ready-to-wear clothing. Sleeve length the lowest in the degree of satisfaction for each part.

심리적 변수에 따른 실버타운 선호도 -30대~60대 라이프스타일을 중심으로- (The Preference of the Silver Town based on the Psychological Variances -Mainly about the Life Style between from 30s to 60s-)

  • 본 연구에서 노인 소비자뿐만 아니라 미래 실버 소비자를 대상으로 인구사회학적 변인과 라이프스타일이 실버타운 선호도에 유의미한 영향을 미칠 것인지 그리고 인구사회학적 변인에 따라 라이프스타일과 실버타운 선호도에 차이가 있을 것인지를 고찰하고자 서울 경기지역과 대구 경북지역에 거주하는 30대~60대 남녀를 무작위로 설문조사하였다. 수집 자료의 통계처리는 SPSS Win Ver.18.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 인구사회학적 변인 중에서 학력, 종교가 실버타운 선호도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 라이프스타일 특성이 실버타운 선호도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 가족을 추구하는 보수적 라이프스타일을 지닐수록 실버타운에 대한 선호도는 낮고, 건강을 추구하고 안전과 물질을 추구하는 라이프스타일을 지닐수록 실버타운 선호도가 더욱 높아지는 것으로 분석되었다. 그리고 인구사회학적 변인에 따라 라이프스타일과 실버타운 선호도에 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다.

대학생의 생활스타일과 주거의 선호성향 (The life style and dwelling preferences of the university students)

  • The objective of this research is an investigation and analysis of life style and preference trend for dwelling for 450 university students. The major findings are as follows: (1) The life style is classified into 3 categories according to the priority of fashion and privacy, brand and social relationship, and family and domesticity. Women give priority to fashion and privacy as well as family and domesticity than men do. (2) Dwelling awareness is grouped into 3; one for pursuing the value of asset, another with the inclination to residential transition and the other for preferring for a detached house. Women have a stronger inclination to the economical value of house and prefers to live in the big city than men do. (3) As a factor affecting the dwelling preference, men give priority to the exterior condition such as environment, but women do the interior condition like the size of house. Men and Women showed various preferences for housing style such as detached house, villa, apartment and commercial complex dwelling, which is accord with the present housing style.

시니어 여성의 패션스타일과 선호색 및 자기이미지에 따른 패션이미지 유형화 (Fashion Image Classification of Senior Women based on the Fashion Style, Preference Color, and Self-image)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify fashion images of senior women who have emerged as influential customers in the fashion industry. Characteristics of fashion images of senior women are identified by fashion style, preference color, and self-image. With the collected data, the Q group, consisting of Korean women who are in their 50s, was targeted using the Q methodology. The following factors were evaluated through in-depth interviews: fashion style, preference color and self-image. The fashion images of senior women were classified into the following 4 types: Characteristic modern, Reasonable basic, Comfortable contemporary, and Conservative elegance. Those classified fashion image types were influenced by the factors of nobleness, usefulness, personality, fashionableness, and youthfulness in accordance with fashion style, preference color, and self-image. The results of this study may provide basic information for fashion image planning for senior women and meaningful data for redefining and diversifying the concept of senior fashion brand which reflects the generation's changed taste and lifestyle.

  • The development of modern medicine and economic growth has caused the elderly population to increase rapidly in Korea and the country is becoming an aging society. As the population of elderly has increased the interest in silver towns has also increased. the elderly population is more affluent in the past and more willing to spend their money on themselves. This led to the need of supplying silver towns where they can have comfortable retirement. The research conducted for this study was to understand the silver town market by finding the preference of silver town service according to their life style. The target of this survey was the pre-elderly in the Cheongju area and several analysis techniques like factor analysis, crowding analysis, and conjoint analysis were used to understand the life style of the preelderly and preference factors of silver town services.

인터넷 수업의 학습양식에서 학습자와 교수자의 인식 차이에 대한 비교 (Comparative Analyses between Students and Teachers' Perceptions on Learning Style in IBL(Internet Based Learning))

  • 본 논문은 사이버 학습체제의 확산으로 학교와 가정에서 인터넷 학습에 많은 시간을 할애하게 되는 초, 중등 학습자들이 인터넷 학습 시 어떤 유형의 학습양식을 선호하고 있으며, 이는 교수자들의 인식과 어떻게 다른지를 분석하여 이를 바탕으로 향후 인터넷 학습에서 고려할 시사점을 도출하는데 목적이 있다. 본 논문은 전국의 초등학생 386명, 중학생 627명, 사이버 교사 130명을 대상으로 학생들과 교사들의 인식차이 분석을 하였다. t-검증 결과, 초등학생과 중학생들은 인터넷 학습 환경에서 자기주도적 학습양식을 선호하였고, 교사들도 학생들이 자기주도적 학습양식을 선호한다고 판단하였다 하지만 교사들의 관점은 학생들 스스로가 자신들을 자기주도적, 의존형이라고 인식하고 있는 것에 비해 더욱 많이 학생들을 자기주도적, 의존형이라고 판단함으로서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다 이는 향후 초, 중등 학습자들을 위한 인터넷 학습의 설계와 개발 전략 수립에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 중요한 시사점을 제공한다. 결론으로 본 논문은 향후 초, 중등 인터넷 교육 콘텐츠에서 교수자와 학습자 양쪽의 학습양식에 대한 시각을 반영한 설계와 개발이 이루어져야 하며, 각 교과목별로도 특성화된 교수전략 및 학습전략을 수립하고, 사이버 교사들의 튜터링 전략에서도 차별화가 이루어져야함을 제안한다.

드레스 셔츠의 이미지 분석(分析) - 서울, 대전, 경기지역(大田, 京畿地域)을 중심(中心)으로 - (A Study on the Image Perception and Preference of the Dress Shirts - Focusing on the city of Seoul, Daejon, and KyungkiDo -)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze the image perception of dress shirts according to perceiver's residency and shirts style, and to investigate the shirts preference according to style of dress shirts, and to find out the men's aesthetics consciousness for shirts, and to analyze between the image perception and the usage of mass-media, for developing the possibility & strategy of the dress shirts market in men's wear market for the apparel marketers and manufactures. For this study, the data obtained from 321 respondents were analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's simple correlation, ANOVA. The results from the study were as follow ; The 6 stimuli for image perception rated on 5 point Likert-type scales in the 12 features were evaluated by perceivers. By the best 3 features abstracted, shirts style concepts were decided such as, Basic style by the best 3 features of the first stimulus, and Soft style by the best 3 features of the second stimulus, and Sophisticate style by the best 3 features of the third stimulus, and Modern casual style by the best 3 features of the fourth stimulus, and Modern mannish style by the best 3 features of the fifth stimulus, and Trendy style by the best 3 features of the sixth stimulus. The modern casual style was estimated highly by respondents in Daejon. The respondents in Seoul prfered the basic style to other style. There were significant differences in evaluating between preferences of shirts style and pattern. Of the 82 respondents(26.8%) with the preference of bold london stripe, the 52 respondents estimated Modern casual style in bold london stripe. The fashion consciousness of the respondents in Seoul was estimated higher than in Daejon. But, the respondents in Daejon in the consciousness for the coordination knit cardigan and V zone was estimated higher than in Seoul. Also, the 31 respondents with the preference of Sophisticate style were the highest in fashion consciousness. The respondents estimated that the first important thing in buying dress shirts is 'Design(41.4%). and next is quality(17.8%). Results revealed that Daks ranked best brand (13.7%), and Renoma ranked best two brand (6,5%). And, the 35.5% respondents estimated that the first important information which influenced on buying dress shirts was the store display, next was internet(15.9%). Finally, I propose that the best strategy for men with low fashion consciousness is to upgrade salesmen' coordination technic and fabric knowledge, and store management with story attracting customers.

여고생들의 라이프스타일과 상표 및 광고 이미지 지각에 관한 연구 (A study on the Life Style and the Perception of brand Image and Advertisement Image of Adolescents)

  • The purpose of this was to investigate the differences in recognition of brand and advertisement image according to the life style segments of adolescents. The subjects selected for the final analysis were 613 female high school students whoe were residents in Seoul Pusan and Taejeon. The statistics used for data analysis were factor analysis one-way ANOVA Duncan's multiple range test paired t-test frequency distribution and percentage by the SPSS program The results of this study were as follows : 1. The life style of adolescents wee classified into five groups : Sports Uninterest group Friend Preference/Fashion Uninterest group Sports Preference/Home Oriented group Fashion Interest group and Confidence group. 2, The brand image and advertisement image recognition didn's correspond in general 3. The brand image and advertisement image recognition were significantly different among five groups of life style. The Confidence group and Friend Preference/ Fashion Uninterest group recognized brand image and advertisement image lower than the other groups.
