Recently, there has been a growing interest among domestic universities in effective teaching methods to improve learning effects. In addition, a shift from an instructor-centered teaching method to a student-centered teaching method has been pursued, in a bid to enhance student learning competencies in educational settings. The purpose of this study is to develop a building construction curriculum that applies team-based learning, which is an approach towards student-centered learning. The major research findings are as follows. A building construction curriculum that applies team-based learning was developed based on an analysis of the operational status of lectures and team-based learning courses among universities in Korea. Learning procedures, the weekly curriculum and curriculum operation plans were also developed for the team-based learning course. The curriculum presented in this study is a general curriculum that can be applied to domestic universities. As such, it is expected that individual universities can adjust and apply the curriculum according to the educational conditions and characteristics of both instructors and students.

The evaluation of programs related to SW development often only provides the right answer of the student's program. The purpose of this study was to provide the baseline data about the contents of the program evaluation support the teacher's class and which part should be considered important in partial scoring. To accomplish the goal, we had two months of Python lessons for 90 middle school students in free-semester and analyzed 1185 source codes collected during the lessons. Result of analysis, many students made mistakes about syntax errors and teachers considered logic errors as important. Based on the result, it is necessary to reduce the student's syntax errors and teachers need to evaluate student's program with considering the importance of logical aspects and necessary to devise a partial scoring. This study has significance about consideration of program evaluation from the perspective of learning support and evaluation.

Artificial Intelligence has stimulated every aspect of today's life. Human thinking quality is trying to be involved through digital tools in all research areas of the modern era. The education industry is also leveraging artificial intelligence magical power. Uses of digital technologies in pedagogical paradigms are being observed from the last century. The widespread involvement of artificial intelligence starts reshaping the educational landscape. Adaptive learning is an emerging pedagogical technique that uses computer-based algorithms, tools, and technologies for the learning process. These intelligent practices help at each learning curve stage, from content development to student's exam evaluation. The quality of information technology students and professionals training has also improved drastically with the involvement of artificial intelligence systems. In this paper, we will investigate adopted digital methods in the education sector so far. We will focus on intelligent techniques adopted for information technology students and professionals. Our literature review works on our proposed framework that entails four categories. These categories are communication between teacher and student, improved content design for computing course, evaluation of student's performance and intelligent agent. Our research will present the role of artificial intelligence in reshaping the educational process.

In modern society, the organization of the educational process plays an important role in education. Traditionally, it is through communication and dialogue between the teacher and the student that professional competence is acquired. As society develops, the demand in the global labor market changes and the requirements and criteria for specialists increase. Therefore, a new approach to managing the pedagogical interaction between a teacher and a student in the process of education in a higher educational institution allows a positive impact on the system of training specialists and opens up new prospects for the formation of competitive specialists. The issue of the quality of education is a key one and is covered in the documents regulating the process of educational activities. Also an important problem today is the transition to qualitatively new and innovative systems of training specialists and the departure from outdated models of managing pedagogical interaction in higher education institutions. As a dual-degree program/exchange student program becomes widespread, the faculty and students consisting of a course are being globalized. Recently, there has been an online or blended learning-based course, which is evolved from a conventional offline course. However, the course has no consideration of a dual-degree program or exchange student program because it is limited to a domestic university. To create and manage a global course, there have several of difficulties in the aspects of cost or effectiveness. As a solution to tackle them, it is necessary to do research on providing blended global courses with a fusion approach of online and offline. In this paper, we studied and presented a model of blended global courses. To create and maintain overseas scholar-oriented courses, we devised eight types of blended global courses depedning on their opening time and the cooperative relation between online and offline and made their comparative analysis. The blended global course proposed in this paper can be applied to cultivating global human resources in universities.

Purpose : This study aims to identify key factors for predicting dropout risk at the university level and to provide a foundation for policy development aimed at dropout prevention. This study explores the optimal machine learning algorithm by comparing the performance of various algorithms using data on college students' dropout risks. Methods : We collected data on factors influencing dropout risk and propensity were collected from N University. The collected data were applied to several machine learning algorithms, including random forest, decision tree, artificial neural network, logistic regression, support vector machine (SVM), k-nearest neighbor (k-NN) classification, and Naive Bayes. The performance of these models was compared and evaluated, with a focus on predictive validity and the identification of significant dropout factors through the information gain index of machine learning. Results : The binary logistic regression analysis showed that the year of the program, department, grades, and year of entry had a statistically significant effect on the dropout risk. The performance of each machine learning algorithm showed that random forest performed the best. The results showed that the relative importance of the predictor variables was highest for department, age, grade, and residence, in the order of whether or not they matched the school location. Conclusion : Machine learning-based prediction of dropout risk focuses on the early identification of students at risk. The types and causes of dropout crises vary significantly among students. It is important to identify the types and causes of dropout crises so that appropriate actions and support can be taken to remove risk factors and increase protective factors. The relative importance of the factors affecting dropout risk found in this study will help guide educational prescriptions for preventing college student dropout.

The present world is full of challenges and opportunities for the women at work. Every woman works hard for academic growth and professional development. For the same reason they also face challenges every day such as stresses, tensions, problems and competitions. When these factors exceed above the strengths, the capabilities of a woman start drowning under stress. Stress is generally thought negative characteristic, but stress or tension maintained up to some level is necessary and effective towards work done at job. This paper covers the study relationship between job stressor and female teacher's performance. The study was carried out in Government Colleges of District Hyderabad, Pakistan. The teacher student relationship was selected as a stressor for female teachers. The study is descriptive in nature followed by method of correlation. A five point "Likert Scale" was developed to collect the data from the sample size of 158 college teachers drawn randomly and the collected data was assessed quantitatively. The relationship between the "teacher student" (as an indicator of job stress) and "female teachers' performance" was calculated by Pearson Correlation formula. The findings of the study show the significant correlations between the teacher student relationship and job stress in female teachers' performance where it is found that the stressor caused the poor Physical and Mental health of female teachers working in colleges.

Taiwan has plural agricultural education system and has accelerated its social and economic growth through Agricultural Extension Education. This study has been carried out centering around the work plans which analyzed the project of cultivating young farmers supported by the Republic of China Government. Taiwan has promoted administrative and financial support systems with the government as the central figure in order to equip the efficient and continuous development system of agricultural human resources for securing agricultural skilled personnel, developing farmers' organizations and cultivating young farmers that can cope with the open world. The main training programs are for developing farmers' organizations and they are as follows. 1) The Agricultural Production and Marketing Group(APMG) 2) Expert Farming Training Program for Rural Youth 3) Agricultural Extension Service Worker Training Program 4) Rural Youth Development Program 5) School 4-H Club Activities for Student Development Program 6) International Rural Youth Exchange Program Development 7) Agricultural Extension Education Program for Minority People 8) Job Change Training Program for Rural People The training programs are organized for all the rural residents and students to develop their individual careers systematically and continuously, and they are very encouraging in whole development. Also they offer us many suggestions.

Little has been known about the process of the language teacher professional development. The present study aims to investigate an assumption that anybody who has subject matter knowledge will be a good language teacher. A teacher with rich linguistic knowledge started to question the effectiveness of his online class. The teacher, in collaboration with a teacher trainer, became involved in the critical examination of his online class, seeking for more effective ways of teaching. The trainer provided the teacher with clinical supervision, which is characterized as developmental, collaborative, non-judgemental, interactive, and teacher-centered. The data collected at the multi-facets of the online teaching shows how the process of the teacher's decision-making became principled on the basis of recent developments in English language teaching, and how the teacher has gained pedagogical knowledge through reflection upon his teaching. The feedback from the students reveals that such teacher professional development is beneficial to student learning. These findings suggest that language teacher's professional development can take place when they are engaged in reflective teaching and classroom investigation. It is also suggested that the process of teacher development can be enhanced through collaborative supervision with trust, openness and congeniality between parties involved.

It is the concept of this paper to build up the convergence type of the total class service system, and the goal is to develop the education services, which are differentiated from existing digital textbooks and development tools. We establish developmental programs and convergence strategies from market analyses related to apps and digital education. Then this paper proposes 'E-Class Author Service System (ECA)' as an education service system based on the tablet PC. It is the convergence system of the app type of textbook development tool and class management system. Teachers can produce and develop class materials and textbooks using the app type of textbook development tool in ECA service system. They can also add necessary functions from the class management system for efficient class progress. ECA improves the interaction and communication between a teacher, student and parents in the sever-based network. This study expects that ECA will achieve prior occupation of the app market as an educational app development tool and reduce private education expenses.
