  • The study attempts to analyze the trends of study related with oriental nursing. This article reviewed 81 researches on oriental nursing from 1985 to July 2000, by examining them according to the articles' characteristics, sources by publication period, research design, nursing intervention effect of experimental study and concept, and content of literature review. The findings of the analysis can be summarized as follows; 1. The number of studies related with oriental nursing has progressively increased by year from 1985, and that of articles was the highest during the period between 1995 to 1999. Since the 1990s, the number of articles including thesis and dissertation increased, and a third of subject articles were thesis among them. 2. The majority of research design were survey and correlational studies, and most of them were published in the 1990s. Literature review articles also occupied a certain portion, and most of them were published after 1995. In addition, the research design of dissertation revealed in various types. 3. Nursing intervention used in the experimental study was Dan Jeon Breathing, San-Yin-Jiao (SP-6) Pressure, Percutanous Electrical Nerve Stimulation, Guided Imagery, Diet for Sasang Constitution, Yoga Exercise, Qigong Exercise, Meridian Massage, Bed Exercise Program, Health Contract and Structured Rehabilitation Education. Among the study subjects, patients with chronic illness were at the highest rate, and the most nursing intervention effects presented physiological effect, activities of daily living and relieving pain. In most studies, the affirmative effect proved. 4. The key concept of literature review articles is energy, oriental nursing, health promotion, oriental medicine management of illness and etc. Being important concepts to understand oriental nursing, they confirm similar perspective of oriental medicine and nursing and show simultaneously the importance of nursing considered into the cultural perspective. The summary of the above results shows a tendency that the thesis and dissertation have been relatively considered with various research designs, while the others have focused on literature review. Especially, experimental study proved affirmative effect through various experimental treatment of nursing intervention related with oriental medicine. Besides in the literature review, inquiry of theories and practical perspective, which is necessary for the establishment of oriental nursing, was introduced. However, for the establishment of oriental nursing, more studies are to be required along with development of nursing intervention related with health promotion.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the motor subtypes of delirium in patients in a Surgical Intensive Care Unit (SICU), and identify the factors related to the characteristics of patients according to the motor subtypes of delirium. Methods: Data were collected in the SICU of a tertiary hospital in city from October 2018 to June 2019. Delirium was detected using the Confusion Assessment Method for the ICU (CAM-ICU) and motor subtypes of delirium were measured with the Delirium Motor Subtype Scale (DMSS)-4. Patients' characteristics were obtained by using the electronic medical records. Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the data. Results: Among 1,112 patients, 172 patients showed delirium (15.5%). After excluding dementia patients and patients refusing to participate in the study, 126 patients included in the final analysis. Delirium patients were classified as hyperactive delirium (32.5%), hypoactive delirium (42.9%), mixed delirium (11.9%), and non-motor subtype delirium (12.7%). Conclusion: The study results suggest that hypoactive delirium is the most prevalent motor subtype of delirium in SICU. More application of ventilators, more administration of sedatives, more use of catheters, and higher nursing severity were reported for hypoactive delirium cases than hyperactive ones. Therefore, it is necessary to assess early the motor subtypes of delirium using structured tools and develop appropriate nursing interventions suitable for each subtype of delirium.

  • Recently, there is change the environment of education due to development of Science Technology Specially, As education information on web increased by internet, using education web data by mean of medium that aids learning by computer. Also It studied method that used the Computer as learning medium through the CAI(Computer Assisted Instruction), ICAI(Intelligent CAI), and ITS(Intelligent Tutoring System). But legacy system are not support efficient method that learns to vary learner suitable learning method by individual level. Specially It is not suitable the education course to direct current course of education, and not consider different of student capability, aptitude, need, interesting, not maximized the individual growable power and effect of education. To solve the this problem, our paper suggest the web-based self-directed MITS(Multimedia ITS) that supply the needed the information on web, make the environment that can self-directed learning. To maximized effect of individual learning, our paper structured coursed, characterized, related learning contents in region of numeral at mathematics of primary school. And then integrated contents and class, design and implement the web-based MITS that consist of 4 module to escape from limitation of learner grade, learning time, learning place.

  • Recently, many researches habe been done to organize and analyze various complex relationships in real world, represented in the form of graphs. In particular, the computer field literature data system, such as DBLP, is a representative graph data in which can be composed of papers, their authors, and citation among papers. Becasue graph data is very complex in storage structure and expression, it is very difficult task to search, analysis, and visualize a large size of bibliographic big data. In this paper, we develop a graphic user interface tool, called EEUM, which visualizes bibliographic big data in the form of graphs. EEUM provides the features to browse bibliographic big data according to the connected graph structure by visually displaying graph data, and implements search, management and analysis of the bibliographc big data. It also shows that EEUM can be conveniently used to search, explore, and analyze by applying EEUM to the bibliographic graph big data provided by DBLP. Through EEUM, you can easily find influential authors or papers in every research fields, and conveniently use it as a search and analysis tool for complex bibliographc big data, such as giving you a glimpse of all the relationships between several authors and papers.

The distribution and correlation of attitude, behavior, and intervention were evaluated by both frequency test and ANOVA test. 75.2% of total subjects responded that the dental staff should give a model through prohibition of smoking and 66.5% responded that tobacco cessation activities should be responsibility of the dental staff. Tobacco cessation counsel was performed by little but with positive attitude. Advice method of tobacco cessation was used to counsel on tobacco cessation (68.6%). The dentists (48.2%) and dental hygienists (23.4%) were responded adequate for the tobacco cessation counselor, however, it was shown that the dentist had lower level of attitude about tobacco cessation than dental hygienist (p<0.01). The dental staff needs to participate in the tobacco cessation counseling program more regularly and actively. In order for the dental staffs gets the counsel effectively and intervene with tobacco cessation, it is essential that the education of tobacco cessation is integrated in dental school. • The occurrence of toothache signals the malfunction in oral health, which allows the detection of any abnormal condition in the oral cavity at an early stage to prevent the condition from worsening, and thus can act as a preventive measure. This study has looked into the status of oral health management in relation to toothache through the structured survey administered to 235 college students. Based on the survey results, this study aimed at comparing the toothache occurrence prediction between regression analysis and CART model in order to clarify the relationship between the factors of oral health management habits that contribute to toothache occurrence. According to the result, there was a difference between the present health status and the health status of the past year depending on the presence or non-presence of toothache occurrence (p<0.05). There was a difference in the regularity of meal time depending on the presence non-presence of toothache occurrence from the dietary habits of the research subjects (p<0.05). As for the presence or non-presence of toothache occurrence from the oral hygiene habits of the research subject, there was a difference between the occurrence and nonoccurrence of bleeding during brushing or flossing (p<0.05). According to the results of regression analysis, no factors were signifiant in the relationship with the presence or non-presence of toothache occurrence from the status of life habits and oral hygiene habits. 70% of the researched group was randomly selected as the sample for generating an analytical model and the remaining 30% was used as the sample for generating an evaluation model. According to the results of CART model, the occurrence of toothache was higher in the case of irregular meal time and poor current health condition than the case of average or satisfactory health condition. The above results imply that CART model is very useful technique in predicting toothache occurrence compared to regression analysis, and suggests that CART model could be very useful in predicting other oral diseases including toothache.
