This study showed that the association between grandmother-mother relationship and grandmother-grandchildren ties is mediated by the coparenting. Participants consisted of 329 grandmothers who were rearing preschool aged grandchildren in the Seoul and Gyeonggido area. SPSS 23.0 performed descriptive statistical analysis and correlation analysis. The structural equation model was estimated with AMOS 23.0. Parameters were estimated using the maximum likelihood method. Model fit index used the chi-square statistic, the goodness of fit index (GFI), the Turker-Lewis index (TLI), the comparative fit index (CFI), the root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA). The mediation effect analysis followed a two-step verification process; direct and indirect effect. In addition, statistical significance of the indirect effect was examined using a bootstrapping procedure. The results are as follows. First, a positive correlation was found between the grandmother-mother relationship, grandmother-grandchildren ties, and coparenting. Second, the association between grandmother-mother relationship and grandmother-grandchildren ties is mediated by coparenting. The results of this study suggest that the quality of the grandmother's relationship with mothers and cooperative coparenting is important to building relationships with grandchildren. In addition, coparenting can be an important mechanism for grandmother-mother relationships and grandmother-grandchild ties. Based on the results of this study, we discussed ways to improve the grandmothers' relationship quality with the mother and strengthen parenting ability.

This paper is an exploratory research to identify the structural model suitable for the fashion brand attitude effect process of VMD structural elements. Under the circumstances of severe competitiveness in price-conscious casual brand, we intended to find measurement model of VMD effect to establish plausible brand specific VMD strategy. Since VMD is regarded as one of marketing stimuli like advertising, we introduced Mackenzie, Lutz, and Belch(1986)＇s advertising effect measurement model for the analysis. For the study, VMD structural elements were composed of controllable visual factors from store environment at the aspect of marketing strategy. As a result, the reciprocal mediation hypothesis model shows the best fit for the VMD stimuli. That is, under the cognition of interaction between VMD attitude and brand attitude, strategy must be considered to strengthen the attitude relation between VMD and brand. The second fit model was the dual mediation model which was adopted from Petty and Cacioppo＇s ELM. According to this, when you make use of VMD strategy, it is needed to consider both of affective and cognitive factors of VMD.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of family stressors, family strains, general family values, family values for hospitalized children and family hardiness on family adaptation based upon McCubbin's family resilience model for families of hospitalized children in China. Methods: A survey using a self-report questionnaire was conducted with 330 hospitalized children's parents. Six instruments were used in this model. The data were analyzed using SPSS WIN 19.0 and AMOS 19.0 program. Results: Family strain had a significant negative direct effect, general family values and family hardiness had a significant positive direct effect, and family values for hospitalized children had a significant positive direct effect and indirect effect on family adaptation of hospitalized children. Conclusion: In this study McCubbin's resilience model and resiliency factors were identified. According to the finding of this study nursing interventions to reduce family stress, enhance family hardiness and consolidate general family values and family values for hospitalized children can help to increase family adaptation in families of hospitalized children. Therefore, the significance of this study is that the results can be used to develop family nursing intervention programs based on family resilience to strengthen family adaptation in families of hospitalized children.

This study examined how the relationship between grandmother-adult child solidarity, caregiving satisfaction, and grandmother's child-rearing role varies according to the relation with the grandchild. Mediation effects and moderated mediation effects were analyzed to investigate the relationship between these variables. The participants were 295 grandmothers raising preschool-aged grandchildren in the Seoul and Gyeonggi areas. Data was analyzed using SPSS 23.0 and PROCESS macro, performing correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The statistical significance of the indirect effect was examined using a bootstrapping procedure. The results are as follows. First, grandmother-adult child solidarity directly affects the grandmother's child-rearing role. Second, grandmother-adult child solidarity indirectly affects the grandmother's child-rearing role through caregiving satisfaction. Third, the direct and indirect effects of grandmother-adult child solidarity on the grandmother's child-rearing role are moderated by the relation with the grandchild. The direct effect of grandmother-adult child solidarity on grandmother's child-rearing role was therefore shown to be significant on the maternal grandmother. Fourth, the indirect effect of grandmother-adult child solidarity on the grandmother's child-rearing role through caregiving satisfaction was shown to be significant on the paternal grandmother. Based on the results of this study, we discussed ways to strengthen the capacity of co-parenting between grandparents and adult children.

The purpose of this study is to verify the relationship between mission-oriented Command, organization efficiency, organization culture of 626 field officers in JFMU. Firstly. the study found that decision making in the relationship between mission-oriented command and organization efficiency had negative effect on job satisfaction. Planning and trust lead to positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment and no significance in self decision. Secondly, mission-oriented command may differ depending on the types of organization culture and organization culture has positive effect on job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Thirdly, mission-oriented command has some effect which derives from its impact on organization efficiency that also effects rational culture and rank hierarchy culture. These study results suggest different measures in terms of practice and policy. Firstly. within the military organization, precise communication will lead to job satisfaction without unnecessary overload of communication. Also. we have rationale culture, agreement culture and rank hierarchy culture forming our organization culture. There is a need to apply elements of mission-oriented command depending on the types of organization culture. Secondly, to maximize organization performance through mission-oriented command, we have to strengthen the rationale and rank hierarchy cultures and especially introduce development culture which should be established within the military organization.

This study examines the effects of chronic disease/disability and stress from health on depressive symptoms among one-person households living in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province in Korea. This study also investigates the moderating effect of social support on the relationship between 1)having a chronic disease/disability and depressive symptoms as well as 2)stress from health and depressive symptoms. This study used data from an online survey targeting one-person households living in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. The final sample included 499 one-person households. Using a multiple regression analysis with SPSS 20.0, results showed that having a chronic disease/disability was associated with a higher level of depressive symptoms. In addition, stress from health was associated with a higher level of depressive symptoms. In regard to the roles of social support, economic support and emotional support had a direct negative effect on depressive symptoms. Emotional support had a moderating effect on the relationship between having a chronic disease/disability and depressive symptoms. In addition, emotional support also had a moderating effect on the relationship between stress from health and depressive symptoms. Based on these findings, this study suggests that policy makers should reduce the economic burden from a chronic disease/disability and help one-person households to strengthen their social support network.

Purpose: This study examines the effect of distribution knowledge sharing on innovation ability using work ethic as a variable that strengthens this effect. Research design, data and methodology: This research was conducted on 283 auditors who work at the Small Public Accounting Firm (SPAF) in Indonesia. The research method used is a verification method with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling type. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM. Results: The results of the tests that have been carried out show that distribution knowledge sharing has a significant effect on the auditor's innovation ability. Other test results show that work ethic has a significant effect on innovation ability and work ethic strengthens the effect of distribution knowledge sharing on auditors' innovation ability. Conclusions: Auditors in Indonesia have implemented distribution knowledge sharing activities optimally followed by a maximum work ethic to encourage high innovation abilities that will be able to create new methods and ideas that can be useful for clients. This research is expected to provide distribution knowledge to auditors to be able to improve their abilities, especially in the field of auditing to increase their competence as auditors.

To investigate the efficacy of extract of Ginkgo Biloba seeds in high fat diet (HFD) in mice, the Ginkgo Biloba seeds extract (GSE) was orally administered to mice with a HFD at 300 mg/kg/day for 4 weeks. Our results show that GSE significantly inhibited fat accumulation. Moreover, GSE markedly reduced the final body weight with a decrease in epididymal adipose tissue mass and adipocyte size compared with the untreated HFD-induced group. Additionally, GSE ameliorated serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels. The results show that Ginkgo Biloba seeds possesses hypocholesterolemic effect through down regulating lipid metabolism. Further studies are required in this area to strengthen the anti-obesity effects of GSE with active component, and it can be used a pro-drug instead of whole extract.

The amended law of railway safety in Korea has recently come into effect in order to strengthen the railway safety management system. The new law, which took effect March 1, 2014, will implement stricter oversight of railway companies. As a result, a company that manufactures railroad system or components for domestic use must obtain an approval in accordance with the technical specifications of manufacturer approval. Although Korea had established the legal system in enforcing railway safety, the government wants the companies continue to develop the more improved safety systems until they gain competitive edge on the world class railway manufacturers. This paper presents an in-depth analysis of the technical specifications for manufacturer approval in International Railway Industry Standard (IRIS), which is the global standard. This paper also proposes measures and guidelines that would help Korean manufacturers those who want further develop their safety management systems, as a prerequisite for them to obtain the manufacturer approval.
