스마트 캠퍼스 생태계를 위한 플랫폼 구축에 관한 연구: 대학생 핵심역량개발과 취업지원을 중심으로 (A Study on the Establishment of Platform for Smart Campus Ecosystem)

  • ICT의 발전에 따라 대학교육의 새로운 패러다임이 요구되고 있다. 이에 따른 스마트 캠퍼스 구축은 대학 교육의 패러다임을 바꾸는 학습과 지식 중심의 접근을 비롯하여 혁신적인 기술의 적용, 여러 이해관계자의 니즈를 반영하는 접근 등 다양한 관점에서 효율적인 시스템 구축을 시도해야 한다. 본 연구는 스마트 캠퍼스 생태계를 위한 플랫폼 구축에 관한 연구로서 스마트 캠퍼스의 다양한 이해관계자의 니즈를 반영하는 접근을 하였으며, 이 중에 가장 중요한 대학생 사용자들의 학습과 대학생활 및 사회연결을 축으로 하여 이들의 경쟁력 강화와 사회진출을 돕기 위한 기능에 초점을 맞추는 연구를 하였다. 먼저, 선행연구고찰을 통해 스마트 캠퍼스 구축관련 이론들을 살펴보았으며, 다음으로는 국내외 환경분석과 동향분석을 통하여 대학생 핵심역량개발과 취업지원을 중심으로 하는 e-포트폴리오와 산학협력 지원 시스템에 대해 목표모델을 설계하여 제시하였으며, 지속적인 스마트 캠퍼스 발전 모델을 위한 주안점을 제안하였다.

  • 국제해사기구(IMO)는 회원국 정부에 대해 SOLAS, MARPOL, STCW, LL, TONNAGE, COLREG 등 6개 주요 국제협약의 이행수준을 증진시키기 위하여 회원국 감사제도(MAS)를 채택하고 있다. 이 감사제도는 회원국의 요청에 따라 실시하는 자발적인 감사이나 우리나라는 국제신인도 및 해운산업 경쟁력을 제고하기 위하여 수감을 준비하고 있다. 본 연구는 MAS 대상 6개 협약의 이행 현황 분석을 토대로 MAS 수감에 소요되는 비용과 감사 결과의 효과를 계량화하여 동 감사제도 도입의 타당성을 평가하기 위하여 수행되었다. MAS 도입에 따른 비용편익분석 결과 편익/비용 비율이 200 정도로 나타나 투자비용에 비해 편익 효과가 매우 높음을 알 수 있었다.

산업 현장의 기술 지원 AR 협업 서비스 플랫폼 설계 및 구현 (The Design and Implementation of AR Collaboration Service Platform for Technical Support in Industrial Sites)

  • In this paper, we explain the purpose of building a mobile app called "ARnetView" that can use the AR(augmented Reality)based calling function and AR based content creation function, and as well as an AR based data center that can share AR based video streaming and AR based contents on smartphones and tablet devices. For the AR(Augmented Reality) based data center implement, we have developed a mobile application and implemented a service system including an AR(augmented Reality) based calling function and AR based content production and AR based video streaming functions for real-time communication to connect a field technician and an expert so that the expert can see and discuss the situation in the field and technician and experts, they can draw digital annotation on mobile screen that accurately stick to 3D physical objects, allowing the expert to guide the technician step by step. In result, it provides a remote technical collaboration environment between field technician and expert. In addition, AR(Augmented Reality) collaboration service Platform was designed and implemented to increase work speed, efficiency, and utilization of advanced technicians, improve continuous productivity of equipment and facilities, maximize equipment and facility utilization, and strengthen industrial competitiveness. Therefore, through this, the AR collaboration service Platform can be applied to the industrial field, the medical field, and the entertainment/education field.

사용자 중심 서비스디자인을 활용한 치과예방서비스 개선 사례연구 (A Case Study on The Improvement of Dental Clinic Preventive Service Using User-Centered Service Design)

  • Purposes: The objective of this study is to analyze service design process of dental clinic preventive service by using 'Double Diamond Design Process' which is user-centered for improving dental clinic management efficiency. Methodology: We examine case study that dental clinic preventive service of local dental clinic. Following the double diamond design four steps(①discover, ②define, ③develop, ④deliver), we use suitable analytic tools in each steps. In discover step, we perform observation and desk research. Next, in define step, affinity diagram, user persona, and user journey map are performed. We then make service blueprint in develop step. Finally, in deliver step, virtual scenario and confirm some outputs which are based on results of former steps are suggested. Findings: As a result of this study, waiting and consulting phases turn out that these phases are in the most trouble than others. Users(patients) have lots of complain and dissatisfaction in these phases. These touch-points will have to be modified Practical Implication: After checking this study result, it could suggest improvement schemes. To apply these, we try to make some scenarios, and finally realize some outputs. Service design has arisen to strengthen the competitiveness by reflecting user's experience and needs. Especially, service design is not typical, it is so flexible that can apply to various situation and objects. We hope that result of this study is made good use for dental clinics in need.

Analysis of Integration and Growth Factors for Maritime Industry -With focus on Jeollanamdo Province-

  • The maritime industry has emerged as a new growth engine. The municipalities that own the port are trying to add value through the maritime industry. Overseas port cities are also creating maritime industrial clusters to generate profits and strengthen competitiveness. Therefore, it is very important to understand the comparative status of the domestic maritime industry by region. Based on this analysis, it is possible to establish maritime industrial clusters and strategies for integration. This study analyzed the structure of the maritime industry located in Jeollanamdo province, the southwestern part of Korea. Through the analysis of existing literature, the maritime industry was reclassified into 5 major categories, 21 subcategories, and 84 subcategories. Based on the reclassified maritime industry, the analysis of the Jeollanamdo province maritime industry was based on applying the location quotient and the shift-share analysis. As a result of analyzing the geographical location of Jeollanamdo province, other industries showed the highest value of 2.790, followed by fisheries (2.227), shipbuilding industry (1.164) and marine tourism industry (0.554). The growth effect of the maritime industry in Jeollanamdo province was 35,323 people, and net growth effect excluding national growth effect was 11,945 people. In particular, the net growth effect of the shipbuilding industry was the highest at 11,320, followed by shipping logistics (6,371) and marine tourism (1,529). On the other hand, there was no net growth effect in fisheries. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the construction of the maritime industrial cluster for Jellanamdo province in the future.

Effects of Glass Texturing Structure on the Module Efficiency of Heterojunction Silicon Solar Cells

  • A glass-texturing technique was developed for photovoltaic (PV) module cover glass; periodic honeycomb textures were formed by using a conventional lithography technique and diluted hydrogen fluoride etching solutions. The etching conditions were optimized for three different types of textured structures. In contrast to a flat glass substrate, the textured glasses were structured with etched average surface angles of $31-57^{\circ}$, and large aspect ratios of 0.17-0.47; by using a finite difference time-domain simulation, we show that these textured surfaces increase the amount of scattered light and reduce reflectance on the glass surface. In addition, the optical transmittance of the textured glass was markedly improved by up to 95% for wavelengths ranging from 400 to 1100 nm. Furthermore, applying the textured structures to the cover glass of the PV module with heterojunction with intrinsic thin-layer crystalline silicon solar cells resulted in improvements in the short-circuit current density and module efficiency from 39 to $40.2mA/cm^2$ and from 21.65% to 22.41%, respectively. Considering these results, the proposed method has the potential to further strengthen the industrial and technical competitiveness of crystalline silicon solar cells.

항만물류조직구성원들의 보안능력에 영향을 미치는 요인 (Factors Affecting the Security Ability of Port Logistics Organization Members)

  • 현재 항만물류보안과 관련한 노력이 활발하게 일어나고 있지만 항만정보기술과 관련된 보안에 대해서는 인식과 교육, 제도 등이 부족한 상황이다. 상호인증 협약 수립을 통해 항만물류보안 정보를 실시간으로 교환 할 수 있는 통합 네트워크를 구축할 필요성이 있다. 항만경쟁력 확보 및 물류 서비스 강화를 목적으로 물류보안을 위한 국가 전략수립이 중요하다. 무엇보다 시급히 필요한 것은 항만물류조직구성원 들의 보안의식을 높이고 항만물류조직의 중요한 특성인 정보 보안 능력을 향상시키는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 항만물류조직구성원들의 정보보안능력에 영향을 미치는 요인을 분석하였다. 분석결과 보안규범이 보안인식에 영향을 미친다는 가설은 기각되었지만 보안활동과 보안인식 간의 관련성은 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 또한 보안규범과 보안능력 간의 관계, 보안인식과 보안능력 간의 관계에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 결과로 나타났다.

온라인 및 디지털 콘텐츠 산업의 기술적 효율성 분석 (Analysis of Technical Efficiency in Online and Digital Content Industry)

  • 온라인 콘텐츠와 모바일 단말기의 대중화에 따라 국내 디지털 콘텐츠 산업은 높은 성장률을 보이면서 빠르게 발전하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 DEA 모형을 이용하여 온라인 디지털 콘텐츠 산업의 기술적 효율성을 측정하고 효율성 제고를 위한 시사점을 모색한다. 실증분석을 위한 투입요소로는 업종별 사업체수와 종사자수를 사용하였고, 산출요소로는 총매출액을 사용하였다. 실증분석 결과, 온라인 디지털 콘텐츠 산업의 기술적 효율성은 상당히 낮은 수준인 것으로 나타났으며 이는 주로 규모의 비효율성에 기인한 것으로 분석되었다. 이와 같은 결과는 기술혁신역량을 강화하기 위한 산업성장전략 추진이 필요함을 시사하는 것으로 향후 온라인 디지털 콘텐츠 산업의 경쟁력 제고에 도움이 되는 실질적인 참고자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

Effect of Customers' Psychological Power on Service Expectation and Response to Service Failure in a Restaurant Context

  • Purpose: The old axion to put the customers first (e.g., customers are king, customers are always right) has been taken for granted in the service sector. In addition, many companies in South Korea are providing customer-first education for employees at their contact points to strengthen their competitiveness. However, excessive increase in the psychological power of the customer can lead to a problem of abuse of power, called 'Gap-jil.' Despite these concerns, most companies hardly discard policies to give high priority to customers because of the assumption that it enhances customer satisfaction leading to organizational performance. However, in recent years, some franchise catering companies have posted warnings about the abuse of power by customers, and a movement to pursue a power-balancing between service providers and their customers is spreading. Research design, data, and methodology: This research is conducted to reconsider the principle of the customer-first perspective and to create a basis for arguments that can solve the problem of abuse of power, which is recognized as a serious social problem. In this research, we test and analyze the effect of customers' psychological power in the context of a restaurant on expectation for service and response to service failure. Result: The result of an experimental study shows that the effect of psychological power on customer satisfaction can be somewhat negative. Also, customers with high psychological power are more likely to have high service expectations. Especially high psychological power of customers causes a difference in the expectation level of human factors such as employee attitude, while the difference in expectations of non-human factors such as restaurant atmosphere was not statistically significant. In addition, when customers with high psychological power encounter service failure situation, they are more likely to feel disappointment and regret with a service provider. Meanwhile, the effect of psychological power on complaining behaviors are not significant. Conclusions: The findings of this research provide meaningful implications that the service providers should reconsider their existing corporate culture and management policies that put customers first. In addition, the result of this research is provided meaningful opportunities to review the management philosophy for the company's customers and the education philosophy for the employee education.

스마트 HACCP 핵심 성과지표 분석 (Analysis of key performance indicator for smart HACCP)

  • 스마트 HACCP을 통한 기록관리 자동화는 센서를 이용하여 중요관리점(CCP) 모니터링을 함으로써 한계기준 이탈 여부를 실시간으로 확인할 수 있으며 알람기능 구현을 통해 개선조치에 이르기까지의 소요시간을 단축시킬 수 있다. 식품업체의 HACCP 업무운영 효율성·편의성을 향상시킴과 동시에 제조공정의 자동화를 통해 수작업에 대한 병원성미생물의 교차오염도를 효율적으로 관리가 가능하여 식품산업의 경쟁력을 향상시킬 수 있다. 또 종사자의 비의도적 실수와 데이터 위·변조를 방지할 수 있게 해 소비자에게 식품안전에 대한 보다 신뢰성 높은 믿음을 줄 수 있다. 이렇듯 스마트 HACCP은 정부·기업·소비자 모두에게 공공의 이익을 가져다줄 새로운 미래이다.
