Yongsan river 4th agricultural comprehensive development project is being developed in order to strengthen the competitiveness in the southwest sea-side district, to construct the area for the special product and so on. Different from other development project, this project is to use water from its watershed by means of using regulating reservoirs, small reservoirs and farm ponds. but the number or regulating reservoirs, small reservoirs and farm ponds involved in this project are 7, 147 and 13 respectively. So it is necessary to develope the irrigation water management system for the purpose of efficient water use in Yougsan river fourth district. In this study, the irrigation water management system was developed and by using this system. efficient water using plans could be established.

With the change of construction environment, the main body of construction industry was moved from project suppliers to consumers. Accordingly in order to strengthen competitiveness, project suppliers have to concentrate on marketing for diversification. Thus, it is required to utilize real estate marketing from the beginning of development project to introduce 'consumer-centered marketing strategies' instead of 'supplier-centered marketing'. This study aims to find out what consumers consider the most important factors when selecting apartment. According to the study, when residents select their apartment in residential area, they valued those attributes with investment, location, dwelling attribute, apartment complex attribute, unit price per square meter, in order. This result will contribute to qualitative improvement of housing development project.

Single PPM Quality Innovation Program is to pursuit of defects below 10ppm in outgoing quality for strengthen the small and medium enterprise's competitiveness. This study aims to find that whether quality innovation promotion is significant or not in the ISO 9001 certification enterprises. To perform this research, we surveyed CEOs, managers and workers working for manufacturing business, we distributed 250 sheets totally and withdrew 171 sheets. We analyzed 135 sheets that we could use for this research using SPSS 15.0 and AMOS 18.0 program.

In industrialised countries, innovation is a key source of economic growth. Research is a key driver of technological innovation and involves the process of systematic investigation and/or experimentation to discover new knowledge. The Governments' industry innovation policy supports a business focus on Research and Development (R&D) through a range of programs in order to achieve these aims. The Innovation Statement, launched by the Australian Prime Minister in January 2001, commits an additional $3 billion over five years to encourage and support innovation. The Australian Government aims to build world competitive firms and strong research capability in industry to strengthen Australia's international competitiveness and increase national prosperity. It develops policies and programs to enhance investment in innovation. The Australian Government also undertakes analysis and comparisons of innovation policies, instruments and approaches to maintain a leading-edge National Innovation System. This includes analysis of the innovation activities of other nations, and evaluation of the impacts of innovation policies and programs on Australia's institutions and enterprises. This paper examines Australia's Innovation policies, Backing Australian Ability.

Korea has relied on top down development method, in which companies, research and education institutions move into the industrial complexes established by the government. However, to improve local competitiveness, the paradigm is shifting from the government initiated industrial complex to the clusters based on the cooperative network of the region. Representative case is 'Samcheok-si Fire & Emergency industry cluster construction project' that begun in 2007. AHP technique analysis results on first-stage showed that priority was on policy and network elements, and the results of second-stage analysis show that priority was on Policy incentives to internationalize the cluster and strengthen link,. Cluster branding, Sharing of organizational culture to cope with changes in environment, Creation of group learning culture. The subject of this research is limited to Samcheok-si's the Fire and Emergency Industry cluster formation project. Therefore, the research area and standard should be expanded to increase generality in further researches.

To satisfy and respond quickly to customers' demand, many companies are now aggressively focusing on supply chain management in order to strengthen their competitiveness. The modeling and analysis of supply chain environment have been widely studied. This study is concerned with the development of supply chain simulator which deals with stochastic natures existing in the supply chain environment. We proposed the mathematical model for the efficient cost analysis and developed the supply chain simulator based on the proposed mathematical model with object-oriented language C++. The simple experiment which find the best combination of policies considering the whole cost shows the possibility and reasonability of the developed simulator.

The direction of the Korea Game Forum is to check on the nature of games and to create a positive ecosystem of the game industry. And it would also be to promote the public understanding of the cultural and artistic values of games so as to promote the good effects image, and to induce supporting policies of the government, which will strengthen the global competitiveness of the game industry. Thereby the Forum would contribute to the establishment of the government policies on game industry, and lead the positive game manufacturing climate, which will induce the spreading of good game movement in the industry.

Many business enterprises in domestic housing industry are focusing on the development of environment friendly apartment complex to strengthen the competitiveness by upgrading their company's image through differentiation of the qualities and satisfying the customer's needs. Many apartment complex have achieved temporary or real certification by green building certification system, but there weren't enough studies on how much residents are satisfied by their certified complex. In this study, we want to clarify the factors of resident's satisfaction level in certified environment friendly complex by comparing the social and economical characteristics of resident. For this study, we chose and compare 4 environment friendly apartment complex considered to be built by the best environmental way in metropolitan area, and 4 other apartment complex which are also considered to be similar in terms of the condition of location and period of stay.
