As the performance of digital camera keeps going on, the digital camera becomes into wide use recently so that the number of digital images taken by digital camera is increased rapidly. Given the augmentation of digital images, the digital photo frame has appeared for storing and enjoying the digital image and receives attention as the price of digital frame becomes down. However, users with the existing digital frame only could display the digital images and stream media stored in local disk. In the paper, we design and implement a new digital photo frame baled on ubiquitous which could provide a more variety of service to the user. With the proposed digital photo frame, the user could obtain the environment information and the digital image from multimedia sensor network. The users also could enjoy the various stream media stored in the remote streaming server seamlessly. In addition, the user could update the digital image through the web site at anywhere.

In this study, we collected snake roadkill data from 2006 to 2017 and developed a species distribution model to identify the pattern of snake roadkill and predict the potential hotspot of snake roadkill in the Odaesan National Park of South Korea. During the study period, snake roadkills occurred most frequently on the road, which passes through between forest and stream at an altitude of about 600 m. The modeling result showed that the occurrence probability of snake roadkill was high on a road with a gentle slope at a distance of 25 m from the stream and an altitude of 600 m. The most susceptible regions for snake roadkill in the Odaesan National Park were located on National Route 6, about 2.2 km and 11.7 km away from the southern border of the park, and on Local Road 446, 3.44 km away from the southern border of the park. The results of this study suggest that providing alternative basking places and eco-corridors and installing protection fences that block the inflow of snakes into roads, preferentially around roads and streams at an altitude lower than 700 m would be an effective way of reducing snake roadkill in the Odaesan National Park.

The long standing people's culture of Latin America based on social solidarity of the communities makes the political relations between the leader and the people very different from them of the european societies based on the representative democracy. At any rate, the main stream of the Populist Discourses sees the real populist political processes with the pejorative senses attributing the demagogue style of the leaders. In these sense, it is very important to re-consider the populism discourses of Ernesto Laclau who thinks that the populism is a way of interpreting the emergence of the people to establish the social demands in the context of populist real politics. According to Laclau, "the populism seeks for the radical reconfiguration of the revolt of the 'Status Quo' and new order". This work will confirm if this interpretation of Laclau can be applied to Peronist political regime. Meanwhile the first group of the orthodox line of the discourses on populism including Gino Germani shows that the populism is a political movement based on the manipulation and demagogue by the charismatic leader of the irrational mass during the period in transition after the crises of the traditional oligarchy in Latin America. And another line of the main stream of discourses on populism including Cardoso and O'Donnell says that the populism is a political phenomena in a period of transition towards the modernization and the national development by means of the industrialization through the substitution of the imports and the alliance between the classes after the 1930's. But these principal interpretations on populism disregards that in Argentina many urban poor working class people had lived under the racist, unequal painful social relations due to the underestimation and the discrimination by the upper and the middle class with many intellectuals. But Peronism had considered them as the new social subjects with human dignities. And so we have to rethink the clientelism also with another meanings. In this sense, the theories of Ernesto Laclau on populism is very helpful to illuminate the sensitive and ambiguous meanings of Peronism. Especially Peronism makes the urban working class maintain their life styles more tended to them of the traditional communities and go towards the anti-Status Quo. That is a key of success of Peronism not only that time but until these days. And so this study will show that it is the most important thing that Peronist regime had made the emergence of the 'people' in the meaning of advancing the democracy in Argentina.

Fish community characteristics and habitat aspects of endangered species, Pseudopungtungia tenuicorpa and Acheilognathus signifer were investigated in the Hwayangcheon Stream of Songnisan National Park, a tributary of the Hangang River, Korea from April to October 2018. During this period, there were 29 species of 8 families collected from 11 survey stations using kick nets, cast nets long bag set nets. The dominant and subdominant species were Zacco koreanus (38.81%) and Rhynchocypris oxycephalus (16.64%), respectively. The next most abundant species were Z. platypus (14.28%), Pungtungia herzi (6.92%), Hemibarbus longirostris (4.52%), Pseudogobio esocinus (3.51%), A. signifer (2.31%) and P. tenuicorpa (1.90%). Among the fish collected, 18 species (62.1%) were Korean endemic species. Endangered species were A. signifer, P. tenuicorpa and Gobiobotia brevibarba. From upstream to downstream, the dominance index has gradually decreased, but number of species and individuals, diversity and evenness has gradually increased. Also, river health (index of biological integrity) is assessed as good (St. 1~8) and very good (St. 9~11). Fish communities were divided into four sections by the similarity index based on species and their numbers, i.e., upper section (St. 1~2, 4~5), upper-middle section (St. 3, 6), middle section (St. 7~9) and lower section (St. 10~11). Endangered species, Pseudopungtungia tenuicorpa inhabited in mostly lower section (St. 10~11) with rock and boulder bottoms, and age groups in April estimated from total length indicated that the 44~61 mm group is 1 year old, the 66~81 mm group is 2 years old, the 88~99 mm group is 3 years old, and the 104~107 mm group is more than 4 years old. Also, endangered species, A. signifer inhabited in middle-lower section (St. 7~11) with boulder and cobble bottoms and slow velocity, which the place inhabited by water plants. Meanwhile, their age structure in April estimated from total length indicated that the 30~43 mm group is 1 year old, the 48~58 mm group is 2 years old, the 62~77 mm group is 3 years old, and the 84~100 mm group is more than 4 years old. The sex ratio of female (47) to male (42) was 1 : 0.89.

The quality of stream remaking is decided the load of a server and Jitter through the traffic of the transmission path between end to end. In order to improve these problems in this paper, I propose tree construction method of low-delay-level-multicast. In this case which the network congestion will be occurred by streaming quality, I also propose the technique which dynamically changes the transmission path. This technique first constructs the overlay structure for relaxing the overload of server. Secondly, in order to decrease Jitter of client, it makes upload bandwidth and low latency balanced. In the evaluation of the performance, this paper showed better enhancement of about $15%{\sim}24%$ than P2CAST[4] in the simulation about node average join count, average bandwidth, service request refusal ratio, RTT measurement of nodes, and node average join count by defect ratio.

To provide high-quality media streaming service over the best-effort Internet, a streaming methodology is required to response to the dynamic fluctuation of underlying networks. In this paper, we implement the MPEG-4 streaming system with adaptive transport based on priorities of media packets. The implemented system is composed of the common MPEG-4 streaming components such as elementary stream provider, sync and DMIF layer, and adaptive transport module including data prioritization and FEC control. More specifically, the prioritized sync layer packets (based on object level) are delivered to the transport module and then are encoded by an adaptive FEC encoder to help reliable transport. The FEC combination is dynamically adjusted by the feedback information from the receiver. In addition, low priority packets are selectively dropped to meet the limitation of available bandwidth. The experimental results over the emulation-based testbed show that the Proposed system can mitigate the impact of network fluctuation and thus improve the quality of streaming.

유역 내부의 수문과정에 대한 관측치를 이용한 모형의 보정은 분산형 수문수질 모형의 적용성을 높이는 방법으로 권장되지만, 관측치가 충분하지 않은 경우가 많아 적용사례가 드문 실정이다. 본 연구는 경지에서 유역의 출구까지 여러 단계의 수문과정을 고려하여 분산형 수문수질모형을 보정하는 방법을 제시하고, 이와 같은 방법으로 보정된 모형의 적용성을 검토하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 SWAT 모형을 이용하여 미국 조지아의 South Atlantic Coastal Plain에 있는 한 농업유역의 수문과정을 모의하였다. 또한, 유사와 영양물질의 구체적인 하천운송과정을 모의하기 위해 SWAT모형의 QUAL2E 모듈을 이용하였다. 모형보정은 유역의 유출량 및 유사와 영양물질의 양 뿐만 아니라 경지에서 관측된 바이오매스, 토양 침식량 및 영양물질 발생량, 수변지역 (riparian buffer)에서 발생하는 유사와 영양물질 감소, 하천운송과정 등을 고려하여 수행되었다. 모형의 보정 및 검증기간은 자료기간과 토양보전농법의 시행기간을 고려하여 선정되었으며, 보정된 모형의 적용성은 복수의 통계치 (NSE, RE, RSR 등)를 이용하여 분석되었다. 보정된 모형은 유역의 출구에서 하천유량과 총질소량을 각각 NSE 0.93 및 0.59의 정확도로 모의하였다. 그러나 유사 (NSE: 0.40)와 총인량 (NSE: 0.45)모의에서는 상대적으로 낮은 정확도를 보였다. SWAT의 QUAL2E 모듈을 이용하여 하천에서의 유사 및 영양물질 운송과정을 고려하는 것은 총인과 총질소 모의결과의 정확도를 향상시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 다단계 수문과정을 고려하여 보정된 SWAT모형은 유역 내부에서 발생하는 수문과정을 모의하는데 적용성이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만, 계측방법 및 계측된 자료의 분석방법의 변화에 따른 오차와 토지이용의 시공간적 변화를 모의에서 고려하지 못해서 발생한 오차를 감안하더라도, 보정된 모형은 유역출구에서 관측되는 유사와 영양물질 양을 정확하게 모의하는데 실패 (NSE < 0.5)하였다고 평가할 수 있으며, 이는 SWAT 모형의 보정에서 다단계 또는 유역내부의 수문과정을 고려하는 것이 유역출구에서 높은 모의 정확도를 얻는데 기여하지 못할 수도 있음을 보여주었다.

This study derived the effectiveness analysis results of construction of wastewater treatment plant under climate change scenarios. Canadian Global Coupled Model (CGCM3) was used and A1B and A2 of Special Report on Emission Scenario (SRES) were selected. Regional climate change data for this application were downscaled by using Statistical Downscaling Model (SDSM) and the flow and BOD concentration durations were obtained by using Hydrological Simulation Program - Fortran (HSPF). The criteria for low flow and water quality were chosen as $Q_{99}$, $Q_{95}$, $Q_{90}$ and $C_{30}$, $C_{10}$, $C_1$. The numbers of days to satisfy the instreamflow requirements and target BOD concentration were also added to the criteria for comparison. As a results, small wastewater treatment plant improved the water cycle due to the increase of low flow and the decrease of BOD concentration. But climate change affected the reduction of effectiveness significantly. Especially in case of construction of small waste water treatment plant in the upstream region, it is necessary to take climate change impact into consideration since it is usually related to the low flow and the water quality of the stream.

Smoothing is a transmission plan where variable rate video data is converted to a constant bit rate stream. These smoothing algorithms include CBA, MCBA, MVBA, PCRTT and others. But, these algorithms build a transmission plan per frame unit. So, these algorithms cause frame burst or GOP burst. In order to improve it, MVBAG algorithm build a transmission plan per GOP. But this algorithm may not guarantee QoS when frame's size is abruptly larger or smaller than the computed transmission rate. In this paper, a smoothing algorithm is proposed to enhance MVBAG algorithm's problem. In order to show the proposed algorithm's performance, the proposed algorithm is compared with MVBAG algorithm using various evaluation factors such as number of frames that do not meet the QoS, average transmission rate variability per frame, average transmission rate variability per GOP. Experimental results show that the proposed algorithm outperforms MVBAG algorithm in number of frames that do not meet the QoS.

Recently with the development of Web services by utilizing a variety of web content, the studies on user experience and personalization based on web usage has attracted much attention. Majority of personalized analysis are have been carried out based on existing data, primarily using the database and statistical models. These approaches are difficult to reflect in a timely mannerm, and are limited to reflect the true behavioral characteristics because the data itself was just a result of customers' behaviors. However, recent studies and commercial products on web analytics try to track and analyze all of the actions from landing to exit to provide personalized service. In this study, by analyzing the customer's click-stream behaviors, we define U-Score(Usage Score), P-Score (Preference Score), M-Score(Mania Score) to indicate variety of customer preferences. With the devised three indicators, we can identify the customer's preferences more precisely, provide in-depth customer reports and customer relationship management, and utilize personalized recommender services.
