This study was intended to investigate the rheological properties of the development formula of infant foods and the results are summarized as follow ; 1) Consistency of starch solutions measured by Brabender Anylograph and Brookfield viscometer showed that waxy rice and riece with malt had lower consistency and more rheological stability.The flow type of tested raw materials and formula was found to ？ pseudoplastic, as judged by n-value of 0.332 -0.692, and no yield value. 2) The influenced of temperature on consistency could be accounted for by the equation, In (n) = K(1/T) + const. this relationship indicated that consistency of tested sample increased as temperature decreased. The consistency of waxy rice, rice with malt and formula A were less affected by the temperature change. 3) Infant foods with malt(formula A ) ad with waxy rice maintained better freeze-thaw stability in terms of consistency and starch aggregation indicating that this infant food could be stored for a long term in the freezer section of the home refrigeratory without adverse effect on the product quality. 4) From the above experiments, it would necessarily follow that infant food can be easily made at home the food-stuffs generally available around us, and that the easiest and safest way to store them lies in making them into semisolid state, and in keeping them in frozen state.

The purpose of a study was the present condition comparative analysis by the case of Bakery in Hotels. The sample was selected first grade hotels in seoul. The method of research was In-depth interview. The questionee were mamagers and chefs each hotel bakery. Interview was accomplished average 45minutes. The period of the research was from 1th of Februrary, 2002 to 28th of February, 2002. The survay was composed of product operation, employee operation, equipment operation, customer operation, sales and bakery characteristics. the data was analyized by SPSS10.0 mean, maximum value and minimum value were salected. Recently, as it is getting higher of importance of bakery in the food service market and many major companies run into a bakery industry, the researches about bakery have advanced, however in fact, materials or researches about hotel bakery are fewer than franchise. in-store bakery and mass production enterprise. Especially, each hotel exchanges their information through benchmarking but data analysis - accurate materials, sales, the present condition equipment is not easy to perform. The purpose of this study was to be helpful for studying hotel bakery for others by analysis. The data was analyzed by each hotel characteristics, employee, equipment, sales, productions and the present condition sales.

This study was conducted for the purpose of fin-ding out the variance explaining the medical facilities utilization behavior, which is defined adaptation behavior Process by focal, contextual, residual stimuli in Roy's Adaptation Model. What kinds of characteristics can explain adaptation behavior in Roy's Model? And which is the relative importance of input variables? For this analysis, stepwise multiple regression and path analysis was used. The data come from the 1981 Baseline Household Interview Survey in remote rural area. The findings of the analysis can be summarized as follows: First, Total variance of independant variables for adaptation behavior, that is medical facilities utilization including clinic, drug store, health center, herb medicine was shown 16.2 percent. The most important variable which explain the dependent variable was the occurance of illness with the Ra of value 0.112. The illness symptom, living level, regular care source was shown important variables with relatively high the R²value and significant beta coefficient. Second, in the path analysis of variables which is selected important variables, the occurance of illness was shown variable which has the highest direct effect which 0.297 path coefficient. Also the education level of household was shown variable which has the highest indirect effect through living level and the occurance of illness in causal model. Third, This analysis suggests that the occurance of illness belonging focal stimuli are more influenced than others. To sum up, It is seem to the occurance of illness, illness symptom belonging focal stimuli have high explanation ability through direct effect, education level of household among contextual stimuli have explanation ability through indirect effect.

스마트폰의 급격한 확산은 우리 일상생활에 패러다임을 바꾸어 놓고 있다. 스마트폰은 개인용 컴퓨터와 유사한 수준의 고기능 환경구현이 가능한 범용 운영체제를 탑재하고 있다. 또한, 다양한 응용프로그램을 설치하거나 삭제할 수 있어 확장성이 뛰어난 이동통신 단말기이다. 이러한 확장성은 각종 앱 스토어를 통해 다양한 응용 프로그램을 사용할 수 있다. 그뿐만 아니라 위치를 기반으로 한 다양한 서비스와 클라우드 컴퓨팅 환경에서 다양한 서비스도 가능하다. 본 연구는 스마트폰 환경에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스가 사용자의 지속적 사용의도에 미치는 영향 요인을 알아보고자 한다. 결과를 바탕으로 연구의 한계와 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 사용자가 이동 단말기를 이용하여 유료 컨텐츠에 대해 부가 서비스를 제공받을 경우 사용자와 컨텐츠 제공자간에 상호 신뢰할 수 있는 과금 방법들을 제안하고자 한다. 제안하는 방법은 이동 통신 환경에서 단문 메시지, 벨소리, 이미지와 음악 데이터 전송, 그리고 게임과 같은 다양한 종류의 서비스에 대해서 과금 방법을 지원한다. 또한 암호 학적인 해쉬 체인 방법을 이용하여 이동 단말기의 계산 부하를 줄이고 사용자와 컨텐츠 제공자간에 전송되는 데이터 량을 줄였으며, 각 사용자들의 컨텐츠 이용에 대한 증거를 저장하지 않고도 신뢰성 있는 과금이 가능하기 때문에 컨텐츠 제공자 측에서 메모리 공간을 절약할 수 있다.

Through these research results, I would like to present some implications for promoting and revitalizing local food sales in Daejeon and establishing a local food system. First, in terms of local food direct stores, when establishing a local food store, location conditions should be considered. If the location cannot be changed, the quality of agricultural products should be improved to improve consumer satisfaction and purchase intention so that consumers can directly feel the value of the product. Second, efforts at the local government level are needed to improve the stability of local food. There are still many consumers who are not properly aware of local food. It is necessary to improve consumers' interest in the value of local food by providing education including social and environmental information on the production and distribution process of local food. Third, policy efforts on local food are needed. It is necessary to introduce and reorganize the local food certification system to emphasize the stability of local food to consumers and form trust. Finally, for the continuous development of local food, research on the satisfaction and purchase intention of local food consumers must be continuously conducted.

최근 딥러닝 환경의 확산으로 인하여 데이터셋 생성의 중요성이 높아지고 있어, 효율적인 데이터 셋 생성을 위하여 GAN을 활용하여 데이터를 증강시키고 있다. 그러나 GAN을 활용하여 생성되는 데이터에는 학습 초기 발생하는 문제점 및 생성되는 영상 내에 픽셀 깨짐 현상이 발생하는 등 여러 문제점이 발견되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존 GAN에서 발생하는 여러 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 파손 영상 데이터 선별 알고리즘을 구현하고자 한다. 파손 영상 선별 알고리즘은 영상 내의 히스토그램 분포를 분석하고 해당 결과값이 지정한 임곗값에 만족하는지에 따라 생성된 영상의 저장 여부를 결정하도록 구현하였다.

본 연구는 상표자산의 구성요소에 대한 선행요인을 분석하고 이를 토대로 하여 상표자산 구성요소와 상표자산 영향요인간의 관계 그리고 상표자산 구성요소와 구매의도간의 관계를 규명하고 한국과 영국을 중심으로 비교하여 상표자산관리 방안을 도출해보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 정보탐색은 제품지식에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 상표태도와 상표지식은 상표 충성도와 상표 가치에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 상표충성도와 상표가치는 구매의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 정보원천의 경우, 한국에서는 제품지식에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 반면, 영국에서는 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate microbiological hazards in the steps of production, transportation and selling of hamburger and sandwich that were marketed in CVS, then to identify methods of control. The reasults are as follows: As the reasult of operation surroundings of manufacturerand reserch of circulation, $4{\sim}6$ hours are needed from manufacturer to CVS. Also transportation car mean temperature was $10^{\circ}C$ which exceeds the standard of $7^{\circ}C$ or below. Hamburger: Critical control points identified were purchasing, cooking, post-preparation, transportation and holding at CVS. As the reasult of microbial analysis following the case of holding methods and reheating at CVS, microbes of cold holding and reheat after cold holding was within standard value. But in the case of room temperature microbes exceeded standard value. Sandwich: Critical control points identified were purchasing, cooking, post-preparation, transportation and holding at CVS. As the reasult of microbial analysis following the case of holding methods and reheating at CVS, total plate counts of cold holding and reheat after cold holding was within standard value. But in the case of room temperature holding after 24 hours total plate counts exceeded standard value. In the case of room temperature holding the number of microbes increased according to the passage of time. As a reasult of food poisoning bacteria, it was negative in every test in sample against V. parahaemolyticus, Salmonella, S. aureus.

본 연구는 가전 오프라인 매장에서의 고객체험특성이 지각된 가치와 재방문 의도에 영향을 미치는 영향관계에 대해 연구하였다. 전국 매장을 100여개 이상 보유한 가전 오프라인 유통 중에서 가전 양판점 2개(하이마트, 전자랜드), 대형마트 3개(이마트, 홈플러스, 롯데하이마트), 가전 전문점 2개(LG 베스트샵, 삼성 디지털프라자)를 선정하였으며, 해당 가전 매장을 최근 6개월 내 방문하여 구매한 경험이 있는 서울, 경기, 인천지역의 20대 이상 남녀를 대상으로 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 조사 결과 총 330부의 표본에 대해서 PLS(Partial Least Squares) 구조방정식과 SPSS 통계패키지를 이용하여서 통계 분석을 진행하였다. 본 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻을 수 있다. 가전 오프라인 매장에서 고객체험특성이 소비자의 기능적 가치에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 첫째, 교육적 경험, 일탈적 경험과 심미적 경험은 기능적 가치에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 하지만 오락적 경험은 기능적 가치에 영향을 미치지 못했다. 둘째, 교육적 경험, 일탈적 경험과 심미적 경험은 모두 감정적 가치에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 기능적 가치와 감각적 가치는 모두 재방문 의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 네째, 브랜드 충성도는 기능적 가치, 감각적 가치의 재방문 의도 사이에서의 조절효과를 갖지 못한 것으로 확인하였다. 이 연구 결과는 고객체험 특성과 지각된 가치(기능적 가치, 감각적 가치), 재방문 의도 간의 구조적 관계를 보여주고 있다. 본 결과는 온라인 채널이 오프라인 채널의 생존을 위협하는 시기에 가전 오프라인 매장들이 어떤 활동을 해야 하는지에 대한 가이드라인을 제공해 준다.
