교통정보 안내전화 통합연계시스템 구축에 관한 연구 (A Study of Systematic Implementations for the Integrated ITS call center)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 개별 제공하고 있는 안내전화서비스를 대표번호체계로 통합연계운영하고, 도로교통 정보외에 철도, 항공 버스 등의 대체교통수단 정보 및 관련기관과의 유기적 연계를 통한 원스톱(One stop) 서비스를 제공하는 안내전화서비스의 통합연계운영을 서비스를 제시하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 국내 외 현황을 분석하고, 시범구축, 확대구축, 안정화 및 고급화의 3단계에 따라 운영기술과 통합시스템 기술사양을 검토하였다. 본 연구를 통하여 교통정보 안내전화는 정보취득의 원스톱(One stop) 서비스, 이용 편의성 서비스, 다양한 연계정보제공 서비스, 제공정보의 실시간화 및 효율적인 체계를 구현할 것으로 기대한다.

Examining Driver Compliance Behaviour at Signalised Intersection for Developing Conceptual Model of Driving Simulation

  • A conceptual model represents an understanding of a system that is going to be developed, which in this research, a driving simulation software to study driver behavior at signalised intersections. Therefore, video observation was conducted to examine driver compliance behaviour within the dilemma zone at signalised intersection, pertaining to driver's distance from the stop line during yellow light interval. The video was analysed using Thematic Analysis and the data extracted from it was analysed using Chi-Square Independent Test. The Thematic Analysis revealed two major themes which were traffic situation and driver compliance behaviour. Traffic situation is defined as traffic surrounding the driver, such as no car in front and behind, car in front, and car behind. Meanwhile, the Chi-Square Test result indicates that within the dilemma zone, there was a significant relationship between driver compliance behaviour and driver's distance from the stop line during yellow light interval. The closer the drivers were to the stop line, the more likely they were going to comply. In contrast, drivers showed higher noncompliant behavior when further away from stop line. This finding could help us in the development of conceptual model of driving simulation with purpose of studying driver behavior.

A Vehicle Stop-and-Go Control Strategy based on Human Drivers Driving Characteristics

  • A vehicle cruise control strategy designed based on human drivers driving characteristics has been investigated. Human drivers driving patterns have been investigated using vehicle driving test data obtained from 125 participants. The control algorithm has been designed to incorporate the driving characteristics of the human drivers and to achieve natural vehicle behavior of the controlled vehicle that would feel comfortable to the human driver. Vehicle following charac­teristics of the cruise controlled vehicle have been investigated using real-world vehicle driving test data and a validated simulation package.

  • 본 연구는 고령화 및 저출산에 따라 보건의료분야의 만성질환의 증가 및 전문 인력부족 등의 문제를 해결하고 효율적인 헬스케어를 제공하고자 VR 콘텐츠를 이용한 신체검사의 효과성을 연구하였다. 이에 본 연구는 HTC VIVE Pro VR과 스틱 컨트롤러를 착용하여 원스톱 VR 콘텐츠 신체검사 시스템을 구현하였다. 시스템은 1단계부터 5단계까지이며, 색각테스트, 기억력테스트, 청력테스트, 반응속도테스트, 순간인지능력테스트의 5단계를 순차적으로 거쳐 최종 신체 나이를 판별하는 솔루션으로 구성된다.또한 본 연구가 개발한 원스톱 VR 콘텐츠 신체검사 시스템에 대해 대전 소재 A 상급종합병원 건강검진센터 및 VR/AR 임상시험 센터에 내원한 정상인을 대상으로 사용자 만족도를 검증한 결과, 전체적인 만족도와 재이용의사가 높게 나타났고, 성별에 따라 5단계 순간인지테스트는 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 연령에 따라서 4단계 반응속도테스트, 5단계 순간인지테스트에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다.

치료적 운동이 허리통증을 가진 여자 청소년 골프선수의 통증, 근기능 및 방사선학적 평가에 미치는 영향: 증례보고 (The Effect of Exercise Therapy on Pain, Muscle Function and Radiological Evaluation in a Female Youth Golf Player with Low Back Pain: Case Report)

  • PURPOSE: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of exercise therapy on low back pain (LBP), the function of paraspinal and abdominis muscles, and the sacrohorizontal angle as seen on the radiographs of the lumbar spine in a young female golf player with LBP. METHODS: This case report describes an 11-year-old female golfer who presented with LBP. The exercise therapy program comprised lumbar joint mobilization, lumbar spine flexion distraction, abdominal bridge, plank, side plank, and single-leg extensions from a 4-point kneeling position for 40 min/day; this was done twice a week for 8-weeks. LBP [visual analog scale (VAS) and Oswestry disability index (ODI)] and function of paraspinal and abdominis muscles [Ito test, curl-up test, $90^{\circ}$ stop test, squat test, opened eye one leg stance test (OEOL), and closed eye one leg stance test (CEOL)] were measured before and after 4 and 8 weeks of exercise therapy. The radiographs were analyzed for the lumbar Cobb's angle and sacrohorizontal angle before and after 8 weeks of exercise therapy. RESULTS: After 4 and/or 8 weeks of exercise therapy, VAS and ODI scores decreased; results for the Ito test, curl-up test, $90^{\circ}$ stop test, squat test, and OEOL and CEOL of muscle function improved; and the lumbar Cobb's angle and sacrohorizontal angle improved. CONCLUSION: These results suggest that exercise therapy improves LBP, muscle function, and radiographic parameters associated with LBP in young golf players. These findings have clinical implications for exercise therapy in young female golf players who have LBP.

비신호 횡단보도 환경 내 자율주행을 위한 종방향 거동 전략 연구 (Longitudinal Motion Planning Strategy for Autonomous Driving in Non-signalized Crosswalk)

  • This paper presents a method of longitudinal motion planning of autonomous vehicles to deal with the non-signalized crosswalk environment. Based on the traffic laws, vehicles should slow down when passing the non-signalized crosswalk to prepare for situations where a nearby pedestrian starts to cross. If a pedestrian is in the crossing phase, vehicles should stop in front of the stop-line and wait until the pedestrian finishes the crossing maneuver. To realize these behaviors in autonomous vehicles, the driving mode and corresponding driving strategy are determined when vehicles encounter the crosswalk. The driving mode is determined according to the behavioral status of the nearby pedestrian. Longitudinal motion for the stopping or passing maneuver is planned according to the determined driving mode. The proposed algorithm has been validated via autonomous driving tests with our test vehicle in a real world. The test results show that the proposed algorithm enables the test vehicle to follow the traffic laws and behave safely against crossing pedestrians in the non-signalized crosswalk.

이중범프 공기포일베어링의 성능시험 (Performance Test of Double-Bumped Air Foil Bearings)

  • This paper presents a experimental results for the performance evaluation of a double-bumped air foil bearing. The test results of a double-bumped AFB is compared with a single-bumped AFB at a heavily-loaded condition. The diameter of the test bearing is 50 mm, and the axial length is 50 mm. Nominal clearance of the single-bumped AFB is evaluated as $105{\mu}m$, and that of the double-bumped AFB is as $95{\mu}m$. The test of the AFBs are demonstrated at 3 test mode; the load variation mode, the speed variation mode, and start-stop mode. The single-bumped AFB demonstrated a upward load-carrying capacity of 95 N and a downward load-carrying capacity of 130 N at 20,000 rpm. The double-bumped AFB demonstrated a upward load-carrying capacity of 170 N and a downward load-carrying capacity of 170 N at 20,000 rpm. The single-bumped AFB demonstrated a downward lift-off speed of 16,300 rpm at 105 N. The double-bumped AFB demonstrated a downward lift-off speed of 15,400 rpm at 105 N. The start-stop test of the AFBs assure 5,000 cycle endurance life. The test results are compared with the theoretical calculation results. The test and theorectical results show thata double-bump air foil bearing provides a higher load-carrying capacity, stiffness and damping than a single-bump air foil bearing in a heavily-loaded condition.

LabView를 이용한 자동차 제동시험 S/W 구현 (Implementation of Software for the Brake Test in the Vehicle using the LabView)

  • 본 논문은 자동차의 정차 또는 주행 중 다양한 조건으로 제동 거리와 제동 안정성 시험을 할 수 있는 제동시험용 계측 S/W를 개발하였다. 본 논문에서 구현한 자동차 제동시험 용 계측 S/W는 제동시험에 대한 객관성을 확보하고, 제동시험에 대한 반복 재현성을 확보하여 현재 세계 각 국에서 실시하고 있는 다양한 제동 거리와 제동 안정성 시험에 적용할 수 있다. 자동차 제동시험용 계측기를 자동차에 장착하여, 정차 상태와 주행 중에 신차평가제도(NCAP)의 시험 조건과 자동차 제작사인 A, B사의 자체 시험조건에 맞추어 제동 거리와 제동 안정성 시험을 하였고, 모든 시험 조건에 맞는 시험을 할 수 있었으며, 보다 가혹한 시험 조건에도 적용해 봄으로써 차후 시험 조건이 변경 될 경우에도 본 논문에서 제작한 계측 S/W의 적용 가능성을 확인하였다.

원자력발전소 케이블관통부 충전시스템 평가용 소프트웨어 개발 I (Development of a Software to Evaluate the CPES(Cable Penetration Fire Stop) System in Nuclear Power Plane I)

  • 본 논문은 원자력발전소 방화벽에 설치된 케이블관통부 충전시스템(CPFS: Cable Penetration Fire Stop)안에서 일어나는 동적 열 전달 현상을 해석하기 위해 수행된 실험을 다루고 있다. Dow Corning사의 내화성 충전물에 대해서 내화실험이 수행되었으며, 본 실험을 통해 준비된 CPFS 시험체가 성능위주 시험방법인 ASTM E-814의 F-rating과 T-rating을 동시에 만족시킬 수 있는지를 알아보았다. 그리고 여기서 얻어진 실험결과는 CPFS시스템 내화성능 평가용 소프트웨어를 개발하기 위해 사용되었다. CPFS 시스템 내에서의 열전도 현상은 주어진 초기조건과 경계조건 하에서 Parabolic PDE(Partial differential equation)로 수식화 되었으며, 이렇게 수식화된 PDE는 다시 연속과완화법(SOR: Sequential over-relaxation)과 Galerkin 유한요소법(FEM: Finite element method)로 구성된 혼합알고리즘에 따라 풀 수 있었다. PDE을 풀기 위해 널리 사용되고 있는 상용소프트웨어 Femlab을 이용하여 방화시스템 내에서의 온도분포를 계산하여 3차원 그래픽으로 나타내었다. 특히 CPFS시스템 내에서의 시간의 경과에 따른 온도분포의 변화에 대한 실험과 수치해석을 병행함으로써 결과에 대한 신뢰성을 높일 수 있었다.

영어 문장 말 폐쇄음의 파열 양상 (Phonetic Factors Conditioning the Release of English Sentence-Final Stops)

  • This experimental study aims to test the hypothesis that the occurrence of English sentence-final stop release is, at least, partly predictable by examining its phonetic context. 10 native(5 male and 5 female) speakers of American English recorded, in a sound-proof booth, sentences excerpted from novels and the natural documents on the World Wide Web. Based on the waveforms and spectrograms of the recorded sentences, judgements of the release of a sentence-final stop were made. If the aperiodic energy of a given final stop lasted more than .015 second, it was considered to be "released." The result reveals that English sentence-final stops tend to be released when they are 1) velar consonants, 2) preceeded by tense vowels, and 3) coda consonants of content words. The phonetic environment in which final stops are often released can be characterized by the articulatory comfortableness and the need for release burst noise, without which the final stops may not be correctly perceived. By examining the release of English final stops, it is concluded that the phonological events, which had been considered to occur rather "randomly," in fact, reflect the universal tendency of human speech: to minimize the speakers' and hearers' effort.
