정상인에서 보행속도가 발관절의 관절각과 발바닥 최대 압력 분포에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Walking Speed on Foot Joint Motion and Peak Plantar Pressure in Healthy Subjects)

  • Many factors affect foot and ankle biomechanics during walking, including gait speed and anthropometric characteristics. However, speed has not been taken into account in foot kinematics and kinetics during walking. This study examined the effect of walking speed on foot joint motion and peak plantar pressure during the walking phase. Eighty healthy subjects (40 men, 40 women) were recruited. Maximal dorsiflexion and excursion were measured at the first metatarsophalangeal joints during walking phase at three different cadences (80, 100, and 120 step/min) using a three dimensional motion analysis system (CMS70P). At the same time, peak plantar pressure was investigated using pressure distribution platforms (MatScan system) under the hallux heads of the first, second, and third metatarsal bones and heel. Maximal dorsiflexion and excursion and excursion at the ankle joint decreased significantly with increasing walking speed. Peak plantar pressure increased significantly under the heads of the first of the first, second, and third metatarsal bones, and heel with increasing walking speed: three was no change under the hallux. There were no significant changes in maximal dorsiflexion or excursion at the first metatarsophalangeal joint. The results show that walking speed should be considered when comparing gait parameters. The results also suggest that slow walking speeds may decrease forefoot peak plantar pressure in patients with peripheral neuropathy who have a high risk of skin breakdown under the forefoot.

결측 택시 Probe 통행속도 예측기법 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of a Technique to Predict Missing Travel Speed Collected by Taxi Probe)

  • 택시 프로브(Probe)를 이용한 구간통행속도 모니터링체계는 지능형교통체계(ITS)의 핵심적인 하부시스템 중 하나이다. 택시 프로브기법을 통해 수집되는 구간통행속도는 도시가로망의 교통상태 모니터링과 통행시간 정보제공에 널리 활용되고 있다. 그러나 택시 Probe기법은 표본수가 적고 교통혼잡으로 인하여 구간통행시간이 자료수집 주기보다 큰 경우, 실시간으로 자료가 수집되지 않는 누락상태가 발생하게 된다. 이러한 누락상태는 단일시간대에서 다중시간대에 걸쳐 발생하게 되며, 기존의 단일시간대 예측기법으로는 다중시간대의 상태를 예측하지 못하는 단점이 있다. 따라서 다중시간대 누락상태에서 실시간 구간통행속도를 예측하기위한 기법이 요구된다. 본 연구에서는 기존의 단일시간대 예측기법의 한계를 극복하면서 단일 및 다중시간대 통행속도를 예측하기위한 기법을 개발하였다. 개발된 모형은 비모수회귀(NPR)을 기반으로 개발되었으며, 다중시간대 예측에도 불구하고 기존의 단일시간대 예측기법보다 우수한 정확도를 보였다.

차세대 고속철도의 안정성 및 안전성 해석 (Stability and Safety Analysis on the Next Generation High-Speed Railway Vehicle)

  • 본 논문에서는 안정성과 안전성 해석을 통하여 차세대 고속철도(HEMU-400X)의 주행성능을 예측하였다. 차량의 설계단계에서 주행성능을 예측하는 것은 차량의 안전 확보를 위해 매우 중요하다. 안정성 해석을 통하여 차륜의 등가 답면구배에 따른 임계속도를 계산하였다. 임계속도는 UIC518에 근거하여 등가 답면구배 0.15에서 400km/h가 달성 가능함을 보였다. 또한 안전성 해석을 통하여, 동역학 모델의 횡방향과 수직방향의 가속도 값을 시뮬레이션 하였다. 안정성 해석은 UIC518에 근거하여 440km/h의 속도로 30km의 구간을 주행하였다. 그리고 계산된 값들은 모두 UIC518의 최대 허용 가속도 값보다 적게 나타나는 것을 확인하였다.

파킨슨환자의 보행 속도에 따른 보행 양상 변화 (The change of gait pattern according to different walking speeds in a patient with Parkinson disease)

  • ■ Objectives The goal of this study was to observe the gait patterns from a patient with Parkinson disease under three different walking speeds. ■ Methods The patient walked on a treadmill and we measured gait parameters using a treadmill gait analysis system for 2 minutes. The Parkinson patients walked under three different conditions, first, at the preferred walking speed, second, at slower speed than the preferred walking speed, and, third, at faster speed than the preferred walking speed. ■ Results In terms of temporal gait parameters, as speed of treadmill increased, stance phase and total double support decreased, and swing phase increased. In terms of spatial parameters, as speed of treadmill increased, step and stride length increased. In terms of kinetic parameters, max pressure increased as speed of treadmill increased. ■ Conclusion According to different walking speeds, some gait parameters of spatiotemporal and kinetic was changed.

자동차용 가솔린 기관의 실린더 블록에 대한 열적 거동 해석 (Thermal Behavior Analysis on the Cylinder Block of an Automotive Gasoline Engine)

  • Thermal behavior on the cylinder block of a 4-cylinder, 4-stroke 2.0L SOHC gasoline engine was numerically and experimentally analyzed. The numerical calculation was performed using the finite element method. The cylinder block was modelled as a three dimensional finite element by considering its geometry. The physical domain was devided into hexahedron elements. 16 thermocouples were installed at points of 2mm inside from cylinder wall near top ring of piston in cylinder block, which points have suffered major thermal loads and suggested as proper measurement points for engine design by industrial engineers. Under full load and 9$0^{\circ}C$ coolant temperature condition, temperature behavior of cylinder block according to engine speed were analyzed. The results showed that temperature rose gradually to conform to a function of 2nd~4th order of engine speed at intake side, exhaust and siamese side, respectively. As engine load was changed from 100 to 50% by 25% step, temperature curve also conformed to 2nd~7th order function of engine speed. Temperature differences by load condition were similar among 100, 75% and 50%. Under full load and coolant temperature of 11$0^{\circ}C$, temperature behavior were also analyzed and the result also showed conformance to 2n d~7th order function of engine speed. Temperature curve was transferred in parallel upwards corresponding coolant temperature rise.

  • This study was undertaken to investigate the load characteristics of the head-feed thresher, which may be affected by various factors such as physical properties of grain, thresher design parameters and its operational condition. The study was conducted at an initial step toward developing an automatic feed-rate control system of the head-feed thresher. A microcomputer-based data acquisition system for the load-speed characteristic of the thresher-shaft and the rail-deflection of the feeding device in accordance with a varied feeding thickness was developed. The sensors being developed and used for sensing the torque and speed of the cylinder and the power-input-shaft and the feeding thickness showed a high accuracy. A microcomputer-based data acquisition system developed in this study was assessed as adequate for a rapid acquisition and analysis of data. The effect of the feed-rate on the torque and speed of the thresher shaft, when fed intermittently by bundles, affected not by the rice varieties but by the dryness of threshing material tested. When fed by the continuous constant thickness, the torque and speed of the cylinder due to the increase of the feed-rate or feeding thickness were given by the relation by the second order parabola.

선저 스텝개수에 따른 고속 활주형선의 저항특성 비교 (Comparisons of Resistance Characteristics of the High-speed Planing Craft with Respect to the Number of Bottom Steps)

  • 활주형선은 고속 운항시 선저에 동적압력을 발생시켜 선체를 부상시킴으로서 저항이 감소하게 되어 고속의 항주가 가능하게 된다. 일반적으로 선저에 스텝을 적용한 선형은 일체형 활주형선에 비하여 고속 주행시 선저 공기공급에 따른 접수면 감소로 인하여 전체저항 감소에 따른 속도향상과 연비절감 효과가 있다. 본 논문에서는 고속 선형시험이 가능한 실 해역모형시험을 이용하여 선저 스텝개수에 따른 고속 Stepped Hull 선형의 저항성능을 비교, 분석하였다. 시험결과, 2개의 스텝을 가지는 선형이 최소저항 선형임을 확인할 수 있었다.

  • 프로세서로 제어기를 구성하여 직류 전동기의 속도제어에 적용하였다. 계단 입력과 계단파 입력에 대해서 tracking 정도와 수렴속도를 측정하였다. 또한 power supply의 전압변동과 마찰부하의 변화에 대해서 파라미터를 추정하지 않는 선형궤환 방식보다 잘 적응함을 보였다.

  • Fuel efficiency in tractor operations dep6nds on the selection of transmission gears and upon the engine being operated at or near maximum torque much of time. The objective of this study was to develop automatic control systems for tractor transmission ratio and governor setting so that the engine is operated at or near maximum torque as much of time as possible. An indoor test unit, which can be used to simulate tractor operation, was built in order to investigate the system design parameters and test the performance of the control system designed. The test-unit consists of engine, gear-type transmission, dynamometer, and control systems for transmission ratio and engine speed. Governor setting lever was controlled by a step motor, and the clutch and transmission levers were controlled by hydraulic cylinders and solenoid valves. The control systems showed good time responses which are assumed to be suitable for optimal tractor operation. The time required for shifting gears from clutch disengagement to engagement was about 1 second, which is almost the same as that for manual shift. And the settling time for engine speed control system was about 5 to 6 seconds.

  • This paper presents a sensorless speed control of an interior permanent magnet synchronous motor using an adaptive integral binary observer and fuzzy logic controller. In view of composition with a main loop regulator and an auxiliary loop regulator, the binary observer has a property of the chattering alleviation in the constant boundary layer. However, the steady state estimation accuracy and robustness are dependent upon the width of the constant boundary. In order to improve the steady state performance of the binary observer, the binary observer is formed by adding extra integral dynamics to the switching hyperplane equation. Also, because the conventional fixed gain PI controller are very sensitive to step change of command speed, parameter variations and load disturbance, the fuzzy logic controller is used to compensate a fixed gain PI controller. Therefore, a gain PI is fixed and the IPMSM is drived at another speed region. The effectiveness of the proposed the adaptive integral observer and the fuzzy logic controller are confirmed by experimental results.
