The objective of this study is to propose the implications using theory of reasoned action(TRA) on u-Tour system. This research model through TRA is consisted as three constructs: user-friendliness(cognitive), perceived usefulness(cognitive) and purchase intention(affective). This study analyzes with a total of 153 respondents and used PLS-SEM method considering the small number of samples. Also, with the analysis, WarpPLS software is used in order to ferret out non-linear relationship between the constructs of research model. As a result of analysis, this research model shows statistical level significantly on proposed hypotheses and the applicability of TRA model in u-Tour system. Furthermore, additional analysis presents the possibility of non-linear relationship on each path between the constructs of research model showing J-shape. Also, the result showes the fact that the relationship had partly negative (-) effect on dependent factor. Additional analysis proposes that income variable as base of purchase intention has a moderating effect on all paths of research model.
Bayesian inference and model selection method for software reliability growth models are studied. Software reliability growth models are used in testing stages of software development to model the error content and time intervals between software failures. In this paper, could avoid multiple integration using Gibbs sampling, which is a kind of Markov Chain Monte Carlo method to compute the posterior distribution. Bayesian inference for general order statistics models in software reliability with diffuse prior information and model selection method are studied. For model determination and selection, explored goodness of fit (the error sum of squares), trend tests. The methodology developed in this paper is exemplified with a software reliability random data set introduced by of Weibull distribution(shape 2 & scale 5) of Minitab (version 14) statistical package.
PURPOSE. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of type of magnet attachment and implant angulation in two implant overdenture models. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Magnet attachments used in this study were flat and dome types (MGT5515, MGT5520D, Dentium Co., Seoul, Korea). Two implants with keepers were inserted in the resin blocks at a distance of 24 mm. For the first model, the implants were parallel to the vertical and perpendicular to the horizontal; for the second model, both were angulated 5 degrees to the mesial; for the third model, both were angulated 10 degrees toward the mesial. The retentive force was measured in both vertical and lateral directions. Statistical analyses were performed using SPSS software version 22.0 (α=.05). RESULTS. The flat type magnet attachment showed the highest lateral retentive force in the 20° divergent group (P<.05) and the dome type magnet attachment showed the highest lateral retentive force in the parallel group (P<.05). The vertical and lateral retentive force of the dome type magnet attachment was greater than that of the flat type magnet attachment in every direction (P<.05). CONCLUSION. Within the limitations of this study, the dome shape magnet attachment can resist vertical and lateral retentive force more superiorly than the flat type magnet attachment, regardless of angle, in the mandibular two implant model.

Objective: This study was focused on the estimation of parameters of Wood's model and description of the lactation curve using the cows which were lactated over 24 months on the first lactation. Methods: The database included 1,333 pure-bred dairy Simmental primiparous cows which lactated for 24 months (732 days). The initial dataset entering the procedure of assessment of parameters of Wood's function included 35,826 milk yield records. Milk yield was recorded throughout lactation, with the earliest record taken on day 6 and the latest on day 1,348 of lactation. This dataset was used for the assessment of parameters a, b, c of Wood's model using the non-linear statistical procedure. These parameters were estimated for different length of lactation. The assessed parameters were used for calculation of some characteristics of lactation curves. Results: The lowest value of a parameter (15.2317) of Wood's model of lactation curve was found out in lactations up to 305 days long, contrary to b and c parameters which were highest in those lactations (0.1029 and 0.0015, respectively). The maximum value of a parameter (17.4329) was found out in lactations up to 640 days long, unlike b and c parameters which were minimal in those lactations (0.0603 and 0.0010, respectively). Conclusion: It can be concluded that the parameters of Wood's model and the shape of lactation curve are changing with the growing number of milk yield records. Also, the assessed parameters revealed a significant milk production potential after 305 days of lactation.
When measuring productive efficiency, often it is necessary to have knowledge of the production frontier function that shows the maximum possible output of production units as a function of inputs. Canonical parametric forms of the frontier function were initially considered under the framework of stochastic frontier model; however, several additional nonparametric methods have been developed over the last decade. Efforts have been recently made to impose shape constraints such as monotonicity and concavity on the non-parametric estimation of the frontier function; however, most existing methods along that direction suffer from unnecessary non-smooth points of the frontier function. In this paper, we propose methods to estimate the smooth frontier function with monotonicity for stochastic frontier models and investigate the effect of imposing a monotonicity constraint into the estimation of the frontier function and the finite dimensional parameters of the model. Simulation studies suggest that imposing the constraint provide better performance to estimate the frontier function, especially when the sample size is small or moderate. However, no apparent gain was observed concerning the estimation of the parameters of the error distribution regardless of sample size.

This paper presents the results of a comparative analysis of the model test results to investigate the effect of bulbous bow installed on a large full form ship to the ship resistance performance. Seven parameters related to the shape of bulbous bow were selected and varied systematically to inquire their effects experimentally. A total number of twenty-three ship models with different bulbous bow were manufactured, and resistance tests. flow visualization test, and wave profile measurement were carried out for each model. For the comparative analysis between the various bulb forms and their model test results, bulbous bow forms are classified into nine groups according to their form characteristics. From the analysis of the trend of the resistance components, it was verified that form resistance has dominant effect on the total resistance of a slow full form ship. The model test and its statistical analysis showed that the direction of streamlines around bulbous bow has close relationship with resistance components. especially with form resistance
Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate the marginal and internal adaptation of monolithic zirconia restoration made without physical model by digital intraoral scanner. Materials and methods: A prospective clinical trial was performed on 11 restorations as a pilot study. The monolithic zirconia restorations were fabricated after digital intraoral impression taking by intraoral scanner (TRIOS, 3shape, Copenhagen, Denmark), computer-aided designing, and milling manufacturing process. Completed zirconia crowns were tried in the patients' mouth and a replica technique was used to acquire the crown-abutment replica. The absolute marginal discrepancy, marginal gap, and internal gap of axial, line angle, and occlusal part were measured after sectioning the replica in the mesiodistal and buccolingual direction. Statistical analysis was performed using Kruskal-Wallis and Mann-Whitney U test (${\alpha}=.05$). Results: From the adaptation analysis by replica, the statistically significant difference was not found between mesiodistal and buccolingual sections (P>.05), but there was significant difference among the measurement location (P<.01). The amount of absolute marginal discrepancy was larger than those of marginal gap and internal gap (P<.01). Conclusion: Within the limitations of this study, the adaptation accuracy of model-free monolithic zirconia restoration fabricated by intraoral scanner exhibited clinically acceptable result. However, the margin of zirconia crown showed tendency of overcontour and cautious clinical application and follow up is necessary.
PURPOSE. This study aimed to investigate the potential clinical application of digitized silicone rubber impressions by comparing the accuracy of zirconia 3-unit fixed partial dentures (FPDs) fabricated from 2 types of data (working model and impression) obtained from a laser scanner. MATERIALS AND METHODS. Ten working models and impressions were prepared with epoxy resin and vinyl polysiloxane, respectively. Based on the data obtained from the laser scanner (D-700; 3Shape A/S, Copenhagen, Denmark), a total of 20 zirconia frameworks were prepared using a dental CAD/CAM system (DentalDesigner; 3shape A/S, Copenhagen, Denmark / Ener-mill, Dentaim, Seoul, Korea). The silicone replicas were sectioned into four pieces to evaluate the framework fit. The replicas were imaged using a digital microscope, and the fit of the reference points (P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P6, and P7) were measured using the program in the device. Measured discrepancies were divided into 5 categories of gaps (MG, CG, AWG, AOTG, OG). Data were analyzed with Student's t-test ($\alpha$=0.05), repeated measures ANOVA and two-way ANOVA (${\alpha}=0.05$). RESULTS. The mean gap of the zirconia framework prepared from the working models presented a narrower discrepancy than the frameworks fabricated from the impression bodies. The mean of the total gap in premolars (P=.003) and molars (P=.002) exhibited a statistical difference between two groups. CONCLUSION. The mean gap dimensions of each category showed statistically significant difference. Nonetheless, the digitized impression bodies obtained with a laser scanner were applicable to clinical settings, considering the clinically acceptable marginal fit ($120{\mu}m$).

A bit-rate controller that can achieve a constant bit rate when coding object-based video sequences is an important part to achieve an adaptation to bit-rate constraints, desired video quality, distribution of bits among objects, relationship between texture and shape coding, and determination of frame skip or not. Therefore we design content-based bit rate controller which will be used for relevant bit-rate control. The implementation is an extension of MPEG-4 rate control algorithm which employs a quadratic rate-quantizer model. The importance of different objects in a video is analyzed and segmented into a number of VOPs which are adaptively bit-allocated using the object-based modelling. Some test sequences are observed by a number of non-experts and interests in each object are analysed. The initial total target bit-rate for all objects is obtained by using the proposed technique. Then the total target bits are jointly analyzed for preventing from overflow or underflow of the buffer fullness. The target bits are distributed to each object in view of its importance, not only of statistical analysis such as motion vector magnitude, size of object shape, and coding distortion of previous frame. The scheme is compared with the rate controller adopted by the MPEG-4 VM8 video coder by representing their statistics and performance.
The resistance to air flow through fruits and vegetables in bulk was an important consideration in the design of the pressure cooling system. The amount of resistance to air flow through produce in bulk normally depended upon air flow rate, stacking depth, porosity, stacking patterns and shape and site of product. But, there was not enough information relating the effects of those factors on air flow resistance. The objectives of this study were to investigate the effect of stacking depth, stacking patterns, porosity and airflow rate on airflow resistance and to develop a statistical model to predict static pressure drop across the produce bed as a function of air flow rate, stacking depth, bed porosity, and product size. Mandarins and tomatoes were used in the experiment. The airflow rate were in the range of 0.1~1.0 ㎥/s.$m^2$, the porosity were in the range of 0.25~0.45, the depth were in the range of 0.3~0.9m and the equivalent diameters were 5.3cm and 6.3cm for mandarins, and 6.5cm and 8.5cm for tomatoes. Three methods of stacking arrangement were used i.e. cubic, square staggered, and staggered stacking arrangement. The results were summarized as follows. 1. The pressure drops across produce bed increased in proportion to stacking depth and superficial air velocity and decreased in proportion to porosity. 2. The increasing rates of pressure drop according to stacking patterns with the increase of superficial air velocity were different one another. The staggered stacking arrangement produced the highest increasing rate and the cubic stacking arrangement produced the lowest increasing rate. But it could be assumed that the stacking patterns had not influenced greatly on pressure drops if it was of equal porosity. 3. The statistical models to predict the pressure drop across produce bed as a function of superficial air velocity, stacking depth, porosity, and product diameter were developed from these experiments.
