In this paper we propose a poll system n the internet. This system expects to increase the confidence of the internet poll results by sampling theory(proportional allocation). This system provides a cross-tale and result of hypothesis test which plays an important role for decision making. These results do offer a few statistical packages(such as SAS, SPSS) in the world wide web.

Support vector machine(SVM) is a new and very promising classification and regression technique developed by Bapnik and his group at AT&T Bell laboratories. However it has failed to establish itself as common machine learning tool. This is partly due to the fact that SVM is not easy to implement and its standard implementation requires the optimization package for quadratic programming. In this paper we present simple iterative Kernl Adatron algorithm for nonparametric regression which is easy to implement and guaranteed to converge to the optimal solution and compare it with neural networks and projection pursuit regression.

허문열 박사에 의하여 분류된 EDP의 3단계에 대하여 전적으로 동감하며, 우리나라가 현재 초기단계를 벗어나 성장단계에 접어들고 있는 것도 사실이라고 하겠다. 또한 조만간 (5-6년후)에 성숙단계에 접어들기 시작하면 컴퓨터에 의하여 처리되는 통계 package의 사용이 급증하고 이를 다룰 줄 아는 통계인의 수요가 매우 크리라고 믿어진다. 통계를 다루는 학자 또는 실무자들은 사회에서 요구하는 통계서비스(statistical consulting service)를 할 수 있는 것이 바람직하고, 우리의 역할을 다 할 수 있도록 우리 스스로를 준비시켜야 할 것이다. 사회에 통계를 보급시키고 통계의 활용을 더욱 촉진시키기 위하여 다음의 몇가지를 제안하는 바이다. 이들은 또한 허문열 박사의 주제논문에서도 암시되고 있는 방향이라고도 하겠다.

Mathematical packages have the advantages of symbolic computation and powerful graphics interface in contrast with statistical packages. We can use mathematical packages as a support tool in education of mathematics for statistics.

빅데이터로 인해 통계분석에 대한 수용이 증대되면서 구조방정식모형과 같은 진보된 2세대 분석방법의 필요성이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구는 다양한 연구 분야에서 이용되는 구조방정식모형 중 부분최소제곱모형(PLS-SEM)을 적용하는데 있어 오픈 소프트웨어인 R의 활용방법에 대해서 제안하고자 한다. R은 GNU 프로젝트의 일부로서 무료이고, 빅데이터를 포함한 통계분석에 강력하면서도 유용한 도구이다. 이에 부분최소제곱모형의 대표적인 통계패키지인 SmartPLS와 본 연구가 제안하는 R을 활용하여 측정모형의 집중타당성, 판별타당성, 내적일관성을 분석하고, 구조 모형의 경로계수 및 조절효과를 분석하여 결과를 각각 비교 분석하였다. 분석결과 R은 측정모형과 구조모형에서 모두 SmartPLS와 동일한 결과를 나타내었고, 향후 상용 통계패키지를 대체할 수 있는 강력한 도구임을 확인하였다.

고준위 방사성폐기물 처분장에 대한 확률론적 위험도 평가를 위해 지금까지 많은 방법들이 제안되어 왔다. 이 계는 많은 불확실성을 갖는 입력 변수들을 갖고 있어서 이 입력변수들에 대해 계산된 위험도 역시 많은 불착실성을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 점들을 조직적으로 분석하기 위하여 여러가지 불확실도 및 민감도 분석 방법들이 개발되었고 고준위 폐기물 처분장의 위험도 평가에 적용되었다. 본 논문을 통해 개발된 통계 패키지 SPUSA는 통계적 열여유도 분석, 방사선원 불확실도 분석등 등의 분야에도 사용될 수 있다.

This study deals with the experiment of perceiving visual information according to the positions of vehicle side mirrors. In the design of vehicle, the consideration of safety is very important. Therefore we consider the positions of side mirrors to use visual information effectively which is important factor to driver. This paper presents the position of side mirror to elevate the degree of visual perception for the circumstances of danger by experiments. To exhibit the circumstances of danger. 4 LED(Light Emitted Diode) art located at each side(right. left front. hack) of vehicle. A subject pushes the LED switch to see that if he perceives the circumstance of danger. To record the circumstance of randomly generated danger, computer interface card is used to control 4 LED and swithch on IBM PC/AT Experiments are divided into 2 parts. The 1st experiment present the independence of right & left side mirror. The 2nd experiment present optimal position of right & left side mirror. The vehicle used in experiment is model EL of H Co.. Statistical process of experimental data using SPSS(Statistical Package for Social Sciences)/PC package concludes that 1) the optimal position of right side mirror is 54cm forward of exist position. 2) for the left side mirror, the position of 120cm forward of exist position shows the worst degree of perception. and the optimal position does not exist in statistical meaning.

Purpose - This research paper empirically analyzes the effect of changes in the employment environment due to the 4th industrial revolution on the turnover intention of cosmetic employers and employees and seeks the necessary measures for job instability in the industrial field. Research design, data, and methodology - A self-report questionnaire was conducted on 513 cosmetic implementers. Statistical processing of the data collected by the data analysis method was analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) WIN23.0 statistical package program through data coding and data organizing process. Results - Changes in the employment environment were found to have a significant effect on the effect of job instability (t=13.218, p<0.05). As for the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention, the higher the organizational commitment, which is a parameter, has a negative (-) effect on turnover intention, a dependent variable (p<0.05). Conclusions - Our results are based on an analysis that allows cosmetic employers and workers to explore ways to address job insecurity. Based on the analysis results, it will help the growth of the cosmetics industry by providing basic data for the identity of the cosmetics industry and the development of the cosmetics service organization.

Many IT specialists say that ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) is the best way to manage resources in enterprise effectively. Actually lots of companies are using ERP solutions in the hope of getting competitiveness and employing global standard business practice. Wishing to take advantage of ERP S/W, companies have a preference for purchasing it and outsourcing ERP project. This paper is focusing on ERP Package assessment model in business firms. This paper finds out what differences there are in purchasing ERP S/W for organization characteristics and building characteristics, and suggests some guidelines of S/W development to venders. The results would be strong implications for ERP vendors. Especially this paper identify what the reasons and the checkpoints are when firms introduce ERP S/W. To do this, this paper used empirical data obtained from companies in South Korea and analyzed it using statistical software.
