The main purpose of the study is to determine the main elements of the state management of the development of national cybersecurity. Cybersecurity ensures the protection of the properties of information resources and the operability of technical and software users and is directed against relevant cyber incidents. Therefore, today it is impossible to ignore the importance of public administration of the processes taking place in it. The methodological support of our study is determined by its goals and objectives and is based on the use of a combination of general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge, which ensured the completeness and reliability of the results obtained. The article has limitations and concerns the lack of practical implementation of the research results. The study is purely theoretical to reflect the main aspects of the modern system of state management of the development of national cybersecurity. Further research requires an analysis of the world experience of state management of the development of national cybersecurity.

본 연구는 미국 켄터키 주에 소재한 머레이 주립대(Murray State University)가 제공하고 있는 주제별 맞춤형 정보제공(Library on Blackboard) 시스템의 기능들을 중심으로 현존하는 대학도서관 서비스가 온라인상에서 어떠한 정보기술을 통해 변형되어 제공될 수 있는지를 살펴보았다. 정보기술의 발달로 인하여 미국 대학교육에서 온라인 강의와 원거리 교육의 비중이 점점 늘어나는 추세이다. LMS(Learning Management System)는 새로운 대학 환경변화의 중요한 도구이다. 대학도서관의 정보제공 기능도 대학교육 환경의 변화에 발맞추어 발전해 왔고, 이에 따라 이용자에게 효과적인 서비스를 제공하기 위한 LMS와 연계한 맞춤형 정보검색 시스템을 개발하기에 이르렀다. LMS와 연계한 도서관 서비스는 학생들의 연구형 과제해결을 위한 정보수집에 적합한 검색시스템과 유용한 정보들을 한곳에 모은 가상 분관의 기능을 제공하기에 더욱 사용되고 발전해야 한다. 이 시스템을 더욱 발전시키기 위해서는 Contents Management Systems의 사용과 과목별 접근방식으로 변환이 중요하다.

In today's society it is often required to state objectively conformity of products (including services) to specified requirements. Conformity assessment bodies (CABs). can objectively state such conformity. These CABs perform conformity assessment activities that include certification, inspection, testing and calibration. A system to accredit CABs conformity assessment services should provide confidence to the purchaser and regulator. Certification of management system is one of means of providing assurance that the organization has implemented a system for the management of the relevant aspects of its activities, in line its policy.

The main purpose of the study is to determine the main aspects of information support for anti-crisis management in the context of ensuring national security. In modern conditions, under the influence of COVID-19, it becomes important to develop a modern paradigm for the transformation of anti-crisis management, based on the determination of the laws of state development on the basis of the imperative of national interests and territorial integrity. These are, firstly, the patterns of development of the state system of public administration, secondly, the patterns of development of a complex of state interests, and thirdly, patterns of development of the modern model of the country's territorial integrity. As a result of the study, the key aspects of the anti-crisis management system were identified in the context of ensuring the security of national interests.

Modern concepts of management of construction production systems require solving the problems of harmonization of the distribution of structural elements on the way to overcoming global destabilization processes. An effective ratio of functional subsystems of production in an environment of mutual influence create sustainable opportunities for production management and contribute to the logical development of the system as a whole in achieving the main goal of harmonious management. The purpose of the study is to develop the concept of effective management of production systems in construction with the harmonious formation of organizational structures. The results of the study allowed to reveal the harmonization approach in improving the interaction of structural elements of production and accelerating their functional sensitivity to changes in the environment. Harmonious production system more effectively adapts to the diversity of interests, goals and actions at all levels of management of different subsystems in any environment.

This study developed a ILPMS (intelligent lightning protection management system) to manage and mend SPD module effectively, intelligence style bonding terminal box for transmitting SPD state data, RTU(remote terminal unit) having wireless transmission facility, so that a man in service can confirm SPD state throughout its leakage current level in a central management system.

The energy management technology for an independent fuel cell-battery hybrid system is developed for a household usage. To develop an efficient energy management technology, a simulation model is first developed. After the model is verified with experimental results, three energy management schemes are developed. Three control techniques are a fuzzy logic control (FLC), a state machine control (SMC), and a hybrid method of FLC and SMC. As the fuel cell-battery hybrid system is used for a house, battery state of charge (SOC) regulation is the most important factor for an energy management because SOC should be kept constant every day for continuous usage. Three management schemes are compared to see SOC, power split, and fuel cell power variations effects. Experimental results are also presented and the most favorable strategy is the state machine combined fuzzy control method.

In this paper, we readdress the optimization problem for minimizing the inspection cost in a back-light unit inspection system, which forms a network including a K-stage inspection system, a source inspection shop, and a re-inspection shop. In order to formulate our objective function when the system is in a steady state, assuming that the number of nonconforming items in a lot follows a binomial distribution when a lot is formed for inspection, we make a steady-state network flow analysis between shops, and derive the steady-state amount of flows between nodes and the steady-state fraction defectives by solving a nonlinear balance equation. Finally we provide some fundamental properties and an enumeration method for determining an optimal value of K which minimizes our objective function. In addition, we compare our results numerically with previous ones.

This paper proposes a frame work for embedded system management. The management system can automatically monitor and maintain the Internet connected embedded-systems such as sensor devices, set-top box, web-pad, information appliances, PDA, etc. Users can easily diagnose system state, resolve system problems, maintain and update applications, and back up user information using the management system. We implement prototype for the management system on embedded Linux system and High -available Linux system.

The Purpose of this paper contribute to design the multistate Markov process for the reliability of a system when the transition-rates of each unit depend on the current state of the system. The system transition-rate matrix has the form of the kronecker sum of transition rate matrices for the units, is analyzed and investigated. As a result, the system which has the state-dependent units is detaily analyzed and introduced by the approach of an algorithm for the system transition-rate matrix based on the kronecker algebra.
