서베이를 이용한 입찰게임에서 출발점 편의의 추정 (Estimating Method of Starting Point Bias in Bidding Game)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 서울과 그 인근 지역에서 수돗물의 질을 끌이지 않고도 마실 수 있는 수준으로 개선한다는 가정 아래 이에 대 한 지불의사액을 결정하고자 할 때 가상상황 가치평가 기법의 입찰게임에서 출발점 편의의 존재 여부를 검정하는 것이다. 모든 가상상황 가치평가 기법 가운데 입찰게임이 가장 정상가격을 얻는 데 가깝기 때문에 지불의사액(WTP)을 절정하기 위하며 3가지(저$.$$.$고)의 서로 다른 입찰값의 출발점 그룹을 사용하였다. 응답자들은 출발점에 무작위적으로 배정되었고 사전 검사된 면접설문지를 사용하였다. 출발점 편의의 증거를 밝히기 위하여 비모수적 검정과 로짓(Logit)모델을 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 높은 출발점 집단에서는 높은 지불의사액을, 낮은 집단에서는 낮은 지불의사액을 나타내었으며 이것은 출발점 편의의 존재를 확인하는 것이다. 출발점 편의의 문제는 지불카드나 입찰게임 없이 응답자에게 최대 지불의사액을 직접 질문함으로써 회피할 수 있다. 그러나 이러한 질문은 대답하기에 아주 어렵고, 무응답을 증가시키며 비현실적인 것이 될 수 있다.

한일간(韓日間) 논의 공익적(公益的) 기능별(機能別) 가치평가(價値評價) 비교분석(比較分析) (Comparative Analysis of Multi-functional Public Values of Paddy Fields in Korea and Japan)

  • Rice farming is not only the most important income resources of Korean farmers but also the roots of Korean traditional culture. Paddy fields have acted as an food supply base but also have contributed to the public multi-functions such as flood control, water conservation, controlling soil erosion, providing recreational and resting spaces, water purification, air cleaning, oxygen supply and air cooling and so on. The public multi-functions of paddy except rice production have not been evaluated before UR negotiation and starting WTO system. Under the drastic changes of rice economic settings as price decrease of rice and downward decrease of farm income, Korean and Japanese farmers might have lost their intention to grow rice in paddy fields without the direct payment system to compensate rice income decrease. To adapt the direct payment system, the total public value of multi-function of paddy should be identified in terms of money. According to the research results, the total value of multi-functional value of paddy in Korea were estimated 21,596thousand won which is higher than rice production value by 2.1 times. On the other hand the total value of Japanese paddy were amounted to 21,390 Yen which is more than that of Korea by 10times outstandingly. Likewise Japanese have evaluated the paddy field very important enterprise from the view point of food security and multi -functions of paddy to their socio-economic life and environmental sustainability in Japan.

Building Customer Loyalty In Digital Transaction Using QR Code: Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS)

  • Purpose: Increasing advancements in the technology industry are forcing people to become more accustomed to digital financial transaction activities. The need for fast and secure payment mechanisms has birthing new idea to digital financial transaction services. Along with increasing access to technology in digital payments, new service is developed in the form of digital wallets as the successor for electronic money. Research design, data and methodology: This research aims to find out whether using QR code as digital payment tool can build customer loyalty in consumers, especially to measure the factors of satisfaction, trust and commitment of customers to do payments with QR Codes. The QR code in this study is refer to the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) which was officially implemented by Bank Indonesia starting on January 1, 2020 as a means of payment for digital transactions nationally. The research method uses a quantitative approach by way of surveying questionnaires using Likert scale of 100 samples. Results: The hypothesis analysis proved that the variables of satisfaction, trust and commitment together have positive and significant influences on customer loyalty. Conclusion: This research found that there are high interest in Millennials to do transaction using QRIS because it is deemed to be more easy, quick and safe. If a customer achieves a level of loyalty in the usage of digital transaction using QRIS then cashless society lifestyle can be considered successful and can be used in the future.

농업·농촌 공익형 직불제 상호준수의무 우선순위 결정 (Priority Decision of Cross-Compliance of Public-Benefit Direct Payment for Agriculture and Rural Area)

  • 현재 정부는 공익형 직불제를 통해 농업의 공익적 기능을 제고하기 위해 노력하고 있지만, 상호준수의무 세부항목에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구는 평가기준을 이용한 정량적 연구방법인 계층화 분석법과 퍼지 다기준 의사결정법을 이용하여 공익형 직불제 상호준수의무의 우선순위를 결정하고 정책적 시사점을 도출하고자 한다. 평가기준은 정책의 효율성, 농가수용성, 실행가능성이고, 평가 대상은 기본형 상호준수의무 후보와 부가형 상호준수의무 후보이다. 조사대상은 사회과학계(16명), 자연과학계(15명), 정책 및 언론단체(13명), 농업인 단체(6명)의 전문가 50명이며, 2019년 7월부터 약 한 달간 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 평가기준의 가중치는 농가수용성, 실행가능성, 정책의 효율성 순으로 높게 나타났다. 기본형 상호준수의무의 우선순위는 PLS 기준준수, 폐비닐 및 농약병 폐기준수, 토양검정실시, 유해물질 허용 기준 준수, 교육이수 항목 등이 높게 평가되었다. 부가형 상호준수의무는 미사용지하수 관정 폐공처리, 농업부산물 공동수거 및 처리, 공동공간 관리 및 청소, 빈집 및 불량시설 정비, 휴경기 녹비작불 재배 및 토양환원 항목 등이 높은 순위로 평가되었다. 본 연구는 공익형 직불제의 개편과 함께 논의되고 있는 상호준수의무의 우선순위를 정량적인 방법으로 결정하였다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 향후 공익형 직불제의 상호준수의무 도입을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대된다.

위탁급식 전문업체 영양사의 인력관리 실태조사 (Human Resource Management on Dietitians in Contract-Managed Foodservice Companies)

  • This study was conducted to identify dietitians' position and role by assessing the present condition on management of human resources in contracted foodservice management company. Questionnaires were distributed to 79 contracted companies (eight large-size, 48 mid-size, 23 small-size companies) from March to May in 2002. Statistical analysis was performed with SPSSwin (version 8.0). The data were analyzed in group comparisons using frequencies and percentage for every item in the questionnaires, $x^2$-test, and oneway ANOVA. About eighty-five percent of contracted foodservice companies employed the new dietitians as full time employees, and seventy-five percent of them were promoted the dietitians by evaluation after a given period of time. As a starting payment for university graduates, large-size companies payed an average of 16,260,000 won/year, which was significantly higher (p<0.01) than those of mid-sized (11,320,000 won/year) and small-sized companies (11,620,000 won/year). The mean lengths of dietitians' service were 33.5 months in large-size companies, 26.5 months in mid-sized companies, 26.0 months in small-sized companies. It was less than 3 years in all companies (avg. 26.9 months). Fifty-four companies (68.4%) employed dietitians in each foodservice contract, whereas 25 companies didn't employ dietitians. The ratios of dietitians out of employees in each department of the companies were 42.6% in the department of contracted foodservice management, 19.9% in the department of menu development, 18.1% in the department of food safety, 8.7% in the department of distribution and purchase, 4.2% in the department of business, and 3.9% in the department of customer satisfaction. The dietitians' positions were directors in two companies (2.5%), general managers in two companies (2.5%), deputy managers in seven companies (8.9%), managers in twenty-nine companies (36.7%), assistant managers/chief clerks in twenty-four companies (30.4%), and chiefs in twenty-five companies (31.6%). The frequencies of training for dietitians were 6.2 times/year for the food safety training, 5.8 times/year for the cooking training, 4.8 times/year for nutrition-related training, and 4.7 times/year for service training.

Research on Construction of the Logistics Legal System in CJK FTA

  • With CJK FTA as a starting point, this paper mainly studied the role of the logistics legal system in promoting marine industrial cooperation, facilitating investment trade, establishing international transport logistics, building marine economy international cooperation demonstration zone and deepening the economic and financial cooperation between China, Japan and Korea, and explored the way to establish an integrated logistics system between China, Japan and Korea to match the e-commerce certification system, online payment system and logistics distribution, thereby gradually promoting economic development and logistics integration in Northeast Asia, improving logistics efficiency, reducing logistics costs and establishing a unified logistics industry standardization system. This will accelerate logistics industry integration in Northeast Asia, build a unified logistics management center in Northeast Asia, and promote a new model of integrated logistics cooperation in Northeast Asia. Therefore, it has a practical and reference significance. In short, the improvement for the logistics legal system in CJK FTA is not the responsibility of a country or several countries. It concerns the development and prosperity for the logistics industry in the three countries and is an inevitable choice to promote the vigorous development of CJK FTA and economic take-off of each country.

A Distributed Decision-Making Mechanism for Wireless P2P Networks

  • Trust-based solutions provide some form of payment to peers to encourage good behavior. The problem with trust management systems is that they require prior knowledge to work. In other words, peers are vulnerable to attack if they do not have knowledge or correct knowledge of other peers in a trust management system. Therefore, considering only trust is inadequate when a decision is made to identify the best set of peers to utilize. In order to solve the problem, we propose a distributed decision-making mechanism for wireless peer-to-peer (P2P) networks based on game theory and relevant trust mechanisms in which we incorporate the element of trust and risk into a single model. The main idea of our mechanism is to use utility function to express the relationship between benefits and costs of peers, and then make the decision based on expected utility as well as risk attitude in a fully distributed fashion. The unique feature of our mechanism is that it not only helps a peer to select its partners, but also mitigates vulnerabilities in trust-based mechanisms. Through analysis and experiments, we believe our approach is useful for peers to make the decision regarding who to interact with. In addition, it is also a good starting point for exploring tradeoffs among risk, trust and utility.

A Study on Innovative Design Approaches for Implementing an Intelligent ICT-Based Smart Highway

  • This research, conducted over a three-year period starting from 2020, was a collaborative project between practitioners in the field of VE design and the Korea Expressway Corporation, aimed at innovating the design VE project to construct an intelligent ICT-based smart highway and enhancing highway driving performance and customer satisfaction. The research included R&D support for payment and management systems integrated with IOT technology, the application of the developed prototype at highway sites, and analysis of user performance evaluation. Based on the Innovation Work Roadmap of the Korea Expressway Corporation, the research process involved collaboration between a public participation group and an expert group, considering the technical feasibility of data-based ICT technology through the National Idea VE Contest. The final VE design results were implemented at the Seongnam tollgate site with budget support from relevant departments, followed by a satisfaction survey. It is expected that the continuous contributions to achieving an ESG society, such as the increase in the number of customers using the tolling zone equipped with smart upgrades, along with their satisfaction rate, and the reduction in carbon emissions and total settlement time of highway users, will be sustained.

How IT Affordance Influences Engagement in Live Commerce: An Empirical Analysis Focusing on Social Cues as Moderating Effect

  • With the development of technology and media and the pursuit of non-face-to-face due to the corona pandemic, the influence of live commerce, a real-time streaming shopping channel, is growing. Starting from China, the popularity of live commerce is growing all over the world, and it has become an interesting topic among many practitioners and researchers. However, compared to its popularity, there are few studies on live commerce. Therefore, we build a theoretical model in terms of IT affordance such as visibility, guidance shopping, trading, and meta-voicing and investigate how live commerce affects engagement with customers. We empirically measure 428 individuals who have used live commerce using survey data. In addition, we conduct four types of scenario experiments on whether social cues on exposures of other consumers, influence customer engagement. Our results show that trading affordance has the most significant effect. This shows that the live commerce platform may want to devise a program that helps make payment easier for users who prefer a quick and simple process. Our study contributes to the literature by presenting the importance of IT affordance for live commerce.

건강보험 급여화 관련 치과임플란트보철물 제작실태 연구 (A Study on The Dental field of Present Health Insurance for custom-made Prosthetic implant by Dental technicians)

  • Purpose: The Purpose of this study are to describe the Dental field of present health insurance for custom-made prosthetic implant by dental technicians' work. Results: A total of 300 dental technicians working at dental laboratories in Korea were randomly selected and surveyed, 206(68.7%) of them were used for the statistical analysis. Conclusion: Average daily working time was 10 hours 66%. The average cumulative credit of the clinic for dental prosthesis fabrication rates was Less than 10 million won(21.8%), 10~80 million won(11.7%), more than one hundred million won(1.5%). Remake dental prosthesis was one more than the monthly average of 98.5%. Causes of remake dental prosthesis was dentist impression 83% but did not pay 62.5%. Dental technicians Implant production period was 7 days(48.5%), 10 days(35%) was commissioned by dentists production time is 5 days(46.1%), 7 days(36.5%). President of dental laboratories 3.86 points and dental technicians 3.06 points knew differently about starting of implant health insurance coverage(p<.001). They alike were in favor of insurance coverage for the implant. Dental technicians were lower by 2.36 points for work do you know whether your health insurance application of dental prostheses. Dental technicians are 2.16 points on whether confidence in the pores payment of insurance coverage dental prosthesis, dental laboratory president was lower by 1.85 points. They are very low with 1.97 points on whether confidence in the rate payment of health insurance coverage dental prosthesis(p<.01). The implant prosthesis abutment selected, the abutments designed, design of the implant upper prosthetic, the upper prosthetic fitting dental technicians participate of dental laboratory president showed higher score (p <.05). Conclusion: Hours of dental technicians were making this short period of remake dental prosthesis-related dental prosthesis. Dental clinic and a detailed representation of the dental prosthodontic fabrication request is required for communication between the laboratory in order to reduce the remake of a dental prosthesis, dental insurance coverage written dental prosthodontic fabrication request should be legislated.
