This study aims to suggest a containerization plan for non-standardized cargo; it also reveals the significance of containerization in facilitating freight inducement and cargo creation for increasing the competitiveness of the Gwangyang port container terminal and checking excessive competition among terminal operators. Therefore, this study suggested a containerization plan and its significance by dividing 14 items, ones with low containerization ratios or undergoing containerization, bulk, and liquid cargoes. In the case of general cargo, it will be necessary to raise the utilization rate by remodeling a general container or improving cargo loading techniques. In the case of bulk cargo, it will be necessary to exploit the benefits of containerization in preventing product deterioration due to rain, facilitating the sale of small orders, ensuring clean cargo handling, and reducing logistics cost, among others. In the case of liquid cargo, it will be necessary to order and sell liquid cargo in small quantities by using superior quality, safe, and durable Flexitank or Flexibag products, which offer transportation convenience and reduce time and costs.

Supply Chain Management(SCM) is getting important, because size of the company is getting bigger and the kinds of product are various. In the case of manufacturing corporation, for the optimization of SCM, we have to make production and distribution plan by considering the various fluctuation in the aspect of integration. In this paper, first, It proposed the reasonable operational way of the SCM about when the customer's demanding is various and demanding expectation fluctuates in capacity standardization of producer stage. Second, the paper proposed the management way for demanding by considering confirmed demanding information, related inventory expense and demanding shortage expense when we make production and distribution plan. The paper applied the genetic algorithm proved for current usefulness. it proposed the optimal operational way for SCM by dividing into 2 ways for dealing with the duration of confirmed demanding information and various fluctuation.

Objective : This research aimed to investigate and analyze the opinions of Oriental Medical Doctors (O.M.D.) on covering herbal medicines into National Health Insurance scheme. Methods : Structured questionnaires were e-mailed to the O.M.D.s listed on member's DB of the Association of Korean Oriental Medicine. Collected data were analyzed with the SPSS 12.0 program. Results : The insurance coverage for herbal decoctions was supported by 80.8% of the responders, the median reasonable price for daily herbal decoctions was \9,517, the minimum price median of daily herbal decoctions considering its costs was \8,080, and the daily technical fee median was \4,379. On health insurance coverage for herbal decoctions, O.M.D.s were specially considering the standardization of herbal medicines. Conclusion : In this study, majority of O.M.D.s assented to health insurance coverage for herbal decoctions, but considered standardization of herbal medicines and optional prescription fee. It needs to prepare plan for insurance coverage of herbal decoctions that reflect the character of oriental medicine and oriental medical institutions.

KCI Committee 107 is "Underground Structures Research Committee". The Committee 107completed the first step study on the analysis and design for underground BOX type structures by 2005. In the study, the committee attempted to the standardization of the analysis and design procedure. This is the introduction and summary of the study and the prospective plan on this subject.

In the modem society of Japan, specially before and after the World War II, one of the most important problem is socially to build housing of working classes. In those days, Ken Ichiura had been led the dwelling of modem Japanese architecture. He had worked in wide spheres of action like private residence, public housing, collective housing area and urban planning for about fifty years. But until now, because studies on public housing of Japan has been discussed only aspect of architectural design, there was almost no study about Ken Ichiura who acted in practical affairs. So this study aims to consider about the Ken Ichiura's research on dwelling and the relation with the then social circumstance. It was summarized as four details of Ken Ichiura's activities on Dwellings before the end of World War II. First, he proposed half-government-supervised system by economic reason on provision of dwellings. Second, he proposed dry construction system by material and structural reason on economic and stability supply. Third, he proposed standardization and industrialization by economic reason on industrialization form material to construction of industry. And the last, he also proposed standard plan and standard design by economical and mass production supply dwellings during the war.

Although there have been a lot of BIM R&Ds in the civil engineering and their applications to the real projects, BIM in the field is still known to be behind the other areas. One of the reasons for this should be that the civil projects is generally too public for private participants to try new technologies, but it is mainly because the projects are so huge and complex that we still have the working environment where the systematic information sharing or exchanging is not smooth enough. In this paper, we are verifying the possibility and proposing the direction of BIM information standardization technology in civil engineering based on the integrated BIM information standard framework. For this purpose, after reviewing the introduction plan for BIM information framework, we applied it to an actual civil structure for test. The implementation result proved that the framework has possibility and effectiveness for the takeoff and construction cost calculation, which confirmed the standard framework needs to be extended consistently. This study is expected to contribute to the standard system establishment and its technology propagation for BIM development in the civil engineering.

Agricultural product distribution means all economic activities ranging from farmers(agricultural products producers) to consumers. In general, as the domestic agricultural product distribution channel is complicated and many distribution agents are involved in the distribution process, it takes a lot of distribution costs and is characterized by a relatively high distribution margin. Therefore distribution agents involved in the distribution channel requires an integrated, unified information system based on an accurate and seamless information exchange and mutual information sharing to integrally manage information. In this paper, we propose a standardization plan for database structures to use and share the distribution information among distribution agents and to implement an integrated distribution information system.

Space development has been independently performed by space agencies in each country. This causes redundant development for individual function, resulting in waste of space resources. Accordingly, Interagency Operations Advisory Group (IOAG) was established for standardization with mutual agreement between international organizations, and space resources can be used efficiently between space agencies through cross-support. IOAG define Service Catalog#1, #2, and #3, according to the network layer. In this technical paper, the background and main contents of the IOAG Service Catalog, and the application plan for domestic space development will be discussed.

In the smart industry where data plays an important role, cloud computing is being used in a complex and advanced way as a convergence technology because it has and fits well with its strengths. Accordingly, in order to utilize artificial intelligence rather than human beings for quality management of cloud computing services, a consistent standardization method of data collected from various nodes in various areas is required. Therefore, this study analyzed technologies and cases for incorporating artificial intelligence into specific services through previous studies, suggested a plan to use artificial intelligence to comprehensively standardize data in quality management of cloud computing services, and then verified it through case studies. It can also be applied to the artificial intelligence learning model that analyzes the risks arising from the data formalization method presented in this study and predicts the quality risks that are likely to occur. However, there is also a limitation that separate policy development for service quality management needs to be supplemented.

Recently, the rapid development of drones is increasing as a variety of threats to important facilities of the country. In order to build an anti-drone system that responds to drones with high technical characteristics, standardization is required in terms of operation, system, and technology. By applying the defense architecture framework, it contributes to the establishment of the optimal system by proposing a standardization plan for the operational and system perspectives of the anti-drone system by creating outputs equivalent to the stage of prior research on weapons systems. It is a prerequisite for building a drone system the operational concept of the anti-drone system, the definition of the drone threat, the function of each component, the interface, the definition of data flow, the system performance and effect scale, etc. Management, security officers, and equipment manufacturers of important national and public facilities on site expect that it will be used as an objective standard at the government level for the component technology of the equipment to respond to the drone threat and the performance required in the environment.
