This study was aimed to determine the effect of basal application of Effective Microorganisms (EM) on the grow and yield of cucumber. For treatments, the EM was applied to soil with fertilizer composed with $N-P_2O_5-K_2O$-manure (24.0-16.4-23.8-2,000kg) in the 1.0 strength (defined as EM+1S), 2/3 strength (defined as EM+2/3S), 1/2 strength (defined as EM+1/2S), without fertilizer (defined as EM), or only fertilizer in the 1.0 strength (defined as 1S). In result, there was no significant differences of organic substance content and pH with the EM treatment. While the EC (Electric conductivity) concentration was decreased, plant-available P (phosphorus) was markedly increased. Chlorophyll content was highest in the treatment of EM+standard application rate for both semi-forcing and retarding culture. In contrast, no significant difference was found in plant height and internode length under the fertilizer treatment. Weekly harvested number of cucumber was highest at the treatment of EM+standard application for the semi-forcing culture, while it was 3.6 at the EM+1/2 application for the retarding culture. Weekly yield was greatest at the EM+standard application treatment and decreased with the decrease of fertilizer application rate. In addition, weekly yield was significantly reduced in the treatment of EM. There was no significant difference in yields by production time with the fertilizer applications?. Yield was increased with temperature for the semi-forcing culture, while consistent pattern was maintained for the retarding culture.

The study suggests a contract model of application operation through case study of A bank's IT outsourcing application contract based on workload. The IT outsourcing order form has a problem in that the scope of work is ambiguous due to the integration of operation and maintenance. In this study, application operation and maintenance were separated by referring to application operation history provided in ISO/IEC15504-5 standard. The scope of the IT outsourcing service was clarified by organizing the definition and detail activities of the application operation business. Application operation contract method has generally applied estimation method by the number of input manpower and period by agreement between buyer and client. As there is no activity to calculate the number of input manpower based on the operational work history and based on the standard workload per activity. In this case is not guaranteed due to the simple agreement between the contractors. In this paper, we propose an application operating cost estimation model that measures the size of the operating software using function point analysis that is the basis of application operation tasks. In order to verify the validity of the application operation cost model, we verified the correlation between the application size and the labor cost through regression analysis using SPSS.

목적: 섬광 근접측정법은 항원 항체 반응 후 결합 분획과 유리분획을 분리하는 과정이 필요없다. 이러한 원리를 검체 내 hCG와 항 ${\alpha}$ hCG 항체간의 항원 항체 반응에 적용하고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 항 ${\alpha}$ hCG 항체를 biotin과 결합시켜 SPA bead에 부착된 streptavidin과 부착 가능하게 만들었다. 이 측정법은 항 ${\alpha}$ hCG 항체가 부착된 SPA beads에 대해 혈청내 hCG와 표지항원인 $[^{125}I]hCG$간의 경쟁 반응을 기본 원리로 이용하였다. Biotin 표지 항 ${\alpha}$ hCG 항체를 $[^{125}I]hCG\;100{\mu}{\ell}$와 표준용액이나 환자 혈청 $200{\mu}{\ell}$이 들어있는 실온에서 20분 방치하였다. 그리고 streptavidin이 붙은 SPA beads $20{\mu}{\ell}$를 바이알에 넣고 10분 더 방치한다. 환자 혈청의 수치를 표준 응답곡선을 통해 계산하였다. 결과: SPA측정법에 사용되는 방사성 핵종의 방사능 양에 따라 반응용액 속에서 SPA bead와 자유 방사성 핵종에 의한 배후 방사능이 측정값에 영향이 없음을 확인하였다. SPA 방법을 응용한 측정에서 적합한 표준 응답곡선을 얻었고, 실제 환자혈청에서의 hCG 농도를 결정할 수 있었다. 결론: 이 실험을 통해 SPA 방법을 이용한 측정법이 임상진단에 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.

BACKGROUND: Nitrogen (N) is an important element for turfgrass (Zoysia matrella) growth; however, standard N application rate for turfgrass is not established yet. This study was conducted to evaluate the effect of N application rates on the growth and quality of turfgrass for establishment of standard N application rate. METHODS AND RESULTS: Treatments were as follows; control (0 N g/m²/month), 1N (1 N g/m²/month), 2N(2 N g/m²/month), 3N (3 N g/m²/month), 4N (4 N g/m²/month), and 5N (5 N g/m²/month). N application improved visual turfgrass quality. Compared with the control, clipping yield of all N treatments increased by 90~194%. The grass shoot weight of 3N, 4N, and 5N treatments increased by 52%, 43%, and 111%, respectively, and the stolon weight of 4N and 5N treatments increased by 412% and 201%, respectively, compared to the control. The N uptake amount and N recovery rate were estimated to be 4.10~6.28 g/m² and 14~58%, respectively. CONCLUSION(S): These results indicate that considering visual quality, clipping yield, N uptake amount, and N recovery, the application rate of 2~3 N g/m²/month was suggested to be suitable for Z. matrella production.

This thesis is to research for analysis of ISO 9000 Quality Management System application status of small & medium-sized Industrial Companies. For this research, 10 companies certified by ISO 9000 standard were selected. By using an evaluation method and a software for analysis of application, this thesis compared, analyzed and evaluated the application status before and after certificate of ISO 9000, and identified the performance and difficulty of QMS application, and then proposed improvement methodology for ISO 9000 effective application.

In the stacking and pitching items of the stone masonry and demolition process presented by 2018's standard of estimate, 7 estimating standards are presented according to the depth of masonry stone, and it is presented that the quantity per unit increases as the depth of masonry stone grows. As a result of analyzing the application status in the site, it is shown that 2 or 3 stones are mainly used according to the stone sizes regardless of the depth of masonry stone, and that as the size of the stone becomes larger, the quantity per unit decreases due to the size per square meter(㎡). Also, in most of sites, machine construction is mainly carried out by excavators with clampers attached to them. Therefore, in the 2019's application standard of estimate, it is analyzed that the size is simplified down to 3 sizes reflecting the site application status and that it is revised as a standard reflecting the result that as the stone size becomes bigger, the productivity increases.

상대 무게 지수(Relative weight index, W_r)는 어류의 표준 무게와 실측 무게의 비율을 산출하는 지수로써 영양상태를 평가하는데 활용된다. 본 연구의 목적은 상대 무게 지수 활용을 위해 국내 담수어류 10종의 표준 무게 산출을 위한 길이-무게 상관관계(표준 LWRs)를 산출하는 것과, 상대 무게 지수 산출 결과에 대한 빈도 분포를 분석하는 것이다. 총 141개 조사 지점에서 798회 어류 채집을 통해 확보한 어류의 길이-무게 데이터를 활용하여 LWRs를 산출하였다. LWRs는 매개변수 a와 b값을 95% 신뢰한계(confidence limits)와 함께 제시하였으며, 모든 종에서 결정계수(r²)는 0.9 이상으로 산출되었고, b값은 Froese (2006)의 예상 범위에 포함되었다. 상대 무게 지수 산출 결과에 대한 빈도 분포 분석은 각 종별로 10~90 백분위수를 10 단위로 산출하여 제시하였으며, 이는 상대 무게 지수를 활용하여 어류의 영양상태를 정량적으로 평가하기 위한 기준으로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

International standard specification, H.264/SVC improved from H.264/AVC, is set up so as to promote free use of huge multimedia data in various channel environments.;H.264/AVC is a international standard speicification for video compression, adopted and commercialized as standard for DMB broadcasting by JVT of ISO/IEC MPEG and ITU-T VCEG. SVC standard uses 'intra/inter prediction' in AVC as well as 'inter-layer intra prediction', 'inter-layer motion prediction' and 'inter-layer residual prediction' to improve efficiency of encoding. Among prediction technologies, 'inter-layer intra prediction' is to use co-located block of up sampled sublevels as a prediction signal. At this time, application of interpolation is one of the most important factors to determine encoding efficiency. SVC's currently using poly-phase FIR filter of 4-tap and 2-tap respectively to luma components. This paper is written for the purpose of analyzing encoding performance according to the interpolation. For this purpose, we applied poly-phase FIR filter of '2-tap', '4-tap' and '6-tap' respectively to luma components and then measured bit-rate, PNSR and running time of interpolation filter. We're expecting that the analysis results of this paper will be utilized for effective application of interpolation filter. SVC standard uses 'intra/inter prediction' in AVC as well as 'inter-layer intra prediction', 'inter-layer motion prediction' and 'inter-layer residual prediction' to improve efficiency of encoding.

이 연구에서는 우리나라의 모바일 앱 접근성 KS, 미국의 재활법 508조 개정 표준 및 유럽의 BBC 지침을 기준으로 개방형 플랫폼인 안드로이드 모바일 뱅킹 앱의 접근성을 분석하였다. 실험 결과, 우리나라 8개 시중은행의 모바일 뱅킹 앱 중 상기 3가지 표준의 세부 항목을 모두 만족하는 앱은 한 곳도 없었다. 대표적인 위반 항목은 대체 텍스트 미비, 키보드 초점 위반, 컨트롤 크기 및 간격 미준수, 명도대비 비율 낮음 등이었다. 이들 위반사례는 시각장애인, 상지장애인 및 저시력인과 고령자의 접근을 불가능하게 만든다는 점에서 치명적인 오류이다. 모바일 뱅킹 앱이 접근성을 준수하지 않는 원인에 있어서는 모바일 앱 개발자와 제공자들의 접근성에 관한 인식이 낮고 접근성 구현 방법을 제대로 숙지하지 못한 것으로 분석되었다. 우리나라의 모바일 앱 접근성 지침을 재활법 508조 개정 표준 및 BBC 표준과 비교한 결과, 많은 항목이 누락되어 있었다. 또한 평가 기준이 모호하고 추상적이어서 개발자들이 구체적으로 참고하기 어려운 측면이 있는 것으로 판단되었다. 따라서 모바일 앱 접근성 향상을 위한 개발자 및 정부의 노력과 더불어 표준의 보완이 필요하다.
