This study is the purpose to analyze the satisfaction of training course for the village lifelong education leader who will act as the village lifelong education leaders in the future. The data were collected from 197 the participants who have learned the training course for village lifelong education leaders among 7 local governments. The collected questionnaires were statistically treated by using SPSS (Version 17.0) program and frequency, T-test, and ANOVA. The major findings of this study were as follow; 1) the satisfaction of women's learners to the training course of village lifelong education leaders is high. 2) the satisfaction of low ages to training course for village lifelong education leaders is high. 3) the satisfaction of high educational background learners to training course for village lifelong education leaders is high. 4) the satisfaction of high income background learners to training course for village lifelong education leaders is high. 5) the satisfaction of much learning experience learners to lifelong education is high. 6) the highest among the satisfaction level of the program participants for village lifelong education is the staff service of lifelong education organization.

This research proposed management plan of internal lecturer who is in charge of job training of researchers working in administrative, researching and developing institutes or public institutions related to information security. The education and training department of the government or public institutions selects and manages lecturers in member of the staff. We applied to the management plan of internal lecturers who are in charge of information security job training by analyzing the way in which internal lecturers are operated by public organizations or corporations. We propose the management plan of internal lecturer according to the position, because the institute of information security is applying the researcher 's position(rank) system. By the proposed circulation management plan by the position, the internal lecturer position is determined according to the position of the employees to be trained and the internal lecturer is selected and operated only at the same position. The proposed management plan includes internal lecturer selection, responsibilities and duties, education, evaluation, and training support.

In the knowledge development of online assessment in learning management systems (LMSs), many assessments are evaluated weekly in the summer training course for undergraduate students in the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology at King Abdul-Aziz University in Saudi Arabia. The number of performance assessments in the summer training course reaches 15 weeks. Many of them, however, are sent or done informally or through unreliable ways and cannot be verified by third parties. Therefore, applying the concept of digital transformation is essential. This research study reported herein used the action design research (ADR) method to build a new information technology system that could assist in the digital transformation. An electronic platform was designed, developed, implemented, and evaluated using the ADR method so that the main people involved in the summer training process (i.e., students, academic supervisors, and administrators) would have a high level of satisfaction with it. The study was conducted on 452 students, 105 academic supervisors, and 15 administrative staff and was conducted during the summer semester of 2020. All the training processes were digitally transformed and automated to control and raise the level and reliability of the training. All involved people were satisfied, thus, shifting the process to be in a digital form assist in achieving the high-level goal.
Purpose: Fire-fighting organizations are the very first agencies that take actions at a disaster scene, and emergency rescue training is carried out for prompt and systematic response. However, there is a need for a change due to the limitations in emergency rescue trainings such as perfunctory trainings or trainings without considering regional or environmental characteristics. Method: This study is to conduct theoretical review with regard to emergency rescue training and present a measure to improve the emergency rescue training through attitude survey targeting fire-fighting organizations in Gangwon area. Result: Facilities that cause difficulties when doing emergency rescue activity were mostly hazardous material storage and processing facilities. In terms of the level of emergency rescue and response task, most respondents answered that the emergency rescue was insufficient. The respondents answered that the effectiveness of emergency rescue training was helpful, but some responses showed that the training was not helpful because of scenario-based training, seeming training, similar training carried out every year, unrealistic training, and lack of competent authorities' interest and perfunctory participations. Most respondents answered for the appropriateness of emergency rescue training and evaluation that they were satisfied, however, they were not satisfied with the evaluation methods irrelevant to the type of training, evaluation methods requiring unnecessary training scale, and evaluation methods leading perfunctory participations of competent authorities. Lastly, respondents mostly answered that training reflecting various damage situations are necessary regarding the demand on the improvement of emergency rescue training. Conclusion: The improvement measures for emergency rescue training are as follows. First, it is necessary to set and prepare various training contents in accordance with regional characteristics by reviewing major disasters occurred in the region. Second, it is necessary to revise the emergency rescue training guidelines and manuals for appropriate training plan for each fire station, provide education and training for working-level staff members, and establish training in a way that types, tactics, and strategies of emergency rescue training could be utilized practically. Third, it is necessary to prepare a scheme that can lead participation and provide incentive or penalty from the planning stage of training in order to increase the participation of supporting and competent authorities when an actual disaster occurs. Fourth, it is necessary to establish support arrangements and cooperative systems by authority through training by fire stations or zones in preparation for disaster situations that may occur simultaneously. Fifth, it is necessary to put emphasis on the training process rather than the result for emergency rescue training and evaluation, pay attention to the identification of supplement points for each disaster situation and make improvements. Especially, type or form of training should be considered rather than evaluating the execution status of detailed processes, and the evaluation measure that can consider the completeness (proficiency) of training and the status of role performance rather than the scale of training should be prepared. Sixth, type and method of training should be improved in accordance with the characteristics of each fire station by identifying the demand of working-level staff members for an efficient emergency rescue training.
The purpose of this paper was to examine the management of Environmentally Friendly Planning Features(EFPF) in condominium with Green Building Certification(GBC). A questionnaire survey was conducted among management office staff and residents on six housing estates in Seoul. The data from 200 respondents were analysed using descriptive statistics and t-tests. The main findings were as followings : 1) Most of the staffs considered that garbage collection and recycling, and green spaces were well-managed. 2) The residents indicated that garbage collection and recycling, and green spaces were properly handled, but they failed to recognize these as EFPF. 3) Residency duration was unrelated to the residents' perceptions of the EFPF and their management. In conclusion, neither the residents nor the staff were aware of the GBC system or that their housing estates were built using EFPF. To remedy this, it can be assumed the residents' lack of appreciation of the EFPF can be resolved if they participate in the management of these features. So the residents will need education, and the management staff will require professional training.

The importance of accurate dose delivery in radiotherapy is well documented. Studies have shown that a mere 5% deviation of the prescribed dose can produce an undesirable treatment outcome. Uncertainties in the dose delivery can arise at different stages of the radiotherapy process. Therefore, a good quality assurance programme will ensure the best possible results and consistency of the radiotherapeutic treatment. Quality assurance in any radiotherapy department involves the responsibility of a multi-disciplinary team of radiation oncologists, medical physicists and radiation technologists. This paper will focus on the physical and technical aspects of QA. The organizational structure and responsibility of the physics QA team is outlined and also included the types and frequencies of QA checks. For a QA program to be effective, action levels should be clearly defined and understood by all staff concerned. Data of the Singapore National Cancer Centre's participation over the last ten years with the IAEA / WHO Postal TLD Dose Inter-comparison programme is presented. The data obtained were within the international criteria. For a QA program to be successfully implemented, there must be a commitment by management to provide adequate staff, test equipment, machine time as well as continual training and education. This is in addition to the positive attitudes of all the staff. A quality audit is also necessary to serve as a check and balance to ensure that the QA is in order.

This paper discussed motivation, some theories of motivation and motivation of library personnel. The most important aspect of any organization is its workforce. Motivation arouses, energizes, influences and sustains behaviour and performance of employees. Motivating factors include extrinsic factors which pertain to the conditions under which a job is performed and intrinsic motivators which contribute to job satisfaction and subsequently increase productivity. Two levels of motivation were identified in the library: the need-factor motivation and the profession-related motivation. Need-factor motivation is well-pronounced in the lower cadre of library staff such as library assistants, clerical staff, and porters who set their priority on economic needs. The profession-related motivation occurs among professionally trained librarians whose motivation hinges self-fulfillment derived from professional growth and development. Other motivating factor in the library is job design which includes job rotation, job enlargement, and job enrichment. Job design specifies the contents or methods of any job in such a way that various requirements of a job can be effectively satisfied. Adequate motivation of library employees lies with the managers because they generally control work distribution, freedom and autonomy, work challenge Remove, staff development and training, and advancement opportunities. The managers are urged to create enabling environment to ensure improved commitment, satisfaction, and productivity of employees in the library.
The purpose of this study was to identify calls, roles and attitudes of the Christian medical staff in a modern medical system for holistic healing through belief in God's healing methods and God's view about medical treatment. The meaning of healing in the Bible is derived from Rapha in the Old Testament, it's meaning is 'heal wound', 'restore to original condition', 'repair', 'console' and 'be heal'. In the New Testament, the meaning of healing is 'to serve' and 'be in one's service' derived from Therapuein and preserve', 'rescue', 'save a life from death' derived from Sozo. The term of soteriology originated from Sozo. Therefore the meaning of the healing in the Bible is restoring original completeness to the same as Cod's characteristics. The meaning of disease is physical, psychological, social and spiritual imbalance or disharmonious. Disease is usually depravity from moral life to immoral life and abnormal life process with accompaning specific symptoms. Medical staff were called to God's work. recognized God's will for them, and absolutely leaned on God's power to intervene and work above spatial-temporal transcendently. They use spiritual power with medical treatment skills, help sick people to possibly have dynamic and individual relation with God and help to maintain their well-being and complete healing. Attitudes of medical staff were compassion and love, virtue of modesty, strong and daring, patience with belief, healing with God's word, using spiritual insight, play. using medical knowledge and techniques, continuing spiritual training, laying on of hands and repentance.

Improving the quality of teaching staff in universities is an important goal of most universities. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the factors affecting the quality improvement of lecturers at universities. There are many factors affecting the improvement of this quality of human resources. This article uses the survey method to assess the factors affecting the improvement of the quality of lecturers in education and training institutions of the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam. Currently, the Ministry of Transport of Vietnam has 4 educational institutions. The research team has assessed the impact factors at these 4 facilities. The research team conducted a survey for faculty members of the Ministry of Transport. The result was 446 votes. The authors have performed factor evaluation by multivariate regression model. The influencing factors include Professional competence, the virtue of teaching staff, scientific research capacity, participating in building a democratic educational environment, Professional support policy, Instructor's income, and Information technology support. Research results show that most of the factors have a positive impact on improving the quality of lecturers. Based on the survey results, the authors also make policy suggestions to further improve the quality of teaching staff of the schools in the coming time.

With the aim of examining the effects of implementing international financial reporting standards (IFRS) on teaching accounting and auditing at universities and colleges in Vietnam, a case study was conducted at 30 universities, colleges, and 208 lecturers in Vietnam. Next, the study employed the structural model analysis method by PLS_SEM software to process and analyze the collected data. The research results show that: (1) There are eight factors that affect how IFRS is applied to teaching, including the training program, (ii) teaching staff, (iii) IFRS application regulations, (iv) related party requirements, (v) faculty/school administrators, (vi) teaching aids, (vii) IFRS teaching methods, and (iii) students; (2) there are three factors that affect the quality of teaching staff, including applying IFRS to teaching at the university and colleges, (ii) Regulations on the application of IFRS, (iii) Requirements from related parties. At the same time, the study also shows that, regarding the indirect relationships, applying IFRS to teaching does not play an intermediary role in these relationships. However, at the 10% significance level, it was found that there is an indirect relationship between regulations on the application of IFRS by the Ministry of Finance and the quality of teaching staff through the variable applying IFRS to teaching.
