The traditional feature extraction algorithms for recognition of communication signals can hardly realize the balance between computational complexity and signals' interclass gathered degrees. They can hardly achieve high recognition rate at low SNR conditions. To solve this problem, a novel feature extraction algorithm based on Holder coefficient was proposed, which has the advantages of low computational complexity and good interclass gathered degree even at low SNR conditions. In this research, the selection methods of parameters and distribution properties of the extracted features regarding Holder coefficient theory were firstly explored, and then interval gray relation algorithm with improved adaptive weight was adopted to verify the effectiveness of the extracted features. Compared with traditional algorithms, the proposed algorithm can more accurately recognize signals at low SNR conditions. Simulation results show that Holder coefficient based features are stable and have good interclass gathered degree, and interval gray relation classifier with adaptive weight can achieve the recognition rate up to 87% even at the SNR of -5dB.

Carbon/Carbon composite was been manufactured by the technology of warmer-molding process of clutter chopped carbon fiber, using phenolic resin as an adhesive. The degree of graphitization, the microstructure and the friction properties were studied. The results show that the clutter chopped carbon fiber fully scatter in the Carbon/Carbon composite and the degree of graphitization of phenolic resin can reach up to 86.2%, this matrix carbon can form the continuous and stable graphitic thin film on the friction surface during braking process so that the composite has fine friction properties and low wear rate.

In the biological immunity, the immune system of organisms regulates the antibody and T-cells to protect the attack from the foreign materials which are virus, germ cell, and other antigens, and supports their stable state. It has similar characteristics that has the adaptation and robustness to overcome disturbances and to control the plant of engineering application. In this paper, we build a model of the T-cell regulated immune response mechanism. We have also designed an immune response controller(IRC) focusing on the T-cell regulated immune response of the biological immune system that include both a help part to control the response and a suppress part to adjust system stabilization effect. We show some computer simulation to control the vibration of building structure system with strong wind forces excitation also demonstrate the efficiency of the proposed controller for applying a practical system even with existing nonlinear terms.

This paper examines market concentration and its effect on competition in the Chinese commercial banking market. This study also investigates how changes in competition have affected the financial stability of Chinese commercial banks. To test the competitive conditions, we obtained the H statistic of the Panzar-Rosse model from a revenue function equation. The degree of financial stability is estimated by the Z-score formula. The Chinese banking industry has become an increasingly less concentrated market with an increased number of banks. Along with a decreased market concentration, competition in the Chinese banking industry has improved moderately. However, its market structure is still far from a competitive market. An individual bank's ability to earn higher markup or charge a higher net interest margin contributes to its financial soundness, although a higher degree of market concentration may have negative effect on the financial stability of the entire banking system.

The robust output tracking control problem of general nonlinear MIMO systems is discussed. The robustness against parameter uncertainties is considered. In this paper, we proposed the robust output tracking control scheme for a class of MIMO nonlinear dynamical systems using output feedback linearization method. The presented control scheme is based on the VSS. We assume that the nonlinear dynamical system is minimum phase, the relative degree of the system is r$_{1}$＋r$_{2}$＋…r$_{m}$$\leq$ n and zero dynamics is stable. It is shown that the outputs of the closed-loop system asymptotically track given output trajectories despite the uncertainties while maintaining the boundedness of all signals inside the loop. And we verified that the proposed control scheme is then applied to the control of a two degree of freedom (DOF) robotic manipulator with payload.d.

Off-vertical axis rotator was developed to differentiate each function of the canal and otolith in the vestibular system and evaluate subjective symptoms during postural change. Eye movement induced by various types of rotation was measured in normal subjects. Nystagmus with fast component corresponding to direction of rotation was occurred by sinusoidal earth vertical axis rotation, and the gain of eye movement in vestibuloocular reflex (VOR) was lower than in visual vestibuloocular reflex (VVOR) and higher than in visual fixed vestibuloocular reflex (VFX). Degree of dizziness was proportioned to degree of gain. off-vertical axis rotation was produced severe dizziness than earth vertical axis rotation. These results suggest stimulation of the otolith should be minimized to make a stable and pleasant condition in work and travel.

This paper gives a convenient parameterization for the clas of all stabilizing controllers in the presence of plant perturbation. The perturbations are constrained in such class as plants are stabilizable by a nominal controller. By using the controller stabilizing a given plant with perturbation, we can obtain a parametrization of all stable closed-loop transfer functions, which are affine in the free parameter of the controller. It is easy to extend the controller to the case of a two-degree-of-freedom controller.

New scouring agent which was stable up to 50% NaOH 350g/l has been developed for simultaneous CPB/silket treatment of N/C union fabric. The physical and dyeing properties of N/C union fabric treated with new scouring agent were measured. Fabric scoured and Mercerized by one bath CPB/silket process showed almost the same degree of Mercerization and K/S value with two bath process.

This paper is concerned with formulations of the hierarchical $C^{o}$-plate element on the basis of Reissner-Mindlin plate theory. On reason for the development of the aforementioned element is that it is still difficult to construct elements based on h-version concepts which are accurate and stable against the shear locking effects. An adaptive mesh refinement and selective p-distribution of the polynomial degree using hp-version of the finite element method we proposed to verify the superior convergence and algorithmic efficiency with the help of the clamped L-shaped plate problems.s.

It has been proved by the study on nanofiltration with PVA dense membranes in our laboratory that the PVA is good material for the formation of chemically stable nanofiltration (NF) membranes. However, the PVA NF composite membranes prepared so far have rarely shown flux and rejection high enough for the commerciallyzation. The reasons for them would be the relatively thick thickness and improper crosslinking degree of the PVA active layers of the composite membranes. In this study, PVA composite membranes with improved nanofiltration properties have been prepared and characterized in terms of the morphology and permeation properties.
