실물 재하실험에 의한 뿜칠 방수 멤브레인이 타설된 세그먼트 라이닝의 역학적 성능 평가 (Evaluation of Mechanical Performance of a Segment Lining coated by a Sprayed Waterproofing Membrane by a Full-scale Loading Test)

  • 뿜칠 방수 멤브레인이 가진 높은 부착력과 연성 특성으로 인해 터널 구조물의 보수 보강 목적으로 멤브레인을 적용하는 방안이 고려되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 인장강도와 부착강도가 향상된 분말 1성분 멤브레인 시제품을 제작하였고, 이를 실물 세그먼트의 내측에 타설하여 실물 실험체를 제작하고 실물 재하실험을 통해 멤브레인의 보강효과를 파악하고자 하였다. 실험결과, 멤브레인의 코팅으로 인해 세그먼트의 균열 발생이 지연되어 세그먼트의 초기 균열발생하중이 평균적으로 약 34% 증가하였다. 반면, 멤브레인 코팅에 의한 파괴하중의 증가율은 상대적으로 크지 않았다. 단, 멤브레인의 코팅으로 인해 파괴 하중 이후에 변형률 연화 현상이 관찰되어, 멤브레인으로 라이닝 내측을 코팅하게 될 경우에는 라이닝의 취성 파괴를 방지하는데 효과가 있을 것으로 추정된다.

  • Dental implants have been widely used in the treatment of esthetic and functional problems of the mouth due to alveolar bone loss, after tooth extraction. The success of implantation strongly depends on osseointegration. For osseointegration, implant material, methodology, and design have been investigated. For materials, two popular materials at present are titanium and hydroxyapatite. For methods, immediate implantation is being used recently. The purpose of this study is to evaluate osseointegration between the unthreaded cylindrical TPS implant and the HA-coated implant by a histomorphometric analysis. For this analysis, experimental periodontits was induced on the 3, 4 premolars of adult dogs by the ligation of orthodontic threads. Thereafter, each tooth was extracted. TPS. Implants and HA-coated implants were immediately inserted in the extraction socket. In control group, TPS implants were immediately inserted, and In experimental group, HA implants were immediately inserted. The dogs were sacrificed after 12 weeks, then the specimens were prepared for LM and histomorphometric analysis. The conclusion of this study is as follows l. In both control and experimental group, no inflammatory cells were observed. 2. The results of the histomorphometric analysis showed that the total osseointegration was 48.5% in control group, and 68.8% in expermental group. The experimental group was higher than the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant (p<0.05). 3. The results of the histomorphometric analysis showed that the osseointegration in the hole was 40.6% in control group, and 70.2% in experimental group. The experimental group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). In both control and experinental group, no inflammatory cells were observed. 4. The results of the histomorphometric analysis showed that the osseointegration in the lower part was 52.1% in control group, and 73.3% in experimental group. The experimental group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05). 5. In experimental group, the bone to HA interface seemed to be mixed of bone and HA. We could not distinguish HA from the bone. The HA coating was detached from the titanium surface.

조경수목의 제설제 피해저감을 위한 엽면코팅제 처리효과 분석 - 엽록소 형광분석법을 중심으로 - (Evaluation of the Coating Liquid Sprayed on Landscape Plants to Prevent De-icing Stresses - Focus on Chlorophyll Fluorescence Analysis -)

  • This study examined the de-icing agents' stresses on Pinus strobus and Pinus thunbergii by chlorophyll fluorescence analysis. The assumption of this study was that photosynthetic efficiency was changed by de-icing agents applied onto highways in winter by altering the concentration of the de-icier, types of de-icer and leaf surface coating liquid application. The practical purpose of this study was to investigate the de-icing gents stresses on Pinus strobus by the highway area where de-icing agents were used frequently and to discover out minimizing stratages to prevent further damages. or this simulation study, a sample plot was established in Bogae-myeon, Anseong, Gyeonggi-do and Pinus strobus and Pinus thunbergii were planted for the examination in April, 2005. Five types of de-icing agents - NaCl, $CaCl_2$, T product(NS40:low cWoride de-icer type), NaCl+$CaCl_2$ and T product+$CaCl_2$ - were selected and the their concentration was altered to 0%, 5%, and 9%. Five types of de-icing agents were applied to both trees treated by a leaf surface coating liquid and trees not treated by leaf surface coating liquid. For the fluorescence analysis, the leaf surface coating liquid, which was diluted by 10 times, was sprkinkled onto the two tree species three days prior to gathering samples. Sample leaves from the two tree species were gathered at 10 o'clock in the morning of mid-August, 2006 and brought to the laboratory within three hours to be dipped in different concentrations (0%, 5%, or 9%) of the five de-icing agents for two minutes. Then the eaves were placed on the filter paper dipped in each solution on a petri dish, sealed with polyethylene film and kept in a growth chamber at $22^{\circ}C$ for 72 hours. Out of the growth chamber, the leaves were treated with a chorophyll fluorescence reaction analyzer for 30 minutes to measure the initial light acceptance rate(Fo), maximum light acceptance ate(Fv/Fm), light acceptance usage(F' q/F' m) and optical electron delivery coefficient(qP). As a result, Pinus strobus' initial light acceptance rate(Fo) decreased as T product and NaCl increased in concentration, and $Cal_2$ did not reduce much with the eaf surface coating liquid application. Maximum light acceptance rate(Fv/Fm) and light acceptance usage(F' q/F' m) decreased sharply as T product and NaCl increased in concentration and NaCl+$CaCl_2$ and T product+$CaCl_2$ did not reduce much with leaf surface coating liquid application. Optical electrons delivery coefficient (qP) decreased as T product increased in concentration on trees without the leaf surface coating liquid application and all other de-icing agents did not show much reduction. As for Pinus thunbergii, the initial light acceptance rate(Fo) decreased as T product increased in concentration, but the maximum light acceptance rate(Fv/Fm) was not reduced much by changes in concentration. light acceptance usage(F' q/F' m) decreased as NaCl increased in concentration and optical electron delivery coefficient(qP) decreased as NaCl increased in concentration in both with and without leaf surface coating liquid application. In conclusion, it was possible to plant Pinus strobus if spraying leaf surface coating liquid or cleaning deicing salt to prevent the damage caused by deicing agents was more economical than replacing the trees. If not, it was better to plant Pinus thunbergii. Another way to decrease the deicing gents stresses of landscape plants would be planting the trees further away from the roads even though it might take longer period to display its planting functions.

하중재하 영향에 의한 합성보의 화재거동에 관한 연구 (Study on the Fire Behaviour of Composite Beam with Loading and Unloading)

  • 본 연구는 질석계 내화피복재를 뿜칠한 단순지지 TSC 합성보에 대해 하중 재하의 영향과 합성보의 형상, 웨브에 설치한 메탈라스의 영향 등을 변수로 내화성능 평가를 하였다. 내화피복재는 3시간 내화성능의 요구치가 40mm 이나 25mm만 뿜칠 후 내화실험을 실시하였다. 또한 강재 표면이 부착강도에 미치는 영향도 확인하였다. 실험결과 TSC 합성보에 25mm의 내화피복재를 뿜칠한 경우 재하와 비재하시험 모두 3시간의 내화성능을 확보하는 것으로 나타났다. 재하와 비재하에 대한 내화성능 기준으로 온도를 비교하면, 평균온도는 $250^{\circ}C$ 이하, 최고온도는 $310^{\circ}C$ 이하가 되었다. 또한 보의 형상 및 메탈라스의 부착 유소(昭)' 등에 의한 온도의 영향은 없었다.

  • The Thermal Barrier Coation(TBC) to improve the that barrier and wear resistant propenrty in high temperature ofthe aircraftength between the accumlation of the aircraft engine and the automobile engine has usually the two layer structure. One is a creamic top layer for heat insulation and the other is a metal bond layer to facilitate the bond strength between the top ceramic layer and the substrate. But, the coated layers should be peeled off because of the accumulation of the thermal stress by the differance of the thermal expantion coefficient between metal and ceramics in a hrat cyclic environment. In this study, the intermediate layer by plasm spray process was introduced to reduce the thermal stress. The powders of plasm spray coating were the Yttria Stabilized Zirconia (YSZ), the Magnesia Stabillized Zirconia(MSZ) and NiCrAlY. the intermediate layer was sprayed with the powders of the bond cast for the purpose of test were executed. The high temperature wear resistance tends to decreasnceee wear and thermal shock test were exeucuted. The high temperature were resistance of the YSZ TBC is better that of the MSZ TBC. The wearrsistance tends to decrease accoring to incresing the temperature between $400^{\circ}C$to $600^{\circ}C$. The thermal shock life of the 3 layer TBC with YSZ top casting was the most outstanding thermal shock rsisstasnce. This means that the intermediate layer should play an importnat roll to alleviate the diffrerence of the thermal expansion coef frcients between metallic layer and cermics layer.

HIP처리가 플라즈마 용사된 열차폐 코팅층의 접착강도와 고온특성에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Hot Isostatic Pressing on Bond Strength and Elevated Temperature Characteristics of Plasma sprayed TBC)

  • HIP처리가 가스터빈 고정익 등 고온부품에 적용되는 열차폐 코팅층의 접착강도 및 고온특성에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 시편은 IN738LC 초합금 표면에 8wt%Y$_2$O$_3$-$ZrO_2$분말을 플라즈마 용사법으로 코팅한 후 $1200^{\circ}C$, 100MPa의 고온, 고압에서 4시간 동안 HIP 처리하여 준비하였다. 실험결과 HIP 처리된 코팅의 경우 미세균열과 기공이 상당량 감소하였으며 EDX분석을 통해 계면에서 원자간 상호확산이 발생한 것을 확인하였다. 이러한 코팅층의 치밀화 및 상호확산으로 인해 HIP처리된 코팅층의 접착강도는 48% 이상 크게 증가하였으며 조직 또한 균질화 되었다. 반면 가열과 냉각이 반복되는 환경에서 코팅층의 내구력은 HIP 처리된 경우가 다소 저하되었다. 이는 코팅과 모재와의 열팽창 차이로 인한 변형을 완화시켜주는 기공과 미세균열이 감소되었기 때문으로 판단된다.

단일 스텝 스핀 코팅 방법에서 증발 제어 공정 변경에 따른 페로브스카이트 박막 물성 및 태양 전지 소자 특성 변화에 관한 연구 (Properties of Perovskite Materials and Devices Fabricated Using the Solvent Engineered One-Step Spin Coating Method)

  • 단일 스텝 스핀 코팅 (one-step spin coating) 공정은 $MAPbI_3$ 페로브스카이트 (Perovskite) 박막의 결정화가 우수하여 고효율 태양 전지 제작이 가능하다. 이 공정의 핵심은 솔벤트 증발 제어 공정을 사용하는 것인데, 이는 스핀 코팅 시 $MAPbI_3$ 의 용해도를 증가 시킬 수 있는 용매를 투입하는 (dripping) 방식이다. 본 연구에서 용매의 양, 투입속도 및 시간에 따라 생성되는 $MAPbI_3$의 특성을 분석하고, 이렇게 만들어진 박막을 이용한 태양 전지 특성을 조사하였다. $MAPbI_3$ 박막 형성을 위하여 lead iodide, methyl-ammonium iodide를 N,N-dimethylformamide에 녹이고, N,N-dimethyl sulfoxide를 첨가하여 용액을 만들었으며, 증발 제어 공정을 위한 용매로 diethyl ether (DE)를 사용하였다. DE의 투입 조건에 따라 $MAPbI_3$ 박막 형성 시 핵 생성에 차이가 생기고, 이는 $MAPbI_3$의 결정화, 밀도 및 표면 상태에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이에 따라 태양 전지의 효율이 달라지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 0.7 mL의 DE의 양, 3.03 mL/sec 투입 속도, 7초(스핀 코팅 시작 후 투입시간)의 솔벤트 증발 제어 공정 결과 최대 13.74% 효율을 가지는 태양 전지 소자를 재현성 있게 관측할 수 있었다.

니켈기 경질 용사코팅의 경도 및 마모율에 미치는 공정조건의 영향 (Effect of Process Parameters on the Hardness and Wear Rate of Thermal Sprayed Ni-based Coatings)

  • The various process parameters of thermal spray process affects on quality of Ni-based coatings. Thus, there is need to analyze the effect of process parameters on quality of Ni-based coatings. In this paper, the effects of process parameters on hardness and wear rate of Ni-based coatings were investigated using 4 design of experiments. First, the Ni-based coatings were fabricated according to $L_9(3^4)$ orthogonal array. The hardness tests and the wear tests were performed on the Ni-based coatings. The analysis of variance for the hardness and wear rate were carried out. As a results, the acetylene gas flow and the powder feed rate were identified as main factors effected on the hardness and the oxygen gas flow and the acetylene gas flow were identified as main factors effected on the wear rate. The full factorial experiments design with different levels was applied for investigation of effect of these main factors.

Ti(Al,O)/$Al_2O_3$ 플라즈마 코팅한 SS41의 고온산화 거동 (High Temperature Oxidation Behavior of Plasma-sprayed Ti(Al,O)/$Al_2O_3$ Coatings on SS41 Steel)

  • High velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) spraying was used to coat Ti(Al,O)/$Al_2O_3$ powder onto the SS41 steel plate. Macrostructure of the coated specimen has been investigated by scanning electron micrograph (SEM). High temperature oxidation behavior of the coated specimen and SS41 steel have been studied. From the results of SEM observation, Ti(Al,O)/$Al_2O_3$ powder was coated well onto the substrate SS41 steel. Porosity onto the coated layer was only 0.38%. The oxidation results showed that Ti(Al,O)/$Al_2O_3$ powder coated SS41 steel have improved little oxidation resistance at $900^{\circ}C$ in air, but improved remarkably oxidation resistance at $800^{\circ}C $ in air compare to the substrate SS41 steel.

액체로켓엔진 연소기용 니켈/크롬 코팅의 공정 개발 (Development of Ni/Cr Plating Process for LRE Thrust Chamber)

  • 액체로켓엔진 연소기의 내벽에 사용하기 위한 니켈/크롬 도금 공정 개발을 수행하였다. 열충격 시험을 통해 니켈 도금 조건을 선별하였고 니켈/크롬 도금이 수행된 축소형 연소기의 연소시험을 통해 도금 층의 내구성 검증을 수행하였다. 시험결과 도금 층의 균열 및 박리는 발견되지 않았고, 이 결과로부터 현재 사용중인 대기 플라즈마 용사된 세라믹 코팅의 대안으로 니켈/크롬 도금을 액체로켓엔진 연소기에 사용할 수 있으리라 사료된다.
