The purpose of this study were 1) to analyze customer relationship management(CRM) based on the online customer experiences by product types (i.e., men's, women's, casual, sports wear), 2) to analyze CRM based on the off-line customer experiences by product type, and 3) to examine customer purchase behavior of fashion products and internet usage behavior by product types. Survey and 1:1 interview were conducted from January 13th to May 16th, 2005. Six consumers from each brand (i.e., 3 loyal customers and 3 general customers) in a total of 24 customers were selected from each product type. For the data analysis, content analysis and descriptive statistics (i.e. frequency) were used. Among the key study findings first, as a result of the on-line CRM experience, the customers of men's wear preferred receiving customized information through e-mail or SMS service. The customers of sports wear preferred receiving a different level of information and participating in customized product service. Second, as a result of the off-line CRM experience, the customers of men's wear need to be encouraged to join a membership at a sales encounter and the customers of women's wear preferred receiving quick information of new products and participating in a design development planning of the merchandising process. Third, the purchasing behavior of the customers of women's wear are influenced mostly by the salesperson and the store atmosphere when they purchase clothes and the customers of men's wear are price-sensitive. The results of this study can be used when fashion brands perform strategic planning and decision making on CRM.
The purpose of this study is to explore the experience and meaning of health domain in physical education practice process for female students, which can be used online. This study would like to provide physical education teachers with implications to revitalize female students' physical education. The research method used case study. Data composition and analysis used group interviews, in-depth interviews and field data. The results of study was first, the changes in classes and school sports after COVID-19 were divided into self-portraits of reality and school sports in COVID-19. Second, the new challenge was categorized into the practice process of the new online class in physical education and the change of movement for oneself. The discussion suggested the need for sympathetic consideration and communication in Corona-19, a path from crisis to opportunity. Follow-up studies should continue to study about girls' various experience participated in physical education classes, collaboration of the teacher learning community that teaches girls' classes and utilizing method of platforms and ICT that can motivate girls' physical education classes.

Purpose : This study aimed to determine the experiences of the disaster response team 9 participants who participated in the disaster after the fire incident occurred in Jecheon Sports Center and their meaning and essence. Methods : Nine disaster response teams were the subjects of the study, and Individual in-depth interviews were conducted. Data were collected online between January 6 and April 30, 2021, from the software ZoomTM. This study was conducted as a qualitative study by applying Giorgi's phenomenological experiential research method, which has an advantage in revealing the essential structure and meaning of experience. Results : Three major themes were derived from the study results: the stimulus through unfamiliar experiences, the grievances due to work environment and regional characteristics, and dullness resulting from hiding and enduring. The following 17 sub-themes were identified: learning through unfamiliar experiences, frustration due to unexpected circumstances, shock from unfamiliar experiences, doing my best in the present, confidence due to increased experience, disunified system, intervention of various interests, the atmosphere that puts responsibility on others, inactive help, unforgettable regional characteristics, working without time to settle, tolerating it in my own way, memories left in the unconsciousness, sudden suffering from memories that come to mind, movement in anxiety and tension, dullness, work with colleagues in the same situation. Conclusion : This study is meaningful in that it attempted to provide basic data in preparing a long-term strategy for effective policy direction and institutional protection based on the systematic mental health management of the disaster response team. Additionally, this study's results can be used as primary data for future research among Disaster Response Team.
The present paper attempts to account for temptation of quit excercise of dance sports participant. purpose of this study is to find out the relationship among the Partner Violence experiences of dance sports participant, their temptation of quit excercise, their embarrassment and desire of accomplishment. The results of this study are as follows; First, there are differences in temptation of quit exercise according to personal characteristics. Second, after the analysis of the original structural model proposed in order to explain temptation of quit exercise of dan sports participants, it was found out that the modified model eliminating inappropriate factors, such as results which is a measurement variable of temptation of quit exercise. Third, in the following order, these factors had more relative influences on temptation of quit exercise of dance sports participants. Based on the above explanation, it was found out that partner violence experiences, embarrassment, and desire of accomplishment had direct causality with the temptation of quit exercise. Therefore, it is necessary to prevent and react appropriately to the possible violence of partner in order to lower the temptation of quit exercise of dance sports participants. Also, it is required for coaches and administers to make active and consistent efforts ro improve positive desire of accomplishment.
Purpose - The current study is to compare the cognition of stakeholders on hosting a mega sports event between Korea and the United States. In particular, to understand their cognition and perceptual conflict towards hosting a mega sports event, the study employed conflict theory. Furthermore, the study reviewed the role of social capital in the process of managing the mega sports events. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - Of homogeneous sampling, purposeful sampling method and criterion-based selection approach were used to collect interview data from key stakeholders who have been involved in hosting a mega sports events in Korea and the United States. In-depth interview transcripts were reviewed multiple tiems after transcription to extract concepts and meanings that were pertinenet to the experience involving hosting a mega sports event. Further member checks was conducted to increase the credibility of the results. Results - Results can be summarized as followed: First, stakeholders of Korea have a strong desire for positive economic effects of a mega sports event, compared to those in the United States who are more concerned in enhancing the public interests and concerns. Second, in Korea, various socio-political issues emerged at the same time and conflicts among multiple stakeholders have aggravated the situations to coordinate the issues. This was because legal system supporting socio-trust has not been established. On the other hand, major stakeholders of the United States consisted of community members who have socio-trust and networks. Thereby these social resources have been found playing a key role in building social capital that assists the stakeholders to coordinate the current issues and to solve them. Conclusions - The current study analyzed the cognition and perceptual conflict of stakehoders in a mega sports event. Social capital has beend found as a key catalyst to increase a network and cooperation among stakeholders. In order to enhance social capital in managing a mega sports event hosted in Korea, legal systems that establish networks and relationships among the related stakeholders need to be developed. Furthermore, the systematic guideline needs to be developed, organizing the sub-committees according to the types of stakeholders and the categorized common needs.
Purpose: To investigate the rater reliability of a Pediatric Balance Scale (PBS) for children with cerebral palsy, and to investigate possible differences among raters according to their clinical work experience and testing experience. Methods: Study participants included 18 children with spastic cerebral palsy who could walk. They were instructed by pediatric physical therapists, two of whom had ten years of clinical work experience and two who had less than one year of experience. The children's ability to achieve physical balance was videotaped for PBS items. The raters watched the tapes and evaluated each child twice. Rater reliability was analyzed using the intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC). Differences between experienced and novice raters were analyzed using a paired t-test. The statistical significance level was set to 0.05. Results: The total PBS scores averaged 45.78~48.00 and 45.72~47.67 for first and second tests. Intra-rater reliability was very high (ICC=0.89~0.99), and the repeated measurement coincidence was high (p>0.05). Inter-rater reliability was high (ICC=0.83~0.84), but there was a bit of a difference in the coincidence (p<0.05). The experienced raters' reliability and coincidence were higher than those of the novices, and there were differences in reliance and coincidence between experienced and novice raters (p<0.05). Conclusion: Inter-rater and intra-rater reliability is very high. However, rater reliability showed defferences depending on clinical work experience and testing experience. When testing pediatric patients with the PBS, the rater's clinical experience and test experience may affect the test results.
Objectives: The aim of this study was to investigate the influencing factors on oral and maxillofacial trauma prevention education experience of students majoring in physical education. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was filled out by 268 students majoring in physical education in Busan. All statistical analyses were performed using SPSS 21.0. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics(4 questions), TMJ symptoms(9 questions), oral habit(8 questions), and mouth guard awareness(5 questions). The questionnaire was carried out by 5 Likert scale. Higher points of Likert scale showed the negative tendency except the mouth guard awareness. The higher points of mouth guard awareness showed the positive tendency to use the mouth guard. Results: Male students had higher scores of 2.75 points in bad oral habit than the female students(p<0.05). Female students higher score of 1.30 points in mouth guard awareness than male students(p<0.05). TMJ symptoms experience in oral and maxillofacial trauma was 3.15 points which was higher than the prevention education experience without maxillofacial trauma(p<0.001). TMJ symptoms and Mouth guard awareness showed 2.71(p<0.01) and 1.20 points(p<0.001) respectively in students with maxillofacial trauma prevention education experience. These score were higher than those without education experience of trauma prevention education experience. The influencing factors on trauma prevention education experience are mouth guard awareness(p<0.001), oral habits(p<0.01), and temporomandibular joint symptom(p<0.01). Conclusions: The necessity of mouth guards should be emphasized to prevent the serious oral trauma. It is very important to establish the rule for mouth guard use in sports activities. Therefore, oral and maxillofacial trauma prevention education program is needed.
This study was a case study on the connection of volleyball classes for middle school girls. It presents concrete examples of girls' links in school and out of school. Data analysis was organized by classifying volleyball classes from regular curriculum, school sports clubs, club activities, school leagues, and community related classes. In addition, the meanings of the categories were analyzed and interpreted and reconstructed around the possibility of practice at school. The results of this study were divided into experiences in volleyball classes, volleyball lessons using creative and convergence classes. In the discussion, the study was analyzed as connected classes within the school and outside the school. Suggestions were given on teachers' practical studies, best case studies on class linkage, plans to link school sports-life sports-professional sports, and participation and connection of female students in class.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the experiences of male college students through sport toto gambling and to provide basic data on the prevention program for male college gambling addicts. Participants in the study were eight male college students who were interviewed in depth and analyzed according to Colaizzi's phenomenological study method. As a result of this study, four categories of experiences were derived as follows: Like the wind that rushes to the sea, Tears of remorse, A locked down life and On a dream day. Research shows that sports toto is easy to access and has a lot of interesting factors, however it has been found out that male college students have a great risk of falling into addiction aiming to win at once like ordinary gamblers. Therefore, this study suggests that gambling preventive education and counseling are necessary for male college students who like sports.
Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the differences in kinematic factors according to stretching treatment, myofascial release treatment, and static stretching treatment conditions during squat. Method: Twelve males with resistance training experience participated in this study. Participants performed squats without treatment (Pre-Test), and performed squats after treatment with the myofascial release technique (MRT) and static stretching (SS) on different days (post-test). Squat movements were captured using eight motion capture cameras (sampling rate: 250 Hz), and the peak joint angles of the ankle, knee, hip, and pelvis were calculated for each direction. One-way repeated ANOVA and Bonferroni post hoc analyses using SPSS 27 (IBM Corp. Armonk NY, USA) were used to compare the peak joint angle of the lower extremity joints and pelvis among the normal condition (squat without treatment), MRT condition (squat after MRT treatment) and SS condition (squat after static stretching). The statistical significance level was set at .05. Results: It was observed that the maximum ankle joint flexion angle during squats was statistically reduced under conditions of myofascial release and static stretching (p<.05), in comparison to the scenario where no stretching was performed. Furthermore, static stretching was found to enhance the maximum hip flexion angle during squat (p<.05), whereas the myofascial release stretching technique resulted in the minimal posterior pelvic tilt angle (p<.05). Conclusion: Employing myofascial release stretching as a preparatory exercise proved to be more efficacious in maintaining body stability throughout the execution of high-intensity squat movements by effectively managing the posterior tilt of the pelvis, as opposed to foregoing stretching or engaging in static stretching.
