간호대학생의 건강증진행위가 피로 및 우울에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Health Promotion Behavior on the Fatigue and Depression of Nursing Students)

  • Purpose : This research is a descriptive study that aimed to identify the levels of health promotion behaviors, fatigue, and depression of nursing students and confirm the effect of health promotion behaviors on fatigue and depression. Methods : Data were collected from September 27 to October 15, 2021 through survey questionnaires on 178 nursing students of 2 universities in G-do who voluntarily agreed to participate. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 23.0, the general characteristics of nursing students were analyzed by frequency and percentage, and the levels of their health promotion behaviors, fatigue, and depression of nursing students was analyzed by mean and standard deviation. The relationship among the health promotion behaviors, fatigue, and depression was analyzed by Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. Multiple regression analysis was performed for the effects of health promotion behaviors on fatigue and depression of nursing students. Results : The nursing students' health promotion behaviors averaged 2.25±.43 points out of 5, and for each sub-factor, interpersonal relationship was the highest at 2.66±.49 points and physical activity was the lowest at 2.01±.60 points. Fatigue was 4.89±1.02 points out of 7 and depression was 10.52±9.10 points out of 63. A statistically significant correlation was found among health promotion behaviors, fatigue, and depression. Health promotion behaviors that significantly affected fatigue were stress management (𝛽=-.263, p=.004) and physical activity (𝛽=-.208, p=.026), which showed 35 % explanatory power on fatigue. Health promotion behaviors that significantly affected depression were spiritual growth (𝛽=-.342, p=.002), and physical activity (𝛽=-.231, p=.016), which showed 31 % explanatory power for depression. Conclusion : This study is meaningful in that it provided basic data to develop an effective health promotion behavior program to prevent and manage nursing students' fatigue and depression, by identifying and analyzing the sub-factors of health promotion behaviors affecting their fatigue and depression.

  • In "The Animal That Therefore I Am (More to Follow)," Derrida notices that he is being watched by his cat. He becomes ashamed of being naked in front of his cat. The sense of shame is a response to being reduced to the level of an animal. He is ashamed of being as naked as an animal. His next move is, therefore, to cover his nakedness from the gaze of his cat. By contrast, he realizes, the animal is not self-conscious of being naked and so does not shield its nudity. In a truer sense, then, the cat is not naked. Humans do not see animals for what they really are but what they project on them. Whereas the gap between man and animal is clearly identified by Derrida's philosophical discourse, the possibility of going beyond the gap can be suggested by fantasy stories in children's literature. Children's literature in Britain arose in the eighteenth century with the revival of traditional fairy tales and growth of literary fairy tales. Romanticism in the early nineteenth century contributed to opening up a new horizon for the concept of the child, in which the child is no longer defined as the object to be tamed and childhood imagination is glorified as a powerful means to reach the higher state, the spiritual origin prior to separation of Man from the 'thing-in-itself.' In The Wind in the Willows, animals talk and behave like humans. The anthropomorphic figuration of animals can be understood as a result of the one-sided projection of anthropocentric perspectives on animals rather than an interaction between humans and animals. Significant contradictions also emerge in this story, however, as traits particular to animals are vividly delineated even as the main didactic theme of good triumphing over evil reflects an anthropocentric projection on animals. An attempt to capture the true characteristics of animals and locate them in the text constitutes a remarkable achievement in The Wind in the Willows. This can be evaluated as an important step toward a more ecopocentric perspective on animals which appears in later children's fantasies like Charlotte's Web.

노인들이 지각하는 건강상태, 미래전망, 건강증진, 삶의 질의 관계 (Relationship Between Perceived Health Status, Future Time Perspective, Health Promoting Behaviors and Quality of Life in the Elderly)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 노인들의 건강상태, 미래전망, 건강증진행위, 삶의 질의 관계를 알아보는 데 있으며, 2013년 현재 서울 및 수도권 지역에 거주하는 60세 이상 총 497명의 노인들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문자료를 이용하여 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 단순회귀분석, 다중회귀분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인들의 건강상태는 미래전망에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 건강상태 하위 요인인 주관적 건강상태, 질병상태는 미래전망에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인들의 건강상태는 건강증진행위에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 건강상태하위 요인 중 주관적 건강상태는 영적성장, 영양, 신체활동, 스트레스, 대인관계 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 질병상태는 영적성장, 신체활동, 스트레스, 대인관계 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노인들의 건강상태는 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 건강상태 하위요인 중 주관적 건강상태는 신체적, 사회적, 정서적, 경제적 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 질병상태는 삶에 질에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 노인들의 미래전망은 건강증진행위에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 미래전망은 영적성장, 건강책임, 신체활동, 스트레스, 대인관계 요인에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 노인들의 미래전망은 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 미래전망은 신체적, 사회적, 정서적, 경제적 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 여섯째, 노인들의 건강증진행위는 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 건강증진행위 하위요인인 영적성장은 신체적, 사회적, 정서적, 경제적 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 영양은 사회적 요인에, 건강책임은 정서적 삶의 질에, 신체활동은 신체적 삶의 질에, 스트레스는 신체적, 사회적, 경제적 삶의 질에 마지막으로 대인관계는 신체적, 사회적 삶의 질에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

후천세계가 지향하는 인간상 탐구- 정역의 지인(至人) 중심으로 - (Consideration on Human in World of Post-Heaven: Focusing on perfect man of Right I Ching)

  • The theory of post-heaven provided Korea's many emerging national religions with spiritual ground. The I Ching originated in China emphasizes the principles of change or static aspects of world, while Right I Ching, which Il-Bu Kim suggested, underlines dynamic aspects of world. Il-Bu Kim is perceived to open a new stage in the history of philosophy of I Ching in this regard. His most remarkable contribution is the view of Great Opening Era of Post-Heaven, according to which the clock of cosmos shows the era of great change from Pre-Heaven to Post-Heaven and in the world of Post-Heaven everything will take its proper place. As to human society, Il-Bu Kim foresaw the change from disharmony to harmony, imbalance to balance and era of xiaoren to that of junzi. The advent of such a new world, however, asks human's moral revolution as a prerequisite. In the tradition of East Asian thought, human is the center of the Samjae, Heaven-Earth-Human and the only being which could participate in the growth of Heaven and Earth. Without the change of human mind, however, human can neither participate in the growth of Heaven and Earth nor expect the right change of Heaven and Earth. Even though the world of nature changes according to the principle of cosmic harmony, as the Right I Ching predicts, the real change of Heaven and Earth can be achieved only with moral change of human. The human in the Right I Ching is a free man who sticks to nothing and communicates with cosmos with empty mind. This is the very image of perfect man(至人). The perfect man in the Right I Ching is the main agent of everything, that's to say, the main agent of the great opening to Post-Heaven Era. This is the reason why most leaders of Koran emerging religions concentrate on the change of human. In this regard, Jeung-San Kang encouraged people to become the perfect man through the purification of mind and body and the great opening of inner man, depending on the metaphysical principle of the Right I Ching. Cheok and Resolution of grievances for the mutual beneficence of all life are what he suggested as a method of the great opening of inner man. Such a view is based on the thought that the accumulated sinful behaviors are obstacles to cosmic change and the time of mutual beneficience opens with the removal of the obstacles. If such religious practices are so effective, as Jeung-San Kang says, that future world could consist of perfect men who have achived the great opening of inner man, moral change, and change of consciousness, we could expect that the activities of xiaoren will be shrinked and junzi will be welcomed, as the Right I Ching predicts.

풍수지리로 본 대순진리회 여주본부도장 (Daesoon Jinrihoe Yeoju Headquarters Temple Complex as Viewed within Feng-Shui Theory)

  • 본 논문은 구천상제를 신앙의 대상으로 여기고 음양합덕·신인조화·해원상생·도통진경을 종지로 하여 상생의 등불, 수도의 터전, 인존시대를 여는 대순진리회 여주본부도장을 풍수학의 형기(形氣)적 이치를 통해 개벽공사 성지(聖地)임을 밝히고자 하였다. 그러기 위해서는 이를 입증할 수 있는 대순진리회 여주본부도장의 지리적 위치, 산수의 음양관계, 지맥(地脈)의 행도(行度) 과정 등 풍수지리 전반에 걸쳐 고찰이 필요하다 하겠다. 동시에 인간개조와 정신개벽으로 포덕천하(布德天下), 구제창생(救濟蒼生), 지상천국(地上天國) 건설을 목적으로 포덕(布德)·교화(敎化)·수도(修道)의 기본사업과 구호자선사업·사회복지사업·교육사업의 3대 중요사업을 추진해오고 있는 대순진리회 여주본부도장이 후천개벽의 인존시대를 열어갈 풍수적 적지임을 말해주는 용(龍), 혈(穴), 사(砂), 수(水)의 상호작용에 관한 연구도 매우 중요하다. 종단의 중심인 여주본부도장은 배산임수(背山臨水)의 풍수적 국세를 두루 갖추고 있다. 인류 해원상생(解冤相生)의 중심인 대순진리회 여주본부도장에 대한 풍수적 고찰을 통하여 풍수적 상징성과 보은상생(報恩相生)의 윤리 실천을 통해 미래를 밝혀 나갈 생왕지지(生旺之地)에 대해 탐색하고, 팔방(八方)의 상서로운 기운이 모인 이곳 본부도장의 영험한 명당국세의 수도처적(修道處的) 지세와 형국, 맑은 수기(水氣)와 어울린 지맥(地脈), 산수유정한 국세, 용혈사수(龍穴砂水)의 이치에 부합한 여주본부도장의 풍수적 입지를 밝히고자 했다. 따라서 본 논문의 주제인 대순진리회 여주본부도장의 풍수적 입지와 관련하여 현장을 중심으로 산과 물의 흐름을 풍수지리 이치에 근거하여 살피고 주변의 산세가 어떤 형태로 호응하고 있는지를 전반적으로 살펴보았다. 여주본부도장을 중심으로 사신사(四神砂)인 청룡, 백호, 주작, 현무 등의 포국(布局)과 입지의 연관성을 고찰하고자 형기론(形氣論)을 중심으로 전래 된 전통 지리서(地理書) 등을 토대로 여주본부도장의 풍수적 연구의 타당성을 뒷받침하고자 했다.

종합병원 근로자의 건강증진생활양식 실천 및 관련요인 (A Study on Health Promoting Lifestyle and its Affecting Factors of General Hospital Worker)

  • 본 연구는 종합병원 근로자의 건강증진생활양식 실천정도를 파악하고 이와 관련된 요인을 규명하고자 대전시의 종합병원 근로자 580명을 대상으로 무기명 자기기입식 설문지를 이용한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 전체 조사대상 병원 근로자들의 건강증진생활양식 실천정도는 총 4.0점 중 전체문항의 평균이 2.26점이었고, 하위영역별 평균은 대인관계영역 2.62점, 자아실현영역 2.58점, 영양영역 2.26점, 스트레스관련영역 2.16점, 건강책임영역 2.00점, 운동영역 1.89점으로 대인관계영역이 가장 높은 실천율을 보였고, 운동영역이 가장 낮은 실천율을 보였다. 단계별 다변량 회귀분석 결과 건강증진생활양식의 실천에 영향을 미치는 주요요인으로는 스트레스, 건강증진에 관한 교육 참석여부, 주관적 건강상태, 연령으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과는 종합병원 근로자의 건강증진생활양식 실천정도가 비교적 낮은 것을 시사하며, 여러 요인들이 영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다. 따라서 종합병원 근로자들의 건강증진생활양식 실천에 대한 관심을 증진시키기 위한 전략 및 건강증진 프로그램의 개발이 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

Health Promoting Lifestyle Behaviour in Medical Students: a Multicentre Study from Turkey

  • Background: The aim of this study was to determine the predictors of health promoting lifestyle behaviour among medical students attending seven of the medical schools in Turkey. Materials and Methods: This crosssectional descriptive study was performed during the second semester of the first and last (sixth) years of study from March to May 2011. A questionnaire with two sections was specifically designed. The first section contained questions on demographic characteristics; the second consisted of the Health Promoting Lifestyle Profile II (HPLP) Scale. From a total of 2,309 medical students, 2,118 (response rate 91.7%) completed the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t, Anova, Tukey test and binary logistic regression analysis. The research was approved by the Ethics Committee of Erciyes University. Results: The mean age was $20.7{\pm}2.9$ years and it was found that 55.1% were men, 62.3% were in the first year. The overall prevalence of smoking was 19.1%, and for drinking alcohol was 19.4%. HPLP point averages of the first year students were $129.2{\pm}17.7$, and for last year $125.5{\pm}19.0$. The overall mean score for the HPLP II was $2.5{\pm}0.4$. They scored highest on the spiritual growth subscale ($2.9{\pm}0.5$), interpersonal relations ($2.8{\pm}0.5$), health responsibility subscale ($2.3{\pm}0.5$), nutrition subscale ($2.3{\pm}0.5$), stress management subscale ($2.3{\pm}0.4$), and the lowest subscale physical activity ($2.0{\pm}0.5$). It is established that student's grade, educational level of parents, economic status of family, marital status, smoking and general health perception of the students resulted in a significant difference in HPLP Scale total score average and the mean score of majority of subscales. There was no statistically significant difference between the total HPLP when evaluated for gender, chronic disease, alcohol drinking status and BMI. Conclusions: Based on these results, particularly in the curriculum of medical students in order to increase positive health behaviours including physical activity, health promotion issues, and giving more space to aim at behaviour change in these matters is recommended.

한국인의 정신건강 개념에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Concept of Mental Health in Korea)

  • 사회복지는 개인의 행복과 만족스러운 삶을 이루도록 원조하는 실천학문인 만큼 명확한 정신건강개념 규정은 정신보건 사회복지 영역 뿐 아니라 전체 사회복지실천영역에서도 포괄적으로 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 첫째, Q 방법론을 활용하여 한국인의 정신건강개념을 도출하였다. 그 결과 정신건강 개념에는 자호다(Jahoda)의 19개 영역과 본 연구에서 새롭게 나타난 '영적' 영역과 '자기 안녕감' 영역을 합하여 21개 영역이 나타났고, 각 개인들은 이 개념을 공동체주의형, 합리주의형, 개인주의형, 인본주의형, 신본주의형 등 매우 독립적인 5가지 유형으로 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 연구결과를 통해 사회복지영역에서는 일반인을 위한 정신건강프로그램의 방향성을 적극적 정신건강 개념으로 전환되어야 함을 제시하였다. 이는 사회복지영역에서 한국인의 정신건강개념을 정신질환 예방이나 치료라는 틀 속에 묶어두지 않고 건강한 삶의 성장으로 확대하기 위한 기초 자료를 제공하고자 함이다.

제조업 여성 근로자의 건강증진행위 관련 요인 분석 -Pender의 건강증진모형 적용- (Health-Promoting Behaviors of the Women Workers at the Manufacturing Industry -Based on the Pender's Health Promotion Model-)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify health promoting behaviors(HPBs) and the related determinants affecting to women workers health based on the New Health Promotion Model by Pender(1996). Data were collected by self-reported questionnaires from 208 women workers at the 8 electronic manufacturing factories under the permission of data collection and cooperation with health managers in the factories during the period from September to October 1999. For data analysis. Descriptive statistics, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and Stepwise multiple regression with SPSS/PC+7.5 version were used. The results were as follows : 1. The average score for the HPBs, consisted of 6 subdimensions was 2.05. The highest mean score was 2.29 in 'Spiritual growth' and the lowest one was 1.66 in 'Physical activity'. 2. No significant difference between general charateristics and HPBs were found. 3. HPBs were positively related to 'Prior related behavior'(r=0.369, p<0.1), 'Perceived self-efficacy'(r=0.340, p<.01), 'Activity-related affect'(r=0.252, p<.01). 'Social support'(r=0.350, p<.01). 'Commitment to a plan action'(r=0.374, p<.01). There was no significant correlation between perceived health status, perceived barriers to action and HPBs. 4. The most important variable in HPBs was 'Commitment to a plan action'. It was explained 14.0% out of the total variance of HPBs. 'Commitment to a plan action', 'Prior related behavior', 'Social support', 'Self-efficacy' and 'Perceived barriers to action' explained 23.0%. According to the results of this study, the suggestions were as follows: 1. It is necessary to develop program for improving the physical activity and health responsibility of women workers at the manufacturing industry. 2. To facilitate and maintain HPBs of women workers, nurses may enhance and plan mutually interactive active HPBs with women workers. 3. Social support at the level of individual workers, supervisors, and the organization is required in order to conduct health promotion program at the factories. 4. Significantly related variables to HIPBs should be identified the direct and indirect paths among them further more.

1990년대에 패션의 복고풍에 관한 고찰 -1960년대 Mode의 재현을 중심으로- (A Study on Retro-look Fashion Appeared in 1990′s -With Special Reference to The Revival of 1960′s Mode-)

  • This study focuses on a comparative study of 1960s'retro look mode in terms of the past and present in order to find out in detail how it in the past is readjusted after it was appeared in the present. For such a study, in the first place the contents of the dress and its ornament of a retro-look fashion was refined through some literature, and then, some works of the dress and its ornament of a retro-look fashion was refinded through some literature, and then, some works of eh dress and its ornament revived in 1960's mode were analysed, based on some fashion magazines at home and abroad like Bazaar, Fashion etc News in 1990s. After 1960s'retro-look mode which reappeared in 1990s was researched in terms of silhouette, detail, texture, color, and pattern, differences between those tow periods of 1960s and 1990s and their causes are summarized as follows: 1. In the aspect of silhouette, it appears that the silhouette in 1960s is that of somewhat stiff, charming image in which Body is excluded and the silhouette in 1990s is that of an soft, feminie image in which Body is emphasized. It was understood that the cause of such a delicate difference comes from the influences of the change in aesthetic senses or awareness, naturalism and neo-feminism. 2. In the aspect of detail, it appears that the detail in 1990s is of an attempt to express in diverse images, compared to that in 1960s, and new images are created new image in 1990s by means of presenting entirely ill-matched images. The major cause of that is because of Antistandard fashion. 3. In the aspect of textures, it appears that a great feature is that the texture in 1990s is of that introduced, being changed in natural and high-class looks, compared to that of 1960s. It was reviewed that the major cause of this is because of a result from the influence of naturalism and the technical growth in various fields which has brought the development of dress material. 4. In the aspect of color, it appears that the color in 1990s is of an image of primary color which is far more sensual and feminie than that of 1960s. It was studied that the major cause of ti comes from the influence of neo-feminism, etc. 5. In the aspect of pattern, it appears that the pattern in 1990s is of that of symbolism, transposition, and the ecletic feature of various modes which appear more deeply than that of 1960s. It was studied that the major cause of such changes is because of a trend of postmodernism which has brought the change of the spiritual structure different from that in the age of modernism. In conclusion, it was understood that the retro-look fashion is of an expression technic of dress and its ornament in that o dress in the pst is simply imitate, but new reconstitution is done by using the elements in the past. at the same time, ti was clarified that even though the elements in the past are revived as they were, dress and its ornament is governed by the social and cultural environments of he day, and with this proof it can be said that the fashion in each age is of a reflection of social phenomena of that age.
