This research reviews literature regarding information use behavior published during the period of 1970 to 2014 in Korea. It aims to identify the researchers' information use behavior in specialized fields and contributes to provide the effective information services based on users' needs. In order to do that, it reviews research papers that are associated with information use behavior by primarily examining the subjects, methods, variables, results, and suggestions of collected literature. It reveals some differences among researchers according to their fields, career, and status while researchers in various fields make appearance the change of information use up to digital environments. It is suggested that information services based on the users' characteristics should be provided.

Only specialized coffee stores which have a competitive power will survive in the future and what matters is that how well they satisfy customers. A variety of costumers regard their individuality as important and prefer the store which meets their value. Therefore, managers should have a marketing strategy which comes up to customers' expectations with a clarified concept. In this respect, this study focuses on the structure of a specialized Japanese coffee store system which is similar to that of Korea and its changing process. The purpose of this paper is to present an ideal strategy for a specialized Korean coffee store system after investigating Japanese various kinds of coffee, their developmental process, and the Japanese coffee market trend. According to this results, Korean studies on coffee are just focusing on the quality of services. Therefore, it is necessary to study the scale of stores, the classification between domestic coffee stores and those of foreign enterprises, and the comparative analysis of both individual coffee stores and franchised coffee stores.

This paper is to suggest policy issues to be done in the future health policy for the elderly, analyzing contents of results suggested in academic papers published in Journal of the Korean Gerontological Society. Number of Papers published in the Journal is 61, occupying most of papers related with chronic disease, medical expenditures and health delivery system except dental and psychiatric health. Method used to be analyzed is mostly random sampling among community inhabitants or hospital patients. Policy issues are as follows in case of being based in the above analysis results. Firstly, it is necessary that the development of health promotion specialized for the elderly be developed and activated. Secondly, it is necessary that the primary health care system specialized for the elderly be constructed. Thirdly, it is necessary that the subacute care system specialized for the elderly be constructed after acute care services. Finally, it is necessary that the health care system specialized for the elderly in need of long-term care be constructed also.

In recent years, the specialized construction industry has undergone major construction and major industries, and without considering the technical expertise of construction works, the construction industry is promoting the integration and establishment of specialized construction industries according to convenience and abolition of their own industries. As the reorganization plan causes confusion in the production structure and lacks persuasive power by aiming only for industry simplification, it is judged to be desirable to review it according to the detailed characteristics of the specialized construction industry. In this study, -to review the reorganization of a rational classification system that considers the specific nature of the specialization of specialized construction projects, the classification of construction works, major work contents and characteristics, technical expertise, and problems of largescale industry in the case of painting construction and landscaping construction was analyzed. Based on this, aspects to be considered when reorganizing the current professional construction industry classification system are identified and reasonable improvement plans for each industry are suggested.

The status of small and medium-sized enterprises has been changed into more independent business entities rather than simply subcontractor so that the utilization of specialized knowledge has been much more necessary for the survival in the market. However, small and medium-sized enterprises, it is difficult to sufficient investment in knowledge services due to limited resources relative to large enterprises and demand for knowledge services business of government support is growing. For this reason, it is important to measure accurately the demand for knowledge services of small and medium-sized enterprises in knowledge management for effective utilization of knowledge service. In this study, we analyzed previous studies on small and medium-sized enterprises knowledge services that can be utilized in a comprehensive way. As a result, we developed knowledge service needs assessment model based on five critical success factors for continual growth and 12 types of knowledge service. This model has been modified and supplemented through expert meeting using delphi research method and topic modeling analysis using secondary data. This study is attempted to appropriately measure necessary knowledge services for small and medium-sized enterprises so that generated the evaluation model of knowledge service demands, comprehensively dealing with core knowledge services for many kinds of business entities. It is expected that the developed model will be a useful tool to understand and evaluate knowledge services demands of enterprises.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the factors affecting mental health in the use of social welfare services by male elderly, and to provide basic data that are helpful for integrated mental health promotion programs suitable for each region by comparing and analyzing the Yeongnam-Honam. Results: As a result of the analysis, when comparing the two regions, annual income, age, and physical health were found to be the influencing factors among the personal characteristics of male elderly in the Yeongnam, and caring services were found to be the influencing factors of social welfare services. Among the personal characteristics of male elderly in Honam, annual income, age, and physical health were found to be the influencing factors, and caring services were found to be the influencing factors of social welfare services. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, three implications are presented as follows. First, it suggests that mandatory checkups are required not only for the physical health of male elderly, but also for the mental health. Second, the necessity of social welfare service policies that link health and welfare is presented. Third, the necessity of specialized mental health and welfare services by region is presented.

Much has changed in the healthcare field since the beginning of the industrial age. In the healthcare field changes are occurring so rapidly and dramatically that yesterday's paradigm will not be tomorrow's paradigm, creating the need above all else to stay fluid and flexible as strategies(included healthcare architecture planning) for the future are developed. The purpose of this study is to analyze the latest architectural trends of general hospital outpatient department based on the healthcare environment changes in Korea. The major healthcare environment change is to change the object of hospital's healthcare services from inpatient to outpatient. In conclusion, the first, medical faculties of outpatient department are subdivided specialized small faculty. The second, clinic systems for medical examination and treatment of specific disease are activated in the most outpatient department. The third, specialized medical centers for chronical disease(Cancer, Cardiac etc.) control are arranged in existed outpatient department or freestanding facility. Specialized medical center for preventive medicine is regionally decentralized for corresponding with the healthcare paradigm shifts.

The public library as a public institution, funded by the public, is accountable to provide community based services. Those services can be developed through identifying community needs and implementing proper planning process to satisfy the identified needs. Under budget pressure, public libraries have changed their emphasis from the provision of the standardized services to the establishment of specialized services to reflect the differing characteristics of the community and the community members each public library serves. This paper reviews the research in this area since 1970s and suggests guidelines for the enhancement of community based public library services.

Recently, there have been a growing number of services for users to shoot content by themselves and to broadcast this data to a large number through the Internet. One-person media live services are popular in life, and similar services are becoming common. Most of these services are for general users. However, depending on the service model or the situation, there are cases where the object of streaming is limited depending on the security-sensitive service environment. Especially, in the case of closed networks such as military, government, and security organizations, these specialized services are needed. Therefore, in this paper, we implemented a live media system in a closed network environment. We study system components suitable for service environment and study how to develop components.

In this paper, we present a reconfigurable mobile platform (RMP) for user-specific applications. The RMP consists of a basic module and more than one extended module that offers specified functions to a portable platform based on the circumstances and purposes of the users. The extend module for specified purposes is connected to the basic module using a common interface that offers interoperability to the traditional interfaces. This paper gives the results of a survey to determine specifications of a reconfigurable mobile platform. Utilizing the results of the survey, we propose a prototype of the reconfigurable mobile platform to enable specialized functions. The design objective is to provide specialized functions required for user specific needs related to their age and physical condition. In addition, it can be used for mobile healthcare applications that are efficient in improving the user's health conditions by executing medical analysis and prescriptions.
