In this study, the effectiveness of the employment support program provided by the university employment support center was evaluated. To this end, the 17 employment support programs operated by K University were divided into six dimensions, including corporate linkage, counseling, certification, employment support, and special lectures. As a result, all employment support programs were found to have more than average usefulness. By dimension, the usefulness was counted in the order of certification, employment support, overseas, special lectures, counseling, and business-related programs. Among them, programs related to business connection, special lectures, and counseling were analyzed as factors that increased the overall usefulness of the employment support program. Therefore, when planning a new program for the employment support center, it would be a desirable direction to plan programs related to business connection, special lectures, and counseling first.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to review journal articles, master's theses, and doctoral dissertations on organizational effectiveness in hospital nursing organizations in order to identify evaluation indexes, determinants, and overall trends and to suggest strategies for improvements. Methods: A total of forty-one papers on organizational effectiveness in hospital nursing organizations were reviewed. Results: These papers were journal articles, master's theses and doctoral dissertations regarding nurses who worked in general hospitals and university hospitals, excluding special hospitals (ie. armed forces hospitals, mental hospitals). The review of literature identified 18 operational definitions (evaluation indexes) and 36 significant determinants of organizational effectiveness in hospital nursing organizations. The operational definitions were measured by using 46 instruments. Conclusion: The study findings provide data on recent trends in organizational effectiveness; it also serves as basic evidence for the need to improve organizational effectiveness in hospital nursing organizations as well as indicates directions for future research.

Medical institutions are abundant in human resources and have a unique structure with diverse professions and various organizational cultures coexist. This organizational culture influences organizational effectiveness and influences the effectiveness of the organization as a factor of leadership and organizational culture. Leadership is an important factor in linking employee behavior to organizational commitment to achieve job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of organizational effectiveness on organizational culture, leadership perception, and job stress in a special organization called radiologist. As a result, organizational culture and transformational leadership showed high correlation with 0.627. Among the organizational effectiveness variables, organizational commitment showed the highest influence with transformational leadership(${\beta}=0.284$, p<0.001), and job satisfaction was also the highest with transformational leadership (${\beta}=0.440$, p<0.001). The results showed that the expectation of transformational leadership affects organizational commitment and job satisfaction. In order to expect a positive change in the effectiveness of the organization, the radiologist culture requires an organizational culture that can fully demonstrate autonomy and creativity, and transformational leadership is required for this.

This paper is concerned with the influence in the job satisfaction by the organization, the job specialty and the self-devotion in the special duty of private security. Today's society is required more intensive security in the diversity, the complexity and the uncertainty, but the public security service could not supply enough for what the society requires. In this circumstance more specialized and special trained security services are demanded from private security industry. With the concerns, this study is based on actual survey. The study is telling us that there is much relationship in job satisfaction between each element. Which means that 1) there is some different from personality, 2) there is much influence in self-devotion by job specialty, 3) there some effectiveness in job satisfaction by job specialty, 4) there is some influence in job satisfaction by self-devotion, and 5) job satisfaction is affected by job specialty and self-devotion.

Recently, power demand has been increasing every year according to variation of electrical equipments and temperature rise in summer season. So, much more overhead line is being demanded to copy with increasing power demand and operate reliable power system. This paper analysis the characteristics of long span overhead transmission line using special high-tension wire in such as a safety factor, coefficient of elasticity, and the coefficient of linear expansion. Based on the analysis, we proposed the effectiveness of special high-tension wire having much more advantages with respect to height of steel tower and dip compared with conventional ACSR in long span overhead transmission line.

Artificial bee colony algorithm is a strong global search algorithm which exhibits excellent exploration ability. The conventional ABC algorithm adopts employed bees, onlooker bees and scouts to cooperate with each other. However, its one dimension and greedy search strategy causes slow convergence speed. To enhance its performance, in this paper, we abandon the greedy selection method and propose an artificial bee colony algorithm with special division and intellective search (ABCIS). For the purpose of higher food source research efficiency, different search strategies are adopted with different employed bees and onlooker bees. Experimental results on a series of benchmarks algorithms demonstrate its effectiveness.

The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that affect adolescents' reading effectiveness. This study suggested three things as factors that influence reading effectiveness and they are an attitude towards reading, reading role models(parents, teachers, peers), a library influence(library use, library visit, library psychology). This study also examined the correlation of reading effectiveness and the influence of reading education. As results, most suggested factors made significant differences in adolescents' reading attitude and a positive attitude towards public libraries also influenced greatly in students' reading effectiveness.

ROK Navy Landing Ship Fast(LSF-II) is equipped with special equipment that is not compatible with other combat ships due to special missions. So there are almost no maintenance capabilities except for simple repair parts replacement and maintenance parts. The researcher determined that the way to solve these problems was to apply Performance Based Logistics (PBL), and reviewed the cases of PBL applications abroad and domestically. To confirm the current maintenance capability, we visited LSF-II operation unit to identify maintenance capabilities for each mounted equipment, and interviews with operators and maintenance practitioners confirmed the limitations of outsourcing maintenance and the need to apply PBL. In order to analyze the effect of PBL application, the measure of effectiveness and measure of performance were selected based on the opinions of LSF-II operation/maintenance practitioners and PBL experts and the practical experience of this researcher. A survey was conducted on operation/maintenance practitioners and professional personnel. Based on the survey results, the effect of applying PBL was analyzed using the AHP technique, and an efficient PBL application plan was proposed for LSF-II.
