특수학급(特殊學級) 공간구성(空間構成)에 관한 건축계획적(建築計劃的) 연구(硏究)(1) - 특수학급 학생들의 학습활동을 중심으로 - (A Study on the Spatial Organization of Special Classes in Elementary and Middle Schools(1))

  • The purpose of this study is to establish fundamental standards of architectural planning concerning special class facilities in order to offer the basic information on the appropriate spatial organization of the special classroom by looking at the relationship between learning activities and living activities and the existing spatial organization. At present, there are no proper architectural standards which correspond to special class children's handicap and it's various characteristics. The special classes are just using ordinary classrooms without a considerations of the children with manifold handicap. In this sense, this study deals with appropriate special class facilities corresponding to the various characteristics of children's handicap, the contacting activities of special children with ordinary children and finally proper environment for the mainstreaming education which special education pursues.

  • This study is the second that aims at offering the basic information on the appropriate spatial organization of the special classes by looking at the relationship between a group of learning activities and a group of playing activities in Elementary and Middle Schools The learning space unit of the special classes should be more flexible for the various learning activities and be prepared in order to correspond to the needs of a territory for different learning appeared according to the degree of handicap, learning ability and the contents of learning. This study dealt with the learning space unit to tackle the problems of special classes. In fact, it is unwise to offer so many different kinds of learning spaces in every school. Due to the manifold and multiple characteristics of handicap, the problem of special classes should be approached by the overall educational system of special educational facilities rather than by a special classes space alone. In this respect, it can be said that this problem should be tackled by reorganization of the special classes in the community through specialization and network system of special class facilities in order to make more effective educational environment.

  • The purpose of this study is to establish fundamental data of architectural planning concerning location of the special class to tackle the problems of special class facilities, the contacting activities of special children with ordinary children and finally proper environment for the main-streaming education which special education persues. The contacting activities of the special class children usually take place in both their original class and special class. The less the degree of handicap is, the less contact with ordinary children happens. In the case of the serious degree of handicap, it can be said that they are often helped by ordinary children so that there are more oppotunities to make friends each other. Therefore, the disposition of special classes in a school should consider the degree of handicap. The characteristics of special class facilities and management system play significant role on contacting activities. In particular, the location of a special class in terms of grouping and floor, the character of the next space and the location of the building in the overall context should be taken into account in deciding the location of special classes in a school. In addition, the characteristics of junior and senior children should be considered.

  • 디지털 자원의 네트워크 이용이 증가하는 정보사회에서 전문도서관 및 정보센터는 연구정보의 전문유통채널로서 새로운 기능과 역할로 확장되고 있다. 본고는 우리나라 전문도서관 및 정보센터의 발전 및 협력현황을 살펴보고, 개념, 범주, 법규, 도서관정책 등의 문제를 검토하였다. 이어 전문도서관 및 정보센터 활동에서 개선되어야 할 점을, 첫째, 전문도서관 및 정보센터 개념의 재정의, 둘째, 범국가적 지식정보 조정기구 설치, 셋째, 민간부문 전문도서관 및 정보센터 활동지원의 제도화, 넷째, 연구정보의 효율적 유통을 위한 선결과제 등으로 정리하였다.

  • 소규모 전문도서관에서의 정보관리 활동을 고찰하기 위하여 동의대학교 도서관메일링리스트에 올려진 글을 분석하였다. 기업체 자료실을 비롯한 소규모 전문도서관에서의 활동은 도서관계에 거의 알려지고 있지 않다. 도서관메일링리스트에는 그들이 업무수행 중에 겪고 있는 어려움들이 질의 형식으로 제시되고 있다. 도서관리프로그램, 도서관 운영, 분류, 장서개발, 규정, 지식경영, 건의 사항 등 그들의 질의가 많이 나타난 주제를 중심으로 논의하였다.

특수학급 공간구성의 학교급 특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on Special Class Layout According to School Levels)

  • This study is to understand the situations of special education classroom layout, find differences according to school levels and summarize the findings in order to build up the indicators for special classroom layout. As for elementary school level, special classrooms are using multi-purposes desk or group desk for diverse activities such as basic learning and formation of basic life practice. The most frequent type in classroom layout is Type E which is for diverse coner-learning and play activities and the next is Type C which secures activity space. Because security of dynamic activity which most teachers find problematic is important, it needs more research to secure dynamic activity space within classroom. As for middle school level, the most frequent type in classroom layout is Type B which is equiped for computer aided learning and the next is Type C which secures activity space. Research for systematic layout of activity space is needed in order to secure the spaces of dynamic activity and basic job training. As for high school levels, mostly Type B which emphasizes computer activities is adopted and next is Type F which is capable for job training. The survey about the size of special education classroom proves that most teachers want one and half size classroom which in not such a large classroom. It is expected that more systematic research of special classroom layout according to school levels may reach for rational space layout.

문화역사적 활동이론을 통한 중학교 특수교육 대상 학생의 무성생식 스마트러닝 활동 분석 (Analysis of the Learning Activities using Asexual Reproduction Learning Application for School Students with Special Needs in Middle School by the Cultural Historical Activity Theory)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 문화역사적 활동이론을 통하여 무성생식 학습용 어플리케이션을 활용한 특수교육 대상 중학생들의 학습활동을 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위해 특수교육 대상 학생들을 위한 무성생식 학습용 어플리케이션을 개발하였고, 이 어플리케이션을 이용한 학습 활동을 문화역사적 활동 이론 측면에서 분석하였다. 무성생식 학습 어플리케이션은 무성생식 탐구학습에 활용하기 위한 학습 보조 자료로서 개발되었다. 그리고 어플리케이션의 주요 기능은 개념학습 기능, 문제풀이 기능, 학습 관련 동영상 플레이 기능, 그리고 무성생식 관찰 보고서 작성 기능으로 구성되었다. 문화역사적 활동이론을 통해 분석한 결과, 주체인 특수교육 대상 학생들은 도구의 어플리케이션을 통해 수업에 적극적으로 참여하려하는 객체(목적)를 가지고 협동학습을 위한 분업을 하게 되었다. 결과적으로 학생들은 산출물로 무성생식 개념을 효율적으로 학습 하게 되었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과는 어플리케이션을 활용한 수업이 특수교육 대상 학생들의 학습 성취와 과제수행행동을 향상시키는데 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 방법임을 제시한다.

  • 전문도서관의 사서직 업무가 도서관의 패러다임이 전환됨에 따라 그 성격이 어떻게 효율적으로 변하여야 할것 인가에 대한 연구를 하였다. 전문도서관에 근무하는 사서가 전통적인 도서관업무외에 수행할 새로운 영역과 역할이 무엇인지에 대하여 조사를 하였다. 전문도서관의 블루오션 전략을 도출하기 위하여 SWOT분석을 하여 도서관 내 외부 환경변화를 파라하였다. 전문도서관의 업무 개선을 위하여 ERCR 분석을 하여 각 업무에 대한 효율성을 분석하였다. 조사와 분석 결과를 근거로 하여 전문도서관 사서의 역할과 업무 영역 다변화 전략을 제시하였다.

주택 내 보조설비가 미국 노인들의 생활기능 감소로 인한 주거이동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Built-Environment Features on Relocation among American Older Persons with Decline in Functional Ability)

  • Functional ability is an important criterion to predict the capability of older persons to maintain independent living in the community setting. This study focused on the effect of built-environment features to ameliorate declines in functional ability and reduce the likelihood of relocation. Using longitudinal data from the Asset and Health Dynamics Among the Oldest Old (1993, 1995), relocation was analyzed for 6,225 respondents aged 70 or older. Findings are that while functional decline in household activities of daily living among older persons increased their residential moves in the community, functional declines in basic activities of daily living, household activities of daily living, and advanced activities of daily living among them increased their entrance into an institutional care facility However, they were less likely to enter an institutional care facility when their home was equipped with built-environment features such as street level ramps, special railings, modifications to allow someone in a wheelchair, grab bars or shower seat in the bathroom, and special call device or system to get help.
