This study is progressing or suggests effective space planning for rural village area conventional markets that is planning business market modernization process. Rural village area conventional markets of small scale are inputting a lot of efforts and financial resources for activation. Also, I wish to quote activation plan for rural village area conventional markets that face in stagnation. Studied spatial form and conventional market activation factors by space use special quality of rural village area conventional markets for architectural planning plan presentation. Investigated spatial change for several years that appear in Geum-wang conventional market for this. As a result, could deduce plans of space improvement plan for conventional market space positively. Also, through this study, suggest activation plan of conventional market that display similar space type including Geum-wang conventional market. Therefore, environment improvement of conventional market's type and special quality based on space activation elements and need space environment improvement plan the architecture plan in early planning phase of business.

This paper presents an analysis of the trans-lunar trajectory insertion performance of the Korea Pathfinder Lunar Orbiter (KPLO), the first lunar exploration spacecraft of the Republic of Korea. The successful launch conducted on August 4, 2022 (UTC), utilized the SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station. The trans-lunar trajectory insertion performance plays a crucial role in ensuring the overall mission success by directly influencing the spacecraft's onboard fuel consumption. Following separation from the launch vehicle (LV), a comprehensive analysis of the trajectory insertion performance was performed by the KPLO flight dynamics (FD) team. Both orbit parameter message (OPM) and orbit determination (OD) solutions were employed using deep space network (DSN) tracking measurements. As a result, the KPLO was accurately inserted into the ballistic lunar transfer (BLT) trajectory, satisfying all separation requirements at the target interface point (TIP), including launch injection energy per unit mass (C3), right ascension of the injection orbit apoapsis vector (RAV), and declination of the injection orbit apoapsis vector (DAV). The precise BLT trajectory insertion facilitated the smoother operation of the KPLO's remainder mission phase and enabled the utilization of reserved fuel, consequently significantly enhancing the possibilities of an extended mission.

본 연구의 목적은 최근 고층아파트 단지 내에서 주요 계획요소로 자주 채택되고 있는 저층부 필로티 공간과 주요 옥외단위공간들의 통합도 값을 단지별 전체 통합도 평균값과 비교하여 필로티 공간의 통합도 값이 다른 옥외공간들과 비교할 때 어느 정도의 통합도 위상을 갖는지 분석하는 것이며, 또한 다음 단계의 연구인 필로티 공간 이용행태 관찰 및 이용빈도 조사의 기초자료로 삼는데 있다. 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고층아파트 단지의 필로티 공간을 포함한 주요 옥외단위공간들 중 '단지출입구' 또는 '광장' 공간이 가장 높은 통합도 값을 보이고 있다. 둘째, 고층아파트 단지의 필로티 공간 통합도 값이 다른 주요 옥외단위공간들의 통합도 값보다 대체적으로 낮은 경향을 보이고 있다. 세째, 고층아파트 단지의 필로티 공간들중 동출입구의 기능이 없는 '돌출형 출입 + 필로티 부가형' 유형의 공간일 경우 주민들의 공간이용률이 현격하게 저조하여 음성적 공간화 및 공동화 현상이 발생될 가능성이 크다고 볼 수 있다.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine academic stress, social support and learning management system(LMS) utilization satisfaction of learners attending online graduate schools and understand the factors influencing their academic persistence. Methods: The participants were students of K online graduate school and the data of 143 students, in total, were collected from April to May in 2019. For data analysis, frequency analysis, x² test, t-test, F-test, Pearson's correlation and multiple regression analysis were conducted using SPSS ver. 23. Results: Academic stress, social support, and LMS utilization satisfaction were associated with academic persistence of online graduate students. The multiple regression analysis of the factors influencing academic persistence showed that the model was significant (p<.001) with an explanatory power of 23% and that significant factors influencing it were academic stress (β=-.23, p=.002), LMS utilization satisfaction (β=.31, p<.001) and jobs (β=.23, p=.002). Conclusion: Although the online graduate students' level of academic persistence was high, it is required to develop strategies to alleviate their academic stress and increase LMS utilization rate in order to increase their persistence to academic success. In addition, it is necessary to provide the foundation on which the utilization of major knowledge regarding jobs can be enhanced, reflecting the characteristics of online graduate students. Furthermore, this study is expected to contribute to the extension of professional and advanced education in response to social needs by developing a variety of online high education learning systems beyond time and space.

This paper examines current developing status of space law as defined in terms of its unique principle that "the utilization of outer space for all mankind's interest". As commercialization of space activities has brought about heated debate on its legitimacy with respect to that principle, space law has come to witness a dual situation. One is the realization of that principle in establishing commercial space activities system where all mankind's interest is respected through the non-discriminatory distribution mode of space benefit. In satellite telecommunication system, the INTELSAT Organization assures its public service policy while protecting itself against a competition from separate systems. For remote sensing, commercialization of LANDSAT Systems promoted since 1984 seems not to affect present non-discriminatory distribution of data and information obtained. On the other hand, active participation of private entity aiming at commercial profit enables national government to manage more effective control and supervision of those activities with a view to promoting national interests. Also, newly developed private rules and regulations are emerging in business relations about commercial space activities. Extended capacity of national government assuring its national interest in production and distribution of international resources that is outer space, and regulation of space activities by newly developed rules and customs provoke a concern about a identity problem of space law. The best way to summarize this perspective might consist in saying that non space law regulations, which are not assumed as aiming at the promotion of all mankind's interest, are confirming their role about space related activities. For those reasous, we are now facing a developing status of space law as developments of commercial space activities continues.

필지중심 토지정보화를 위한 기초자료로서 지적정보의 연계 활용성을 분석하고 각각의 수치 자료구성의 목적을 지도로 표현하여 필지중심 토지정보화 구축시 도시가 지니고 있는 특성, 장단점, 잠재력 등의 법칙성을 찾기 위해서는 수집된 조사 자료를 정리 분석하지 않으면 안 된다. 즉, 자료를 분류하고 도표화 지도화 하거나 통계적인 기법을 이용하여 분석하는 일이다. 각종 토지이용 정보 중에는 전산화되어 사용되고 있는 것도 있으나, 전체 부서가 공동으로 활용하는 데에는 몇 가지 문제점이 나타났다. 가장 중요한 문제점은 도면 정보의 경우 건축물 경계선을 가지고 있는 지형도와 필지 경계선을 가지고 있는 지적도를 중첩하여 사용할 수 없다는 점이다. 속성 정보의 경우에는 기본적으로 필요한 속성 자료의 공동 활용 방안과 용도 분류의 표준 계량화가 필요하다는 점이다. 대장 정보의 정리 등을 통한 토지이용 자료의 특성을 파악하여 토지정보화를 위한 기초 자료로 제시하며, 토지정보화 계획의 수립을 위한 기초조사가 최종적으로 지적의 물리적 공간 계획에 도움이 되어야 하므로 자료의 분석 결과는 지도 위에 표현되어 관리되어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 공간기반 수치 정보의 활용에 대하여 토지정보화에 필요한 정보들을 보다 효율적이고, 합리적인 방식으로 조사하기 위하여 현행 필지중심 토지정보화 수립 시 과정상의 문제점을 파악하고 단계별로 GIS와의 관련성 측면에서 방법론을 모색하였다.

우주개발진흥법은 동 법령의 목적, 및 그 주요 개념 규정에 있어서 항공우주산업개발 촉진법과의 구별야 확연하도록 도모하고 있으며, "우주개발"의 개념을 새로이 규정하면서 이를 꾀하고 있다. 규정된 개념의 특징은 우주공간을 탐사하고 이용하는 각종행위는 인공위성 및 발사체 등과 같이 우주 환경에서 사용되기 위한 기기와 장비의 기술 개발에 의해서만 가능한 것이기에 우주공간의 탐사와 이용은 그러한 기술개발을 포함하는 개념으로 보아야 한다는 데에 있다. 이에 동법이 추구하는 우주개발은 "우주산업"과는 구분되는 것이기에 법령 체계와의 조화 문제가 극복되고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 아울러 우주개발진흥볍은 국제협약상의 의무를 이행하면서, 아울러 최소한의 규제에 의해서 필요한 목적을 달성하기 위한 방식을 택하고 있다. 즉, 우주물체의 등록제도, 국내에서의 발사 허가제도 등을 통해서 우주활동에 대한 규제를 꾀하고 있다.

Because of the advancements of these modern tecniques and new materials being developed expressionally diverse methods of utilizing metal and glass are being discovered. modern architects in order to add an open-hearted and homogeneous concept into their endeavors to create a transparent space are inclining to the many expressive characteristics which glass and metal provide. Furthermore the products of these endeavors are bringing forth various key elements in respect to useage for today's interior spaces, Due to differing methods of setting up the interior sphere is fastly becoming more generous than viewpoints of the past. Through the use of organization moreover from the former geometric school of thought curvilinear and active organization/ expressive inclinations are becoming diversified. Thus in accordance with the diversifying methods of fixing glass for a sleek and reflective exterior and due to the influence of durability to these fixtures precision not just decoration is gradually becoming more in demand/ Hereupon this study enlightens from the standpoint of planninf for interior spaces through the utilization of glass and metal upon the key factors of expressive attributes and the possibilities which thusly arise. The purpose of this study is to apply these theories to an actual case model study and verify their validity.

The housing environment of the weak class in rural area is inferior, the elderly ratio is high, and senior citizens whose living by themselves are increasing. This study was to analyze the actual conditions of utilization status, characterization of residency, management method of the federation of construction associate's love house and local government's case, and usage of the village hall. For better study, we reviewed the literatures and conducted field surveys. The purpose of this study is to suggest a development plan of rural community living homes. The results of this study were as follows; First, it is important for proper site of rural community living home plans to select adjacent location in the surrounding medical and welfare facilities(including community facilities). Second, the living space for one person does not need such a space; about $33m^2$ is suitable. Third, it is important to use surplus area to make kitchen garden in the site planning. Also the architectural plans must be considered to minimize the maintenance costs for the sustainability of the house and winter heating expense problem.

In case of soil nailing system, there have been many attempts to expand into slope and temporary earth retaining system stabilization method since the first ground excavation earth retaining system construction in 1993. Recently, jointing wall, underground wall of buildings and excavation earth retaining wall, construction were increasingly applied for effective utilization of the limited underground space and land application maximized. However, the application of joining wall into retaining wall or building by temporary soil nailing system and design of permanent wall were performed by using Rankine earth pressure theory without considering the distribution of earth pressure in the soil nailing. In this study was performed to introduce the design case by 'Two-Body Translation mechanism (TBTM)' to be able to consider distribution of earth pressure in the soil nailing when designing the permanent jointing wall using soil nailing system for effective utilization of ground space. Also, this study attempts to evaluate the earth pressure change, decreasing effect of wall displacement and increasing effect of stability when advanced soil nailing system is constructed using $FLAC^{2D}$ ${\nu}er.$ 3.30 program and 'Two-Body Translation mechanism'.
