흙막이 벽체에 적용하는 콘크리트 충전형 엄지말뚝의 휨성능 분석 (An Analysis of Flexural Performance of Concrete Filled Soldier Pile Applied to Temporary Retaining Wall)

  • The purpose of this study was to evaluate bending performance of concrete filled soldier pile for temporary retaining wall. Structural performance tests were conducted on total number of four specimens. Each specimen had a unique characteristics with combination of the following variables, existence of reinforcing bar and locations of reinforcing steel plates. The results of this study were as follows; concrete filled steel tubes with being reinforced bar and flange rather than non-bar showed better performance. Higher yield, tensile strength and sufficient plastic strain were archived and maximum moment observed in experiments exceeded theoretical maximum moment in both allowable stress design and limit state design at all specimens.

  • In Korea, many buildings are built with underground spaces and cast-in-place pile method is mostly applied in the temporary retaining walls for the underground space construction. A H-shaped steel section is generally embedded in the soldier pile in the C.I.P method. In this study, a new and economical section with high strength steel replacing the H-shaped section was proposed and its flexural capacity was evaluated experimentally. The new section is the concrete-filled composite section with pentagonal thin plate and thick flange plate. Test results showed that the proposed section has an excellent flexural strength and ductility.

부분보강 엄지말뚝을 이용한 굴착시공방법의 수치해석적 타당성검토 (A Numerical Analysis of Excavation Method Using Partially Reinforced Soldier Pile)

  • The hazard of excavation may be very high until a supporting system is completely installed. In this paper, an excavation method which uses partially reinforced soldier pile($\square$-shape) inserted by a short length steel bar was proposed and simulated by the finite element method. The reinforcing steel bar is moved down along the stage of excavation to reinforce the stiffness of the supporting system. The result of analysis showed that the risk of failure by bending moment or shear stress could be significantly reduced by the reinforcing effect of the steel bar. The proposed method could be applied to the strut-supporting wall or the diaphragm wall.

가로널식 일자형 방파제의 구조거동 분석 (Analysis of the Structural Behavior of Soldier Pile Type Breakwater)

  • 비교적 설계파가 낮고 지반이 연약한 경우에 적합하면서도 저렴하고 안전하게 시공할 수 있는 새로운 방파제 형식의 개발하였는데, 이 구조형식은 지반굴착공사에 널리 쓰이는 가로널식 말뚝과 유사한 형태이다. 이러한 새로운 형식의 방파제에 대한 구조거동은 수치해석을 통하여 평가할 수 있지만, 가로널과 말뚝 연결부의 비선형성, 재료의 비선형성, 지점조건의 비탄성 등으로 인하여 실제 현장의 구조거동과 수치해석상의 구조 거동은 차이가 있을 수 있다. 이러한, 수치해석과 현장거동사이의 구조거동의 차이를 살펴보기 위해서 본 논문에서는 수조모형 실험을 수행하여 파고, 지점조건, 앵커 케이블의 숫자에 따른 구조거동을 살펴보고 그 값을 수치해석 결과와 비교하였다.

  • 우리나라의 소규모 항만이나 어항인 경우에 설계파는 낮지만 지반조건이 좋지 않은 경우가 많기 때문에 기존의 방파제 축조공법을 이용할 경우 비용이 커질 뿐만 아니라 건설재료의 확보가 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 설계파가 비교적 낮은 경우에 저렴하게 적용할 수 있는 새로운 형식의 방파제에 대한 수요가 증가함에 따라, 본 연구에서는 지반에 대한 특별한 처리 없이 간편하게 설치할 수 있는 가로널식 방파제를 개발하였다. 이 논문은 개발된 가로널식 방파제에 대해 방파제의 근입깊이 및 보강기법, 배치 형태 등 다양한 조건에 따른 방파제의 횡방향 거동을 분석한 것으로 이를 위해 느슨한 모래지반을 대상으로 모형 토조실험을 수행하였다. 실험 결과, 근입깊이 이외에도 경사 버팀보나 앵커등 보강재의 효과 및 방파제 배치 형식에 따른 경향을 확인하였다.

  • In this study, the behavior of retaining wall composed with soldier pile and steel plate is analysed. The steel guided plate(SGP) method is applied to the site near the riverside in which geotechnical condition results in flood and large deformation. Following the concept of preventing infiltration from huge permeability stratum and decreasing deformation with strengthened stiffness simultaneously, this method is discussed its effectiveness with the instrumentation data. Also the differences of behavior between predicted and detected are investigated with numerical methods. It is found that SGP has a good deal of advantages with regard to balancing between control of permeability and deformation. In addition, it is revealed that SGP can give resonable construction plan for sustaining stiffness for which the sheetpiling method cannot be adopted effectively in waterfront condition.

현장계측과 수치해석을 이용한 가설 흙막이 구조물의 변형특성 연구 (Deformation Behaviors of Temporary Tieback Wall during Excavation Works)

  • During excavation works for underground facilities, temporary tieback wall with earth anchor system was investigated for safety's sake. An excavation 9.7 meter deep was monitored by slope inclinometer in twelve measuring points. Instrumented lateral displacements of the wall during 177 days are represented. Especially, lateral displacements of the two positions under completely different condition are compared to investigate the effect of backfilling between soldier pile and the soil behind wall. The deformation behaviors of the wall according to both depth and elasped time are discussed. Finally, a numerical analysis by the program FLAC was performed, and calculated displacements are compared to measured ones.
